I’m writing a review of the Verizon store that I’m in right now. I’d like to say that I just worked with Jason Rodriguez. His professionalism and his manner were absolutely excellent and that is a rare quality these days. I was impressed by the entire staff at this new location. I will be coming back. I’m so happy they are here and all my questions were answered. It was also explain to me why changing to spectrum would not be a good idea. I think that’s a very important fact to be shared in spectrum is constantly trying to get me to join them for my cell phone service. The most important thing I want to say besides the fact that they were professional and mannerly is that it is so so so wonderful for me to see young people beautifully tired and professional dress. I appreciate the ties and the jackets and the young womanIn a beautiful dress. I haven’t been into such a nice office in years. I am not exaggerating. I’d like to come and write an article about this place actually. I’m a decorator and I have a great deal of influence on what people do who are my age and have a lot of money to spend. Thank you so much and again thank you to Jason Rodriguez. But I was also very impressed by the entire staff.
Jason R was totally awesome. As a 74 yr old I occasionally have a bit of a problem with new devices. Jason was knowledgeable, professional and empathetic in the process of transferring info, etc to my new device and explaining my many upgrades. I give him a 10+ and would definitely have my family and friends become customers at this Verizon store. Thank you, Jason.

Came in for a new phone and had a great experience. I had the iPhone 8 Plus and wanted the iPhone 12. I always go to Brendan T. anytime I have to come to Verizon! Very friendly and efficient.
I love the new Verizon store in East Greenbush. It is very spacious and clean inside. The desks are spaced nicely. The gentleman Jason Rodriguez greeted me at the door. He was very gracious and friendly. He didnt try to oversell, he was not pushy at all. I needed a new protective glass and he found one in my price range immediately. Then he put it on and I was out the door. He did mention a couple of deals that Verizon was offering. I told him I wasnt interested today but when I was looking to upgrade I would definitely come back to this store and specifically to him.
I can’t say enough about the great experience we just had at the new Verizon store in East Greenbush. STEVE, the sales rep who assisted us, was OUTSTANDING! He was a very clear communicator and showed excellent listening skills. Steve appeared to be super dedicated and he saved our family a ton of money! From the manager to the team, it’s obvious everyone at this Verizon location cares and the customer service was second to none.

Had a bit of a complicated phone situation and was able to set up an appointment with Alex Brooks at the Columbia Turnpike Verizon. He was very professional and was able to get us some great deals when I went to buy my new iPhone 12. He explained to my mother the benefits of getting a new smart phone and helped us find a smart phone that would work for my father as well. He was very patient with any questions we had and also went over what our monthy bill would look like in detail. He takes the time to make sure you are getting what you pay for and that all our information transferred properly from our phones. He cares enough to let you know the situation up front so that you are not surprised with any charges. Even though it took 3 hours to get everything transferred over he was never unpleasant even when some of the computer systems at the store were down. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better experience especially during these times.

Upgraded 4 iPhones, two with Verizon wireless online (a marginal experience) and two in the East Greenbush cellular store, working with Alex Brooks. Alex was very knowledgeable and patient and provided incredible service, the best Ive ever experienced dealing with Verizon. This guy knows what hes doing and gets the job done, no matter what challenges get thrown his way. He stayed late on New Years Eve so that I could take advantage of the promotion that ended 12/31. He assisted both of our daughters in MA and MN as we sent out and swapped phones. Service just doesnt get any better than this. Thank you Alex for a job really well done. Would highly recommend Alex - Ill be back very soon to order my Apple Watch with him!

I went and purchased a phone as a Christmas gift on a Saturday. Told them several times that this was a gift and to not send any updates to the old phone. I went back to the store on the following Tuesday to pick up the new phone. The order was not done correctly on Saturday so they had to redo the entire thing. Again, told them this is a gift and please do not send anything to the old phone. They stated they understood. Apparently they weren’t trained properly because not only did it mess with the old phone still being used by my daughter, they sent her text messages congratulating her on her new phone. Christmas gift ruined. I suggest you go to a Verizon store with real Verizon employees. Not a happy customer to say the least.

2021-11-07I went there to activate a new phone. There was a 10 minute wait but thats not too bad. They do have handicapped restrooms, parking and accessible entrance. The associate was knowledgeable, attentive and polite. My phone was activated with a free Sims chip in just a few minutes at no charge. I also get a loyalty discount and a discount for auto pay that takes $15 a month off my bill. I also can get a Verizon signal at locations where friends with other providers can not. I like Verizons service and network.

His knowledge, communication skills translated so well that I left feeling actually lucky and comfortable with Verizon. AND he followed up to make sure I continue to feel that way. 2021-03-31I had to replace a damaged cell phone in a hurry, make a variety of plan changes and buy a few accessories. Kendra was a top notch sales person. She listened to what I needed, made suggestions that saved me money and was able to keep her focus on me while assisting other customers as the store became busy. It was an excellent sales experience that made good use of my time and I cannot stress enough that Kendras wonderful manner made my time in the store pleasant and productive.
