The place was nice and Matthew was patient helping to transfer data on my replacement phone. The replacement phone sent be Asurion was very difficult to set up. Matthew validated that the replacement phone was defective. I am now trying to contact Asurion who does not accept online communique about a replacement for the replacement. I called and was on hold for a long time, but the they cut me off. I have to keep trying because the replacement phone will not charge above 14% and keeps saying the phones temperature is too low. Its very frustrating.
My previous plan was with spectrum internet, but I was planning to switch over to Verizon this year. However, I was a bit unsure about what plan to take so I decided to go in store to resolve any doubts. At the store, I was approached by a man named Inderpreet who introduced himself with the utmost respect and kindness. When I was approached, I did warm him that I would have many questions since I was unfamiliar with Verizon. He understood and showed a great deal of patience with me. Answering each question in detail and repeating anything I could not grasp with convivial. He showed me multiple plans that would suit my preferences, and continued to go into detail to make it clear as possible. After he convinced me that Verizon was a great choice, he went ahead and set me up with fios internet. At the same time, he persuaded me that getting fios tv with the internet would save me a great deal of money and be a convenience. He was very affable, which made my whole experience much easier then I expected. I was getting the basic fios tv & internet plan, but he showed me an upgraded version of the plan that would give me more benefits for less. Overall, Inderpreet made my Verizon experience a pleasant one, and I walked out with more then I expected to get which made it worth it. I’m glad i switched over to Verizon with the help of Inderpreet. If you go there, make sure to ask for him if you want the best plans and best customer service !!! Thanks Inder !
I called yesterday to reserve a phone for my new update. They were very accommodating and told me they were going to hold it for me so that I could come in today. Once I got there the young man I spoke to told me that his boss had sold it to another person. If he was aware of this why did I not get a call back so I didnt have to come in at 10 am for nothing? This is especially frustrating since I am going back to school tomorrow. I just feel like I could have found another store with the phone I wanted, or something similar. Now Im rushing to find a store that can help me.
Buying a new phone at the Pelham, NY store was a wonderful experience. Trevor was the sales person. He took his time to make sure I understood how to work my phone. I also bought a Samsung Galaxy Tablet . Again Trevor made sure I was comfortable with that also. I was very nervous about learning all this new stuff. I came home and was able to use both devices confidently. Thank you Trevor for the very good experience.
I had a great experience at this location. I used to go to the Cross County store, but I never felt like I was being listened to when I asked questions. They even signed me up for services I didnt want. Inderpreet was extremely helpful and patient with me and all my questions.
Hello,I just have to say that one of the few reasons I delay in upgrading my devices is the customer service I’ve received throughout the years in other various locations but this time was very different. The two young men in this location were polite, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The line had formed about 20 minutes before time to open and once doors opened they both went right to work. They both had a pleasant demeanor, answered every question, multi- tasked AND even accommodated the people with chairs! They never once looked overwhelmed, upset, or had attitude with the volume of business. I just had to commend, acknowledge, and say thank you and I hope admin/ management acknowledges them as well. I definitely recommend this location!
I came in today and was helped by a wonderful girl named levana! She was patient, kind and super helpful with my phone needs. I also noticed one of my favorite employees Trevor has been missing lately. He is a true asset to this company and has helped me on several occasions. He has always made my experience amazing and beyond and is always patient and attentive! I hope he returns soon! Me and my family miss him!!
I felt like I was at a “SPA” no kidding the effort of buying a new phone here at Verizon in Pelham Manor with the Mgr Trevor B was super seamless!! My husband had been to this store. He’s been to other Verizon stores in the past and not always had a great experience. However when he came home he raved about this store and a salesperson named Summer. When I needed a new phone I decided to try this store and was lucky enough to meet Summer. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. She had such patience as I fretted over what phone to get and shared all of her knowledge with me. Her warmth, thoughtfulness and humor made the entire experience fantastic. I met a few other employees while I was there and each one was incredibly kind and considerate. Summer not only walked me out, she answered a quick question I had later when I called. I would highly recommend this store to anyone having phone issues. I don’t often leave recommendations but when I come across a place where people not only do a great job, they go above and beyond I feel compelled to let others know. Thank you for making the entire experience a great one!
The quality of service that is consistently given at this store is exemplary. I am a Verizon employee and they don’t even have access to my account but they are always professional, friendly and willing to help. My 80-year old father needed a phone and the entire staff was incredibly polite and respectful, though he was just getting a flip phone. Special recognition should be given to Trevor, Sharalie and Brandon for giving 200% every day all the time!
I work with Trevor who as an eye for solving and fixing customer concerns. Pleasurable experience. Also this location accommodates and its good for business. He was very patient and a very a tech knowledgeable manager who resolve my issue with my account for over a year. He in this new location has free parking, a public bathroom, and I have never experienced anything like this level of service ever.
I went to 2 Verizon stores and they did not want to help me. I had to call customer service to get the help I needed. All I wanted to do is was get a sim card to give my mother my phone because her phone is damage and both stores did not help me with such a simple task.
Bought a temper glass screen protector from this location a month ago and it cracked. Went over today to have them take a look & switch out the cover. I was in-and-out. Anyone whose patronized a Verizon store knows it’s rarely a quick visit. So I was thrilled to only be there for about 10 mins today
Enoch, Korey, Raghib, Sam, and Trevor are the best sales consultants I’ve ever came across while being with Verizon. I call them the fab 5 because they were so helpful and attentive and made sure I left there with no questions and everything working properly. This store and staff were great and immediate with helping me receive my devices. I recommend them to everyone in the Westchester area you can chose from anyone they are all amazing. They make sure you get the best deals and get you everything you need in a timely manner. They not only helped me they also helped my mom get a new phone. We’ve been with Verizon for years and this has been the best service we have ever gotten, so come experience for yourself. I promise you won’t regret it.
I came in here rushed anticipating a long process to get my phone fixed. Trevor and Brandon were cheerful when I walked into the store and I knew I was in for a great experience. They answered my questions and made sure I understood the process and what I signed up for. In turn I bought additional items I had my eye on but never bought. I witnessed their camaraderie as peers when an additional rep in the store Misael joined our conversation and chimed in as well. Run don’t walk I will be back.
I bought a screen protector with my new iPhone 11 and they charged me $40 for the protector. I have it 3 days and the screen is all chipping on the sides of it. He kept insisting I dropped it. If I dropped it it would have a crack in the front of the screen not on the sides when it is in a case. It’s a new phone and in the 3 days I’ve had it it never dropped, I treat it like a baby. They refused to give me a new one. I will never go back to them. No one else should either. They don’t care about customer satisfaction.
Very patient and professional customer service at these Verizon retailer. They spent about an hour with me trying to figure what was best for me and my account, and finally, I decided to wait a little longer, so I left, but left with a good feeling, since I was treated the best way a customer should be treated. ( Store located on Boston Rd., near BJs at Pelham Manor)REVISED REVIEW: 12/4/20I went back to this store on Black Friday to take advantage of the promotions, I started by asking about the iPhone 11, and was told about a $700 iPhone 12 promo with a new line, after waiting for Mr. Trevor for a while, Mr. Naz came over to take care of me. After some time of preparing a quote with a new unlimited plan, which I considered a little high, but went with it in order to get my daughter a new phone. Following day, I checked the next month bill on the app and noticed that the promo was changed from $700 to $450, and the monthly on the lines had gone up, and on top of that, I gave them a trade in. I went on Sunday to talk to Mr. Trevor and Mr. Naz, they werent there and was told to come back Monday. On Monday, they were there and denied they have done anything wrong!. I told them they MISREPRESENTED FACTS regarding my plan, and that I wasnt informed of the changes that have taken place with my account, after awhile, Mr. Naz recognized that he whitheld the information but he apologized and said he couldnt do anything about it. I waited a couple of days and called Verizon, gladly, they fixed the situation for me.I NO LONGER RECOMMEND this third party retailer, beware of what you are told and what you actually get from them, they lied to my face, and that is unacceptable!
Ive been a Verizon customer for a few years, but this was by far the best customer service experience Ive had. Trevor, Jose and Cornelio were very courteous and extremely helpful. Trevor was incredibly friendly, and patient; he really made sure we had the best customer service experience. Jose was very knowledgable of the products and made sure to take the time to explain everything I needed to know. Everyone was very efficient and also accomdating while helping my grandmother who still talks about how much she enjoyed the service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
After a long day at work, the Manager, Trevor held the door open and waited on me to enter the Verizon store. This small gesture made me feel welcomed right away. Once I got in his employee Brandon provided my fiance and I with the best customer service that was second to none! He gave us his undivided attention and answered all our questions. Algreen was also in attendance and he too made our visit to this store enjoyable. I commend these young men for their professionalism and courtesy. Hats off to Brandon, Trevor and Algreen!
Jose is the best. I was skeptical about upgrading my phone because of all this “swindling” sales reps like to do. However, Jose was different he was genuine & caring as soon as I walked through the door. I figured he had been there for years however, he told me no he recently got hired. I’m a big fan on his attention to detail and his recommendations on how I could save money on my plan. Jose keep up the good work I’ve already told a few of my co workers who have Verizon about you. Be on the lookout for them! His manager wasn’t there at the time but this guy deserves a raise & some lunch!!!
We had a great experience trevor was wonderful and very helpful. He was a pleasure to deal with. Kevin was very helpful as well in answering all our questions. Korey, Trevor, and Jose was my sales reps, They were very knowledgeable from the beginning to the end. Korey was very patient, he answered all my questions concerning transferring four lines from another carrier to Verizon. I would recommend this Verizon store and its hard working sales reps.
Trevor and Sharalie both should me the up most respect when I came in to the store today . I was completely lost and was desperately in need of a phone. They both took care of me and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase I will definitely be coming back to get another line for my mom.
The gentleman here were fantastic. Both Kevin and Cornelio were very patient with me. I wasnt sure how to use my phone , but they took the time to make me feel comfortable, and made sure I understood how to use the phone. Thats a lot coming from an elderly woman. I tried to call customer support but they were unable to help me because they didnt have the patience these young men had. Thanks so much guys.
I came into the verizon store and I received great customer service from sharalie. She made sure my husband and I completely understood all the terms and any promotions that were available. Even though the wifi was not cooperating and only one computer was completely working she was able to multitask with all other customers and she made sure we were completely satisfied while waiting for the system to work properly. We left the store with smiles on our face.
I came in to the Verizon store and was helped by Trevor,Destiny and Korey. They made the experience well worth it that we purchased 4 phones as well as a iPad. I will come to this location ( Pelham manor) just to enjoy there company. I will say Version choose a awesome team.
I just went to the Verizon wireless store at Pelham Manor and had a great experience with the representatives there. Sharalie and Trevor was by far extremely patient and helpful. I would recommend going there for anything. I watched them attend to each customer with their full attention and work together.
I was having problems with my phone and I went into Verizon to get some help. I was assisted by Raghib who was very attentive and positive when explaining what the problem was. He worked fast and efficiently and didnt keep me in toe store for longer than an hour. Excellent service.
I am very pleased with the service at this location. I have been looking for a Verizon store closer to home and this store opened at the most opportune time. The staff members Sharalie, Destiny, and Raghib are very friendly and patient. They went through several scenarios with me so that I got a plan that more than catered to my needs. This Verizon store is a place were you go to find out what and how to manage your phone, just speak with trevor and his staff they will help you break down what you need in terms of which plan or phone that best suits you without the worry ! Go there and youll be treated with respect and patience. I did with my son and hes a happy camper,so much that my wife now wants to up grade. Thanks trevor!

Beware of this store location. I was very disappointed with the service that was provided and never experienced this with any other phone carrier. I was eligible for an early upgrade and went from an Iphone 8 to the Iphone xs. After the transaction was completed I was told by the sales representative to leave my phone with him, not really thinking to much of it. A few weeks later I started receiving texts and phone calls from Verizon to return to the phone. I was confused and decided to call Verizon. I was informed that I was suppose to return the phone my self and wasn’t suppose to leave my phone with them. I called the store back about the issue and was told it was an error that the phone was shipped out to the warehouse. After calling Verizon once again they told me nothing was shipped, verizon customers service called the store directly to try and figure out what exactly was going on but was given the run around saying to call back the next day because the store manager wasn’t in. This was the same response for almost a month. My billing statement popped up and Verizon tried charging me for the phone. After contacting fraud department I was told to go in person to resolve the issue and to call back customer service so everything can be handled accordingly. I was greeted by the same sales rep and manager on staff that day of the transaction. The sales agent got on the phone with Verizon and pretty much was asking me to lie on his behalf over the transaction and kept blaming it on a system error. He periodically walked away from me to talk on the phone to customer service and gathered up with the manager and other coworkers in the stock room to discuss the issue. Fishy and sketchy to me. Now he comes back and offers to personally reimburse me money for my phone that was technically a buyout. The amount that was owed was 264 and told me he only had 130 in his bank account and asked if he can cash app me half the funds and he will pay me the rest on payday. I was blown away by this response. I wasn’t having this and obviously he did something illegal when it came to my phone. He managed to huddle back with his coworkers back in the stock room and gave me half the balance in cash and paid the remaining balance on his personal card. I was in shock but glad the issue was taken care of. I don’t know what was done with my phone and where it’s at since the store doesn’t have it neither does Verizon. Im going ahead with Verizon to investigate and make sure this doesn’t happen again to anyone else.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Was helped by Victor and ended up having almost 3,000 photos wiped from my phone over the last two years of travel. I was originally told I would pay $40 for a transfer from one of their representatives, then it was waived for giving a 5 star review, then finally after leaving the review I come to find out that Victor copied everything from my new phone to old, instead of old to new.... The worst part? They told me to check my phone in 2-3 days and guaranteed it would be there. Disappointment is an understatement, dont believe the false reviews being fed by people looking for similar deals...
This place is full of Crooks they stole my money for a $30.00 prepaid plan and wanted me to pay1. $40.00 for a damn Set-up Fee.2. They wanted me to pay $35.00 Sim Card3. $40.00 for an Activation FeeThis store is Crooks and I wanted to cancel it they did and said that the line is still active and would not let me leave without paying for the Plan of $30.00They said that the line is active even though they cancelled immediately after the transaction. They are CROOKS STAY AWAY FROM THIS VERIZON STORE.. I made a complaint to consumer Affairs regarding this Issue.
Very thankful to Samuel and this store for letting me charge my phone while I was in desperate need to call a taxi and was at 1%. They didn’t have to but they gave us a seat and let us charge. Will definitely come back here should cell phone services. best customer service.. thank you Sam
I was in the Pelham Manor area when I started having problems with my phone. I found out that there was a new Verizon Wireless store next to Fairway. The new store is very nice and clean on the inside, the staff was also very friendly. I had got helped by Trevor, Misael, Cornelio.
RAGHIB was very helpful and sooo courteous to assist me today. I went to Bay Plaza and they were unorganized and not helpful. Called Boston Rd location and Raghib even gave me a remedy for my problem over the phone. Then still even offered to help me if I went into the store. Mind you his remedy worked, by me doing it myself once I walked in the doors.The staff at Bay Plaza need to learn better customer service from the staff here at Boston Post Rd. Ill DEFINITELY be coming back here again to conduct my business!

The workers were PHENOMENAL!! so helpful. much better than the verizon on Bartow in coop city. ugh!! Pelham manor will be where I go from now on. they solved my problem when noone else could and within minutes I was back in working order. AWESOME!!. thank you thank you
Korey will be the only person I work with anytime I come to this Verizon...Very helpful, knows his product and he patient with me and my family....Also he write down everything so I understand my bill and he had me laughing with the kids the whole time....great customer service with this guy man I swear.....

Worst phone store in New York. Trevor is very rude and unprofessional. The lady there ignores customers request. Couldn’t get a simple prepaid plan done . Overpriced on Fees Ontop of FeesStay Away From this Store if you want money in your pocket. Go elsewhere please for God’s sake!

2022-07-23Bought a car charger and cord, because the employee told me I needed both. Opened the car charger & the cord was included. I went to return the unopened extra cord & I was told they don’t take returns. When I pushed they said the “pride themselves on not having a lot of returns”. I pushed some more and was told by the manager that he would ask the regional manager if he could accept the return, to come back a few days later. I went home and noticed on the receipt it says “ we will gladly except returns or make exchanges on all accessories purchased from any of your wireless location within seven days of purchase…” I called the store and was again told they had to check with the district manager. I eventually returned and they refunded my money. I started to get the impression it’s not looked favorably on the store if there are a lot of returns. Either way I would avoid this location. They told me I needed to buy something I didn’t need and then played games when I tried to return it, New unopened in the box

2022-02-27Customer service and knowledge of their products were awesome! I switched carriers to Verizon, bought a new upgraded phone & purchased a mobile hotspot all from the Pelham Manor store. My guy Trevor made my experience very easy & pleasant (you need to clone him and place him in every verizon store). I definitely encourage anyone in the area who wants impeccable service to visit this location. You will be glad you did!
