I came to this location, 36-42 Union St, Flushing, NY 11354 US (Verizon Authorized Retailer, TCC) for some options because I wanted to inquire (and was going to) switch over to Verizon. The woman I encountered had a very arrogant and condescending tone which deterred me from further coming to Verizon. When you’re considering to pay over $200 to switch over to a different carrier, This decision requires you to have all the answers. I believed that both patience and being informative about your products is important. I came here to ask her several questions to the costs and options, she wrote down the rates and said “I’m not going to calculate it so you can do that yourself.” To which I took out my calculator and started to calculate the amount myself. When I asked her several questions pertaining to the plan, she stated, “you’re not going to understand this but let me explain anyway.” I was absolutely flabbergasted but still wanted to advance with the transaction. However, when I asked another question, her response was “This isn’t hard. I’m going to explain this to you one more time. You should understand this as I explained.” I understood the entire plan but switching carriers is a big decision that would essentially cost me over $1,000 for the plan and new phone. She was a younger Asian woman by the name of Jennifer Choe. I would never allow her to make that commission off of me. She made it sound as though I would not be able to afford this plan and when I wanted to proceed, she was like it’s 8 PM now. We’re closed.

Came here to fix my sim card issue on my new phone, Jeff helped alot, provided excellent service. And comparing to the other verizon store nearby, the other store didnt help at all, like nothing at all. Im glad I came here to ask for a second answer.

I went to ask estimate about how much will be but they ordered without my permission. I have to cancelled myself next day.Also they said if I buy phone from Best Buy store then I cant get any service from Verizon store . Her name is Jenifer Choe .Also who was manager or owner that person said same.

Asked for iphone 7 was told it would be $600 dollars when its not even close to that price. Id expect them to at least look up the price or know how much it is, not just throw numbers around. Also didnt seem to care or try giving me the correct price. Listed on verizon the iphone 8 is $450????
