Sean Hall is the BEST! I wouldnt go to anyone else for phone assistance. He is knowledgeable, extremely professional and helpful, and always answers all my questions even if they seem silly. I highly recommend seeing him for anything verizon related.
We always do all of our business with Sean. He is always helpful and makes sure we are happy with everything. We also have always had a great experience with all the staff there.

I came into the store with an emergency,my phone wasnt working and the plan that I had does not work well in upstate NY.Sean and Vince, two of the stores employees, arranged for me to come under Verizon and to swap sim cards into my existing phone. They contacted my previous carrier, and performed the operation that theyre supposed to do to swap me over to Verizon. My phone made a phone call out everything worked and I left, asking them to throw out my old SIM card.As it turns out my previous carrier is completely incompetent, and my phone would not receive incoming phone calls. This was not Sean or Vinces mistake but my old carrier.At any rate, I ran back to the store and Sean and Vince tirelessly worked to get my phone up and running. They literally had to go into the wastepaper basket to find the little SIM card that I had thrown out so we could get the phone operational through this ridiculous carrier I had previously.This particular store is about 30 minutes out of my way however; I will be coming back to this store because of these two employees when I upgrade my phones before the end of the year.

The Verizon auto pay sometimes has issues such as with us. It has failed to work properly saying the bill is paid in full then not allowing the payment making it a late payment. Also the in store payment fee for paying your bill in store is required. They make plenty of money with the services they offer and shouldnt make you pay extra. The service area is great. Good high speed internet.

I really have trouble with this store on main street. Every time I. Take my phone in to be fixed, because of the texting they say will that should fix it, after 30 min or so. To only have it happen yet again. And them say will i real dont know why this is happening again!!!!! Well then call someone who does, or order me a new phone!!!!!

I went to Verizon in Hornell, NY yesterday. The gentleman that assisted me was Mike. Very polite, helpful and took the time to explain everything a couple times because Im a slow learner! So if you every need Verizon help and youre in the Hornell NY Area, so in and ask for Michael!!!! Youll be glad you did!!

Ive tried to call several times and no one picks up. I have heard many rumors about the store and the lack of attention to the phone makes me believe what people have told me about their service

Worst place Ive every been to very pushy and salesman lied to me payed for a new phone and watch and 5 days later after the guy said he was gonna bring it now he says it was supposed to shipped and I cant even cancel the order until he watched is in my possession I would give it a zero star if I could.
Staff was nice and very knowledgeable. Nicely stocked with a lot of product on display. The store was very clean and brightly lit.
Sean was friendly and very helpful , it made my purchase decision easier.

Rip off , Never go here again , Sold me a phone that was reconditioned for $450 , lasted 1 month , called Verizon for a replacement , Went without one for 6 days b4 new one arrived 3 days later than promised

2021-12-26Brittany was great. We had several issues requiring multiple visits to this store. She helped us work through them all (4 visits, one week).We thought all was well until a week later, we realized that we had not received any incoming calls. Turns out that the numbers had not ported from AT&T to Verizon after all, so now we’re dealing with that issue.Also brought to our attention was the fact that some Verizon outlets are simply stores, designed to sell you a phone and send you on your way. Others have a more extensive level of tech support.
