Came in today looking for a new phone charger because my old one seems to now work in my car anymore. The staff, mainly the employee named Vincent, were direct, knew their facts and really were extremely polite. We spent no time waiting, had plenty of options and were expedient in the whole process. I would recommend this store to anyone!
I went in asking if my phone qualified for the $300 buyback promotion, Mattthew told me yes!!! When I agreed to the buyout and purchase of a new phone, Matthew was a shyster having me sign documents without explanation, Ill go over everything he kept saying and then virtually no explanation, you must get this to get your account lowered! Con artist! Oh youll get this free, no charge for that, he kept saying! Taking advantage of seniors!!! Beware!!! Selling you things you dont want! And my phone buyback remains in question, since he lied!! To top it off, he asked me to rate him a 10, which was followed by his supervisor Stephanie sending an email, asking to let her know if I was rating him lower than a 9, I called her to give her all the details , she never called me! Ugh, these people represent Verizon!!!
Julia was professional, accurate, FRIENDLY, a great asset to Verizon. A great improvement over my last Verizon experience. Julia was able to multi task and handle my multiple issues while addressing other customers that entered the Verizon store on a hectic holiday Sunday. Julia made my day!
Horrible store policy which I find hard to believe. Tried to pay with a Verizon gift card which I have used there before. Trying to buy a phone case. After 20 minutes to see that I had $180 plus on the card, they told me I had to spend the entire amount to use it there as per company policy. Never heard that before. Horrible policy if true. Why would anyone shop there? Went to regular Verizon wireless store and they took it no problem. Never seen such horrendous customer policy, especially after making me wait 20 minutes. Did not even seem to care that I left.
I didnt mind paying the $20 for everything on my phone to be set up but not sure where this $30 membership fee comes from that I didnt notice until I looked at the receipt later that night - going to have to call the corporate office about that since it was not explained when getting my phone. They also added on a protection plan for $13 a month without my consent or knowledge. I check my bill constantly and notice things like that unlike most people. Definitely will not be going back here - they try to pull a fast one and I dealt with the Asst Manager.
This has to be the worst of all the Verizon locations in existence! I guess they arent required to wear badges anymore but the girl told me her name was Justina, why did she even bother going into work today with that attitude?! SO RUDE! Ive never felt more disrespected in my life. Basically she didnt want to help us because we didnt want to purchase a new phone and the sarcasm from her, good grief! Its like they never heard of customer service. Even if I were in the market for a phone I wouldnt bother going here, they cant keep their story straight and no one has a smile on their face. You are better off going to one outside the mall or calling the customer service number directly, they are so much more helpful and friendly.
Just went here today. Terrible dont go here they try charging people for services they dont provide. Go a couple of steps further and go to the corporate store by b the best buy area and you wont go through any negative experiences. If you go here be careful look at the charges. Very disappointed they should not be an authorized retailer.So today is March 12, 2019 I encountered another issue with this store. After calling Verizon I was informed that the store applied the BOGO promotion to the wrong line I called to speak to the store manager Stephanie and the representative at the store told me that she is on a call I told him that I would hold. He then came on the line and told me that she is on a conference call and it might take a couple of hours. He explains to me that he can take my number and she will call me back but it wont be until Thursday..SMH they just hire incompetent people.
Want to give it a ZERO!!! Worst store ever !!!!!!! I purchased the IPhone 10R and handed in my 8 PLUS Iphone and was told I was receiving $287 back on my bill. After I signed the paperwork Isa tells me NOW LET ME TELL U THE REAL DEAL!!He tells me the $287 had to be used to purchase items in the store only !!!!! I said are you kidding me you are telling me this after you made me sign the contract !! I said cancel the sale you lied to me I would NEVER have accepted that deal!!! He said oh I can’t now, if you want to cancel you have to pay a $70 fee !!!I said are you kidding me you just did it a second ago he said sorry can’t help you. COULD U IMAGINE!! THEN I go to the assistant manager MATT Who was the most rudest person I have ever met especially for a manager. He tells me sorry you have to pay the $70 if you want to cancel and get your phone back. My 15-year-old daughter was hysterical crying ....she lost all her contacts and pictures of her and my mom who just passed away and they didn’t even care !!! MATT says to me call Verizon on Monday and see what they can do. Could you imagine the disrespect And unprofessional demeanor they showed towards me !!THEY LIED AND RIPPED ME OFF and would not give my daughter her phone back or refund my money unless I paid $70 !!!!!!MATT THE SO CALLED MANAGER was disrespectful and spoke to us like we were stupid. I kept demanding to give me my daughter’s phone back and my money back and they just ignored me like I wasn’t even there !!!! I left and went home and called 611 to tell them what just happened to me in the store. I filed a complaint against the manager and sales rep. The woman told me they had a lot of complaints from this store !!!!I am now waiting for the owner of the 1310 Verizon store in the mall to call me back to discuss the matter. I will keep u posted on the outcome!In the meantime, please do not go to this store and give them business they are ripoffs and LIARS !MATT AND ISA SHOULD BE FIRED !!!!!! Both very unprofessional and disrespectful people !!! THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN ANY STORE IN MY 52 YEARS !!!! I am devastated for my daughter who has not stopped crying since we got home !!
My sales Rep Marce was the best I have ever delt with. I was very upset when I tried calling the store after I got home to ask A question and was told the store isnt taking any phone calls till after the holidays. I would have to drive back to the store to ask my question.
Went to this location on 12/22/2018. I walked into the store and wasn’t greeted by anyone. Waited about 5-10 minutes for a worker there to be done taking to his friends. The worker then asked if I needed help as if I came there just to stand in the store for fun. Not sure why they replaced the staff but the customer service I experienced was horrible! Won’t be returning!
Very bad customer service ... I went to ask about my bill and the blonde girl I dont know her name didnt even look or hear to what I was saying and she asked her coworker to take care of me ...complete disrespectful and unprofessional way to deal with customersIf you are not asking for new phone you will not be take caring ofThey have to learn these people how to deal with customers first.

2021-06-02Good store with decent service. Beware of them overcharging you for accessories and fees. Seems like THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE MONEY FOR THE STORE.Normally, when upgrading an iPhone you only pay for the taxes on the phone. They will try to sell you on the “bundle deal” (not necessary) and the “Set Up and Go Fee” - also very unnecessary as you can completely do that on your own.

2020-02-28Very disappointed. I had a business rep for my account contact the store directly to confirm the availability of a phone and put it on a hold for me. Upon arriving to the store the sales rep Zane already knew which phone I called for and proceeded to wait for the phone to come out of the safe in the back. He even confirmed which model and Storage size I wanted as he had “several available”. After being there for 40 minutes and going through my account and preparing to activate the phone he told me oh I’m sorry my manager just called and this is on hold for someone else. This information conveniently came to him after I told him I didn’t need to purchase the additional accessories. I asked for one of the other phones he claimed to have available and those mysteriously sold too. When I asked him when a manager would be available he told me my manager called me to tell you that you couldn’t purchase the phone but he’ll be here tomorrow. The handling of that situation was completely unacceptable.

2020-10-16Had the best experience with Larri at the Verizon location in the Staten Island Mall!! He was very helpful and patient. He wasnt pushy just to make the sale. My family and I have been Verizon customers for many years and never had this kind of experience. Sending a big thank you to Larri!!
