I have been coming here for years. I had originally been going to the Verizon out by the mall, but I never had a good experience at that one. I always leave this Verizon store satisfied and not feeling like I just got screwed.The employees are extremely friendly and down to Earth. Not the slightest bit shady. There’s no double talk and they explain everything clearly without the confusing jargon. They’ll tell you all the fees and what the final cost is, no surprises. Just extremely helpful people. Highly recommended!!!
We had an amazing experience at this store. Brianna took her time to outline on paper all of my options if I decided to switch 3 lines from ATT. She did not pressure us to make a decision. We were in there for over two hours (she even left her lunch in the back to help us!) while we decided which plan, phones, and switch over 3 lines. Brianna was the reason why a trip to the store to inquire about the various plans turned into moving 3 lines from ATT to VZ.
Great service! Jonathan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and offered me the best available deals on my phone upgrade and accessories. They were honest and upfront and sincerely looking out for the best interest of the client. Glad I chose this store over the others.. Now Jonathan just has to learn how to swim! :)

I am pleased to say that good old fashioned business practices and positive customer service is still alive and well and happening in the Verizon Store in my neighborhood!They are ALL knowledgeable, polite, professional, even-keeled people (and provide FAST service!)No offense to those who work at other locations, but Manor Road is the place to go for cell phones, tablets, and all of the gadgets that you need to live in the 21st Century!
Excellent service! As soon as I walk through the door I am helped immediately. They all know their information, and even went as far as to help me save money with my contract. Nina was very lovely and helped me set up my phone! Love this location, it will forever be my go to Verizon store!
I have to say thank you to James for being very helpful and making sure all my needs were met. Ive been to this store multiple times with different issues and questions and each time the service has been excellent. I cannot thank you enough for helping out us old people out!
Awesome experience. No pressure and Nina and the others took time to explain every detail of my new phone plan and looked for ways to save me money which makes me a happy customer. I did not realize that my FIOS account can be serviced here also and they can make changes if necessary. Highly recommend.
I have been to the store few times. I bought cell phones and accessories there. I am very happy with all the equipment and the service I have received. Although, everyone in the store was nice and professional, I was very impressed by Malik and Nina. I recommend this store to everyone. Very good customer service and very supportive and helpful. Great personalities and keeps us company while they transfer all of our stuff from our old devices. Today started as a ordinary day winded up being one of the most remarkable days. Thanks to James, Lee and Vinnie. This trio made sure everything was done accurately and that I was fully informed and left there a happy customer. Started with a simple upgrade ,well lets just say I left there with a lot of great stuff at no additional charge. These gentlemen made my day and give the new meaning to customer satisfaction. I would def. invite anyone and everyone to go to this store for your verizon wireless business. They will take care of you like family.😸😸👍🏼
The team at the Manor Rd. location was very knowledgeable. Tray is who assisted me while I was there. He explained everything in great detail. I’m not very tech savvy but after I left, I knew all my concerns had been answered. He never made me feel crazy for asking questions. I’ll be sure to return to this store for all my electronic needs.
The service here was quick and very helpful with all of my concerns and questions. Byron was the gentleman that helped me to upgrade to a new phone and it was the best experience Ive had buying a new phone in a long time. I am definetely coming back here next time I need something.
Visited the store last month to switch over from AT&T. The customer service was excellent; Nina helped me pick out the best phone and plan for my needs and even transferred over my contacts and data. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, especially Malik!
The first time I went to Verizon. I was under the impression that I was going to finance a phone for my phone plan. Turns out that the guy changed the contract just before I signed to have it as a phone rental. So I have to pay $40 extra a month for my rented phone for two years. Tried to fix it and they said I was bound by contract and tough luck. Not only that, that same phone blew up in Vegas and I had to order a new one. I guess I left the old phone in the hotel cause someone found it and sent it to me two months later. Verizon charged me $200 for the device and said it will be taken off when they get the phone. Well I sent it and now they refuse to take the charge off. I dont understand how thats legal. On top of that, the auto payment stopped working and I didnt know, without warning, today they turned off my phone that I use for work. That phone is how I make my money. Now Im constantly being thrown between customer care and financial services going over the same dialogue over and over and over and over. They created it to be a loop to drive people nuts and give up. They wont reactivate my account so that I can make money to pay for the account thats over due. Now I have to go start a new phone plan with a different service so I can pay that bill and then get charged for cancelling my contract. This company will scam you and screw you over first chance they get. And being a business owner does nothing when It comes to this company. I cant believe I even trusted this company.
They will lie to you just to make the sale seemingly trying to save you money but before you know it you are locked into a 2 year contract. Oh and dont even bother asking for a manager, he comes in whenever he wants. Avoid this location like the plague. Very dishonest.
My husband and i have been going into this store since they opened. from the very first visit we were extremely happy with our experience...the entire staff there is extremely professional and very knowledgeable of verizon service and equipment. we have been back many times and all treated the same exact way. we have sent many friends and family members there who also have the exact thing to say about their experience. my husband has built a relationship with the staff that he will even stop in just to say hello when he is in the area. we will never go to any other verizon store again!!
Will never trust these agents again. Was told by a female agent that basic mobile line access was $10 a month meanwhile it is $20. I was also supposed to have 5g of data to my smartphone and they put me on for 8g. Instead of lowering my bill which was the ONLY reason I resigned a contract my bill was even more expensive. I should have only been paying about $165 and instead I have been paying $205. I also told them I did not need cloud coverage for the 2 basic phones on my plan and I was being charged for it on both of them. Thankfully upon chatting with an agent online they were able to fix these discrepancies. If you sign a plan with them make sure you pay attention to your bill closely because they are liars.
This was the best service experience Ive had with Verizon sine Ive started my service years ago this has become my go to Verizon wireless location I would definitely refer my friends and family to switch services with the help of the wonderful gentleman Byron and lee of the staten islands manor road location
Excellent service!They were all very welcoming when I walked in. Ever since my first walk - in, Ive been hooked. They help me even with the slightest problems, whether its me paying my bill in store, or me asking them to help me retrieve my forgotten password. The manager (Malik) immediately helped me with my questions and addressed them thoroughly. The staff including Farah, Attique and I believe Nina all make me feel comfortable when I have a question.Overall I recommend this location any day
I had the best service with two great salesmen Santini/ISA, who had the patience to show me what phone was right for me. And helped me with the purchase and transferring my data on the 10X. If these two gentlemen, where in every Verizon, store verizon would make a lot more money. Best Verizon Store Experience Ive ever had. Quick (relatively - Ive spent the better part of a day in a Vstore before), professional, friendly, etc. Malik was great (Everyone was great) - multiple people jumped up to help and explained things through. Went to the Verizon store on Hylan Blvd in Staten Island, complete waste of time. When i googled VerizonStores on Staten Island and saw the one at 758 Manor RD. What a difference, they were so helpful help me with my bill and got me into a new plan to save money and more features. This is the place to go for Verizon services.
This is to inform you that I purchased a new mobile phone today. I was very reluctant to stay with verizon wireless because of the store i normally use. I chose to go to a new store near my home at 758 Manor Rd. To my pleasant surprise I was so very delighted with the fast and excellent service. Excellent experience! The team took alot of time explaining all the options I had when choosing a new phone, helped me set it up and set up all rebates, discounts and credits available. They helped me the next day and helped me setup some things I couldnt figure out. They also remembered my name when I walked through the door. Great customer service, product availability and it was a pleasure working with Attique, Malik, Nina and James.
I was really screwed bc i was nowhere close for an update on my phone and I didnt order insurance last time I purchased my iPhone. I ran into this Verizon store panicked with my broken phone ( blurred picture bc water seeped in somehow ) I had urgent work Info I needed to access. I thought for sure I would be taken advantage of bc I asked for urgent repair. The salesperson ( Nina) calmly got me out quickly and found a way to save me big! These peeps want to help you get the best for your best for your money. Had to post! Thanks Nina!
Leon and lee at Verizon helped me out unbelievably got me a new phone and lowered my monthly bill everything and more that i wanted cant say thank you enough highly recommend going into the Verizon at 758 manor road in Staten island and asking for either of their help.

2022-05-11I found myself in a very frustrated position with Verizon. I added a line to my account, and bought a new phone for that account on May 5th. I made this change and purchase via phone. Unfortunately after 10 days and numerous calls to Verizon, I still hadnt received the phone. I did get information that this store did, in fact have the phone in stock.. I went to the store, and thank God I did. Both Ashley Perez and Gerard Scully were phenomenal. Not only did they correct all the mistakes all the other associates made, but Gerard left the store in order to pick up another phone in another Verizon store. Not only did they correct the order, but I bought a second phone in addition to the original phone. They were both so incredibly patient.. I was amazed. I have been a Verizon customer for a long time, and have dealt with a lot of stores, but I highly recommend this location by far.

2022-05-12My wife and I visited this store, because my wife was extremely frustrated dealing with Verizon via phone. We have been long time Verizon customers for both phones and wifi service. She added a line to our account, and bought a new phone for that line on 5/5. We were happy with the deal as it was described to us. We were told we would have the phone within 2 days. When we didnt receive it, my wife called to see what was going on. She thought it was corrected. We waited two more days, and received an email saying the order was not complete, and she needed to accept the terms and conditions. She had a problem doing it, and called customer service again. She re-did everything and we thought everything was taken care of. By 5/10, she received another email saying the order was still not complete. By this time she had spoken to 8 different people over 3 days. We were ready to give up our account. We then walked into this store, where we met and worked with both Ashley Perez and Gerard Scully. They were so helpful, we actually decided to not cancel our service. First of all, we learned that the deal we were given was for my wifes line and not the new one. We felt that we were lied to. In the end, we were treated like royalty at this store. We ended up not only upgrading my wifes phone, but buying an additional phone for the new line we added. While Ashley patiently set my wifes phone up, including moving all her info over, Gerardleft the store to pick up the second device. We have NEVER gotten such incredible service at any other location on Staten Island. I highly recommend that if you have a problem with Verizon, or if you need to buy or upgrade your phone, go to this location. Their customer service is outstanding.

2020-09-13Excellent customer service by a young man name Isa he did the right thing by me got me the exact plan And phone to fit my needs... also helped me with work through a little malfunction with apple better then apple could have done for me he made it a very smooth process.... very knowledgeable and informative I will be recommending Verizon and that particular store because of Isa he should be a manager!!!!

2020-06-26Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. I upgraded my phone to an iPhone after spending over a decade with a Samsung and I had everything explained to me thoroughly and set up perfectly. I was helped out by Sam, and he was amazing. Kind, incredibly eager to help, and the type of employee who truly looks out for the customer. Will be making this my home store!
