Two Mondays in a row DENIED!Google says open, store closed on 8/2 then today should be open at 10am! I walk up to the door at 10am and the employee inside slammed a piece of paper to the inside of the door, without acknowledging me, that the store is closed! WTH? We always took our business to this store on Grant Ave., but no more! Thats the last time!No respect, no decency... no way!
Absolutely terrible. Was considering switching to verizon for my business and personal accounts so I stopped to the grant ave store yesterday. Was told they couldnt sell me anything until I set up an appointment and the earliest I could get one was the following day(today) at 4 pm. I show up at 4 pm to an empty parking lot with a sign on the door saying we are closed thanks for letting me know. If they cant make time or keep an appointment to sell, then you can imagine how bad the customer service must be if you actually have an issue. Ill take my business elsewhere. So should you...
Worst customer service I have experienced. Had a 2 hour wait, they gave us a phone to take home never opened the box for us. Got it home could not get phone to connect and IOS was behind the old phone. Called spent another our w tech support, told to take phone back to the store. Go back don’t want the phone they charge me $50.00 to turn in the phone they gave me… I spent my time to trouble shoot their problem phone then they charge me to bring it back When it won’t work. And they couldn’t have cared less to help totally without remorse or concern… basically, give us $50 for your wasted time. This is our second poor experience at this store. The Canandaigua store is beyond superior, they care, they help you and they listen. Go there or switch brands. I got better service on the verizon help line than in person at Auburn… and Willy (who was exceptional) and John on the service line gave me my 50.00 back.
Auburn Verizon, horrible customer service, representative that was assisting me would say let me find out when asked about a product, then take off for ten min and come out with products I couldnt even use. This happened twice before I decided to just leave without getting actual help.
Sales person was useless. He knew very little. Was not all encouraging about us wanting to purchase 2 new phones. When he finally got a demo model to look at for one the store actually had in stock, he then tells us it is cheaper if we buy online and manage our own setup. All the $$ we pay monthly for zero service. Back to Best Buy.and
Salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. Made a pitch to upgrade to a package above what I was looking for, but in a respectful, not pushy way. He did his job without being pushy. I was able to get what I wanted at a fair price. Even with a hiccup in the computer system that kept me there longer than necessary, it was a good experience and worth the 40 minute drive.
Unprofessional; They ordered the incorrect phone. After driving back to the store, I corrected their mistake, to which they said that they cancelled the original order and chose the phone that I originally had asked for. I had to stay there for over an hour and a half in total. The first associate, Bob, was not keen on guest relations and had an sanctimonious attitude. After all was said and done, they ended up sending me both phones. They also told me that I was responsible for shipping the unwanted phone back to Verizon, which cost $12. Next time I need a phone, I wont be going to this store. They were unprofessional, non-apologetic, and were not knowledgeable on many fronts. I will, instead, be ordering online.
Friendly staff, a little understaffed for all the traffic they get there, though. Be prepared to wait. I was in a hurry when I first arrived, and the person at the door told me there would be a wait. I had a quick question, and she answered it right away with all the information I needed, and I returned later when I had the time to wait. Smart, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Was not impressed tonight😳 the(gental man) who started to help me was not very into the sale of the product which I WAS impressed with and thinking of buying when HE walked away to talk to someone else and help while I stood there.😛Shame on you and the other two who only want to wait on who they wanted too.
Over priced at its best Ive never been told the truth in a store ever & this is the storyTell the customer what ever you have to make the sale & get the money pass the buck between the store and the service center full Circle run around like a Swiss watch. Im forced to give a star
Ok so this store. I remembered when they were in the mall. Never had good costomer service. Always have some problem. So I am so happy I finally changed to google fi. The last straw for me was when we traded in the old phone for my wifes new one. Because of covid-19 they closed the store and when they reopened they would no longer take the old phone back and said they would give her 120 store credit which was less than the trade in value. So after being a costumer for over 20 years Im glad Im not longer.
I just visited this store since my 2 month old Motorola Z2 force phone broke during upgrade to Oreo 8.0. The best they could do is have a certified used phone sent to me, if I wanted the phone quickly priority mail would cost 16. They couldnt even cover that. When deciding to stay with Verizon or change to Google Fi, you might want to think about Google Fi since being a customer for over 20 years does not seem to matter and it certainly doesnt help to have stores you can visit to get things fixed or your phone back quickly. After I am done paying for this very expensive phone I will be changing unless Customer Service improves. Verizon doesnt seem to think it has to do anything for the price I pay every month much less the price of the phone. I will go with the Pixel and a company that wants to have me as a customer. I have a big family that are all currently with Verizon. I will let them know they cant count on Verizon if things go wrong. It is fine to pay a big monthly bill when everything is going ok, but what really shows is how you are treated when things do not go as planned.
Me and my wife walked out after waiting 20min and then she goes In the back and stays there for 15 min I ask another rep to get her he lets her know and she still doesnt come out so we walk out . I will never go back to that store again I will try another location on another date.

2022-07-13Last week when my mother and I was at this location the guy that waited on us was great. He was friendly, offered the best deals available, and was quick getting us taken care of and on our way out. The total time was around a hour but that was setting up a new phone and a new watch. Went back a couple of days ago to return old phone and get a screen protector for the watch. The manager waited on us and she was rude, took forever just to get the screen protector put on. Was here 45 mins this time. Just for a screen protector. The wait time to be seen both times was under 5 minutes.

2022-02-06If youve ever been here, you know that you should expect a bit of a wait before someone is avaliable to help you with whatever it is you need.That being said, the few employees who are there are wonderfully patient, knowledgeable, and understanding of how frustrating the wait can be.My experience here the other day with my technology-fearing grandfather went better than I could have expected. They were able to help set him up with a new cellphone, and addressed all of our concerns throughout the whole process.

2019-02-08Went in to switch from Sprint. We met with Anthony. He took the time to listen to our situation. He informed us about a promotion that was beginning the next day, and still,went through the information about which phones and discounts were available to us during the new promotion. We went in the next day and Anthony set us up with everything that he had explained the day before. Also the taxes and fees that were needed to pay for our new phones up front, was less then we expected.

2022-01-03This was my second experience with Megan...she is a Personable, knowledgeable and efficient Manager...Ive been in the store many times over the years and have never seen anyone manage it with such a SMILE AND FINESSE.She saw that everyone that walked in was taken care of promptly...it was entertaining to watch her circulate.Having been in business with my husband I recognize exemplary employees and she is certainly that💕

2021-11-07Great service wonderful people working there was on the phone with customer support for 3 hours or so asked them to put the through to the store they did took them 5seconds to give me an awnser and was able to get in and get out in about 15 mine
