My husband and I have been using Alex for many years.He is so knowledgeable and helpful,Alex has patience for us because we are not so good with the Technology of today.Alex has helped us get out of very stressful situations we encountered getting locked out of our phone and not remembering our security questions.This guy definitely deserves a promotion!!!!!!Thanks again for all your patience!!
The guys that work in there are all great.Cody had help me with the purchase of new phone and screen protector but, unfortunately the protector wouldnt work with the fingerprint option. I called twice and explained the situation I did exactly what they told me to do still wouldnt work so I went by today so they could check it, which they did! It wouldnt work for them either so at the end, he ended putting liquid glass on it for me and told me how to care for it before leaving. ( Im sorry I dont remember your name) but, thank you for fixing the problem and patient. Verizon, please send someone to fix their AC. it feels like an oven in there, seriously not kidding its too hot to work in there. Thank you in advance
After reviewing the problems with my phone, my sales rep did everything in his power to fix it. He was very patient both with me and the obstacles he encounter. I ended up with a new phone because my other phone proved to be unfixable after several hours of trying. Thank you.
Alexander’s guest relations was wonderful and he certainly excels in his job. He explained everything clearly so we could understand. He helped Mom go from flip phone to iPhone and we are very pleased with our purchase and are satisfied customers because of his assistance.
We had such a great experience. Alex was unbelievably patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store for any and all cellphone, smart watch, tablet needs. We went in for issues with our iPhone and had a much better experience than any experience I have had at other stores (including the Apple Store).
Alexander was AMAZING! He listened and cared about my questions! He was very polite and detail oriented! HOWEVER, I would highly recommend having more employees at this location. I had to wait 20 minutes to be helped and a woman behind me left after having to wait too long. However, this does not take away from Alexander’s work!
We transferred our service from AT&T with 3 lines and adding a new line and had a ton of questions. Alex C was amazing! He was knowledgeable, patient, courteous, funny, and kept my kids entertained as well. He went above and beyond by staying after store hours to get everything done to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this location.
So I order new cable service and had to pick up my box at this location. Me not being tech savvy had so many questions. Alex there was so helpful. I felt terrible because I took a lot of his time. I really didnt know what I was doing as far as hooking up the box myself at home. He patiently explained to me step by step how to do it. He had so much patience with me. He was very knowledgeable. Thank you Alex..I got it right the first time, thanks to you. He is awesome.
Everyone at the Store was so helpful. They took their time to make sure my whole family got the plan that was best for us. Alex was so great. Made sure we had what we needed, and helped me get acquainted with my new iPhone . Timothy was super helpful with his vast knowledge of all the phones and equipment. Best phone buying experience EVER!
Sergio & Alex at this store are amazing to deal with. They go out of their way to be honest, upfront & with a no tricks-no hassle approach they make going to a Verizon Wireless store a good experience. Alex is amazing, he knows something about everything & is overly pleasant & able to do things that are above & beyond what is expected. If you need anything done at verizon wireless, this is the store to go to on Staten Island. Apparently being nice does go a long way. I wish everyone was as pleasant as Sergio & Alex in everyday life.
This company has gone downhill each year regarding customer service. The reps are rude and have an attitude. This company needs to employ helpful people. I have been om the phone foe 2 hours now and still not being helped. All I want to do is exchange a set- top box and theyre giving me a story about a PIN# which I never had or had to use
Manager Alex and employee Alex were so much more helpful than the larger Verizon out by the mall. We received exceptional customer service and were treated like valuable customers. Would recommend this store over all other stores ! Thank you for listening and solving our issues!
I would like to say that Your Wireless was great. I had the pleasure of being helped by Alex, Tim and Sergio. They helped me decide on which phone to choose, which had the better features, and explained to me everything i needed to know about my phone, and answered all my questions that i had. They worked as a team, when one didnt know the answer, they all worked on my question together, which you dont get from alot of businesses. I was so happy with them, i went back to them a second time to upgrade another 2 phones. Thank you to Alex, Tim, and Sergio for your support, and i look forward to doing more business with you in the near future.
Just left the store neat well organized I just walked in with in 90 seconds walked up to me and asked me how he could help me. He asked me my name he told me he was Alex and hes here to help me.Alex was very very helpful I had to pick up an extender for my internet he even walk me through how to set it up it was quick and easy the way they explained it to me and I just did it and it was quick and easy thank you Alex I highly recommend these guys to anybody who needs any help with FiOS or anything to do with Verizon phones or if they need any supplies please ask for Alex and tell them John Henry sent me.
Its refreshing to find a store with a level of customer service that far exceeds your expectations. The professionalism begins when you walk through the door, where they greet you and acknowledge that someone will be with you soon. Whether you are there for Wireless or Fios, your issues will be resolved promptly, courteously and professionally.I have returned multiple times for various reasons and I have left completely satisfied every time.I rarely right reviews but this place is worth the effort.9/18 UpdateThe service continues to be excellent.
Nice Store , Great prompt service.Thank you JosephIf you get the Verizon LTE CELL EXTEDNER .IF you disconnect just turn on airplane mode for 15 seconds. It will find the signal again .FYI: once hooked up just dial #48 it will tell you if you are connected to the LTE extender network . Good for about 50 feet . Good luckMichael
Everyone was very helpful, friendly and professional. I opened a Fios account and everything that they stated was true. My first bill came in and it was exactly what they had said it would be. The new manager definitely knows what costumer service is all about. I would recommend this store to everyone and anyone.
Not a happy customer. They were helpful on phone. I had to return equipment and they gave good directions. When arrived, they were all outside - hot day and suspect a/c not great. I carried a bag with 5 receivers and a router to the door, while using a cane, and not a one would help open the door. Someone only took attention after I entered the store. Gave them equipment, received a receipt - fast service here. But then for 2-3 weeks, including over our vacation I got calls about missing equipment and being disconnected because it was not recorded (Shop said would be in the system the day after drop off).Pass and find a friendlier store.

Twice I had a phone go bad on me. Once I had to buy a new one just to be able to have a phone that day. I need my phone for work. Once again had the phone for three weeks The batteries went bad. Went dead in an hour. again they said they will have to mail me one. Anther day with out a phone. Cost of service is at the top. Costumer service as far as I have had has been the worst. Time to find a new provider. After 16 years I have had it.
DO NOT come to this place.We were helped by Kevin when we opened new Verizon contracts. He said that we would only have to pay a certain amount for our phones and after receiving the rebates, realized that the rebate amount was half of what we were promised.When we went back to the store to ask about the situation, he first claimed that he didnt remember what he promised and then claimed that he must have misunderstood when he told us that information - even though when we asked him about the phone prices on the first visit, we asked multiple times to ensure we had the right information and he steadily repeated the same information.These people are scam artists who promise all these great incentives to get you to sign contracts with them, and then take no accountability when they do not come true.If you do go to them, make sure to get their words in writing.
These people all of them, make you feel like family, they were so helpful and so nice. Ive witness someone who was impaired (l wouldve kicked this person out), but they were so nice and patient, that took their time in explaining the item and plan, I would give them a 10 if I could, thank you so much
All employees there are well organized and in to tune on communication. No matter what they make sure you leave satisfied. Customer service is great! Oh and a plus to it , there all so attractive. ESPECIALLY ALEX .. So if your stuck in there for an hour or so with Verizons customer service , it works cause you could stare at the hotties while your there. Lol ;)
THE SI Verizon GO-TO Store for all things Cell/FIOS.The Staff is Friendly, Courteous, Competent and extremely Helpful. I walked in with a FIOS problem that required personal attention to rectify. In short order they sorted thru the difficulties, and worked directly with Verizons CS to resolve the issue in my favor... all while I waited comfortably in the store. They accomplished more in an hour, than I was able to do during days of frustration via the telephone. -All with a smile; and a laid-back / Can-do / Professional attitude, that fostered total Confidence.I reside on the opp. end of SI. After today, despite the distance, this store will be my exclusive Vendor, for all things Verizon. Theyve earned my Customer Loyalty... and my trust.Thank You, Tim... Amazing service, very knowledgeable and exteremly helpful staff simply put... I love this store!! The staff is so kind and patient. I would definitely reccomend this Verizon location to all my friends and family. Anything you need cellular or Fios they have and can help you with.

2022-01-22If I could give more than 5 stars I would!Alex was extremely friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable. And not pushy in any sort of way. Kept the transactions lighthearted. I just switched my wireless service from T-Mobile and my interaction with Alex reassured me that I would be getting great customer service any time i need it 😄Update:. Came back to add a line to my account....and again, nothing but top notch service from Alex. Friendly, engaging, personable, helpful. Made the transition super smooth!!

2022-07-06Traded in an old phone for a new one. Alex facilitated the data transfer and then clearing all information from my old phone my old phone. The process was completed within 30 minutes and I was able to walk out with my new phone in hand.
