Not only are they super experienced in advising which phones fit your specific needs best, they also give you a free case so that you dont break the phone on your way home (its happened to me before)They will also help you fix your trade in credit if it doesnt show up on your bill so its so so great!

Oh my God! This place saved me from having to buy another phone. My new phone was in my backpack and my water bottle opened and soaked my phone completely. I put the phone in rice and it began to work after 2 days. The problem was the charge port was damaged and would not accept a charge. I live in South Jamaica and was told by other locations that it couldnt be fixed. I happened to stop in there and one of the gentlemen fixed my phone! I was delighted! They are very nice there and they are definitely practicing safe, social distancing and making the place as sterile as possible. If you need a new phone and great customer service that location is the place to go!

Was in desperate need of a new phone for work since the screen cracked its been going crazy. I typically hate visiting Verizon locations becuase you feel rushed but most of all somehow scammed out on the phone or your plan. But I had to visit and looked for a location I had not been to before. For a Monday I had awsome luck finding this location. ANDY IS YOUR MAN!! He was patient, knowledgeable and just a quick operator with verizon customer bureaucracy. He even showed me how to get a better plan without lowering the quality of my service. He is keen on customer service and making you feel like hes got your back. Best experience at Verizon, thats 15years!
The best customer service ever from any branch. Andy was able to fix my phone, which probably took him hours, with his skills and patience, (nothing was promised but he got it back to exactly the same as it was before!!!) and went out of his way to get it back to me as fast as he could. I recently went here to purchase 2 phones and transfer my line from T-Mobile. We received excellent service, they were efficient, patient, answered all questions and went the extra mile to transfer all our data/photos. We received free glass screen protectors for all our phones and a nice discount on a wireless charger! Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would recommend it highly to anyone looking to change carriers or purchase new devices.

This is the best Ive ever seen from Verizon, full stop. Im talking hours on the phone with Verizon customer service patient. They are advocates on making sure that you get all the promotions and deals that youre eligible for and they will follow through. Verizon is Verizon is Verizon, but if you want full service, youll want to come here.

Bought my Samsung S9 here about a week ago. My mother and I came here after receiving great customer service over the phone by a lady staff member (the one from around the Busan area). She told us to stop by, stating that theyd be able to help us immediately. And surely they did. We ended up receiving help from Andy and he was extremely helpful in explaining to us the circumstances of our situation (with easy-to-understand charts and all). He not only resolved the main problem, he also improved another after taking a look at our family plan. And now my family is enjoying our Verizon service and our new phones with much pleasure. It is located the end of the Korean bakery onto between Northern blvd and Springfield blvd. he is named Colin that explains specific their plans and phones enough. I recommend you guys. This is like 10 out of 10 stars!!

I went in to get a new screen protector, all I had to do was walk right in and ask! Very VERY helpful and only took 5 minutes! Every other place I go has the most rude workers, but they’re extremely nice in here. HIGHLY recommend.

Ill just get this out of the way now, these guys are awesome. Ive owned a cell phone for 10 years now and I have never had a better or easier experience dealing with my cell phone than I have this time. What sets them apart is there great customer service. They have a wide selection of cell phones and accessories, but the way they treated me as a customer is really what stood out.I came into the store with my mom as we were both looking for new cell phones. We were helped by Eugene, the store owner. He was great, went out of his way to make us feel like the most important customers in the store. My mom was looking to finally upgrade from a flip phone to a smartphone. Rather than just try to sell us the most expensive phone, Eugene went through every option for my Mom so that she knew exactly what she was signing up for and that ultimately, her decision was one that she was comfortable with. He was really looking out for her best interest. As for me, I was finally making the switch from an iPhone to an Android, which to some people is a very big deal. I was given a full breakdown of the pluses and minuses of all the top Android phones on the market so that I knew which one was best for me. We are both very happy with our phones!The great customer service didnt stop there. Every employee in this store gave us the same excellent service as Eugene did. A standard has clearly been set and we are very grateful for it. Going from a flip phone to a smartphone or an iPhone to an Android is a big move and these guys did a great job making it go as smoothly as possible. They are extremely generous as well. For my Mom, they gave her a free car charger as a way of congratulating her on her first smartphone. For me, they managed to carry over my unlimited data plan no questions asked, something that is a very big deal to me. On top of that, they threw in a cell phone holder for my car because they didnt have the color cell phone that I wanted.What I really appreciated about them is how much they helped me out when an issue came up with my cell phone. Just a week after I got my new phone, I lost it. Wont go into the details. I went back to the store and Eugene and everyone else was very helpful in getting past it. They laid out exactly what I needed to do in order to get up and running again as fast as possible. Once I got the replacement phone, they were even nice enough to provide me with a free case for it.Overall, this store gave me an excellent experience when I, along with my Mom, was buying a new cell phone and also when I needed to get a replacement phone. Headed by Eugene and the rest of the employees, I highly recommend this spot for everyone!
Went in to port 2 lines from another carrier and was done in less time than I had expected. These guys know what they are doing and they do it fast, even on a busy afternoon. They also dont try to upsell useless accessories like some other wireless places do. So you are less likely to walk out with another Bluetooth speaker that you rarely use. Fantastic just-get-it-done philosophy.

Fast service; staff could not be friendlier; honest in assessing the plan I already had and telling me its to my benefit to stay with it; they handled some issues that they could have charged for but didnt; great pricing on accessories; so very helpful without being pushy.This store is easy to miss if you are not looking for it. And dont make the mistake of parking in the Dunkin donuts parking lot because you can get towed. They have their own parking lot behind their building. The entrance is on Springfield Blvd.Im recommending this to everyone I know! Made my day!

I visited the place with my wife. normally, Verizon customer rep normally would not care about teaching the basic usage of the phone. but the reps here took some time to explain the basics for me, which made me pretty satisfied
I used to go to the WPI at Little Neck for over ten years, but over time, I grew more and more dissatisfied with the service there. Mr. Shin was very kind and helped me to upgrade my phone and grab accessories for very cheap. I highly recommended this location.

2022-06-06I hope I’m posting for the right place on 219th and Northern boulevard. When I walked in I was pretty bummed about my phone not working and didn’t expect to leave happy. I was so wrong! Everyone was so helpful and kind right from the beginning. Kevin helped me and knew what he was talking about. He is very experienced and helpful and he even gave me a free screen protector and case. I was so grateful for the help and generosity!!! I highly recommend the place! I will never go anywhere else!

2021-07-26The inside is well organized. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions that you may have. Trading in my older iPhone XR for an iPhone 12 mini was easy thanks to the staff that moved quickly from one task to another. I highly recommend anyone who needs to go to Verizon for any reason to come here.

2022-03-23I’ll start by saying that I’ve tried to find multiple Verizon stores before going into this one. None of the others were responsive over the phone but this location answered after the first ring. Andy assisted me in getting a new phone since my old one was lost and I couldn’t have been happier. Him and his partner were extremely friendly, patient, and understanding; as it took me some time to gain access to my account. THANK YOU. I’ll be going here for all of my future mobile needs. Highly recommend them.

2022-03-18Andy has come highly recommended by friends and family. He was very upfront with providing all of options and maximized in our plans and phone purchases in such a way, that it made me regret no coming sooner. He went above and beyond to stay on top of Verizon when the carrier admitted problems on their end and kept us apprised beyond his work hours. Great experience despite the hiccup from Verizon carrier.
