I had a great experience here with excellent service, which is hard to find in the city. I had to add a 3rd phone to my plan. Rick helped me do that quickly and at the lowest price possible for my plan. My plan cost hardly went up at all. I was very grateful for good, honest, helpful service.
They are the best.....have been dealing with these guys for years. Rick was the greatest .but I cant find him around. I ask..I call he was the best....but todayvi needed help and I met Al..the sweetest kindest...patient..helpful young man..go there and ask for AL...thanks AL FOR YOUR HELP...HOPE VERIZON APRECIATES YOU
Sketchiest place ever. Strangest customer service experience of my life. Charged me multiple times for the same phone. Promised to fix it, did not! Apparently not even a Verizon store. Ive spent months trying to get my money back for duplicate charges. Rude, mean, bullying people. Will never set foot in this store again. Seriously considering changing my provider even if it costs more money. It would be worth it to be treated with decent customer service.
I had a wonderful experience when I came into the store today, thanks to the help of the nice young man Joel. I ported over today from AT&T and thought it was going to be a all day thing since I was going in with no information. Joel told me it was no problem and how we can get AT&T on the phone so we can gather all the information we needed. Joel spoke with AT&T so professionally and at ease that everything was a smooth process. After that I was welcomed to Verizon. Thank you Joel for making my day so easy you are well appreciated and one of Verizon’s best example of excellent customer service if you guys need any help I recommend Joel he’ll get the job done promise you that.
Excellent service . I really like the service given In this store complete staff is very professional. Richard and Rick took their time to set up my phone and set up email . My employee discount which I never knew I can save money on my bill. I highly recommend this store any body need service come to this store. They will assist you..
John is a terrific rep for Verizon and this location is by far the best. We have had our corporate accounts with Verizon for years, and this location and team is diligent, helpful and even helped streamline our account to save us on our operating costs. Recommend them highly!!
So I was in Europe when my phone dropped in water. The phone was full of cracks and shortly after stopped working. I was without a phone for week!!!When I got back to the states I immediately went to this store and John and team immediately helped me out without hesitation. Within an hour I was all good and on my way. Great job
The service here is spectacular. Yay and John were very instrumental in my decision to stay with Verizon. They made me feel like family and informed me of all my options. They even went the extra mile when I spilled $50 worth of food on the floor. They went next door to speak to the manager and they replaced my food. I am forever thankful for their kindness. If you want first rate service.... come to version wireless on Fulton st. NY NY.
I liked how straightforward the rep was. John is a good sales rep, but, a little pushy. I had to go over everything I was ordering and the price. At the end of the day, Im satisfied, but I now realize the Verizon Wireless stores are primarily in the business of sales, not service.
Let me start by saying that this has to be the best location I’ve been to. I’m new to this phone company and John and Brian made it so easy for me. They are very helpful and answered every question I had. They even fixed the problem and helped me with other things I didn’t even know about. Me and my husband bought chargers here last night for our new Galaxy phone that came with a double type C cord. We needed a USB one so we can charge through a brick. Spent $87 here thinking all our problems are fixed but one of the boxes was preopened and missing the cord. So all we bought was the brick, a USB brick with no type C cord. Complete waste of money and they wont exchange it even though we bought it less than 24hrs ago and it was completely not our fault.
I generally dont write reviews about anything but this was by far one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. He tried to sell me a phone case he knew wouldnt fit my phone, wouldnt give me a receipt for the refund, and charged me $180 for a glass cleaning and screen protector (which he never even applied). Currently being disputed, save yourself the time and go to an actual Verizon store.
I read reviews online I was little shock.because when I came in store and upgrade my phone every thing was same as verizon told me . Store people are helpful they took extra time to teach me my new phone . I did not feel rushed to purchase it took my own decision after satisfied with their service.I can say I recommend this store if you need new phone and dont know about much technology. .
I had to visit this store when my phone broke on a business trip and I needed an urgent replacement. I was originally very pleased with their service until the gentleman started lying to my face. First, I was told I had to downgrade my phone based upon what they had available, but then they charged my account for an upgrade. Then I was told repeatedly that the phone he gave me was brand new, even though the box said Refurbished plain as day on the back. His response to that discrepancy was that it was a different box...nope, MEID numbers on the box and the phone are exactly the same. He charged me nearly 50% more than any price I can find online, and now I have to watch my account to make sure I am not also receiving a monthly charge. Most frustrating part is that, because I was in an emergency, I would have been fine if I had to accept the refurbished phone, just be honest and dont charge me an upgrade!! I will make sure Verizon knows how this licensed store operates.

!!! FRAUD PURCHASE ALERT !!!The staff here is really nice until I figured out the manager made a fraud purchase (iPhone X) on my business account on the same day after I went there to replace a sim card by giving him my pin. He thought business account with thousands balance would not notice the $50 payment per month but I did. I called customer service and was told to solve the issue with the store, which obviously the SAME staff helped me with the problem saying that was a mistake and ended up showing equipment returned on my account. But I DID NOT make a purchase nor return a equipment. Called Verizons fraud dept before and after going to the store but they did not help at all. Will not and should not visit this store ever again and so do you!! I wish I could give them zero stars.
O my god .. This store is great. I was paying $120 bill every month. My friend recommend me to visit in this store .. Unbelievable Rick lower down my bill from $120 to $60 .. ..Now I highly recommend this store to every body who thinks their bill is so high and planning to leave Verizon . before you cancel must visit in this store and ask for Rick Singh..
My husband and I were having lunch in the area and decided to pop in this Verizon location to see about upgrading my Apple Watch and both our phones. John not only walked us through the entire process thoroughly but we both left we the Iphone XS and I got a new Apple Watch as another Christmas gift! John’s professionalism & high quality customer service was amazing and appreciated. I only want to come to this location because he’s so great!!!!! My life was saved when I entered the Verizon store on Fulton and Willams street. My phone was broken and I was in dire need of some support, John assisted me and made sure i was taken care of before I left and the support continued when my new phone arrived. If you want excellent customer service bypass all the other Verizon location and come to this location. Thank you for all of the support.Thank Adit for hiring John at this location!
The most worst experience ever. They are rude, incompetent, zero customer service ( I doubt if they even know how to treat customers). The guy who calls himself as the owner is a total loser and looks like they hardly have any business. So, they try to con any body who goes there by charging 10 times more the actual price. Be ware and be very careful of this place as it’s a con business going in there. What a disgrace!!
Do not buy from them they are horrible people horrible service. First of all they over price everything. They would charge 60 dollars for a 20 dollar screen protector/case/or any accessory They sell phones at their own prices. Trust me i worked for them. Don’t take your phone here they say they have a diagnostic machine in the back and they don’t !!!! There is no machine. Scammers !!! they take your phone and put it in the back room and come back to tell you your phone is dead and can’t be fixed just so they can sell you a phone. Also they would sell you CPO phone and tell you it’s brand new. First class rip off artist. Also they treat women badly and discriminate
The sales person seemed eager to help, but I dont think they quite understood what my problem was, despite my explaining numerous times. I had purchased a new iPhone thru Verizon and received it in the mail. Very soon after I activated it, it said I had no SIM card. The sales person seemed to have trouble understanding that it was a new phone, that I hadnt dropped it, and that I had purchased it thru Verizon directly. I had to tell him at least three times. Clearly the phone had a faulty SIM card, so it should have been replaced for free, but he charged me 19.99 for it. I protested, but he said that since I didnt purchase the phone in the store, they needed to cover the cost of the new SIM card or something. He said they could bill me instead of charging me in store, but that it would cost 34.99 if I did that. Something to do with an activation fee. I didnt feel like I was going to win this argument, so I paid the 19.99 and left. I went right back and got a receipt and called Verizon customer service, and they told me I shouldnt have been charged and credited my account. It was weird--youd think the sales person would have more common sense about something like this.
John saved my life today. My bf and I ordered new Verizon service and phones online for store pick up in Brooklyn (Atlantic terminal - avoid them at all costs). The Brooklyn store handed us our bag and said Just turn them on and cancel you old ATT service and your numbers will work. So I did that this morning and then checked in with Verizon and Verizon said my ATT number needed to be connected in order to transfer properly. I freaked out and ran to the Verizon store at my office (104 Fulton) - John was already working with a customer but I was clearly frazzled and upset and he spent over an hour working with me to get my phone fixed, including calling ATT for me to re-connect my number, then properly ported my number into Verizon service, and advised me of additional promotions I was unaware of (because again, the Atlantic terminal store is garbage). Thank you, John! Wished we had just come in here from the start!!!!

They only offered to refund me my phone and waive the restocking fee which I gladly did. I would not want these crooks to have my business. Was here with my wife. Our visit lasted about 3 minutes. We asked to pay 1 months credit onto her prepaid account. We were initially discouraged from being in the store for that purpose (they really tried to just get rid of us) until we were finally told by the manager that only cash would be acceptable. We left, of course. Not only annoying/insulting but fishy, considering that any other Verizon store weve been to has accepted credit cards for adding value to an account. Im not surprised by the other reviews which recount stories of paying fees for fictitious services. Avoid.
I am so pissed, so I went in that store to get my free screen protector. was told they couldnt give to me because I need to call directly to Verizon so I would be able to get it. then in 0.1 seconds rick singh starts to activate a hot spot stating it was totally free and why he didnt understood why other Verizon sales agents didnt offer the free items customers are entitled too. so I was like okay but I dont want to be charged anything, and he was like dont worry. then not one moment he mentioned a activation fee until he was all done with all the activation then he decides to say OH THERES A $40 ACTIVATION FEE oh my god I was so amazed at his willingness to help and offer GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I automatically said okay i dont want that, i knew theres was something tricky about all this. then i told him cancel everything out, then he offered a $40 dollar discount witch he added it to my acct right then and there while i was still there. he also said he was sending a link for a discount to my work email, that never got sent to me. many things were said but finally i left with the hot spot but WASNT FULLY CONVINCED so i called Verizon directly to make sure i wasnt going to be charged any activation fee. come to my surprise I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A MONTLY CHARGE AS WELL. i immediately wanted to cancel the whole thing. and wasnt able to. i have to return the hot spot to it original purchase. witch im no where near because im not from new York. oh Verizon you never changed...im still in the process with this whole mess. very irritated!!!!
Giving two stars instead of one because they were friendly.I purchased 5 phones for my family and asked numerous times if there would be any additional charges or fees from them or verizon and was told know. When my familys four phone came in, I was told there would be an additional charge of about $300 to buy out the old phones. I was suprised and complianed and was told that it was Verizons fault..... which was annoying - Id like to think they just made a mistake but was surprised they were taking no ownership, apologizing or offering another benefit. Instead the option the manager offered was for me to return the phones for no additional charge - which was the final straw for me as the phones are worth 2K+. Not someone I want to do business with. So I cancelled/refused the order and was told I would receive all of my money back - but when I went to return my phone which I had for one week, I was told there would be a $70 restocking fee - which is only $35 at am Authorized DEALER.

Outright fraud.Four of us recently took a trip out of the country and required temporary international plans for our phones.The plans were $40 per line. No problem. Then we were told we had to pay an additional $60 to unlock our phones for travel. It seemed weird, but we went with it. My charge came to $85 to unlock my individual phone because of taxes and fees. My friends paid $155 to unlock two phones. Our salesperson entered some kind of code into one phone, but none of the others. It was weird.Then my salesperson also told me that I would have to upgrade from my iPhone 5 to a 6 because my phone was too old to work in Costa Rica. (!!)(Apparently, theyre very up to date down there.)I declined.We paid up and got out of there, feeling very dubious about the whole thing.I called Verizon directly and learned that it was all fraud. Theres no such thing as unlocking iPhone 5s or 6s.He was just making it up.Verizon recommended that we return to the store and confront them.We did. After much argument and more calls to Verizon who continued to back us up, they refunded our money with apologies.Avoid this place.
Crooks – Don’s use this dealer. All of the 5 star reviews clearly seem to be an incentive by how the salesperson’s name is mentioned in every single one. When they offer you anything free – there will be a catch. They will tell you that the item (in this case a tablet with the full price purchase of my $800 phone) is free and you only have to keep it activated for 6 months, but they will fail to tell you that you have to keep a 2 year contract with Verizon. I was duped and had to pay the full $70 restocking fee because, AS I TOLD RICHARD 3 TIMES, I did not need a tablet and would want to give it away to my family if there was no catch after 6 months. They told me to ask Verizon for a credit. I regret not saying no in the first place. Avoid this scam.
Unfriendly rude people. I usually choose not to rate at all for bad places. But this store is exceptionally rude according to all the people I know who went there. That is when it comes to things that they are required to do for Verizon but they cannot make a profit.
I went in canal street Verizon store the guy I spoke to he was not helpful .. he said if I need new phone I have to pay $150 for phone and $150 for free tablet .. Today I came in fulton street Verizon store and I spoke to Rick Singh store manager he gave me really good deal I paid $59 for phone and free tablet .. I saved money and I am happy with Verizon service .. I recommend every one must go one time and speak to Rick Singh ..
Clearly scammers. There is 500 reviews for a store thats smaller than almost every other verizon store in Manhattan. I went there to buy a phone, and they ended up charging me all sorts of stuff that I was told was standard, then I find out at verizon that these guys arent even an official Verizon store. They wrote my credit card number down and have ordered stuff online using it, so now Ive had to report fraud and switch out my credit card. This store is a lawsuit on Verizon waiting to happen. Dont trust anyone there.
I was in desperate need of wifi and after being on hold for an hour on the phone with verizon customer service, i wasn’t able to get a rep out to get the wifi.i stepped inside the store for help im not only walking out with wifi, i’m walking out with wifi and an ipad as well.
Very unprofessional take forever to help you nasty additudes when they do deside to help you and ask you a lot of personal questions that have nothing to do with why you are there very very nasty smelling i am going to write verizon and tell him they where very flirtatious when you show no intrest they get upset and dint want to help. If you are a female dont go there alone brung a male with you, they will make you feel uncomfortable like a piece of meat.
This is verizon authorized third party store. They are running a scam. They are trying to charge a fee of 39$ for accepting returned veriozon fios equipment. It is so ridiculous. I was blaming verizon all this while. It is so hard to to talk to a veriozon representative. I was able to get a rep on the verizon chat today, he said the store should accept the return equipment. Either they are confused or trying to make 39$.
****Scam****These guys are the dregs of society. Lies every step of the way. I made a Verizon bill payment that was more than owed so they could reverse engineer charges that I was told were gratis. Verizon corrected all the mistakes and they are under investigation.

2021-12-03Extremely hostile experience. Staff was impolite and wasn’t clear with the plan details and charged me for things I clearly said I didn’t want. Be careful when they are selling you extra stuff like phone cover, glass cover, insurance for phone etc.

2021-09-28The customer service here SUCKS. I came in to switch carriers from ATT to Verizon, and the guy took my phone, didn’t tell me what was going on, and proceeded to eff it up. I can’t use my phone anymore, he can’t fix it, and I can’t even call ATT to help. I walked in to switch to Verizon and what did I get instead? A non working phone and no help whatsoever. Sucks.

2019-11-12My phone stopped working so I went to the Verizon on Fulton and John was very helpful. He worked with me to make the entire experience wonderful. The store was kept very nicely and everyone was greeted as you walked in the door. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this location and ask for John. He went out of his way to help and I appreciate his expertise and professionalism. I will definitely come back to this location for any future Verizon purchases or needs.

2019-09-08I had a 6S which couldn’t hold a charge and I was long overdue for an upgrade. In the past I’ve spent hours at Verizon stores switching over phones etc. Upon entering the store, the manager, John, greeted me with a smile and helped me immediately. Was super attentive, professional and knowledgeable about products and what I needed. He talked through the options with me and gave his professional opinion. I also appreciated him explaining everything in detail. The speed at which he worked was incredible and was super efficient. I was out of the store in under an hour with my new phone with all my old phone data on it! Best experience EVER!

2021-03-01Note these guys are not a Verizon store but a reseller. I purchased 2X new iphones from the area manager Jay, he promised he would waive the line activation fee (2 x $40) if I came back the first day my new bill was issued which I did. This started months of discussions with both the store we are escalating it and Verizon We cant authorize that until the store makes notes on the account Jay gave me his personal number and asked me to follow him up on my next bill, then eventually starting ignoring me after he said it was done. In fact this has not been done and it seems like it was an empty promise. He got very angry when I said (after 4 months) I would leave a bad review. Buy with Caution!
