While there are other Verizon stores closer to my home, I keep returning to this store in Harrison because of the excellent customer service. Jake and Ethan are honest, forthright and incredibly helpful. I just replaced by son’s phone and can’t imagine going anywhere else. I’ll keep coming back as they long as they continue putting the customer’s interests first, second and third.
Please note: You have to pay a $50 fee since this is an authorized retailer and not a direct Verizon store. I didnt know that until after they made the sale on my new phone. However, Carlos was a friendly, helpful and dedicated worker who made sure I didnt lose any of my photos, contacts, messages, etc. when switching to the new phone. It took some hours, but I appreciated all his work and effort to make sure this was a smooth transition.
The service is professional. Courteous and very knowledgeable. Nashon was over the top in knowledge. Patience. Great personality for this people business. I was there for two hours and I saw 20 people walk in that he serviced and was very nice to everyone and patient.
Disappointed....came to this establishment a month ago to purchase a new phone. They sold me a phone that I realized I do not like. Called them to see if we can return. Told the gentleman its past return date. Person on phone said, yes we will work with you. Upon entering the store they said they wouldnt work with us. We could trade it in but would cost over $600. Then the gentleman has the nerve to say, if you go with the trade in phone payments will be cheaper a month. My question to this young man, so why did you not offer that to me last month when I asked?? He had no response for me. I understand that this is a business but now I will never return to your store. Make sure you communicate with your customers and your employees to not give the wrong information.
Swapped out an old tablet for a new tablet and Chris was fantastic. He has knowledge of all the products and takes his time with you. He worked with me on my plans as well because I have a few phones. A+++ Definitely recommend going to this Verizon store and hopefully you luck out and Chris is working that day. To be fair, there was another gentleman working that day who I dont know his name. He was also really helpful. I was there on 8/5/17.PS. I never do these Google Reviews but felt like they deserved positive feedback.
Im planning on switching plans and had a lot of questions. Amber, answered all my questions and concerns about switching over from AT&T to Verizon.She made me feel not stressed and annoyed. I like the whole one on one experience that I got. It means that they really care about us getting the best customer experience and I would know cause I work in retail. So I thank everyone who has helped me at Verizon!! Thanks a lot!!
I purchased my Samsung Galaxy s8 from this store and they were so friendly and helpful. Chris took the time to transfer all my info from my old phone to my new phone. Anytime I have a tech issue with my phone, Chris has quickly remedied it. Ive spent countless hours with Verizon tech support and they have no idea what they are doing. Just want to get you off the phone. Not this store. They take the time to help you. Very knowledgeable and no up selling. I highly recommend the store.
I recently visited the Harrison Verizon store for Christmas shopping. I would usually go to the Port Chester store, but it is always too crowded and takes too long. I was greeted by Chris & Chad. They were able to help me quickly and effortlessly! The service was more personable and stress free!!! Chad went above and beyond to help with ordering what I needed for the holidays. I received notice a few days later that my item was in store. When I picked up my order my experience was just as stress free!!! I revisited the store after Christmas to activate. Thomas was able to help again quickly & effortlessly!!! I would highly recommend the Harrison Verizon Store. I hope they are around for a long time. Happy Holidays.
The service and experience at Verizon in Harrison was phenomenal! Chris and Amber were very helpful to my wife and I. We needed to convert our Verizon Plans to one and also update our Apple Ids. The staff at Verizon in Harrison explained every step and were very patient with us. Chris made this process go very smoothly and we had a great experience! Anytime we need assistance with our cell phones we will be heading back to Harrison! Great store!
I appreciate all the hard work Carlos, the Verizon Representative did for me! He went above and beyond to get both of my phones transferred over to Verizon. He also got me a screen cover and a new phone at a discount, to sweeten the deal!! Finally, Carlos, got my old phone reset to the factory settings to return back to Samsung. Thank you Carlos and Jacob for your help!
The Verizon store in Harrison is wonderful. Excellent customer service from Chad and Reggie. They were able to get both mine and my husbands phones switched over with no hassle. The phone I wanted was not in stock, but was in the store within two days. Truly a great experience, I have had terrible Verizon experiences in the past and would come back to the Harrison store every time.
My grandfather went into this location on his own to purchase a charger for his phone which was 100% perfect condition and they forced him into an entirely new device upgrade when all he needed was a charger. Unacceptable greedy behavior. Avoid this store and other wireless zones in general, they run a sellers process and not a buyers process. All they want is your money.Edit: Don’t believe any good reviews for Carlos, they are pressuring customers to leave good reviews from inside the store. These reviews are not legit. This store is a joke.
I would highly recommend this store. Renji, with the additional assistance of Reggie, was fantastic! They were extremely patient and knowledgeable and a pleasure. They also did not try to sell me any unnecessary items, which I really appreciate. I also just dealt with Chris, the store manager, over the phone, and he was extremely helpful. I have been to the Verizon store in Hartsdale and in White Plains, and they do not compare to the Harrison store. I will only use this store for all of my future Verizon needs.
Amber was so helpful. Ive been a loyal customer of Sprint for 7 years now and didnt ever consider switching until Amber told me about the Pixel and all its features. Used to be a die hard team iPhone but she converted me.I loved Amber. She really went above and beyond while answering my 100000 questions. Ill be sending my parents and friends to go see her.
Went in and bought a new iPhone at full price, a month later I got billed for it because they decided to put me in as being on a payment plan for it after already paying the thousand dollars for it. Upon calling and complaining they claimed their “system was down” when I purchased it so they put me in as being on a payment plan but now that I’ve called about it they’ll fix it. Yeah real convenient. Scummy business practice. If u do business with them make sure to check your bank statements
Expect top notch customer service!I recently purchased an iPad tablet from Wireless Zone. My overall purchasing experience was great. I came in with a phone not sold by Verizon yet. Chris Costentino not only did he copy all my data over he took the time and made sure every duplicate contact was deleted. He spent over 2 hours solving some doublicate/missing contact issues. He was a total professional and even recommended an amazing pizza place. That going above the call of duty. Thanks Chris!!
I am elated with the service that Jacob Kopf provided me in selling me and setting up my new iPhone. I came to the store with the high expectation that I could bring in my nonfunctioning phone and leave with another fully operational: contacts, applications, history, and settings. Jacob delivered in every regard.Also on duty was Carlos Mendez. While Jacob, the store manager, was my primary customer service support, Carlos, the sales representative, when not servicing other customers, came over and voluntarily assisted. I was particularly impress by his initiative; easily Carlos could have simply taken the time off and deferred to the manager, but instead chipped in to assist his colleague.I want to contrast this experience at the Harrison, NY store with what I experienced at the Kingston, NY store. In Kingston, they tried to sell me a phone and then usher me out the door saying that everyone just takes the instructions and does the set up themselves at home. When I insisted that I try setting up the phone in the store -- having no choice other than to do it myself -- they begrudging answered my set up questions. When at an impasse with no staff willing to help me, I left the store without making a purchase.After that Kingston experience, my intent was to go to T-Mobile with the simple request: sell me a new phone that works just like my old phone and I will switch providers. Instead, I gave Verizon another chance at the Harrison store.When I entered the Harrison store, Jacob gladly fulfilled my new phone and transfer request as a matter of course. It was only after taking delivery of my new phone with all the applications reinstalled that I revealed to him that he not only made a phone upgrade sale for Verizon, but that he saved an account from switching to a competitor.I want to add that not only did Jacob fulfill my every need, when I mentioned how pleasant the music is in the store, he exceeded my expectations by offering to load Pandora onto my phone. Very very helpful, were able to resolve a major problem with my phone. I would most definitely come back to this location again for assistance. Steve and Chris were very patient with me as my phone malfunctioned at a critical time that I needed it to work. I would give them a big 10.

If anybody has questions or concerns visit Thomas Helfrich. I go into this store numerous times a month and every time i go in he takes the time to answer every question and break down whatever you have to do to get your phone working, pay a bill or whatever the case may be. He will spend any amount of time until the problem is solved. He also has unlimited knowledge about anything about a Verizon product. I have taken a lot of this mans time the last couple of months and he is always a gentleman. It is a pleasure to work with Thomas if he can help you he definitely will. He is highly recommended.
Friendly and knowledgeable environment. Most of my questions were answered and I was assisted in finding the right product for me and my needs. This location didnt have the Im too busy to answer all your questions, so pick one. feel like some of the other stores had. Thank you again to the woman who helped me on my visit. I believe it was Amber or Kimber was her name.

2021-06-22We had an excellent experience at this Verizon store in Harrison. The staff was extremely helpful as they spent all the time needed with us to work on the best deal possible. The setting up of the phones went perfect with their assistance. They were all very pleasant to spend the time with during the process and fun to talk with.

2021-10-25There were extra charges that were not made clear when I spoke with the retailer initially. I think it’s terribleThat Verizon charges an activation fee to upgrade and the retail store charges a fee to transfer your info from the old phone to the new phone.The rep who actually took care of my transaction had no personality and made meFeel as though I was annoying him most of the time. He should not be in the customer service field.Gus, with whom we spoke with initially could not help us with our order because he was busy with another customer. Gus was always very professional and personable. He was the reason we went to this Verizon store.

2021-04-22This was my first time to this store. We were thrilled by the exceptional service and care we got from Gus, the store manager, and Taylor and another employee (forgot his name).Gus made the phones / account upgrade process so easy and quick. He knew his stuff and was technical. He was able to resolve a few other issues we had with the account - either by himself or calling VZ customer service.Store was clean, employees were wearing masks through out, store had sanitizer for customers, and just blown away by their customer service and attention.I’d definitely recommend this store for your any verizon related matters.

2021-05-05Mr. Gustavo Reina treated my father, sister, brother and myself like royalty today at Verizon: Harrison Location. This lovely, knowledgeable gentleman went above and beyond for myself and my family. We purchased 4 new IPhones today because Mr. Gus-Gus went out of his way to calm us and to accommodate our collective needs. Mr. Reina, is a natural leader and his enduring understanding of the human condition speaks to his unwavering, stood work-ethic; as well as his ability to be so patient with all of us (and we are a loud and boisterous bunch)! I wish this gentleman were a teacher at my school because his love of family and their technological experience is like no other in the global society. Praise his precious name- Mr. Gustavo Reina, affectionately “Gus-Gus” is number one in my heart, in my mind and in my phone!♥️🙏♥️🙏♥️🙏♥️
