Ted was fantastic! We walked in and it felt like he knew what we wanted and really delivered. His feedback and honesty helped us tremendously. Within an hour we walked away with new phones and an upgrade on our plan that we couldn’t be happier with.

I went here for an issue I was having with my phone. I get there and stand in front of who appeared to be the manager, while shes doing something on a computer. It took 2 minutes for her to call for someone in the back room to help me and not once did she even look at me to acknowledge me. The person who she called to help me ended up being unprofessional and unknowledgeable, so I ended up leaving and going to the Lake Grove store. My experience there was the complete opposite and that is where Ill be going to until the Bay Shore location gets new staff who are trained properly in customer service and product knowledge.
The associate who helped me is named Brenda. She was very patient and pleasant with me. This is my second visit to this location for a phone and each time I had a good experience there.

This 5 stars are for Rafael, because the other two employees that were there on January 25th, at 9pm, were just absent, immersed in their cell phones, showing not interest at all on the customers that approached the stand (not even making eye-contact).Rafael was very polite and willing to help. Kudos to him.I hope that the management at Verizon better valores this great employee, and I hope that his coworkers do not retaliate against him because these comments.Note: I have been in the service industry for over 25 years, and I know very well how some sales associates feel about their jobs and customers.

I paid for 2 phones in full, and somehow Verizon still thinks I owe them $740 for financing the two iPhones. Kinda sketchy. I would make sure to go to a real Verizon store and not an authorized dealer like this.

They improperly diagnosed my phone problem and tried to get me to spend $800 on a new phone. I took the phone to another location and was given a new phone for FREE. Bunch of con artists down there. After one of the techs looked at my phone they had another employee come over and say yea you have a pressure Crack when it wasnt. It was a faulty screen. Theyre was no physical damage to my phone. NOT EVEN A SCRATCH. I have a 100 case and my phone looked like it was fresh out of the box. DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE AND GO TO A DIFFERENT VERIZEN STORE
Staff was nice.. Verizons billing and contracts are amazingly bad.. no discount on phones just payment plans might as well buy the phone out right and not sign a contract.. it is the same price !.. they just break up the phone price over 24 months and jack up the bill. beware
Do not shop at this store! Manager is deceitful. Declined insurance and was signed up for and billed for insurance. Had a Verizon Hum pushed in me as free that I insisted I didnt need and was told to just take it b/c its not going to cost I anything...insisted no service fees and sure enough was billed $30 for hum, $20 activation fee, $10 in other monthly fees and finally an additional $120 cancellation fee of Hum contract I didnt know existed! Manager is a lying scammer
Beware this store representatives are very pleasant but DISHONEST and DECEITFUL. Make sure you get all verbal promises in writing.The General Manager of this store deceived us by telling us that our iphone 6 phones come with free lifeproof cases. Since she was dishonest, we were charged $89.99 and $99.99 for our cases when we received our first bill.Their Fios rep gave us a quote that Verizon couldnt honor.

2022-02-03I’ve gone several times to this store in the past and this has been the most pleasant and simplified experience ever and it was all because of the rep who helped me named Brenda. The most informative and qualified person fixing and installing my phone / account that did not take hours. Brenda is the best and hope she gets rewarded accordingly both monetarily and higher position levels in the near future. Great job!!

2022-03-15Bryanna helped me today purchase a phone. I have not been in the market to purchase a phone for quite some time but unfortunately my (going senile) tenant put my IPhone 6 in water. I wasn’t sure which one I should get and she explained the differences of the iPhones with patience. She was very polite & friendly. Once she set it up for me she also answered a few questions to help me learn how to navigate with the new device.

He ordered my phone and was very helpful but I came back a month late to get my phone and James set up my new iPhone 13. He was very attentive and professional. 2020-12-13James was exceptionally knowledgeable about his job and his responsibilities. But more so than that, I was having an extremely difficult time with my previous carrier and James helped me through the issue and my anger with them by reassurance and a general but amazing display of humanity.
