We had a negative experience with this location. My dads phone wasnt working. The sales rep said there was nothing they could do to help fix it. He told us we had to get a new phone, and pushed the velvet ($750) on them. After my parents got home, they checked with Verizon and found out that the phone was under warranty. My parents went back to the store to return the phone and get the old one back less than a half hour later, since Verizon said they were able to replace it. The sales rep acknowledged that the phone was under warranty but said he had already sent back the phone and couldnt help.Bad customer service, and shady business! I would not recommend this store to anyone! I will definitely be filing a complaint with Verizon.
I transferred my lines and was promised a rebate but never got the refund and had to visit multiple times. After months trying I left Verizon because this store wouldnt assist with any problems. I came to get a copy of my bill and the clerk told me that he can view my account but not print out my bill. What kind of service is this. Worst customer service
I had bought the LG Velvet (mistake) and before my 2 weeks was up, went in to exchange. One man ordered me the iphone 11 and told me theyd give me a call when it came in a few days. A week later, nothing. A month later, still nothing. I called about every 3 days and was patient, and every time I was told something different. Finally, they tell me to come in. The one man found the phone within 5 minutes, stated it was in a separate inventory. Not ONE person thought to check the other inventory for the entire month i had been calling??? Or to even call me when it arrived.Service here has declined big time.
I went in to upgrade my phone and I walked away with more than that . This was an excellent customer service experience. Jon-Claude was beyond helpful . He was informative and very patient and helpful .I am very happy with the phone but had an issue regarding it and Jon was responsive and took care of my concerns immediately. I have no doubt I would recommend Jon and this store to anyone.
Go no further than the Verizon Store on Hempstead Turnpike in Levittown and ask for Ankush Dhawan!!! He is simply the most knowledgeable, patient and pleasant Account Manager! I’ve been to other Verizon Stores and will only deal with this location and for sure, the best of the best, Ankush.Excellent Covid precautions as well. The best customer service you could ask for. I’m so very pleased with my experience and Ankush answered all my questions and took his time to explain how my new phone works. I’m one very satisfied customer. Thanks so much Ankush. I did not have good experience in customer service here. It looked like two guys that were here when I visited didnt really want to be there. One of them told me to sign in and wait in the car to be called. Waited over 45 mins, no call so went in and both of them werent doing anything. I asked them if someone could help, they said sure. That is not what you want to hear as a customer by the way. Anyway, the guy was no help, told me to go to the other store. Not sure what was going on, but I definitely felt like they were discriminating against me. Management should re-train these guys on proper customer service. Not that it matters as I have many other options, dont really care to go back or recommend this location.
Had a great experience at this store. Finally gave up a 5 year old phone and different carrier. Between the depth of Richs knowledge and dedication of Vinnie to get me up and running, this was one of the best sales experiences Ive had, especially with cell sales and service. Impeccably clean and well-stocked store. Will recommend to friends and family.
I came to the Verizon store for help with my galaxy mini and Steve was so helpful, he showed me my phone had no memory which was causing most of my problems. He showed me a new phone very close to what I had and spent numerous hours helping me to set everything up. He even stayed past the time he was suppose to go home. you are very lucky to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable employee who genuinely cares about his customers. I will recommend him to everyone I know.
This is a phenomenal group of people that work here. Vinny and his staff are the epitome of what customer service should be and i believe they should be acknowledged. Ive been to many Verizon stores and the experience hasnt been that great. I dont live close but I will travel the distance because of the customer service. Go and see for yourself. Thank you to everyone that works there. I hope corporate sees this!
I would highly highly recommend this store but more importantly I had the sales man Brian Joseph who was just honest and upfront and I would not go anyway else and with anyone but him. I was a die hard sprint customer for you 15 years just went alone for ride with my daughter and partner I had no intention of leaving sprint ever. But dealing with Brian changed my thinking and now I am Verizon customer all because of him
What can I say about this place but that it is absolutely amazing! I was lost in what phone to get and was angry about my bill. My new Verizon rep John A tool car of everything. Lowered my bill and helped me get this great phone. He also helped me out with getting a new free tablet. He is my new Verizon guy and this is now my home store. Thanks again guys.
Fast, efficient and knowledgeable service. Everyone in the store greeted me. At most Cell phone store I feel like a number. At this store I felt like a person. Ive been with Verizon for over 10 years and I think Ive found my favorite store. Im still surprised that the manager Jon actually helped me with my phone. Great service.
He was extremely patient and helpful with me. He helped set up my new phone and transferred pictures from both my phone and my late husbands. He also helped with getting a new contract due to transferring it to my name since it was originally in my husbands name. I greatly appreciated everything he did for me.
I was stunned by the product knowledge my sales rep had. He was very helpful with setting up my new phone and tablet. The fact Jon sat with me for an hour to teach me everything meant everything to me. And they offer free classes. I will definetly come back to this store.
I went into the store to ask about an iPhone issue and left with a new phone. I worked with a gentleman named John A. He was well educated on the devices and made sure I left with the right one. Great experience with him. He also setup all my programs and connected my phone to my car. I will refer everyone I know to him. Thank you again.
What a wonderful experience I had going to the Verizon store. I walked in intending to purchase a battery and walked out with a new phone. With the patients and knowledge of the sale Representative Steve Samuels, he help make what could have been a painful experience.... A pleasant one. This was the best experience Ive had in a cell phone store. I came into the store which looks so much better than another Verizon store Ive been in. John met me at the door with a smile and full of knowledge. He helped me set up my new phone and gave me his direct phone number of I had any questions. John was the best!
I dont normally write reviews but i had to write one for this store. I have been to many cell phone stores over the years. I came here this week with mt girlfriend to upgrade her phone. By far the best experience ive had in a retail store. Such a great friendly family environment. Everyone was so helpful and happy. First time getting a phone that was pain-free. Definitely going to this store from now on and telling all my friens and family. Keep up the good work guys!!
Had a major problem with my phone and was totally lost & frustrated after being on the phone for over 2 hours - decided to go to this store & Vincent Miceli not only solved my problem quickly and expertly he was so patient and kind. He really is so knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure. So if you need help - any help at all to help get a new phone or help with your he is the go to person!!!
The representative at the Levittown location (Brandon) was extremely professional and helpful. He helped me with a trade in for my current phone and showed me the differences between the Samsung 9 and LG V30. When my new phone arrived, he transferred the data from my old phone to the the LG. He showed me how it works and answered in fine detail all my questions. He is one off the best Verizon representatives I have ever interacted with.
After my sister raved about this store last week. I had to see what it was all about. She said her guy John was well educated in the devices and gave her a great deal. So I called him to make an appointment. Which I think is a great idea. I will never wait hours in a Verizon store again.
We walked in and John -Claude Alexander took care of 3 issues in 20 minutes. Great service, pleasant, no attitude like the other Verizon in Massapequa on Sunrise Hwy. When we went there it’s was like, “why are you bothering us with your problems. Figure it out yourself.” I must say this store in Levittown has been my go to for whatever it is I need and they will always get my business when I need to purchase or roll into a new phone . Steve was incredibly helpful and patient with my not so tech savvy mom. My mom was very upset about getting a new phone and dreading the process. Steve got us in and out of the store in a timely manner with everything we needed. The next time we have to come back we will definitely be requesting Steve Samuels.
Janet at this store was an amazing representative and she prevailed where others failed. If you need to upgrade or anything for your Verizon Mobile needs come here and ask for Janet. The store was nice, spacious, clean and felt my privacy was respected and everyone was extremely helpful.
I came in yesterday with a cracked screen and they took care of me right away. They help me call verizon to put a claim in because Im impatient with that stuff. Everyone here was amazing and were very patient with me. I came in the next day with replacement phone and he set it up for me right away. Out of all the verizon stores I been to over the years this has to be the best. I plan on in the future to keep doing business with them because of the excellent customer service. Stop there for sim card and the guy you help me toll me that the phone that i bought from microcenter (lg g6) doesnt work on verizon network but i know that it was good phone a few days late i order one sim card direct from verizon web site and its working perfectly no problems. very bad assistance i will never buy from that store again .
I came in to pick up my new iPhone 6s and Jon A assisted me. He helped me pick out a screen protector and set up my phone. Which I was extremely thankful for because I am not tech savvy. He also explained every step of the upgrade in detail so I knew what I was paying for and what would be added to my bill.
Joe Sgroi was one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with in making any purchase ever, not only was he professional, but he was curtious, friendly and helped meet all my needs. Ive always been an iPhone advocate, but he convinced me to switch to the LGG4 and it is something I definetly do not regret. He was quick, efficient, walked me through the whole process and showed me how to work the LGG4 phone like a pro. I definetly recommend this location and especially Joe, he was amazing and Ive already sent family and friends who agree, thanks again Joe.
Don’t go here if you don’t wanna pay more than what you have to. This is not a Verizon corporate store. There’s an additional fees such as setup charge $35 each device. Phones are more expensive I was charged my new iPhone $1260 which is $1250 at Apple store or online or Verizon corporate store. I was charged $10 more for each phones I purchased. They don’t tell you there’s a fee.
What can I say about this store except for the fact is was amazing! First they have seats, second they have knowledgable sales reps, and most importantly they have a no wait appointment system. Ive done business with my personal account manager Jon before. And I will only see him and go to this store.
I just upgraded to IPhone6 and was extremely happy with the service that was provided by Janet . She was very helpful with all my questions. The store at 3683 Hempstead Tpke, levittown is much better than the one on Rt 107 in Jericho. The service in Levittownis much more professional. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
Having a problem with my phone...Getting an error message that wouldnt go away.I was very fortunate to have Anthony Furino help me with this issue..He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, very kind and he took care of the problem right away ..He addressed all my concerns and not only did he solve the problem, but explained how and why the issue was happening...Ive been a long time Verizon customer and thanks to Anthony for resolving this issue I will be for years to come..Anthony Furino is truly a valuable employee at Verizon and I hope that he is recognized for the wonderful job he does. Came here to ask about purchasing a new ipad mini. The sales rep, Janet was a pleasure to meet as soon as I walked in the door. She was outgoing and friendly but most importantly extremely helpful in explaining all my options. Not only did I walk away with the purchase of a new ipad mini 3, I also purchased two new tablets for my kids. Janet setup both tablets the day of purchase and came back a few days later to pick up my new ipad mini 3. Janet helped set that up for me as well along with putting together all the necessary rebate paperwork.

If I could zero stars I would. avoid this store its not worth it just go to a real verizon store this place completely ripped me off lied to me scammed me nd when I realized what had happend it was to late nd they wont take any responsibility and verizon says they always advise there customers to go to a real verizon store because of these reasons. I went to this store to upgrade and get new phones I had exactly what phones I wanted the man who helped me said no get a different phone for yourself its so much better nd the company has so many rebates going on right now he turns over nd has already on his desk this phone pitches a great line about this phone so I get it. Then he tells me I get 2 rebates with this phone that he puts in a 100 dollar rebate nd a rebate for a free battery and sd card I said to him do u have to do anything to get these he says nope I do it all you just wait for it to come I said ok. Then he turns around nd grabs some jet pack mobile hot spot thing and says to me I wanna thank you for being a loyal verizon wireless customer nd verizon takes care of there loyal customers and were gonna give this jet pack to you for free I look at him nd say but I dont need that nd he said its free you just have to pay now nd you get a rebate for the cost for it from verizon. On your bill you will see a 10 dollar charge but Ian gonna go on right now and put in somewhere in the bill that the 10 dollars is taken off its COMPLETELY free he tells me over and over again as I asked him over and over again cause I was not gonna pay for something I did not want or ask for but if I was getting it for free then hey why not. Then he says to me Im also giving you 4gb extra of data with your plan free that dont expire Im thinking I wow this man is so nice this is so great Im getting such a deal.Then we go over the price of the phone and at that time all over Verizons website they were offering a deal you get the next gb up for the same price as the lower gb phone so I brought that up to the guy he just yess me then I bring up the price per phone since I looked it up again in Verizons site nd he tells me yes again thats the prices for the phones.So now I sign everything think Im getting a great deal free stuff nd my bill is not any higher then what is was before then I leave and see the man put out another jetpack and the same phone he just sold me on his table and at that point I got a little worried I started thinking why did he take out the same stuff he just sold me was he trying to push these things because he got more commission off it.I didnt knw now things didnt seem right then i did some investigating and relized that the jet pack was a promotion going on nd after that was done it was a tablet you buy it get a rebate then pay 10 dollars a month so now I go back to the store and say something to the guy I say I dont want this if I have to pay for it every month you said it was free.He again says no no its free dont worry.So now its bill time I get my bill nd find out number one in getting charged 10 dollars nd number 2 the phones were 20 dollars more than what this man told me that were so I caled verizon thinking maybe it was an error in there and only to find out since that store is not a real verizon store they can charge whatever they want for the phone at the time verizon was charging like 550 for one phone and 650 for the other with all the specials nd promotions nd deals going on nd they told me if I went to a verizon store I would of got that price but because I did not go to a real store I was being charge almost 200 dollars more per phone now I was pissed so now I go back to the store talk to the guy and he tells me Of course that verizon is lieing to me that thats the price everywhere I went back and forth to this store about 6 times to speak to this guy about the rebates,the phones my data nd he reassures me every time not to worry.In the end I call verizon again nd then call the store nd find out I have no rebates no extra data nd I will be charged 10 a month unless I pay the 175 tem fee
I would like to compliment Plevens, the associate who willingly took the time out to help me solve my cellphone issues, so kindly and expertly. Also while here, I purchased an L G tones headset, directly as a result of him wearing his product and explaining the way it works to me. My experience here today was fantastic, ty Levittown Store.
When I visited to buy my family 4 line of the phone, said pay monthly $15.00 each line but later I find out that store made contract to pay $20.00 monthly. Its $480.00 difference for 24 month. Not solve yet 19 months. Thats too bad. I was complaining to the supervisor of company.

2021-11-24Manager was excessively rude and would not replace my sim card because thats probably not it after only restarting the phone once and giving up. I ended up going to best buy and getting a new sim card and my problem fixed for free in ten minutes instead of getting an attitude from a stranger.

2021-11-12Don’t waste your time- just order through the website. Justin F “helped” me and was extremely unprofessional, condescending, and just not helpful at all. We spent from 10 am to 2 pm for him to ultimately tell us it was an easy fix - he just wasn’t listening to us. When we got frustrated, he immediately was rude and defensive and tried to place the blame on us. Maybe he would have been more helpful if he did not leave the store for coffee, to vape, and whatever else he immediately needed to do in the middle of our appointment. I would not go back to this store.

2021-01-31EXCELLENT LOCATION!!!!! My husband and I visited this location and saw Steve on Friday 1/29/21 and Vincent on Saturday 1/30/21. Both reps were awesome! They helped us purchase new LG Velvet phones and helped us figure out how to get over the hurdles of figuring out how to use them and iron out the kinks you encounter with learning new cell phones. Both Steve and Vincent are the most patient, knowledgeable and kind reps we have ever encountered while being friendly and understanding at the same time. We would recommend this location with rave reviews!!! Thank you all for making what can be a frustrating experience to change out phones to newer technology a fun and easy experience. THANK YOU!!!

2021-02-04I went w my friend Sue, to this Verizon store in Levittown as opposed to Massapequa, since we were in the area. It was evening and we needed to ask about connecting my new prepaid phone, since AT&T had cut my service off.The young gentleman who helped us was so respectful and knowledgeable. Im not very tech literate and he was very helpful in explaining that I had to get a new number until I paid my former company back for their phone and the bill that was to high. He disconnected me, and I am now w Verizon. He was very patient even though we kept him passed his quitting time. After we left we saw him take his dinner w him to leave. I apologized many times about his overtime. He said I can come back w any problems. A nice experience. 🙂😀

2021-04-24Great job explaining every detail of my new purchase. I did not have an easy setup, and I am a know it all IT guy. The representative who worked with me and helped me find the best deal. So excited to get Disney+ for a year!
