Absolutely fantastic experience. Was upgrading my phone from Galaxy S7 to S10+, staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.I had an issue with Verizon Corporation, not this store, about a false advertisement received through text. I cleared this up over the phone while in the store. Even though this took about 20 minutes the representatives were still more than willing to help me in any way they could.Had they not been as decent of people as they were I wouldve canceled my Verizon accounts after Verizon had attempted to lie about their promotional offer to me.Overall the best Verizon representatives I have ever met across any of the stores after my 15 years as a Verizon Customer.
They are running a scam at this store all Verizon customers please be aware. First of all this is not a Verizon store this is more like an authorized dealer. They only want to sell you whatever they can. They took advantage of my mom when she came in here to buy an iPhone 12. They deliberately/intentionally lied to her and sold her a wireless hotspot device that she did not need or asked for they told her that the device was free which was a lie. this device came with its own separate line as well as a monthly fee her bill came up to around $300 for one iPhone and an additional line which she never asked for be careful when coming to the store. I Have reported them to corporate. The Mexican guy at the front desk is incredibly rude and I hope he gets fired.
Josh and Rich were extremely helpful and personable. Josh was able to find a plan that worked better than our current one. Honesty is hard to find especially when it comes to cell phone companies, but these gentlemen were up front and very knowledgeable, quelling any concerns regarding the new phones/plan.
100% class A service-- Nick went way above and beyond helping us with our iPhone purchase-- far better service than Ive received from any other retail phone store in my life! I highly recommend them to anyone local or out of state.
My experience here with Gerard and Danny was very smooth and quick. I came into transfer my services and Gerard was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the process. I do recommend coming to this location.
This store is a must if youre interested in buying a new cell phone. My sales rep, Rich Thomasen was not only knowledgeable, but he was extremely patient in teaching me all I needed to know about the new phone I was purchasing. He did a side by side comparison to another phone I was interested in and didnt try to sell me. He genuinely went through the pros and cons of each phone and then let me decide what was best. The following day, I returned with more questions about the phone and he clarified those as well. He also took the time to hook up my navigation in my car. A true gentleman who knows his stuff! Thank you Rich! It was a pleasure dealing with you!!!!!
Rich was excellent. He saved me money on my bill and gave me a hum, tablet, phone and jetpack. Rich and Josh were the nicest and most pleasant sales professionals Ive ever dealt with. Anyone who wants a great experience with guys who actually care about you I insist you visit this location.

Rich was a huge help 5 star customer service beats any Verizon on Staten Island. Do yourself a favor and save time come here they will do what’s best for you financially and what makes sense no scams and no poor service highly recommend.
Rich was extremely helpful, spent a lot of time setting up multiple email accounts which required archaic port setting to sync verizon AOL emails. He was very patient and will recommend friends to visit this location.

Ive been a customer with these guys for a while and every time I go for a new phone I am amazed by the level of service I get you get one-on-one on day one and then afterwards theyre very good at what they do they dont just forget about you this is the place to go if youre not right knowledgeable about technology theyre very helpful I would definitely recommend my mom and any other elderly relatives to go there wonderful guys

I bought my phone here. Went to another store to set up a replacement after damaging my original phone and they couldnt help. Came back here and they were able to help me activate my phone and set up my Google account.

2022-08-16So today I decided to shop for a new iPhone 13 but was very unsure what was best for my knees when I walked in the door Rich was the answer to my prayers. He literally held my hand through the entire process and he showed me certain products that I didn’t even know I needed. I am so happy I walked out with a brand new iPhone 13 Pro Max and an Apple Watch and got the most amazing deals. I will always be coming to Verizon thanks Rich

2021-07-07I had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Josh at this location, and the help and care that he showed during my visit was amazing. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to devices, plans, and saving you money. He truly cares about his customers and the care he puts into it is something any manager should aspire to do. Can’t say enough about him, the store is extremely fortunate to have a caring, hard working, respectful person such as himself who goes above and beyond for customers.

Ten stars to Sean who provided me with fabulous information that saved me hundred of dollars and took his time listening to everything I sought in a phone. 2021-07-17I went to this verzion store yesterday to purchase a new phone. Costumer service was excellent. Both staff members were very informative and helpful, especially Gerrard. He helped my mom revtireve back old photos which she thought she lost forever. I appreciate him explaining and keeping us updated with the latest technology. I will definitely return to this store for all of my cellphone needs. Thanks so much guys!

2020-09-12I went in today with my husband regarding several issues and questions. We spoke with Josh and Richard. What an amazing experience! I spent an hour & 1/2 on the phone with Verizon and another hour at the Richmond Avenue store to no avail! Both Josh and Richard were able to help me with my phone issues and my husband with his phone. Highly recommend either one of them. They are both knowledgeable on the products, professional and wonderful dispositions. Best service EVER had with Verizon in person or on the phone. If your experience was as good as mine. Give them a shout out. They deserve it!Verizon, we need more representatives to help customers like Josh and Richard. Great hires!

2020-12-11Had to order a new phone and get educated on the plans available for the phone, my family iPads etc. Worked with JOSH. Great guy. Very smart, helpful, polite and committed to making my experience pleasant. I had to come back to the store after my phone was updated. I asked what time the store was open until, and JOSH replied “don’t worry I won’t leave until its done.” Customer service at its best
