I went into the store because I bought a S9+ from Singapore and wanted to ask the store to set me up. Aisha and Isaac were so helpful that they tried for a while to help me. Finally, it turned out that the phone is not on Verizons CDSM and not usable with Verizon. Nevertheless, they were both patient and extremely helpful. In the end, I bought 2 S9+ from them, and Isaac patiently assist me with the upgrades. Terrific customer service and knowledge. Wished a lot more businesses are like this!
I had a great experience at the verizon time square location. I went in to purchase a new iPhone and the team was able to provide me with information on the different promotions I was eligible for. They also made sure when I was able to transfer everything from my old phone to my new one. I was please with the customer service I received. Overall it was a great experience! A++ customer service! We were helped by Xavier and Sarah, the whole transaction took about 2 hours, as we had to jump through hoops getting approved for the buy one get one promotion Verizon had. Xavier and Sarah were extremely helpful, they were coming up with all kinds of ways to try to speed up the process. At one point they had 4 phone calls going on trying to find out how we can get approved. I was sitting and observing, and Sarah was just working at an incredible speed, she was helping three customers at one time. I commanded her for her multitasking skills, and she was calm and collected the entire time! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for helpful, professional, and fun Verizon employees!
Azeem a was so helpful in getting my family set up on a new plan, explaining all the options, and what deals came with each option. I never know what to expect when walking into a Verizon store to deal with phone issues, and I walked away with everything single question resolved. A true pleasure to work with.
I upgraded to an iPhone XR/128GB last Friday (9/6) after visiting this location (49th and 7th). An employee named Aisha K. helped me with the purchase and she was awesome - so I highly recommended her. She was patient, understanding, honest, and was not at all pushy. She showed me a few phones and phone cases before I even confirmed the sale, so her letting me browse helped my thought process as I was trying to figure out which option worked best for me. She explained how the financing works and how my Verizon promotions/discounts would apply. She even put on the glass protector so I didnt have to worry about it. She was pleasant and just a normal human being (!), which is rare these days. Overall, I highly recommend this store. Just check their other reviews, which is much higher than the other Verizon stores I saw. On a related note, you should avoid the Verizon store a few blocks south (on 42nd between 6th and 7th) - I had a terrible experience there. This store on 49th and 7th though is highly recommended. I came in to the store to see about issues with my iPhone 6 Plus and ended up leaving with a shiny red 8 plus. This was all due to the great customer service that John offered. I got the wireless earbuds and a wireless charger and the complimentary hot spot. Again I got this stuff because John’s customer service made it easy to understand what I needed to be up to date with my phone and tech stuff. I would recommend stoping by this store, which is a bit smaller that the mega stores. I say this because I feel that the service from this smaller store made me feel very comfortable with the soft sell persona that they offer. Stop by to inquire about a phone and you’ll be leaving with a fresh one and a smile!
The store location is perfect. I was able to leave my dead phone in Darvins capable hands and return to work while he transferred everything to my new replacement. The process took longer than usual, but Darvin was patient and got it done. Each time I returned with a question or concern, Darvin maintained a professional attitude and took care of the problem. Thumbs up!
Not straight forward tried deceiving us in to buying an iPad we said we don’t need by throwing it in for “free” if we exchanged our old iPhone and got a new one.Left I very bad taste in our mouth.Will not deny that they are very friendly but when friendliness comes along with deception the friendliness is revealed to be nothing less than a means to an end.In other words amazing sales people and that’s it.
Broke my phone on Xmas day, this shop was open early, had the phone i was looking for.Isaac Levi was AWESOME, had the new phone charging when I walked in. The service was outstanding.Also he advised me (correctly) that my SD from the old phone would be unusable, still installed it in my new phone so I would not lose it. Very smart!This shop is very conveniently located on 50th & 7th, the M20 M104 bust both stop on 50th and 8th.

I dealt with a young woman named Aisha. Not only was she helpful and patient, but she refused to upsell me and told me that given my usage certain products were not a good expenditure for me. A great store with super honest sales people.

Went to this location to inquire about the BOGO iphone deal. Isaac was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions and even hooked me up with a company discount I didnt know I had! He helped me get set up with my new phone and was able to offer me a discount which made me very happy. I highly recommend this store.

My phone had water damage and was beyond repair so I came to this location. The customer service was great. I was able to select a phone and came back in an hour to pick it up with all of my info transferred. Thank you!

Waste of time. I showed up at the time they were supposed to open, waited 10 mins and nobody ever showed up to open the place. Opening time is clearly on the door and Google, but clearly dont have their act together.

2022-07-09Such an amazing experience at this location. If you know what it’s like to switch over phones, it’s such a hassle and almost never a positive experience. However, the manager, Duaine, was so helpful and stayed after hours for me to make sure my situation was taken care of. Highly recommend this location! It’s no surprise this spot has good reviews.

2021-12-12Miguel is amazing. Verizon must be proud for having people like him. He is so precise, thorough, patient, and kind. He explains everything in detail. We really enjoyed working with him. I wish Verizon uses people like him to train its customer service people. I have had bad experiences at other Verizon locations. I cannot recommend him enough.

2021-09-09Miguel A. truly set the Bar! I was visiting from Las Vegas stopped in after a Times Square visit. Miguel A was my Verizon Hero! Wow! 5:stars just doesnt seem like enough. He assisted me with charging my phone, setting up my my request to Pier 36 and overall went above & beyond every step of the way. 2021-02-22My friend lost his phone in NYC and DUAINE was extremely helpful getting him set back up with a new phone with all his data successfully transferred. I was so impressed with DUAINE. He is a huge asset. This was a lost phone crisis and Duaine’s fantastic personality and knowledge really turned this into the best thing that happened to us all day and easily the best Verizon experience I have ever had. 2019-04-28This was the best customer experience I’ve ever had at a cell phone store. So grateful I switched to Verizon and had Issac’s help. He went above and beyond helping me get a new phone. This place feels more like a neighborhood shop in terms of the personalized treatment rather then a store in the heart of the biggest city in the world. Highly recommend!

2017-11-28Had a catastrophic phone failure while in New York, was a lost and helpless puppy until we walked into this store. The staff was super friendly, they even responded under immense pressure. My friend pushed the pressure sensor on a display and it went off, the staff was calm and we all laughed at him so it was a good day. I would absolutely recommend you to speak with Sara, she was the representative who assisted me. I wish there were more people like this in the world willing to go the extra mile! 2020-01-04My family and I were in Times square overnight a month ago, and the morning we were to leave on our cruise, my phone died. Brian was amazing and did everything he could in the two hours time I had before getting in a cab. He sent to another store to have the phone I needed delivered, charged the phones as well as he could and helped to settle my anxiety. He was amazing.
