Was straight up lied to and completely taken advantage of.Went in asking for a particular phone and was told they were not in stock, the salesman convinced me that the phone I wanted was not good and sold me on another phone with the reassurance that if I was not happy with the phone i had 30 days to exchange it. After about 12 hours with the phone I was sold it was clear its basically a pile of garbage, the camera and battery which the salesman insisted were top of the line were terrible. I Went back in 1 business day later and as if by magic they now actually had the phone I originally wanted but after examining the phone I had purchased the previous business day, a scratch magically appeared despite myself never dropping or mis handling the phone in the short time I had possession. The individual taking care of me when went in for the exchange called someone and claimed the scratch was deep enough it could be felt with a finger nail/finger. Upon examining the phone myself I had trouble even finding the scratch itself and once pointed out to me by the sales person I felt the where the very small scratch had appeared and could not feel any noticeable scratch.I am now stuck with a phone I do not want after most likely being lied to about the phone I wanted originally being in stock. Very disappointed in this entire experience and will not be returning to this store.

Ive frequented this store over the past week and was adequately assisted each time. My representative, Christopher, was very helpful upgrading me to a new phone and protecting it with a screen protector.

We were impressed with your knowledge, suggestions, clarity and most of all friendliness and cheerful conversation. What we feared would be stressful, frustrating and unsuccessful was just the opposite. We laughed, smiled and left with a functioning device and accessories! And, the best part.. 2022-05-23I came in there with a phone that was crashing continuously and another phone that I hadn’t used ever. I came in the trade in those so i can have a phone that actually worked. i was rushing frantically since it was close to closing, being nervous about another big purchase as a young adult. Paul helped with so much and never made me feel like an inconvenience. He made me feel very comfortable, explained everything for me to understand, and treated me very respectfully. Would 100% come back to this location and specifically ask for Paul!

2022-08-08Paul Rankin was very nice and very helpful. He helped me pick out a phone in my budget and showed me how to set it up. Everything was done in a timely manner. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Verizon has very nice employees. They definitely do their best for the customers. 10/10. Would recommend going too Verizon.
