Just visited, was helped colored woman don’t remember here name. Attitude was disgusting. Wasn’t very helpful. Was returning a phone didn’t try to look me up on the system, proceeded to tell me that there is an inventory change then sends me to go to the corporate Verizon store, once there told me to go back because I bought it there. I come back this time looks me up on the system proceeds to tell me I’m unable to return. Told me my only option was to sell the phone to someone else or give to a family member. Won’t be coming here again. Will let friends and family about this store. Very disappointed. Saturday’s October 15 around 5 pm.
We had an excellent experience at this location, thanks to our Sales Representative Marc W. Marc was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our many questions. In addition, he made certain that we were set up and comfortable with our new cellular phones, before we left the store. We highly recommend this location and Marc.
Alexander, my salesperson was exceptional! We had an issue with the transfer of all my music ( a lot) and he went the extra mile and took the time which was substantial to make sure it all got done. Thank you Alex!
First day I walked in, Joe met me with a smile and gave me lots of personal time. The day I came in to pickup my new phone (which I love), Juan was available to assist me. Juan was so supportive, professional and knowledgeable. Juan spent all the time I needed to set my phone the way I wanted it as well as set my account exactly as I requested. I am so grateful that Verizon cellular Sales opened this location (right next to the new Shoprite). I will recommend them to all my family and friends.
Mike Camaan was s great salesman. He moved us into new phones and had the knowledge and patience to deal with us. We were not hurried, allowed to play with the devices and walked out with two new phones . Rated A plus in my book.
Michael Camann was tremendous help setting up my Bluetooth in the car and making sure my calls were working properly. Michael volunteers information and was very interested in helping the client. Monique and TJ were fantastic help as well. Monique is a wonderfully personable individual and TJ is always interested in how he can help people. This all says to me that I can come back anytime for anything and someone will be here to help me out. Thank you all!
Experience was excellent Michael was very patient answering all my crazy questions, explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable using my new phone. He was extremely helpful and I would recommend people try out the new store.

I can’t believe the service TJ Tuttle it was A1 in my book answered all my questions, in fact I he sold me my first smart phone and has shown me how to use it and more. I would recommend stopping by this store they go over and beyond 10 outta 10 if I could rate my experience. Ask for TJ you won’t be disappointment
Typically I would go to the Verizon store in Mohegan Lake. However this is my new go to store. Went there to purchase a new phone and other services. Alex S was beyond helpful snd patient. Answered all my questions. I highly recommend this location.
Just want to express my thanks to TJ and Mike for all there help in the Verizon store in cortlandt town center. They were kind and went above and beyond in helping myself and my husband. I highly recommend going to this store for your phones!!!

2022-02-16Like most people I hate going to Verizon wireless for help with my cell service.It was a breath of fresh air to walk into Mohegan Lake store in Shop rite shopping center.All associates recognized my presence.Michael quickly began helping me resolve my SIM card issue. He helped me transfer data to my new phone even though I didn’t purchase it there.Michael patiently answered my questions and reviewed my account and recommended new plan options based on my needs today.I will definitely be returning in the future for all my service needs.I would strongly recommend this store to anyone who has Verizon. Thank you!

2022-07-04I switched my cellular service to Verizon from Sprint/T-Mobile. Sprint/T-Mobile messed up my number and they don’t want to release my old phone number and they kept us, me and Verizon employees on the phone for 3 hours. Verizon employees are patiently on the phone with them while helping customers. They worked as a team. All of them used their personal phone and switching each one of them while holding on the line with Sprint/T-Mobile and helping customers at the same time. What a Team! Great Job Verizon! It’s worth switching with you guys, thank you 🙏🏼👍🏼

2022-07-07We came to the Verizon store on Main Street to trade in 3 phones. We were meet by Chris and Saaim.They were extremely pleasant and patient as they explained the process and the new terms. While one phone transfer didnt go smooth, they assured me that if we gave it sometime, it would go through. Sure enough, all transfers were complete. If at anytime I need service, I will not hesitate to see Chris or Saamin again. They are very professional in their work.

2022-05-13The best Verizon store in the area! I had to upgrade my iphone, so they ordered the phone with the larger memory in gold for me in advance. I stopped in this super convenient and clean location and it took less than an hour for the purchase and transfer of files to the new phone. Chris, Reed and Avi were all so nice and helpful. Thank you!

2020-07-30Freddy Gill was amazing. Right before closing he got me a great phone and transferred me from another carrier to Verizon with little to no issues. His patience and quick thinking to resolve our little roadblocks was on point. His customer service made this such a great experience.

2021-11-07Incredible! We entered the Mohegan lake branch and no one greeted us, no one attended to us or said to wait a while. They ignored us and we left. They lost 2 customers to change of company

2019-10-14My first visit I dealt with Shaun to change a plan and purchase a new phone, everything went smoothly and he even helped us out with purchasing a phone case and a screen protector. I then decided to come back and get myself a new phone with Mickey! He was great, fast and informative. Thank you VERIZON!

2020-01-04I went to the store and stood there for 5 minutes and no personnel spoke to me. It seemed there were two service reps helping other customers. No one else in the store. Neither rep spoke up to say, We are the only staff here, we will help you when we finish with our current customer. It will probably be 10 minutes. Something. I felt like they could careless if they had customers so I left and went a mile down the road to another Verizon store, who spoke to me within a couple of minutes. I was happy to wait 5 minutes as long as someone acknowledged my existence.
