Came here to pick up my phone after my order was placed with a corporate sales rep over the phone. They told me the phone should be ready however upon arrival I leaned that it was still “processing”. Nevertheless, Ali took great care to expedite my order. He also took additional steps to confirm my older phone’s trade in value and even provided me with a box and label for my old phone to be shipped back to Verizon. Lesson learned, it pays to shop small and I’ll always remember that the next time around. Thanx Ali!
Great service. Quick and easy phone upgrade and finance on an existing account, while also trying to get me the best deal. Sam and Moe are terrific salesmen and technicians. Highly recommend stopping in to get a new phone or accessories, get help with service, or just to ask some questions.
After having many troubles with the Verizon Corporate store ordering a new phone. Sam at this Verizon store was a wonderful help, we explained to him our situation and he was completely understanding and patient with us and was the only help throughout this entire process. He made the customer happy, which I cant say for all Verizon Wireless customer service. From now on I will ONLY be going to this Verizon wireless store, after the great help Sam was with our issue!
This place was the worst. We went and purchased a phone case . The phone was a insurance replacement a iPhone 8. Well the replacement phone shorted out and insurance upgraded phone to a iPhone 11. So we figured to go back to the Verizon store in eltingville and exchange for the proper case. Well the employee that was working there on a Friday night said we have to bring back when the person that sold us the case was working . We were a bit confused and agitated and said we just need to exchange case. He said sorry cant help us. Being worried of having phone with no case we ordered one and had next morning. So then we go back a few days later when that employee was working and get told they can only exchange. We no longer needed case they were arrogant and nasty. I did everything possible to give the small people business but left no choice. I stopped payment to store don’t go there they have no reason dealing with people unless your buying a phone. I also called Verizon and let them know as well. Bad buisness
The services I received at Verizon earlier this morning exceeded my expectations. Sam went above and beyond the responsibilities and workmanship of a sales representative. He was excellent at dividing his attention appropriately amongst the several customers he was assisting simultaneously. In addition, Sam was very patient and polite, and answered all of my questions thoroughly and intelligently. He helped me transfer the data from my Android to my iPhone quickly and efficiently, especially since I was struggling greatly with my attempts at home due to some difficulties that Sam was able to work through in no time!Thanks a bunch, Sam! I am the type of person who does not like to change cell phones but I would often go to different Verizon stores to look at the new ones that come out. I walked into the Verizon on Eltingville and was immediately welcomed by the associate who s name was Sam. I explained to Sam my anxieties of changing phones because I had so many things to change over especially my scheduling system for my business. Sam assured me he was able to change everything over for me including my business scheduling and thats exactly what he did . I could not be happier with the service Sam gave me from start to finish. When I left Verizon my new cellphone had everything there for me .Thank you Verizon for providing me with this exceptional service and thank you Sam!
I had the best experience at this store . Steve was very straightforward with me and gave me honest opinions on what I was considering purchasing (product, pricing, insurance- every last detail!). I usually leave Verizon feeling like Ive been taken advantage of. That was not the case at all at this location!! This is definitely the place to go to for anything Verizon related!
Very friendly and accommodating staff. David didnt hesitate to answer any questions or concerns when it came to which phone to buy, whats best out there on the market, or what were the pros and cons of purchasing certain brands. I appreciated his expertise when it came to whatever concerns I had about the phone, ranging from software security to awesome tips regarding maintaining the phones functionality.
What a pleasure it was to walk into this Verizon store and be greeted by ISA, who was very polite, patient and knowledgeable about everything and was very helpful with an upgrade which we were there for. I wish I could give him more stars and would highly recommend this place to go to! Thank you ISA.
Leon is great! I went in because i was having issues with my iphone7 he tried fixing it but i needed to get a new phone. I work a few stores down so i went back work and He took care of everything for me. He backed up my phone, transferred, put my case and screen protector on my phone and all i had to do was pick my phone up when he was done. Verizon always takes forever but he made today so easy!
Sam thank you so much for your help amd finally getting me out of this cellular nightmare. After spending weeks getting the run around from T-Mobile and getting nothing but headaches. I finally came here and within 20 minutes Sam was able to fix everything they had done to disrupt the last month of my life. He was super professional and polite, an absolute pleasure after being treated like a punching bag by the other carriers associates it was such a relief to have someone who really cared to help and leave you feeling satisfied with GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I went in for a charger and Sam helped me so much. He pulled up my account and noticed I was going over on Data, he saved me money on my monthly bill and He helped with a Tablet! It was fast and helpful and honestly so much better then calling Verizon directly.Go in and see Sam!
Had such a great experience here with Sam. He was very accommodating and helpful with a new phone transferring everything over and was very generous with the accessory discounts I would highly recommend this place 5/5 stars!! More than happy& it was greatly appreciated
Sam is a lying, dishonest disgrace who took advantage of 2 senior citizens, both who English is their second language. He lied and misrepresented the facts in order to make a sale. Never did he tell them how much the monthly charges would be or the actual cost of the products and added insurance to a phone without asking. And Dave swears by Sam’s lies. I hope one day they experience the same level of deceipt. I am trying to speak to a regional manager but can not get the name or number of one. Shame on you.
Sam was very attentive to our needs and thoroughly explained everything to us, got us a good plan and was very respectful, A very nice guy and told us to come back if we have any questions I would definitely recommend MBA Wireless in Eltingville and recommend working with Sam

2022-07-12We went to the store on a Friday evening - 30 minutes before closing and were met by Jimmy and Jackie who immediately began to help us. My husbands phone was broken, and he needed a new one asap! Thirty-five minutes later we were leaving with a new phone in hand and several unused discounts added to our account. Jimmy even had us come back the next morning to help us set something up. The staff in this store is professional, friendly and patient! Thank you to Best Wireless!

It was both of their faults :) all kidding aside Jackie took the time to help me figure out which meets all of my families needs for my own phone and daughters iPad. 2021-12-14Gerard is the greatest Verizon manager I have ever dealt with. The minute I stepped into his location, I was greeted promptly. He went over every plan and phone that I wanted to go over, and then some. He explained the differences between Apple and Android with ease. His level of expertise far surpasses any employee I have ever dealt with. I came in just to price, but walked out with 3 new lines.Thanks, Gerard! Ill recommend you and your location to all my friends and family.

2022-03-21I want to leave this review so the manager and owners can talk with this employer and trained her again in how to treat customers. This fat lady called “Jackie” of course this is not going to be her real name. I am going to provide a picture of her so hopefully she can get fired!!! 👏🏻with the worst attitude in Staten Island didn’t want to help old veteran man.I been over the phone since 11 am 2 hours trying to get a pin. Because of the inconvenience trying to verify my account they told me to go to the nearest verizon store which I did 4348 Amboy . When I asked her for help she laughed. I came very nicely two times to the store same day to see if she can help because she just needed to pull the account in the system and help me with my information. she just provided customer service number. NUMBER I been calling all day. Same Number that it’s on google. 🙄 she even said that she was going to call the cops because we can not wait in the store. It’s obviously that this lady has problems and doesn’t want to help customers which is her job. Worst customer service , bad nasty attitude. I felt discriminated and insulted

2020-11-07Excellent experience. The store manager Brianna workers with us personally and made sure we had the utmost customer service. Very easy and fast. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 20 years and I have never had such a pleasant experience at a Verizon store.

2019-06-17I went to this store to purchase a new phone for my daughter. Sam was amazing, he was very patient, explained all the promotions and reviewed the best options for us, which saved us money. He also gave us good advise, which he didnt have to do. I can honestly say, Ive never experienced this level of client service from any other Verizon store. I will only go here from now on. He understands client service and went above and beyond to put us first.

2020-11-07Me and my fiancé went into the Verizon store on 4348 Amboy Road today because I wanted to upgrade my iPhone 7 Plus to the newer iPhone 12. Upon entering we were greeted by the sales rep Brianna. I cannot say enough positives and amazing things about her, how helpful she was, how patient, entertaining, and honest as well. I had to switch my phone number from one account to another and she was so helpful and informative on what to do and made the whole process seamless and easy. Her customer service is A+ and I HIGHLY recommend to go see Brianna at Verizon 4348 Amboy road if you’re wanting to do anything phone/electronic related. Both me and my fiancé are very satisfied customers!
