My family and I recently had phone upgrades on our Verizon accounts. We walked in on a Saturday morning and Paul Rankin immediately welcomed us into the store asking how he can help us. We sat down and went over the account information and ordered us our new iPhones. We waited a few days for the phones to be shipped to the store, during that time Paul made sure to keep us updated and let us know as soon as the phones came in. When the phones were received Paul took extra time after his shift and went the extra length to complete the new phone transfer process. He explained all the account information and transferring phone process in full detail. I highly recommend connecting with Paul for any Verizon phone accommodations. He was top notch!! Thank you Paul!
Paul Rankin is a very down to earth, easy going Representative. Attentive, knowledgeable, and and left no questions pertaining to billing. He guided me through the trade in process and I wasn’t a over the top salesman throughout the process. If you’re after a smooth transition to a new cellphone, here’s your guy.

Paul RankinI walked in and Paul greated me with a smile. He asked me if I needed anything and he told me that he would be able to get me a phone. We talked for a bit and decided on a galaxy + ultra. We got the paper work started and withing a very short time everything was transferred over to my new phone. All in all this was an amazing experience and when its time to get a new phone I will be coming to see Paul.
The first time I came in, some guy convinced me an SE would be sufficient for my content marketing. WRONG. The phone just randomly shut down and stopped working one year after I bought it.The next time I came in, some greasy salesmen kept trying to get me to purchase things I wasn’t interested in. He wasn’t listening to my needs at all.BUT - The third time I came in (it’s the most conveniently located Verizon to where I live), the sales dude was SO helpful and amazing. I got his card - his name is Curtis Mooney. Not only did he listen to my needs and get me hooked up to a new phone, but he found me a new plan that was $10 cheaper than the one I was currently on!If you go to this store, ASK FOR CURTIS MOONEY. This man deserves a serious raise. If he’s not there, just turn around and walk away.
My phone stopped charging, so I went in to see what they could do. I was helped by Vanessa, who was very friendly, patient and helpful! Got me in and out fast so I wouldnt be late to work! Left with a nice new phone, since my old one wasnt fixable, and she even took the time and showed me how to use it since I was switching from an iPhone to an Android, super easy switch! Was there few days ago excited about getting new phone.. waited least 30 minutes just to be over looked by salesperson that had just gotten freed up. Not sure if isolated issue of picking who they want to deal with or just thought I was broke and waste of time. But very least could have asked whos next and not attend to 1st person that walked up to him.

Curtis was a huge help in getting my upgrade done. I knew what I wanted and he helped me get exactly that. Although, the phone was not in stock, he ordered it and it came in rather quickly. He went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and make me happy. I would recommend this store and him to anyone looking for good customer service and friendliness. Next time I need another upgrade or any supplies, I plan on going back to him. He already has my phone set up and applied the screen protector on it so it was easier and quicker for me to finish setting it up for me. Not to mention, the new iPhone is amazing. I had a great experience at this Verizon, specifically with John. I had my phone stolen and was in quite a bind because I was leaving the country the next day. John was able to promptly get a new phone into my hands that day at an extremely low cost. I could not be more thankful and was extremely pleased with the service I received.

CJ Coulter did an amazing job helping us set up a new phone for our family member who is deaf. CJ was very patient and went out of his way to show her how to use the phone. This was her first phone so he had to show her the basics. And set up the fingerprint scanning, organized the Home Screen icons, etc. He did a fantastic job and also found us ways to improve our protection plan which covered more of our phones for less cost over all. CJ is really great to work with.

I had the pleasure of working with Paul while trying to get a phone for my boyfriend for Christmas! He was very knowledgeable and helpful with any and all questions, especially with how to handle the transfer over the holidays from a different service provider. Paul Rankin was great! I have been very resistant to change and Paul was great making sure that my fears were allayed and that everything was exactly how I wanted it. He also helped me transfer all of my apps and held my hand when I was worried about an app that didn’t have a sign in. He also made sure I had a home button in the time of no home button’s. I came in to this location to set up my new phone. CJ was super helpful and got me the proper sim card as I had the wrong one. He even set me up with a better screen protector so I dont have to worry about scraping my brand new phone. I didnt even know this kind of liquid screen protector existed. I always have a good experience in this location. CJ is awesome! Highly recommended.

2022-03-21Paul Rankin was an outstanding Verizon wireless costumer service. He greeted me as I walked in the door. He was very prompt with in assisting me with my phone. He was very respectful. My phone is not working properly and he went through each Scenario to try fixing my phone. Although we did not succeed on fixing my phone he showed me the proper steps to take so I can get a new phone on the claim website. I would recommend Paul Rankin as an excellent Verizon costumer sales representative.

2022-01-21I had the pleasure of working with Bella Taylor this past Monday on becoming a new Verizon customer. She was knowledgeable, professional and her communication skills were excellent. She was so passionate about her job I even got to learn a little bit more about the company (Cellular Sales) and their unique position to help customers better than a traditional Verizon company location. Her friendly and outgoing persona was reminiscent of those special moments you have with staff on a cruise ship or Disney World when they go above and beyond. I left happier and in a better mood than when I came in and I can’t think of a better person I could’ve had the honor of dealing with that day.
