I normally go to a VZW corpate store to conduct all of my wireless business because I have had really bad experiences at non corpate locations. I found this location by accident and I could not be more thrilled that I did! From the moment you walk in the store and are greeted by friendly, smiling people willing to help you like Joe Joson, who actually works specifically with Fios, to the outstanding Alicia Mohamed. Joe was the first person who assisted me, and even though he wasnt a phone sales rep, he answered every single question I had with a smile. He went above and beyond! Alicia was the sales rep that assisted me to upgrade to my new device. She is professional, answered my 9 million questions, all with a smile, and even though I felt like I was being a burden, she gladly assisted me in every way she could. She assured me that I was not bothering her at all. She made a very stressful situation into an extremely pleasurable one. There is no other store that I will use. The VZW on Forrest Ave is top notch! Thank you to every single employee that works there, especially Alicia!
Terrible Service. No matter how many bad reviews they get. There not going to change. They should loose there Verizon name since there a reseller. It’s a waste of time going there. Go to the other Verizon store a few blocks down at 658 Forest Ave. There so much better and more respectful.
Service and assistance were fantastic at this store. I came in with a hot mess. Pergament location messed up order for gizmo watch replacements and device IDs and sim cards did not match. What a difference in service. Sean was great and I was done in no time. I will definitely recommend this location and Akron street for assistance in the future.
Alicia was amazing with helping me upgrade me and my husband phone. She went above and beyond for me in helping me from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable about her job and I can see she loves helping people and going the extra mile. Thank you so much Alicia for helping me and for being a awesome person you are. Small stores are better then the large corporate ones, this store the staff there are so so nice and helpful. I been to other large stores and they are not helpful at all and make you feel like a number. This store get a 10++ and so does the staff get a 10+++ thank you again.
Alicia was extremely helpful and very patient with us. She worked with us to get us the best deal possible. I had tons of questions, and needed help with some of the functions, she was very patient with me and made sure I understood everything that I needed. I most definitely recommend asking for her when purchasing or upgrading your phone, you will not be disappointed.
Alicia was exceptional! I stopped by this store just to inquire about my crack screen and ended upgrading my phone. However, I ended up purchasing a new phone and making some adjustments to my current plan. She answered all my questions right away and even advised me on adjusting my plan to save money. Alicia was extremely helpful and very professional. Thank you for all your help and I highly recommend this store!
I went to this Verizon location to update my phone, but didnt have much knowledge of the latest models. Alicia was extremely helpful and walked me through different models, listed all the pros and cons, and tried to get me the best possible deal. You can tell her feedback is honest and that she is really going out of her way to give you the best possible experience. The process was super quick and we were in and out in no time. I would 100 percent recommend this Verizon location to all my family and friends!
I had a great experience in the store. My wife and I had been having trouble with our previous cell service and had been thinking about switching. The rep, Rich made the process of changing carriers as easy and painless as possible. He took his time to get us the best deals possible and explain everything. I highly recommend this store.

The team working at Verizon on Forest Avenue was very helpful, most notably, Alicia. Alicia assisted me with my Samsung A21 setup and a few other account related issues. In comparison to other Verizon stores which I have experienced, Alicia is head and shoulders above the other representatives which I worked with. 5 starts!! Mint customer service!!
In my 54 years on this planet, I have never had as good as an experience with a cell carrier sales rep as I did with Alicia Mohamed. There was no feeling of sales pressure or that any charges incurred was not fully explained. Alicia worked with my wife and I to get the best pricing for iPhone and iPad upgrades, as well as updating our FIOS equipment. Alicia and her team showed great patience and a high degree of customer service. Thank you!!
Wonderful experience. Rich was great, attentive, informative and very helpful. He helped me make a decision on my phone very easy, which for me is usually agonizing. He listened to what I want and what I use my phone for. The rest of the staff was also helpful. I would definitely go back to this verzion store.
My husband and I have been customes for over 10 years. Any and every time we have a problem or we upgrade our phones, Sean is our guy. Sean takes the time and goes above and beyond to help us, as we are not that tec savvy. Nick, the manger is also very helpful. I highly recommend this store and SEAN to everyone. Their customer service is excellent!!
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! Especially avoid ALICIA and the manager! They tried to charge me more on my bill, and when I came to get a new device they tried to add an extra fee on top of it! Alicia was all good and merry at first, but as soon as she saw I wasnt having it with the upcharge, she went to another customer and didnt say a word to me after! Manager came out, didnt greet, and was even RUDER than her. Super rude and price gaugers. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE! They are highway crooks. (They also make you wait outside in the cold for a long time too!)
It was my first time coming to this store, it was a very pleasant experience that me and my mom had. Alicia, the salesperson who helped us was indeed very helpful and friendly. She accommodated us to the max! Both me and my mom are very pleased with our experience here. This is now my favorite store! 👍😊
I am writing this review to describe the outstanding service my family and I received over the past week. The employees Bob and Derek were extremely helpful and understand and provided my family and I with the best package possible. I highly recommend anyone who is a Verizon carrier or looking to transfer to Verizon to speak to these two employees.
I accidentally forgot my passcode to my iPhone. Sean was extremely nice enough took time out of his busy day and helped me restore my phone. Kyle helped as well. Sean is great definitely has great customer service. I have a lot of experience in the retail world I know a good employee when I see one. Anyone planning to buy any Verizon products within Staten Island go see Sean. I will definitely be back to make my future purchases with him. He saved me a trip to the mall and the long lines at apple store :)
Bob Overcharged me, changed my plan, which didnt show on the receipt, gave me outdated phone he said was a new version. Got my name and info wrong. However vzn made extra good on all and suggested I call local chamber of commerce and emailed me an outline. Have fun with that Bob!
They have the most horrible customer service. They lie about getting free devices for loyal customers. They said It will be free and that we had 14 days to change our minds. So when we found out that the device was not free because they were gonna charge us $10 a month for 2 years we decided we did not need the extra device. So 2 or 3 days after we brought the device home we decided to bring it back and they refused to return the money they charged my credit card and said that we would owe them $70.00 for the restocking fee so that they dont have to return our money, even though we brought the device back 11 days before the 14 days were up. Beware of this store and verizon period because everyone is fair game even customers of 18 years like us!!! When we asked to speak with the top boss Juan Carlos we were first told he was not in today Then when I called the store and asked I was then told that he was currently at another location then when I asked when I would be able to speak with him I was asked to hold and when the women returned she then said he is no longer with the company. They are hacks at that location especially!! But if you MUST deal with verizon I would suggest the more proffessional and larger one near by them.
I went in to exchange my old boxs to the new ones and the i must say that the rep that helped me was awesome i believe his name wasDANNY he answered all my questions and even told me about the new cell phone plans that are available now im thinking about switching to Verizon...
Impeccable service.spanish rep was very helpful and understanding and explained everything that needed to be explained.. few people were waiting but line was moving fairly fast. waiting for service does require a little patience but with comfortable seating and tvs to entertain yourself with and all the products on display made my waiting period quite enjoyable. kudos to verizon and a wonderful staff.happy holidays!!!
Be very careful when u go to this store the sales people they are Thief , they Try to sell u things whiteout tell u anything what will happen if u stop the service . This people they charge for 8 month for service that I never had , then when I find out they want me charge lot money to stop the service , that they never told me from the Begin, do yours self a favor go to the real Verizon store , don’t trust those Fugazi !!Shady store thy all smile u and try to Screw you.

2022-01-26My husband and I went into the Forest Avenue location to return some DVR boxes and make some changes to our account.We wound up returning and upgrading our iphones because our representative Dan was such a great help! Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was genuinely courteous and listened to our needs. he is a great asset to your company and should be recognized for this. Thank you Dan!

She did everything she could to make sure that we got the best deals possible. Her customer service skills are amazing and she is very professional. very honest! You wont regret going there instead of the actual Verizon wireless stores they are horrible.

2022-03-25Sean was an excellent rep very professional and kind. He took extra time to explain how my phone worked and really went above and beyond for me. I drive 30 minutes across the island to see him because he gives me better service then the 3 Verizon stores that are within 15 minutes of my house. I would recommend Sean over any Verizon rep on Staten Island. 5 stars truly aren’t enough for this man. Thank you for your exceptional service!!!

2022-02-25I came in to return equipment. I inquired about deals at the moment with Alicia, who was very welcoming and I walked out with a new phone and a great deal!! I have to say that not only was Alicia super knowledgeable and patient, so were the other employees…Bob, Joey, and Xavier! Did I mention that as Alicia took care of me there were other existing customers that came in with issues, she was able to calmly address and/or direct then to someone else for assistance! Beautiful teamwork I must say! I cant say Ive ever had such friendly service, which made my transition wayyy easier! Good job!

2022-02-28Terrific experience with Joe. He was extremely helpful in getting me the perfect Samsung phone. I have a special setup with my Palm that he successfully set up. The data transfer from my old phone was perfect. Sean was also helpful. A great deal. You gotta go there!!

2022-03-28My phone suffered a catastrophic drop and barely had a working screen. Sean at Verizon was super helpful transferring my data to a brand new upgraded iPhone. I was very appreciative of how quickly he got me up and running, as my toddler was terrorizing the store. Highly recommend this location and Sean for any phone needs!
