I want to thank GRACE, I work from 10-8. I was trying to get a new phone for many days. I called the store and told my problem that i cannot come between 10-8. Grace is fantastic at TCC Verizon in Airport Plaza Farmingdale - their new location! Patient, knowledgeable and made certain I understood every detail when I was changing out several devices. I had the pleasure of Bani Singhs assistance and he was professional, courteous, and patient with the process of signing me up for a new plan and getting a new phone. He did not try to make you pay more than you needed and helped me out with finding the best deal for what I was looking for. I would recommend this location and his service if you need help with anything.

2022-05-19I went in yesterday with a SIM card issue and was greeted right away by Bani. He sat me down and tried to address the problem, after talking for a bit it was obvious that the best route would be getting a new phone. Bani explained everything to me in detail and was extremely friendly and helpful. I left with a brand new phone and all of my questions answered. I highly recommend if you need anything Verizon related, you choose this Farmingdale location.
