Last Tuesday my phone died and wouldnt even turn on. I was due for an upgrade anyway so they took care of me. The store opens at 9am and I was able to stop before work. Its a nice clean store with enough products to look at and a great selection of accessories. Conveniently located on Delaware near Sheridan its easy to find. I even got a picture of the Android!
Terrible experience purchasing phone. Tried to buy phone for wife for Christmas, and told them to call me . They kept calling her so I figured I would pic it up that weekend since the surprise was ruined. When I got there the phone was cancelled even though we told them we were picking it up that weekend. They put the phone on monthly payments when I told them I wanted to pay in full. And they upgraded my phone when I told them the phone was for my wife.... terrible experience dont go there.
When I went in I dealt with a girl name Megan she was amazing not only was the system down so she had to do everything by hand it took her 2 1/2 hours to upgrade my husband and my cell phone she did it with a smile laughed the whole time he was very kind and understanding walked me through everything and made me feel like it wasn’t a big deal that their system has been down though she looked tired!!! I can’t express how wonderful my experience was especially sense We have been dealing with a different third-party Verizon store that has treated us like garbage in the past!!!
This used to be a 5 star store. The customer service has gone way down since Megan and Chance left. But I found them! Theyre at Cellular Sales at Transit and East Robinson and Transit and Walden! Im so happy I found them! Got a new store because you cant beat the customer service they provided.
The young man there named Chanceler deserves recognition and most definitely deserves a raise and or promotion. To start this was 3rd Verizon I visited today. To give a little back story the first 2 Verizon I went to, each had at least 3 employees and no customers in the store. I was having issues with my iPhone and was looking for help. The first 2 Verizons simply told me to call tech support. Didnt even bother asking what was wrong or they would know I couldnt simply call. I was ready to call Verizon quits and switch to maybe Tmobile. However on my way to t-mobile I saw a busy Verizon. I figured they would be helpful considering they were busy. they must do good work. Wow was I blown away. 1 Employee and a good 15 customers and this kid multi tasked like no tomorrow. Had 3 customer at separate desks all doing separate things and STILL had time to greet and HELP me. While taking care of other customers. Could of thought he was a robot. To top it off a Nast women was in there complaining that he was the only one working. Young man smiles apologize and acknowledge her concerns he even went above and beyond to estimate hed be able to squeeze another customer in in about 5 minutes and sure enough he did. I watched 1 kid handle what most people would have walked out on. And to do it all while smiling. Amazing work Chanceler if you are not paid well there let me know I have a business and friends with business and we see your worth, let me know if you would ever consider changing carreers. Thank you so so so so so much
Staff was very friendly but there was very minimal stock. The battery on one of the phones I wanted to look at was dead and they could not charge it and turn it on because their rep was not there. I had a choice between one android and two iphones to look at so I went to Best Buy instead.
I have to say that we were beginning to lose trust in your customer service, but that all changed after being helped by Chris at Verizon. The experience was amazing. He was knowledgeable, professional and kind. He called us to let us know our phones were in, took time to walk us through the process, patiently helped our daughter with her first phone and did it all while making us feel like we were a priority. Thank you for making the experience a positive one!!!!
I had an excellent experience at this location. The technical staff person (Chanceler) was very friendly and professional. He was able to identify the issue with my phone, and resolve it in a timely fashion. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I give him 5 stars!
I came into the store today to get a new phone and Tom was there to help me out. He did an excellent job helping me choose the right phone. He went above and beyond, by reviewing my account usage and found a plan that was better suited to my needs and ended up saving me money! Tom did such a great job taking the time to explain everything I needed to know about the devices I bought today. I had such a great experience! Thank you Tom!
I am so done with verizon. they have the worst customer service ever and visiting this store just reaffirmed my belief. The guy at the service desk was extremely rude. He told me I couldnt buy a phone because I am not the account holder. He refused to help in any way. He told me that whoever sold me my phone last time shouldnt have. It used to be much simpler buying a phone but verizon likes making it complicated. You cant do anything at the stores so why do they even exist?
This is a FiOS store so you can pay bills there on home phones that you might have had since the 1960s, back when telephone operators actually used cables and wires to connect calls, even having party line. Having disconnected this particular phone number I found it impossible to pay the phone bill online. Even by phone. So I went to a Verizon store and they told me I had to go to this particular location, because it is a FiOS bill, even though its on an old fashioned wired telephone in the house. Going to this Delaware Avenue location worked. You can use cash with a special machine or you can pay with a credit card. Done. Finally. Megan assisted.
Chancler was our rep and he was phenomenal he was people friendly honest and really made you feel welcome. He was open and honest about billing questions and concerns and gave us a precise what to expect bon our first months bill. We transferred service over from sprint and t-mobile and it was by far the best decision. All of people say they want the cheapest phone plan but along with a cheap phone plan comes terrible customer service. So if youre on the fence about verizon dont be. This location had the most friendly and knowledgeable employees you could ever ask for. Fyi if youre looking for discounts and best bang for your buck give this location a try i promise you they will treat you with the respect and honesty you deserve.
This location is by the shadiest i have ever dealt with. I was switching from Sprint to Verizon and they promised a specific Bill Amount. that did not happen. the Bill was well over what I was paying until I contacted Verizon Direct. Next I was promised $200 gift cards for each phone Purchased and those are now declined saying I dont qualify because I did not Port my numbers, which I would have happily done which could have saved me a lot of aggravation of getting my new number out to my contacts. they explained it was an easier process to just get new Verizon Numbers. Please dont ever trust this location, and especially Sales Rep(Jeremy) as he told complete lies to make it easier on himself. I would have happily ported my old numbers if this was the requirement. please dont get hosed by this company. they lied for their benefit. zero stars.
No phones on display, one guy out in dirty clothes. Other guy comes to help with Fios, then a customer walks in and asks for a new phone. Kid takes his phone out of his pocket and says Ill be right back. I do my exchange, walk to my car and the kids outside on his phone while the customer is standing behind the line twiddling his thumbs. Poor service and store was a mess. Can definitely tell its a authorized dealer...
Today, we were looking to upgrade our cable boxes. We were instructed by the Verizon customer service representative online to visit any one of our local Verizon locations to pick up the boxes. Once we arrived to your 3600 Delaware Ave location, we brought in our old boxes as instructed. We were asked for our order number which was then given to your associate Ryan. After Ryan had received the information, he then denied our request for our new boxes, after being told they were available for pickup today. We were told that we had to wait approximately 3 additional weeks to receive the order that we had just placed only a few hours prior via online. After receiving that news, we were told multiple times that we could not be further assisted today from Ryan and walked out the door. We then traveled a few miles up the road to your 2290 Delaware Ave location where we were assisted by their team in a very professional and helpful manner, after just receiving 0 star service only minutes ago. Im sad to say that we will not be returning to your location any time soon and will clearly make the better decision to visit the alternate location as they were much, much, much, more helpful. Unfortunately, I had to give this review a 1 star rating instead of the 0 star rating it truly deserved.
I visited the store on 5/4/17 to return my verizon internet/cable equipment. Dave opened the door for me as I exited my vehicle, immediately asked how he could help me and promptly processed my equipment return. He was so professional and courteous that I will be returning to him to get tablets for my children for an upcoming cross country trip. Deciding where to purchase electronics and obtain wireless coverage has never been dictated by the customer service I would receive until now. Well, done, Dave! Ill be in soon!
Went in to switch my service over, I had all the necessary information and authorization but the staff were unwilling to help in anyway way. They gave no explanation ,nor would they give any advice of any kind, I called Verizon and completed the transaction on the phone. The customer service people on the phone could give no explanation of why the staff at the store location wouldnt help. Very poor customer service at this location. DO NOT USE
I went to return an unneeded fios router because I was using my own router, and they somehow interpreted that as a request to disconnect my service, which they proceeded to do without confirming anything with me. I only realized what had happened when Verizon sent me an email saying were sorry you have decided to leave Verizon!!! I wasnt at home when I got the email so I then had to waste an hour of my day reestablishing service and they made me set up another new account. Unbelievably poor service. I will never visit this location for any reason again.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE USED CAR SALESMEN This is a Franchise Store and not a Verizon Wireless corporate store . These sales people are only here to sell product and not take care of customers. Went there to set up three lines and combine services. Afterwards I found I was on the wrong plan, charged hundreds of dollars more than stated and now lost my main contact number that they were to port over. Called over 20 times and they never called back. Took two weeks of calling Verizon Corporate to straighten out plan and bill. Had called the manager Chris three weeks in advance about porting number. When I finally went there to buy a new phone, add MiFi and port my number to my old phone , Chris informed me that the number had ported over and took my old phone to set it up. Then told me it was all set. Found out days later the phone did not work, and now two weeks later he tells Verizon that I must have disconnect the phone before it ported, well i have proof that the phone was not disconnected until after he set my old phone. Now i have lost the main number that everyone contacts me on. Stay far away,unless you want to be ripped off
Just paid my FiOS bill, they chiefly deal with mobile phones, consequently they really dont give you the time of day unless youre looking to buy what their selling. Cant tell you much more since other then putting my money in cash machine which doesnt give change, no one has much to say.
Im glad they sent me the wrong replacement phone and when I went back to fox the issue, all they did was hand me a phone number. Im glad I get paid to do their job and fix their mistakes while they sit in the back room. There must be something really great in that back room
This place is the BEST Verizon store I have been to. Tom was friendly, professional, and made the experience fun. I normally hate going to a verizon store because I know it’s going to take a long time. Tom Belue was quick and I was in and out in under 30 mins. Definitely should go see Tom!!!!!!
The most horrible experience ever. First I was mislead thinking that this was an actual Verizon Wireless store but it is not. Then when I made my payment, I was told that It would take 1-2 hours but technically it can take 24 hours amd ,y payment is still not posted . I will NEVERRRRRRRRRR go back to this location again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PEOPLE!!!!
Waited nearly 45 minutes in the store just to be told to call the customer support line. On top of that, the store representative ignored several customers that had been waiting over 30 minutes to help someone who just walked in the door. He threatened to kick a man out of the store who complained about not being helped. Terrible service.
Today my husband and daughter accompanied me to your location. The location was very nice and clean. We waited to be seen for 15 min in which my husband became very impatient, when we were assisted the young lady named London helped us pick out phones and made us laugh the whole time we were in her presence. She joked with my daughter about Disney movies and even went as far as putting on Disneys frozen on their store TV and sang songs with her as we waited for our phones to set up. London was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. Sitting there discussing things about our phones that I personally didnt know. My husband and I are quite the aliens when it comes to technology (sigh). Nonetheless she was very patient and worked with us until we had a PhD in communications. Her customer service was beyond incredible, we felt more so that weve known her for years and like we were visiting one of our friends. By far the best customer service Id ever experienced. Weve informed her that when our son comes home from school to visit over the holidays we will stop by and have her set him up with a brand new phone. Id like to thank her for all her hard work and where ever she is located I am more than happy to follow just to receive her customer service it felt so genuine. After leaving the store with our new phones and degree I joked with my husband about the 15 minute wait and he said to me smiling Id do it all again just to receive her customer service, it was definitely worth the wait. Thank you so very much London best of wishes to you, and thank you Verizon.
I went there for a problem with my phone i had bought at the location on Niagara Falls Blvd at the 290 BEFORE this location was open. I was told that since bought it at that location I have to go there. Im sure Verizon corporate will be delighted to know that their response is the final nail in the coffin for them. We got lied to on the price for the phones when we got them which was supposedly free, plus the plan. 70.00 a month turned into like 138 a month.They will be paid off in a few months and then goodbye Verizon, hello Consumer Cellular. I wont tolerate lying salespeople. She isnt even there anymore. Apparently at a Transit Rd. Store.
Awsome store, awsome employees. My wife and I were ready to completely cut ties with Verizon after a horrible experience with customer service. I walked in to pay my Fios Bill.. the man who greeted me had me sit down and he got on the computer. 20 minutes in.. He informs me that he cannot take my payment, but the machine over there can.I sat there while he looked over my bill so I could pay it... for him to not even be able to process it... He could have saved me 20 minutes by pointing or showing me to the machine so I can be in and out like I planned.. not so he can look at my bill try and save me money.. tell me I actually owe more than what my bill STATES.... And waste my time. I was late grabbing my son because of this.
How can a customer whos looking to get a new phone get told by a retail employee that theres no deals on phones then when I come home and go online the next day and they have a BOGO promotion for the new Pixel 3 and I go into the store and That promotion has ended how does a promotion end when I talked them the previous night about adding the promotion to my account and they dont open to the next day and the promotion ends. Something isnt right here. It also doesnt help that the online chat agent says that the Retail employees arent very reliable. Not very professional to treat a possible future customer.

2022-06-17I am absolutely disgusted with Christine. If you walk in and she’s waiting on you, just walk back out. She’s a deceptive salesperson, or just has absolutely NO clue what she is doing. I went there for my fios plan, come to find out she never even touched it. Had me upgrade my phone by telling me that it would end up being cheaper monthly, now I find out it’s almost $50 MORE a month. Nobody from corporate is calling me back to help deal with the situation either. This girl should not have a job. I brought it to the attention of the manager, who basically told me there was nothing she could do now about the wireless situation.

2021-12-10Jordan took care of switching from one phone to another!!! He was fantastic! He was the only employee working while I was in the store and kept the process moving even when other people came into the store for help. He was calm and worked to make sure everyone was helped while he was simultaneously working with me. He let me know what was going on at every step. I really appreciate his help!!!

2021-12-22I went to pick up an order and they were having trouble closing it out. Fortunately they have super comfortable chairs to sit in while you wait. I appreciated the manager driving to the store to help out and get me on my way, they could have asked me to come back the next day. Its a bright, clean, store and the employees were very nice.
