I stopped by the Verizon store contemplating whether or not I should upgrade my phone. Stacey convinced me that I was long overdue for an upgrade and she walked me through the whole process very quick and efficiently. She was very thorough when explaining everything. I was very satisfied with my experience at Verizon and I will be recommending Stacey to all my family and friends.
My family and I received excellent customer service from KABIR At our local Verizon store. I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He was very patient with my parents who aren’t very cell phone savvy. He answered all of their many questions. He really spent a lot of time with us. He offered us an option to save money on our monthly cell bill. He encouraged us to call him with any questions we have at anytime. We were very happy and we will continue to return to this veriZon location even though It’s a little far from our house !

Kabir and Danny are the best!! Customer service was second to none. I want to spend more time with these guys because they are so cool. They helped me sort out so many issues with my account and im super greatful because they didnt have to help as much as they did. Def best experience with Verizon at this spot!!
Came in to inquire about any special Mothers Day promos and Kabir and Haider really gave me the deal of a lifetime! A new phone and a new tablet for an extremely reasonable price. They set everything up for me and really made this Mothers Day special for me. These guys are the best! So courteous, knowledgeable and sweet. Thanks guys will definitely be back soon!
I came to this store seeking to get a new line and a iPhone for my husband , and I ended up getting an upgrade for my self with these amazing accessories like cell helmet ! Zeeshaan has been a wonderful sales person ! And I’m back here to this store again , as this gentleman said “the door is always open to the us and all the wonderful customers” I love this store and zeeshaan’s customer service experience. I’m gonna come back again ! 5 star service by this gentlemen !
I usually never write reviews but my experience here was so bad... If you are thinking of going here for a new phone plan, please save your time and visit another location. I was helped by the store manager here and she did not do anything properly, I had to go back and forth for a week and spent 10 hours of my time that I am never getting back. I was not offered anything for my patience with her, only a phone case that I could probably buy for less than $10 anywhere else. After A WEEK of switching to Verizon carrier, 3 out of 6 phones STILL DID NOT function properly - until I figured I had to call Verizon customer service myself to fix the mistakes she made through the process. I wish I had known not to visit this location!!
Kabir was amazing and efficient. He was very patient and took so much time to explain everything about how Verizon works. Kabir is a very dedicated employee .I totally recommend him for a raise and more responsibility. I will totally come to this Store on Bell Blvd Queens when I need assistance with anything Verizon from now on.
Although I did not purchase my phone at this store, Frank Rivas was exceptionally helpful and courteous. He made sure I was completely comfortable with my phone and the services he provided. I bought the original phone at the Verizon store in bay terrace. They were begrudgingly helpful. I would recommend this store to everyone
If I can give it a zero star for my experience at this store I would have. The manager of the store, which I’m not naming here, forgot to inform me to submit forms online to receive gift cards as part of the promo which I was supposed to do within 30 days after I sign up on it. I called the store manager to complain and instead of empathize with me he Insist that they didn’t make any mistake and instead had done me a “favor” by submitting a paper form for me at the time and told me that I am being disrespectful for implying that they made a mistake. I then had Verizon Customer Service call the office and the manager lied and said that they never filed any form for me. As a result I had lost my $400 with of gift card because I missed the window. What kind of customer service is this?!!??! I eventually called Verizon to get a partial refund and submit a complaint on this store. The manager may never admit to make any mistakes and have Preserve his “big ego”, but they have lost a dear customer. In fact I don’t think if they cares about the customer at all. I don’t recommend this store to anybody or will ever understand all the other positive rating. Maybe it’s a blip but I think they need to relearn a lot of things about life if they want to keep running this store.
Great time with Frank in Verizon. He transferred everything including my emails to my Note 8. Frank even played the show Friends so I can stay entertained while everything transferred over. Frank did an amazing job and I like very much how the Christmas Spirit is alive in this store.
Me and my boyfriend went into this store yesterday with the intention of asking a few questions and possibly purchasing new phones. Both sales associates Diego and Tony were beyond helpful and nice. We both got all of our questions answered and both purchased new phones and set up a new contract. We are unbelievably happy with the service. I would definitely give this location and both Diego and Tony 5 stars !
I want to thank Haider for his kindness in helping me with my dilemma on my phone. I was locked out and was going thru an emergency situation. He was very patient and calm the whole time. Hes a true gentleman and answered all my questions and even helped me with setting up me with my email. Ill definitely be coming back.
I couldnt ask for a better experience. I bought my phone at a different store a week ago and came here for help. The person who helped me, Manny was truly amazing. He showed me step by step how the phone works and also got me a tablet promotion which the other store failed to mention. I will be only shopping here in the future.
Kabir and haider really know what theyre doing. I was helplessly rejected by the corporate location but Im glad I came to this store. These 2 gentlemen really know what theyre doing when it comes to technology. They knew the answers to all our questions and gave us a great deal. Will definitely be back
I have spent 3 days trying to get my gmail account workin and I spoke to numerous companies such as apple,spectrum so I came to this Verizon and I brought both my devices. Haider was very supportive and helped me solve my problem by reassuring me that my phone was working fine. He was excellent and patient and made me feel comfortable that my situation was fixed. I was in the dark wit this stuff as technology is very perplexing and confusing.
I love the store so much ! Zeeshaan provided me world class service. I got a new samsung a20 with samsung buds and few accessories! They are amazing ! I would like to specially thank this store as i have been coming to this store for years and they always make me happy
The service I got from Tony and Frank was the best I have had in the last 15 years of being a Verizon customer.The store they kept was even more impressive. With the new phone I purchased, Tony was so patient to do all the setting up.I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
I got a HUM device from Bay Terrace mall but they just handed me the device and did not setup for me. I went to this location on Bell Blvd and Tony there got it setup for me and also guided me through the app for hum. He also helped me setup my Citi Bank app on my phone. Tony has been very helpful and patient and really took care of all my needs. Sarang on the other hand guided me well through my phone. Great Team!! I recommend this store to all of my friends and family.
I was being helped by Teresa who Didnt seem at all interested... In fact she seemed annoyed by my questions.Shes Extremely rude to a point where I called over a manager, Nosa, to help me and he was really great. Thank you NosaId have given a one star but the manager came and saved the day.If you ever go there stay away from Teresa
KUDOS to Frank and Tony at the Verizon store on Bell Blvd. in Bayside! I cant begin to thank them for their patience, expertise and amazing sense of humor as I tortured them over a couple of months to purchase my beautiful new devices! I wanted them sooner than today, but had broken my pinky and had to have that heal before my purchase. They were nothing but wonderful to me as a customer and as a person. I hope everyone can have that same experience with the sales staff that helps them, but I think Frank and Tony are unique enough that people should come to THIS store to have either or both of them help! After a terrible experience at the corporate Verizon location in Bay Terrace, I decided to to head here on a recommendation. Great experience. Very helpful and courteous. They handled everything for me while I enjoyed a cup of coffee across the street. If you are in Bayside and need help with Verizon products avoid the frustration of Bay Terrace location and come right here
I got my phone a week ago from Tony here at Bayside but whenever I have any questions he always helps me out and when Tony is not at the store the manager Sarang always takes care of my problems. Today both of them were able to transfer my information from my old broken phone. They both are the best team and nice people. Thanks. Please come and see Tony and Sarang.
Kabir gave me the best deal today I never was told that I can get a gizmo watch and tablet for FREE!! This made my day haider and kabir are the best !! Thank you guys I highly recommend everyone to come here! Haider has a really good knowledge of devices where as kabir is great too !
We went to the Verizon store on Bell Blvd in Bayside.We were helped by Haider and Dinesh. The service was fantastic. They were extremely helpful, patient, personable and knowledgeable. We purchased 2 new phones, transferred all pics, apps and even downloaded some new with the help of the reps. They were awesome! I definitely recommend this store.
Today I was in verizon store for a while but because of Frank helping me and my boyfriend out. I got myself a new phone and I do not need to care about Tmobile drop service. Store was super clean and very welcoming with Christmas music. I loved every second I was here. Thanks Frank.
Just came back from Ireland and sadly I lost my phone. I made a claim to bring get another phone and I received it. But I was just upset because I wanted a bigger phone. Sarang and Frank both said it will not be an issue if I wanted to change my phone. Both of them really figured out my plan and because of them both my wife and I got new phones. Thank you so much guys.
I bought a new Iphone8+ and a new ipad last week at Apple in Manhassett NY. Nieither of them would work with my passwords when I came home. I took them to Verizon on Bell Blvd. and Tony worked out everything for me.. He was soooo helpful. He took care of all the problems I was having. I am so sorry that I did not buy my phone and ipad from him at Verizon. Tony is the best. He is very professional and helpful and took care of all my problems.
Really happy with Sarang and Franks work. This is my first iPhone. I have an iPad but I changed my flip phone to an iPhone because I wanted to talk to my husband more. Sarang and Frank helped me set up my iPhone and Frank helped me so much learning my iPhone. Frank took his time to make sure I can use my phone but he said it is the same as using my iPad and he is right. My iPhone is easy to use and I love it.

Stay away from all the employees in this store including the manager. They will promise you everything but all in vain. It took me one year to get my rebate for the phones that I got during last year thanksgiving. They made no effort to get my rebate but some useless promises throughout the whole year. Finally I had to file a complaint against them at the Verizon corporate, and then after a 2-month investigation I got all my rebate money. I think they just play bait n switch game with the public.
Amazing time and experience at THIS Verizon location. I have been going to the one at Bay Terrace but like always I have been there waiting for 2 hours and it was just to be seen. At this Verizon location, Frank did not let me wait at all and did the greatest thing was to transfer all my information from my old phone to my new one. I do a lot of business on Bell Blvd and it looks like I have another store on my list. Thank you Frank for your help and I will be coming back soon to learn things about my phone and the wife said she will come next time too for your help.
Tony and frank at bell Blvd verizon were dope, I totally was going to get a simple plan but they showed me the ropes I ended up getting the unlimited for a pretty decent price. NOT TO MENTION I GOT THE NEW NOTE 8. Totally SATISFIED! Definitely will stay with Verizon and go to them for all my needs. Thanks guys!
I came in asking around iphones. I did not know which would be great but I know I needed an iphone because my wife said I had to. I just did not want a huge phone. I just wanted the same size of my phone now but iphone. Frank explained and helped me find the right one. My wife is half happy because I ask her so many questions but I know Frank will always be there to help me if I call. Thank you Frank for helping me out and for saving me so much money. Going to tell my friends to come see you. Senors come in packs and I will make sure they come see Frank.
I have been a resident of Bayside for 30 years and this is the best Verizon store ever. Kabir was absolutely amazing he is really professional kind and curtious I have been to other stores but this location specifically gave me the best customer experience Thank you would highly recommend this location to everyone
If youre looking for personalized service, great attitude and atmosphere this is the only place you should really come to.Iv come-back with so many little issues, that I could not figure out, they had great patience to sit down with me and go over everything again and again, love this place, ken the manager here is the best.
Terrible experience, they misinformed us about the deal they were giving us. Then when we go to cancel they charged us more fees. We called customer service and was supposed to get 50% off of the fees but the store said they dont care about what the customer service says. Do yourself a favor and go to another provider.

2021-02-16Had a fantastic experience with your Verizon sales person Ms. Neha we entered just to ask a few questions after looking up our information she explained about a sale that was in progress which we jumped on. She walked and talked this through all the information we needed to know she was very helpful very pleasant person to work with. My wife and I are very satisfied with everything that occurred in the store.We actually feel as if we are walking out new people.Feel more connected now than ever with Verizon I believe this person should be managing her own store. I think Verizon for making this a very pleasant day for us thank you.

2021-09-18The girl in this place is very unprofessional and unknowledgeable.They make customer wait for hours and cannot even do a proper job. First time when we visited we waited 6 hours and activated 6 phone lines. 3 out of 6 lines were not properly activated and we couldn’t use the phone. Since the worker didn’t even know what was going on, we had to call Verizon customer service and spent extra 2 hours to get everything resolved. Recently I lost my phone and went back to them with a spare phone I had and they made me wait 2 extra hours. When I was finally be able to get help from this girl, they told me they do not provide SIM cards to be replaced. If they have SIM cards on hand to help anyone to activate new lines, I don’t understand how come they can’t help replacing the lost sim. Probably because replacing SIM cards won’t bring them no commission. Do not go to this location. Worst of worst wireless! Thanks for nothing!

2019-11-29Kabir Mehta impressed me on my first visit with his professional presence and knowledge of the devices. He asked questions without being a sales man first and really wanted to match my replacement device to my usage and needs. He took time to explain the technology and offered suggestions that would best serve my needs. He has awesome focus and patience, handled the processing and sale while still managing other store duties. I am very impressed and very happy Verizon has this quality of staffing. It makes me know that I will remain a loyal Verizon customer and recommend this location to others for service.

2017-09-26I have never witnessed above and beyond service like I witnessed from this stores team today. I never write reviews but Im writing one because this was honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced. Sarang was an unreal help in my predicament and helped me achieve a solution in changing companies to Verizon when my company was giving me a hard time. Tony was also extremely helpful. Thank you guys at the stores for being such nice and helpful people.

2019-11-14I’ve never written a bad review for anyone, however, I simply had to write one this time. My wife walked into this store less than 24 hours ago and asked a technician for a charger that is compatible with her galaxy 8 phone. The technician gave her a charger and assured her that it would be compatible. Not only were we disappointed that the charger was not compatible, but we were livid that a professional refused to accept the charger for an exchange the following day. He refused to accept it because the box was partially ripped. I explained to him that my wife, who trusted the specialist, opened the box expecting it to work. He did not care, because he was concerned about not being able to resell the merchandise, because the box was torn. Needless to say, I will never return to this store again. It was the first, and last time. I have been a Verizon customer at other stores for over a decade. This is unacceptable.
