Dont go there. To expensive. $11 for a bacon cheeseburger hamburger. Fries were $5 extra! I did not order them. But the waitress asked if I wanted them. Not saying they didnt come with the burger. And the hamburger was the driest bland burger to eat. The roll was burnt too. And they charged a $1.19 processing fee. For what? I dont know.
I visited for breakfast today and it was excellent. Subbed out taziki for hollandaise on the Lox Benedict and breakfast was perfect. Great service, homemade greek sides and meze, reasonable prices, and great food.Get here.
My family members love this place. The eggs are perfectly prepared. The friday fish fry was excellent too.
Great place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch! Greek and American foods are served here. They have a covered outdor porch. They are open for Friday dinners, also.
Service was very good with good portions and reasonable price. The patio is beautiful for sitting outside overall a very good experience.
Came here for dinner on a Friday. It has that small town vibe and feel. Small and cute. Four or five fish options to choose from. Husband had fish fry and I had the Mediterranean fish. Both were very good and the meals tasted fresh and light. The only comment Husband had was that he wished the tartar was homemade and not a brand name packet.
My second time here. Food is great that’s why I returned! However, I like extra feta with my Chicken souvlaki’s. When I placed my order, I was not told there is a $5 charge for extra feta!! I placed a order for two souvlakis. So when the waitress returned with my change I thought it was a mistake! I then was told about the extra charge price. As a customer I should be made aware of the prices when my order is placed! I wasn’t given a menu because I knew what I wanted when I arrived.
Just walked in here with my 11 year old, we were both wearing masks and the waitress gave us a dirty look immediately. We sat down and ordered water, she was curt and walked off before I could ask about the coffee. I tried ordered the breakfast special of steak & eggs, the sign says Steak & Eggs, homefries/ toast, fruit or pancakes, coffee or tea $10 Tax included 8-10am. We came in around 9:25. I tried ordering this and the waitress then began to complain that I wanted fruit she said it was fruit or homefries and pancakes or toast. I told her I could not eat gluten for health reasons and she rolled her eyes and said well maam that isnt how it works, When I told her the sign said pancakes or fruit, she said I was wrong, and that I read it wrong. My child ordered a hamburger and she got annoyed when I was helping them order, sighing and rolling her eyes. I asked if fruit could just be subbed in for the pancakes, since it couldnt cost too much more, but she kept arguing, telling me you arent the only person in the world. Wow, lady, I only wanted what was ADVERTISED in big letters outside. I cancelled the burger and just paid for my coffee drink, which was sour tasting. Horrible service, bad coffee, and no regard for those with food intolerances, plus false advertising. Never again.
Nice menu selection, reasonable prices, friendly staff. Very bright and clean. Open for breakfast and lunch 7 days, dinner Friday til 8.
Such a disappointment. When you say breakfast skillet. Your suppose to cook your breakfast in the skillet. This place only uses a cold ceramic skillet as makeshift plate and then charge you more than if your order on a plate. Never again
As someone who’s worked int the customer service industry I realize how challenging dealing with an influx of orders can be. I placed my very first order today by calling Vasilis En Lefko. When you phone in an order you would expect to speak to the actual restaurant and they make no indication that grub hub handles their phone orders as well. No big deal as I e used the GrubHub app for years. Today I decided to call the restaurant because o had questions about customizing my order. After speaking with the “agent” who does not directly work for the restaurant, I was able to place a pickup order and substitute pork sausage for turkey sausage. The order was confirmed and then I was toldIn order to complete a phone order we needed to pay upFront with a credit card. At firstI was reluctant but I did oblige Since the restaurant is literally around the corner. I place the order and within minutes I get a text message from grub hub stating that my order would be ready within 20 mins. I wondered why grub hub was texting me but thought nothing of it. Minutes later grub then texts me saying that something went wrong and the order was cancelled. Followed by another text stating that I would be refunded. So I attemptTo call the restaurant to see what went wrong only to find out that the number listed on google is actually a bypass and takes you to grub hub customer service which is never said on the greeting. After few mins explaining that I simply wanted to be informed WHY itWas cancelled or what went wrong, I was finally transferred to the actual restaurant. The Women who answered did allow me to ask what the issue was and she informed me that they do not serve turkey meat and that they were to busy to call or offer a substitute and they simply cancelled the order because they had customers in the store. My issue is that I too amA customer who had already PAID upfront. For this to be a brand new restaurant the customer service could have been handled differently. Terrible first impression especiallyConsidering it is in myNeighborhood and a place that I planned toFrequent. Just good for thought and I’m sure nothing will be done regarding this but I do feel it should be made clear that you are not speaking with the actualRestaurant when you callIn. This could have been handled with a simple phone call insteadOf having to be refunded after 5 business days. ThanksFor the great service and lasting first impression.

Went today for breakfast and the food was delicious. Some of the best hashbrowns and toast I have had from a Greek diner. Great service, portions were huge, prices were fair. We will definitely be back.
Six of us meet here every Saturday morning for brunch. Weve about gried every thing on the menu. Never disappointed. Very friendly staff.
Great breakfast spot go support them. One thing though, they could get fresh squeezed orange juice or at least not from concentrate ... the food was great though.

Great to have Vasilis back in their former restaurant on Kenmore Ave. I ordered the falafel salad and was not disappointed. The falafels were the best ever. And I could have eaten the taziki sauce just on its own it was so good.

Lunch was ok.. I ordered falafel wrap which came in the falafel was kind of cold I took tzatziki sauce there was not enough to wrap not too much flavor..

2022-01-30My sister and I went recently to check this place out for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised. It was beautifully decorated inside, they had tables appropriately spaced to give everyone room and the servers were, quick and very friendly.My sister had the eggs Benedict and said it was exactly what she has been craving for months now! I had the crepes and they were perfect, they were not soggy like I have been served at other places. The coffee was hot and the servers were attentive so our coffee mug was always filled and the orange juice was a good sized glass not a small juice glass.

2022-06-12Food came out fast and warm. Very tasty, fresh, and reasonable. Wait staff could be better synchronized but they are nice people. The owner even gave me a whole bottle of syrup when my meal was missing it. Has outdoor seating options too.

2022-05-29Steak and eggs not pictured, but for $10 tax included! Steak was cooked amazingly. The crepes were strawberry/banana w nuttella and cream. It came with two✌! So good had to take one home. I wanted to eat it all but it would have been too much so I refrained which was hard to do. The 9 year old had the french toast. Amazing Good without and syrup The service deserved the tip w gave. Made us feel very welcome and gentle w kids ordering. Just a great place. Go try it, maybe even eat out side :)

2022-05-28Stopped in for a quick breakfast. Portions were smaller but everything was delicious, especially the bacon. They have booths along the sides of the restaurant and a few tables in the middle of the room. Very family friendly!

They did a great job remodeling here and it shows, with soft music playing in the background.The service and food were top notch, with restaurant looking very clean too.We can’t wait to return!!

2022-04-14It’s a quaint little restaurant with an intimate atmosphere and super friendly staff. While the people are exceptional, I’d have to say the food is nothing to rant and rave about. Everything I’ve ever ordered was bland and lacking in flavor. Every time I go I order something different, hoping I’ll eventually come across something that satisfies my tastebuds but I’ve never been able to finish a full plate because it tastes like nursing home food. That honestly might be their target audience though because of all the times I’ve gone there, I’ve never personally seen anyone that appeared less than about 55-60 years of age.

2022-07-19We went for lunch but decided on brunch and were not disappointed! Service was friendly and speedy. Food is tasty and portions reasonable. Place is very clean, including the restrooms! Open 8 am till 3 pm except Fridays till 9 for fish fry. Will stop on a Friday to check it out.

2022-03-17I frequently pass Vasili’s while traveling on Kenmore Avenue, and decided to stop in for a late lunch..The atmosphere is very pleasant, nicely decorated, very clean. Waitress was quick to greet me, attentive and pleasant, even though I arrived close to closing time.I like to test the Greek salad and dressing the first time go to a new-to-me Greek restaurant The salad ingredients were very fresh, a nice mix of greens plus some iceberg thrown in for a good crunch, tomato slices, cucumbers, Greek olives, pepperoncini, onion. Feta cheese was moist, creamy and abundant. Dressing had a nice tang, The portion was generous, equal to the moderate cost. The side of grilled pita seems to be a standard in the western New York area… not so in other regions. It is often very dry, but this was not. I believe they must have squirted some oil on the grill or on the pita before grilling. I will definitely go back to try breakfast. Bonus: jazz playing softly in the background.

2022-08-29Breakfast here was delicious. The menu was vast and not overly expensive. We had a party of 9 and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will return.
