The worst customer service the lady didnt want to do her job the worst attitude she wasnt paying attention so I left

I was going to visit your store the last Saturday, but I called and when i called the girl who answered the phone was not friendly at all.
Very disrespectful people answering the phones on Sunday, unwilling to answer a customers question over the phone.
Supposed to open at 11am drove two hours to return an item to sit outside for an hour and they aren’t open.
Thanks to ever and Karol for giving me the best service and helping me find the phone I want!

2020-12-08To be frank this location doesn’t even deserve any star but you can’t write a review without any. I went to this location and the service I got yesterday, 12/7/2020 the girl she is so rude. She should not be working there. I went in to ask her to open services and she acted like she didn’t even want to help me, her answers were bland. she didn’t even try I ended up going to location in comack and gave them my 5 lines I do not recommend going here! they’re rude.

2020-08-20Worst customer service ever !!! My husband went today and there was a lady in there with the worst attitude listening to her loud music and not been a help at all definitely not going back Verizon letting customers run away from this store because of her!
