She helped my husband figure out his droid (he just changed from an I phone) and was having issues. She also answered my question about adding photos to Facebook. I am still learning as well. Very nice.

Worst manager EVER! Did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to resolve a problem. First employee I dealt with was a big Liar never telling me the costs I would be getting, said my bill would be the same. It WASN’T!SEVERAL other employees tried to help, but I don’t think they were trained.... I was told the manager would call me ... never did. Returned again to get help and again employees there couldn’t help, not that they didn’t try. Employee again told me the manager needed to help... Ha! Emailed twice called and no response.They only want to SELL you something......no service or LITTLE HELP.GO DIRECTLY TO A VERIZON STORE OR CALL VERIZON. These retail shops are only out for a saleAnd do not look out for your best interest!
Customer Service is terribble. Went on Sunday to upgrade my phone. Phone color was not in stock so he call the Bath store and asked could he get one from them. He told me he worked from 1-5 on a split shift because of the holiday and he would pick the phone up in the morning. So I show up at 1 to learn he just went to get the phone so I tell the new guy working the store I will be back tomorrow. I was able to show back up later in the day and he tells me he left the phone in bath. So I call the Bath store and they claim he picked it up. Im sure he sold the phone I asked for.
I recently upgraded phones at TCC Verizon and couldnt have been happier with the service I received. Franklin, Ryan, and Jason each were extremely helpful and patient in helping ensure we got the devices and plan that were right for us. They went the extra mile to help as we learned the new devices and even helped with the device rebate process when we had a problem. Outstanding customer service guys, you nailed it.
Dylan was very helpful when I came in for help using my new phone. I will always come back in to see him if I ever need anything.
This store scammed me into a contract. I spent three hours the first day to try and resolve a phone that crashed (s7 phone). The s10 phone I was supposed to get a rebate on and Verizon would not except a phone I had. Verizon keep both phones, I didnt get any rebate, now my phone bill is triple what I was paying. I got scammed. All I can say is be careful of Verizon
I stopped in, 15 July 2017, to get an issue resolved on my phone. No customers were in the store @ the time of my arrival. The representative was unhelpful & careless. Was more interested in playing on his phone & the store computer. He told me more or less; that I could resolve the issue on my own/ why did I even stop in.
Came in with a phone i got at Best Buy that wasnt set up all the way. Dylan helped get me back on track. Very helpful staff.
So after leaving this review there was a comment to call customer service to share my feedback. I called 3 times. Was on hold for almost ten minutes to then have a recording inform me that they are to busy and to call back...(thanks for wasting my time) I then went on the website and left feedback about the incident that happened and never got a response.....Poor customer service... after being a loyal customer for many years I am super disappointed
Amazing customer service, Jason is awesome and idk the other guys names but they were all equally great. I had to have my kids in there at one point and one of the staff grabbed his phone and put sesame street on for them to watch so that I could finish up working with Jason. As far as sales goes they arent pushy at all and have a variety of phones for great prices. We used to hate Verizon and they redeemed it for us. Also already saw my first bill and it is lower than I thought so verizon must have gotten rid of a lot of their hidden fees. Very impressed with the guys here and would highly recommend them to friends. A+

Stopped in and Alena was fantastic, she helped us reset some of the settings in our phone that was having issues and it was a very pleasant experience!
Went in there two day after going to 3 Verizon this was the best one the customer service we received from Ryan was by far the best and way more than he needed to provide I will continue to go there just for his service
I just visited this store as I needed to get a new SIM card as I switched phones. Tony was extremely helpful and not only sold me the card, but activated for me and made sure everything worked well before I left.
Dylan helped get me hooked up with a new home phone connect and made talking with customer service painless!

Horrible customer service. Good luck trying to return your phone within the 14 day period, they’ll claim you damaged your phone so they won’t have to go through the effort of replacing it.

2019-11-26The person there was awesome. He helped me and my girlfriend find just what we wanted. He even came in on his day off to deliver our phones, which he picked up from another Verizon almost 45 minutes away, because our store didnt have anymore note10s in stock. He showed us stuff about our phones and told us about different plans to make sure we got exactly what we needed and made sure we werent paying for anything we didnt want. He was super helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend this store.

2019-08-08Stopped in to get a replacement phone today and Ryan Henry did everything he could to save me a few dollars. After an unsatisfactory visit to fix poor reception on the J3 a few days before, I wasnt looking forward to stopping again. But I went in hoping for the best. What I got was their best effort and a friendly reception. Both young men in the store helped, but it was Ryan who did what he could to make my day better. Though I ultimately purchased a better phone, it was the service that impressed me. Even on an off day, they were awesome. 4 stars only because corporate makes their people jump through an awful lot of hoops to activate a phone, but that doesnt take away from the top notch service I received today. Based on service alone, it would have been 5.
