I have been to this location before and have always been met with rude and short patience employees, so I walked in thinking it would be the same this time around. I was greeted by a smile and a warm hello from a woman named Mona, she answered all my questions and guided me through everything from picking out my new phone to switching everything over. I have never felt more comfortable, I will be making this my new location and telling all my friends and family to only deal with her, she is what a sales person should be!!!!!!
German was absolutely wonderful today helping me upgrade to a new iPhone. He was extremely professional and friendly. Being in sales for so long, it was a pleasant surprise to be greeted the second I walked in the door. He provided a realistic expectation for when he would be able to help me, as he was finishing up with a few other customers. I could tell he sincerely appreciated my patience and was doing whatever he could to make sure everyone was assisted. I enjoyed our genuine conversations and will certainly be back to see him for my next upgrade!! Thank you!!

Came in fed up and ready to cancel my service, the rep Mona showed concern and listened to my issues. she made me feel comfortable and got me to where I needed my service to be and even got me and my husband 2 new phones. I will be definitely telling all my friends to come here and deal with her.
Working with German was a wonderful experience. We had a pretty complex order that was both time consuming and stressful. He worked patiently with my husband and I. He explained in depth about our new plans and the taxes and fees. He even gave us quick tutorials on how to use our new phones. It was a long process but we are very grateful for Germans knowledge and professionalism throughout the process. Thank you!
Wish I could give 0 stars. Bought 3 phones (1 new line, 2 upgrades) when we picked up phones, we were asked if we wanted contacts & photos transferred to new phones. We were then charged $80 for pro service ($40 per phone). Salesman never disclosed fee before service. Guy literally opened an app and pressed 3 buttons then helped other customers while we sat there for 45 minutes while contacts and photos transferred. Verizon verified that their stores do NOT charge for this.......On top of that, charged us $.20 for 2 shopping bags that we never got (PS. NY mandates $.05 per bag, not $.10) Store is an absolute rip off
Kevin was more than wonderful. Helpful, personable and a pleasure! I have been in Verizon multiple times for my parents getting new phones and now tonight for my own phone. And each time he was more than helpful! He conversed with us laughed and just made the experience enjoyable! I definitely will be going to kevin each time I go in :)
Went to the store early today and purchased a new phone. Kevin was incredibly professional and informative (having to also manage all the customers coming in and redirecting them to their cars to wait to keep the numbers inside to a minimum).He transferred all my data and recommended some great accessories. When I came back to pick up my phone- he apologized for the delay but worked quickly between customers to speed things up. He also stayed past closing to replace my husband’s screen protector last minute! Great service. Thanks Kevin!!!
My experience at Verizon in Riverhead was excellent. German was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and helped me with all aspects of my phone issues and setup, he made sure everything went well. I Highly recommend going there!
Great location... wanted to upgrade to cells to the new 13 pro and upgrade a 3rd cell to an iphone.Kevin pre ordered everything. Explained everything as he went through it...Happened to go the Verizon store in patchogue off of waverly and was told to do it online, they were too busy to help me...
Ive had several opportunities to purchase devices from this Verizon location and on multiple occasions Ive been assisted by German. He is knowledgeable, affable, and just all around delightful to interact with during business transactions. I would make an appointment specifically with him in the future just for my mobile phone and device needs. He is heads and tails above the crowd in this arena. To be fair, all the staff with whom Ive interacted at this location have been wonderful. Visit them and see for yourself.
German was awesome!! My family came in to purchase some new phones and he helped us through the entire thing and was very knowledgeable and kind. We wanted to get our iPhone’s ASAP since we needed them soon and he was able to get it delivered by the next day from a different Verizon store. He helped us step by step and was very attentive and funny! While the phone’s were taking a while he definitely made the long time we were there manageable and fun. He helped us find different products we needed and kept giving us the best deals with products the store had. If I need my phone fixed at all, I’ll definitely make sure it’s whole German is there.
This was the second time getting a new phone from this location. We went back looking for Chris because of the experience the first time and once again we werent disappointed. Hes knowledgeable and helpful and makes sure you are getting the phone that best suits your needs. I wouldnt hesitate going here for anything I need.
Walked in at 6:15, ( broke my phone the night before) with no appointment, I walked out at 6:55 with a brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max! I’m a very happy customer and I’m pleased with my new phone as well as the device by Kenneth ( thank you! ). Store was busy at max capacity and they still managed to address every customer. Great customer service and friendly people.
Kevin provided great customer service! My phone died while I was out running errands with my 2 year old! My phone was not charging at all! None of the car chargers were working. I randomly stopped at Verizon (even though I’m with T-Mobile) Kevin took his time to diagnose the problem I had with my phone and gave me a discount on the wireless charger I needed! Go Kev!!!!!! The guys at the North Port Verizon store were amazing. We were in the middle of a hurricane we lost power but they never lost their cool. The person who help me Michael was above and beyond amazing and despite a million things going wrong II was very impressed with the whole operation . This kid really knows his stuff and was friendly and extremely efficient
German was awesome last night when we went in to switch over to Verizon. He stayed almost an hour after they had closed in order to get us all set up. We switch over four lines and added a fifth. He explained all the billing and packages very well. I will definitely going back there again when it’s time to upgrade or with any questions I have. I even enjoyed the friendly banter he and the other worker Chris that was there had together.
This location provides superior service... even on a busy Saturday, where there as a wait... each person was greeted and told where to wait along with the wait time... I was just buying a screen protector, my representative multitasked to get me out of the store sooner. I wish more retail locations provided this same quality service. Highly recommend them
It took some time to get my service because I tried to sign up on line and had to end my pc session and could not complete my new phone service transaction which screwed my account up. So I went to the Verizon Store and Kevin was so patient with getting me set up! He laid everything out for me. I got all the promotions available and I just love my top of the line IPhone! I will be bringing my sister in for a new phone and service hopefully Kevin will be available! These young people really know their stuff! Thanks Kevin will be looking forward for your help again!
Chris was very patient and helpful with all of my family’s questions and inquiries. We knew going to Verizon from at&t probably wouldn’t save any money but at least the product you pay for works and that is absolutely true now that we no longer have issues calling each other and friends on a daily bases. This Verizon store is definitely the best on Long Island. The staff is very friendly and caring. The store itself is great too. Its very clean and its a large tore with a lot of inventory. They will make sure that youre happy and have everything that you need. If what you need isnt in shock, they will make sure you get it shipped to your door within a day or two. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone i know.
German was very helpful. I walked in there angry and left with a new phone and a smile on my face. He did what he could to get me into a new galaxy s9+ with minimal money out of pocket. Overall very happy with my experience there. Ill definitely be going back for whatever I need!
Went in to upgrade my phone. Kevin did a wonderful job making my experience easy and informative on the best deals and options for my new phone and plan. Kevin is a great employee and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend him as an employee to help you with any of your questions and/or needs.

I came to the store needing some help finding the right products including a screen protector since I shattered mine and a few other things. I had Tabitha and Arslan help with the transaction, they were extremely helpful with a lot of insight on the best products for me to purchase at that time. Both very friendly and confident in what they do. The store is also very clean and organized, what a huge space with a lot of desks so you dont feel like youre sitting on top of other people. I appreciate all the help and I will definitely be coming back when I need more help. Thank you!!
The new store is beautiful. The work stations are set far enough apart that you have privacy and you feel total attention from the sales personal. Nick, the manager was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and plans. He was also very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend the store and Nick certainly fits his role as manager.

Recently went in for An upgrade and left with a free tablet! Nick the manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would refer family and friends to this guy anytime! THIS NEW STORE IS THE BEST LOCATION, BIG SPACE AND VERY CLEAnice. Everyone there is very nice and helped throughout the process. Will be coming back for an upgrade next year for my early upgrade.
Christopher went above and beyond to help me and my husband. He stayed late to make sure my new iPhone 11 and iPad were were set up and ready to use. He was polite, patient and knowledgeable. I’m 64 and terrible with technical gadgets, lol! I don’t know what I would have done without him!
German helped me today. He was very helpful and was assisting me as well as another customer simultaneously but I did not feel as though that was the case. I felt as though I was the only one in the store and it was his goal to get me the phone I wanted. He got me in and out.
After a really bad experience with an in-store pickup order at the wading river location, I came to Riverhead (a location closer to my house) in order to try to have it fixed.While I was extremely frustrated with how many issues I was having just opening a new line, German was extremely helpful and was truly the only reason I didnt just cancel the order and go to another carrier.German ended up resolving all of the issues caused at the other verizon store, and even helped us with a few other deals, including purchasing an iPad that we were interested in for a great price. He was extremely nice and understanding of our frustration, and made sure that all loose ends were tied when resolving the phone and billing issues.I can definitely say that I wont be going to any other location than this one, and I am going to recommend German to any of my friends that are interested in a phone.
My experience at this store today was exceptional. Daniela was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and the service was prompt. She explained and even wrote out the service changes from the old bill to the new one and set up each device for us. All while answering questions from other customers and staff. I was very pleased with my service and will definitely be returning to this store in the future. Verizon got it right with Daniela!!

Ok, just need to say this is the BEST experience I have ever had in a Verizon store! I was helped by Chris who is pleasant, patient and knows more than anyone I have encountered. We got a New phone, all my stuff was transferred and he also made sure to help me sign back into my email, Facebook and other apps I use everyday. He also went line by line with what my new bill would look like so there was no surprises waiting for me. I recommend this store and especially seek out Chris who has quite the following in this store. He had 3 more customers ask just for him and they waited for him. They didnt mind getting shared help while we waited for our stuff to get transferred. AGAIN GO SEE CHRIS! His assistance is worth EVERY dollar.P.S. Give this man a RAISE!
Kevin answered all of our questions and made the process of getting a new phone quick and painless😊. The store is very clean and there is hand sanitizer readily available. Additionally, they only allow one customer per rep in the store at a time. Would highly suggest this store.
I went to Verizon Wireless in Riverhead to get a new phone case, the gentleman that helped me was great. They had a great COVID social distancing plan (ppl had to wait outside until one of the employees could help them (he came and got me when it was my turn) He was very helpful and my transaction took less than 15 minutes and he explained everything to me clearly and concisely. Great store
Awesome service. My phone broke on a Saturday evening and I had to be back on the road by Sunday and needed a phone immediately so that I may run my business. German did everything needed to make sure that happened, including driving to another location to pick up the phone I requested since his store location did not have it in stock. Not only did German make sure I got the phones I wanted but he also hooked them up and made sure everything was completed for me while I went over to Applebees for dinner. I definitely recommend this location over ANY of the other locations in the Riverhead area.
Chris from both Riverhead, NY locations was super helpful. Stayed late after work to help my girlfriend upgrade and set up a new phone after her phone abruptly broke. While doing that he was very relatable and looked into other things regarding my account, i then came in the next day to upgrade my phone and update my plan. Sam and josh took care of me and my husband at different time. At no time did i feel rushed. they made me feel like i had all the time in the worl and i was a very important person. i appreciate their respesct and and their quality of service. Sent my grandfather in here to be added to my plan. The sales reps ignored him and told him to call customer service or go to another store because they misunderstood what he needed. Once they realized he was being ADDED (they would be making money on a sale) they decided to help him. I was on the phone with him the entire time and heard him DECLINE the insurance added to the device. We received our first bill and sure enough the insurance was added to the phone ($13 a month) just so the sales rep would get paid for adding it on. Will never be going back here.
I was the first customer of the day and there were 3 others behind me everything went smoothly better then I thought it would I was a customer with sprint and nextel for nearly 20 years sprint was bought out by T-Mobile and no way was I going to stay with a company that’s always gett bad reviews
Asani Walford is an amazing Verizon resource. If he were my employee, I would promote and make him to a training specialist. He possesses an inner quality that makes his customers feel relaxed. He provides service at the highest quality. Fantastic experience! He is a pleasure. My wife will be coming back to upgrade her phone shortly.
Darnell is very friendly and personable. He is very knowledgeable about verizon plans phones and accessories. He is an asset to to the verizon family. He deserves a promotion. I was leaving verizon after 30 + years because of terrible customer service until I met Darnell. Now Im a satisfied customer again.
Tabitha from Verizon wireless was amazing. We originally went in to get my daughters iPhone 6 claimed under insurance for the fact that she dropped her phone in the water. Instead she helped us lower our data plan saved us money and we got two new iPhone 7 128 gb and our monthly bill was cheaper than before we came in the store today. Highly recommend Tabitha! See her we will save u money, and youll go home with awesome phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The customer service was great however there was confusion with my order getting sent to the wrong building. Apparently the address on the store isnt correct. Aside from having to wait longer for my order this was a pleasant experience and the guys were really helpful.
Omg where to start! Paul & Brandon were amazing, they were so help full since I walked in & im so looking forward to changing to verizon . They were patient since I had to find out my information from my other carrier. And just amazing customer service , they should get a raise ! Worst customer service in the world.. this is my first complaint as a review, the guys in there act like they want nothing to do with you, you ask a question or ask them to do something and the kid said to me and I quote thatll be hard, you can call verizon.as jes watching netflix on his phone. and just to prove a point I figured out how to do in the parking lot in 7 mins.. Ive been in there a few times and always get the same kid, itll be hard? Its your job lol, sorry to interrupt whatever you were watching.. I was in there on January 14th at 752pm if anyone from that store reads this
Very nice and friendly however they do not know the plans they sell and will say most anything to get the commission we went in looking for a mobile hotspot for our rv were told multiple times on 2 different days that the plan comes with 22gigs 4g data for the hot spot which is more than the other companies so that sold us however a few weeks later when we used 15gigs testing it and it becomes slow as dirt we findout when we call up verizon that we were lied to and the 22gigs is for cell phones only the hotspot is 15 gigs being that we were there for a hotspot not a cell phone that piece of information should have been mentioned. We were never given full plan information or anything simply a reciept for the transaction. Verizon itself has honored the amount promised to us to keep us from leaving but lying for a commission is outrageous
Visited Virizon in Riverhead tonight in Riverhead. I needed my screen protector changed (as Best Buy charges $8) as well as Icould not access Facebook. Kevin my represenitive was extremely knowledgable,professional and patient... All issues resolved! Another happy couster..

2022-03-01I came to the store to get a new iPhone. I’m already a Verizon customer. Kevin helped me with the purchase. He recommended a plan change and showed me how we could save $$ by adding a line for Hubs. If you are thinking about changing companies to save $$, rethink that plan and ask about what they are offering first.Kevin was awesome, he backed up my phone, which took forty minutes, and when he handed me my phone back, everything was taken care of except I had to download all of my apps again, which is normal.The process was very simple and I am super happy with my new phone and plan. I highly recommend the store. It’s in a nice location, lots of parking and they had the phone I wanted in stock. And, most importantly they had a sufficient number of employees to help customers, unlike the other phone company.

2022-01-13She was pleasant, funny & very knowledgeable about the products we wanted to purchase.She walked us through the purchase,cost info & she transferred everything over for my husband & myself.However I must say... while busy with us 2 other customers came in & she managed to take care of each of us in a very timely manor! Although there was a woman there that was quite impatient, insisting on knowing how long it would be before she could give her the full attention she wanted....I believe she handled everything very professionally.
