I contacted one of the owners to come to my home and give me an estimate to plant flowers around my house. It should have been a red flag that he came to my house the same day- twice to take a look and a third time with all the flowers, all within a 2 hour time frame. It does not seem like they have a lot of clientele or work to do at all. I had informed them I did not know much about flowers and that I expected them to guide me a little and tell me what would look good in my yard. Instead, they were extremely rude and condescending. The male owner was more respectful, but his wife had the nastiest attitude I have ever come across. There is a patch of dirt in my front yard and a patch of dirt in my backyard along the fence. I informed them I was willing to spend up to a thousand dollars, which I thought was reasonable, and suddenly the same female owner began behaving erratic which I do have on video. I spoke very gently throughout our entire meeting. She was shouting and started packing up all their flowers while I was literally still looking at the flowers and negotiating with her husband. I became visibly upset while the old lady was still shouting at both me and her own husband. The male owner was still advising me on what he could add and subtract to work within my budget while she huffed and puffed. The behavior was almost comical. I wonder, what makes them think they can speak to people like that? Is it because I am a person of color? Is it because I am several generations younger and that makes it okay somehow? Or maybe the heat was getting to em? I may never know. I turned them away because I would not be willing to work with people like that. Most of the flowers they brought were not even pretty. I have seen way better. According to other reviews they have good statues. Maybe stick with statues and bird baths? I am SO GLAD I did not hire them. It would have been an absolute disaster.

I highly recommend Venezia’s garden center. From what I understand this is a family operation and they are truly an exceptional business. Joey and his team are highly professional, punctual, and most importantly patient and receptive to the needs of the customer. Joey spent quality time listening to our vision regarding our front yard. He offered great design suggestions and planting alternatives keeping in mind our budget. We are very very pleased with the end result. I cannot thank them enough for being so easy to work with and for delivering their promise on time!

My flower flats were delivered last night at 8:30 pm. I had just taken the tip envelope off the front door. Today I called to tell them that I had not paid for the potting soil that they delivered and that I wanted to tip the delivery person. They would not let me pay them! They said not to worry about it! I thanked them and said I would pass the word about their amazing customer service. What an incredible small business!

I have been looking for ideas and going to different Garden Centers to help with landscape ideas because I’m not good with choosing what will look good in my front yard.I stopped pass here yesterday and I want to say Frank the owner was so patient and helpful ,there are so many things to choose from large variety they have.It’s is so clean and everyone is so nice .I’m looking forward to working with them after the holiday and if you have a project consider dropping by here and giving them a try.

They only have outdoor garden decorations and outdoor plants. If you’re looking for indoor plants & succulents, you’re out of luck. They do have interesting outdoor fountains and statues so I will give them 3 stars out of courtesy.They didn’t have their lights on during business hours. It was a very strange experience. The staff was just sitting outside and didn’t engage us at all. Made me wonder if they were still in business.

This is a great place to come to if you want to purchase a fountain or statuary for your garden. They have many fountains on display and catalogs of many others. You can choose options such as stone color and lighting. They can deliver and install it for you. They will come to your house ahead of time to help you decide where you should located it and which fountain (and color) would look best in your setting. They are very experienced with this and are very friendly and helpful. We purchased a beautiful fountain in a style we were not even thinking about but saw a sample at their showroom of a similar styled one in a different color. Joe helped us choose the color and style. We also purchased stone flower pots and pedestals that match the color and style of the fountain for other areas in our yard. It ties in the yard to the fountain area and looks amazing. Joe Venezia is extremely helpful and patient. He really knows what he is doing. Our fountain was installed over the summer. Joe called me in early November just to make sure I knew what to do for the winter. They can also winterize/cover it for you. You are in good hands with these guys. Below is a shot of the fountain shortly after install. We had just put in the ground cover between the stepping Stones that will eventually grow in and cover all of the space around the stepping stones. It will really look amazing then. (Note about their showroom: They take down many of the fountain displays in late fall and set them back up in early spring although they do have some in their showroom over winter. If you custom order a fountain, which you probably will do, it takes about 4-6 weeks to arrive, plus installation so keep that in mind if you want the fountain in place for Memorial Day or some other event.)
