Got a new iPhone at Pelham Verizon a few weeks ago. Everything went smoothly although the transfer of data/apps took longer than expected. Also got a mag easel charger. Couldn’t get the connection to work. I returned it today. Branden tried to find a substitute without success and readily processed the credit.
CAUTION: Avoid bogus fees by avoiding authorized retailers; stick to corporate stores. Authorized retailers (ex. this store, Best Buy, etc.) can charge you whatever they want without Verizon finding out since your store receipt is SEPARATE & DIFFERENT from your actual bill.If you decide to deal with retailers anyway, DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED from asking what every fee is for and whether you will be charged a similar/the same fee on your actual bill (if they cant answer your question clearly and concisely, do NOT pay anything until you clarify with Verizon).Note: The following review is regarding this store only.Long story short, I was charged a total of ~ $500 in activation fees alone. Why? Because this store charges up to $80 per line in pro service fees which, according to the store manager, covers the cost of phone # migration, SIM prep and data transfer. Problem is: phone # migration and SIM prep is aka activation, for which Verizon (the actual company) charges $35. Also, the $80 fee was applied even though some SIM cards werent installed & NO DATA TRANSFER TOOK PLACE.So they will charge you this $80 fee knowing fully well that Verizon will still charge you an additional $35 activation PER LINE on your 1st bill. What made the experience worse was the store managers attitude when his attempt at convincing me of the charge didnt thwart my determination to get a refund (btw, I was told I could get a full refund by other stand-alone authorized retailers and by Verizon). While I got a partial refund by the manager, he did it begrudgingly while being obviously frustrated and condescending.I did eventually get a satisfactory resolution from Verizon directly, but this experience has guaranteed I do not support authorized retailers incapable of holding themselves accountable.Lesson learned.A word to Verizon: a store that carries your name has the potential to damage your reputation. If these authorized retailers can charge whatever they want, and you as a company treat them as a separate entity to wash your hands from this practice, dont be surprised when you lose customers.
Kory really saved the day. I was so upset when my phone stopped working because my business depends on me being connected at all times. Kory let me into the store even though it was not yet opened for the day. He had me out in no time at all and I was able to make it back at my desk in order to be on a very important conference call. Thank you Kory!!
Kory went above and beyond to help me with my phone crisis. He not only took care of the crisis, he drove to another location to get me a phone for an upgrade that they didn’t have in there store and then set me up for the transfer. What a relief to go into an establishment and have someone who is knowledgeable and gets the job done!
I went in to the store to activate a new iPhone. Candice immediately helped me & was able to activate the phone without difficulty. She was courteous & was able to answer all of my questions. When I receive my new work phone I will definitely go back to this store for activation or anything else that I need.
Monica was very kind and helpful. She was patient and answered all the questions my mom and I had while buying my new phone. She even let us know about new plans that saved us money and insurance that covered our whole family. We will be going back here many times in the future for the wonderful, fast service.
I just switched over from ATNT and Binny helped me from A to Z. He explained how the my first bill second bill and third will be with the promotions. He helped me transfer over everything and answered all my questions! I highly recommend everyone in Pelham and near by towns to come and see Binny for your Verizon needs!!! Thank you again!
I came into the store and Sharalie was the representative that helped me. I got a new phone and she was able to transfer my things. Thankful that she did because I would of screwed that up. She was able to transfer everything to my new phone the way I had it on the old one which was great. My overall experience is A+++++ because she was great and professional the way she handled everything. I was very impressed to her attention to detail and I got everything I asked for. Came into the store to pickup a phone and Sharalie helped me out. Se actually recommended a different phone then the one I ordered. She educated me on the difference between both phone. The phone she recommend was the better choose and best suites my needs. She really took the time out to help me make a choose and as helped me set up my first apple I.d . I am very pleased with her over all service.
Korey and Candice were friendly and helpful. I switched from ATT and I can already see a huge difference in service. This store visit while getting my new phone was great. Sharalie and her staff worked in a great professional manner everyone was very polite and overall great and funny atmosphere. It seems that everyone works together great and felt comfortable. Sharalie explained everything that was being done during the transaction so I didnt feel lost. I left a very happy customer and have already told some of my friends to come and see the staff here.
My son & I got new phones at this store. Candace and Korey helped us and spent hours with us, Candace even staying beyond closing hours to ensure complete transfer of all our data to our new phones. They were extremely patient and even helped us access discounts on our account. We have always had great service and experiences at this store! Definitely 5 stars!
I had been looking for a new phone plan to upgrade to and needed clarification on pricing and options that was best suited for me. I had worked with Steven and he was extremely helpful in mapping out all my options. He was able to throughly explain all my questions regarding pricing, billing, and future upgrades. They had extremely great service, and I would definitely come back.

I have been to this location on 3 different occasions and each time Candice and the manager Korey have been kind, courteous and most of all patient. Im grateful for the care they took with helping me get a new device and technical difficulties with my old one. This will be my go to store for all my phone needs!
Today i came in to pay my bill which i had noticed been a little high. Trevor informed that i had 3 lines and a tablet which i had never received. i was paying for this without knowing for 2 years. He was able to get me 600 back for my inconvenience with that other store. then he was able to get me an upgrade to an s8 with a new monthly bill that $30 less than my previous one. needless to say i thought i was coming in to pay a bill and i was able to do an upgrade for the same price as my monthly bill he gave me an amazing promotion that allowed me to leave with all the accessories i wanted. He and his staff are friendly and very knowledgeable.
This store has wonderful people. The moment I came in Sharalie helped me and made me feel welcomed. She helped me change the pin to my account and even tho we called numerous verizon representative she was very patient and polite about everything. I really appreciate her work ethic she made a difference from my past experiences dealing with verizon representatives. She was very impressive. Today I came in to switch over from metro PCS and I was greeted at the door by Trevor. He was kind and gave me all my information I needed to get my iPhone 6s plus. the store was very busy when he finished he came over to me and the other lady who was waiting he was able to help me while also helping her. Trevor is a great member of this store
I love this store and their staff. I come here often and normally who helps me is Sharalie. I just got a smart phone and I am still learning a few tricks and short cuts. Sharalie always helps me and she is great at teaching. This girl has help me through something that I would have never figure out on my own. Always a pleasure to deal with her. Awesome job teach and old dog some new tricks.

Today I came to the store and I got help from Sharalie. I purchased a jetpack and order the pixel. Both times I came she was very professional and informative. She was able get me the phone I wanted and best of all it she was able to get the best price. Cant go wrong with 300$ off. Over she was great both times and things were made simple for me.
Me and my husband came to this location to upgrade my old phone because it fell in water. We saw Trevor that day and he was so kind to us. Giving me choices on phone that fit my budget. Needless to say trevor was able to get us a new plan with 2 new phone for just as much as we were paying previously. He is great.
I came in this store to try and get a battery for my old phone which wasnt made anymore. Trevor was kind to give me many option on new plans and all the phones one could dream of. I left with a wonderful new device and a new friend. Trevor went above and beyond greeting me at the door offering me water during my time there. He even offered to give me classes on my phone anytime i needed he is great
I came in this location and saw a representative by the name of Trevor. Trevor explained everything really well and took the time to transfer all my stuff from my old phone to my new one. He and the staff treated us like friends instead of a sales opportunity for them. He gave us water and was very professional
I came in to the Verizon store in Pelham, NY to get an upgrade for my mothers iPhone. Steven immediately acknowledged us when we arrived though the store was packed with customers. He worked efficiently and was able to start working with us within 5 minutes of our arrival. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. He even suggested a better plan to my mothers needs. He was wonderful!
Came to the store and sharalie helped me out. She helped me set up my new phone and tablet. She was able to transfer all of my information and help me with mynpasswords that I didnt know. It was a smooth purchase I will, be back for other purchases. She was great with everything and a great help.
I came in to get my old phone information transfered to my new phone. Trevor was the person who help me. He was kind taught me all the things my phone could do. Including wireless charging. I ended up buying all my accessories from him and he gave me an amazing bundle deal. Thanks again Trevor.
BUYER BEWARE!!! DONT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU SEE ONLINE!!! I noticed that the reviews for this Verizon Store say 5 Stars and I disagree. These stars must have been bought. Let me explain my reason. About a year ago, I moved to the area. Noticing this Verizon store and being a Verizon customer for years I thought it would be nice to get to know my local Verizon Store members. On arrival I felt tension in the air. I was the only one there and everyone stayed on their computers without acknowledging me hoping the other would help me. Then, I asked if they could help me to lower my payments with a different plan. They just asked what plan I had and when I told them, didnt even bother to look into my account to see if there was a way to help bring down my costs. I thanked them and left. I go back a year later, thinking maybe it was a bad day last time. And what did i notice? About 2-3 reps helping one customer. The manager had me sit down, and an elderly man who bought a tablet asking for assistance and the manager just brushing him off. Stating he didnt have social media so the man would have to figure it out As the elderly man continued to ask questions the manager continued to brush him off. All while NEVER looking at the man, giving eye contact, or even looking at the mans device. I felt terrible for the man. I asked my question and of course got a brush off as well. I left and told myself I will never go back there until Management changes!
I came in the store because my s7 died and trevor was the representative i dealt with. He took the time to go over all the promotion i could have had taking advantage of. I ended up getting a note 8 and i love my choice. And all the accessories i got for my phone just made the deal that much better. Thanks again trevor.
I was waiting for the bus and decided to step into the store to kill some time. The staff at Pelham are so friendly Lucy , Korey and Misael were so helpful in helping me with my Sprint phone and now i am considering switching over. Best service lady and gents keep up the good work
I dont have a Verizon phone but have been to this store multiple times for general assistance with my iPhone. Lucy has helped me each time, regardless of the fact that my service provider is not Verizon. Shes very knowledgable, patient and explains everything to me so that I can understand. I am actually thinking about switching to Verizon just because of her! Im on a family plan at the moment but may go on my own with Verizon since shes already told me I qualify. So happy!!
Steven is the consummate professional. I came into the store with questions about my aol account. He helped me to see the numerous choices that I had at my disposal. He answered all of my questions with great patience. I am a computer phone and he helped me with great tips on how to get the most out of my account. I recommend Steven highly and his prices fit my budget. If you want the best help in the area, Steven is the man for you.
Today i Came in to this location to Purchase my Note 8. Trevor helped me leave the store really happy. he gave me a promotion on my new Tablet when i purchased my new phone making my tablet free. I left with a big smile on my face and finally have my dream phone. Trevor And his Boss Sharalie were really knowledgeable answering all my question before i proceeded with my purchase with them.
Sharalie is the assistant manager at this location. she was helpful from start to finish. I went in with a completely shattered phone and in a panic, but she made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She found me the best plan, that was in budget for me. Never did I feel rushed. I will be using her from now on
I lost my phone and within a day I got a new one. The people here are very polite and work very efficiently and try their hardest to make their customers satisfied. Russ was the one to help me out and he was very patient with me and as I mentioned was very fast with getting me up and ready to go again
Sharalie is a wonderful person to work with and is incredibly patient and helpful. She helped transfer and set up 5 lines from ATT to Verizon and was very knowledgeable of all of the promotions going on, which saved us hundreds of dollars. I strongly recommend going to this store and I really appreciate all of her help!
Trevor was superior in giving me the most professional advice, he was not only professional but extremely knowledgeable about everything, yet he does it in such a humble way without making this 63 year old feel stupid, he has a warmth and welcoming approach to giving the most caring service.He was training Raghib, yet he encouraged him to come up with the answer on his own. When helping others as they may have needed more professional advice, Victor jumped right in to help....what a great experience.1
Let me start off with the fact that Sharalie has been such a huge help. Not only did she cal me to help me get a new phone but she has great customer service skills. She was able to get me the newest phone with a promotion and she took her time explaing all the details. This girl knows what she is doing. The hole time I was entertained, understood all that she said and was offered a seat and water at the door. Overall AAA+++++ on the best representavie i have ever dealt with.
Went into this store and was greeted and welcomed By Sharalie. My phone was not working correctly and the was not taking charge. Ive been here a few times and the service has always been friendly and prompt but Korey and Lucy were absolutely outstanding this weekend.I tried to downgrade to a flip phone and they went above and beyond with every road block that happened to pop up. The phone I brought wasnt supported by Verizons new 5g network, rip flip phones. Korey offered to go to another location to pick up and Lucy caught a defect which is going to save me heart ache down the road. Will be back :) ty
The settings on my phone needed adjustment. Sharalie was patient with this golden ager, explaining everything as she went so that I could replicate the fixes if I ever had the same problems in the future. Very pleased with my experience. I always have a good experience at this location. Kudos!
I came in the store trying to upgrade from my flip phone to a smart phone. I was met at the door by Trevor. He was so kind taking all the time to put my contacts in my new phone. There was even a great promotion that allowed me to leave with a samsung phone and tablet.

I always come to the store for help. I got some new accessories from Sharalie. The store is very clean and everyone is polite. I originally came in because my phone was not working. Sharalie helped me get it back to life and I got a new case and liquid glass for a good price.

So I went the verizon store in Pelham and was welcomed by Sharalie. I explained to her my situation and she delivered. I got a new phone and new accessories that helped me protect my phone. She did a great job and her customer services skill show that she means well and is very dedicated to helping customers. My experience was great and I will come back for further business with her soon.

Phone got damaged so i came into this store where i was greeted by trevor. He was kind and went over all my option with me. I settled on getting a new iphone with 128 gig and a 6 foot wire. He offered me a great ipad promotion with my phone but i declined. He amazing and takes the time to go over all option
Lucy was so helpful. I had an iPhone 6s Plus started making weird noises. She tried her best to fix it but the las result was to upgrade my device. I didn’t have insurance so upgrade was the only option since my warranty was expired. Anywho she made me feel very pleased with the service and I will definitely come back to PELHAM Verizon store. I came in to upgrade my iPhone 6S Plus to an X and Trevor, Sharalie and their team were amazing. Transfering over everything took a while and my brother and I just hung out in the store with them for like 2+ hours. They are so friendly, funny and knowledgeable about everything. If you ever have a problem or you’re thinking about swtiching over to Verizon they are the people to go to.

I am loving my new iphone it is so great, Im happy Dre, and trevor told me about this store on my previous visit to the boston road location, Im going to miss working with raghib but this store is much closer and the people are just as nice.
Do not go to this Verizon store. The female representative scammed me. She told me the jet pack was free with my plan but failed to tell me they would charge me $20 a month for a line!!?? Then when I called her after I got my first bill she apologized for the miscommunication and told me to bring it in to return it. When I brought it in she refused to take it back. The manager was useless. The worst experience ever!!!!
I came to the store in Pelham and Sharalie assisted me. When first came in I did not think about buying a phone but she convinced me. She was great at explaining the cost of everything as well as showing me how to use the device. This was the best experience I had in a long time in a phone store. Thanks again Sharalie.
Candice was a wonderful support. She listened to my tech concerns and immediately problem solved around the complexities of lost material I needed to retrieve. This shows not only her level of professionalism and expertise but she also represents a reflection of that which Verizon seeks to elevate within the corporation. It is this kind of initiative that should lead her to executive heights within Verizon.
We love coming to the Pelham Verizon store. The sales reps are friendly, helpful and efficient. Aman helped do a multiple phone upgrade and made the experience very pleasant. We all left the store with new phones without the aggravation usually associated with this process.
So I went to the Pelham location and it was a delightful vist. My phone was giving me a lot of issues and Sharalie greeted me and took a look at my phone. After she tried to fix the problem the phone was still giving me the same problem. Sharalie told me I should change my phone since I hade the opportunity to give back my phone old phones and get a new one. Even tho I was their awhile she made the entire experience fun and best of all I walked out a happy customer with a new phone. Thanks again Sharalie.
Our experience at the Verizon Wireless on fifth avenue in pelham was fabulous. My brother needed a new phone because he lost his phone. Sharalie Rodriguez was extremely helpful. She was imformative and very friendly. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs assistance with a current phone or anyone who needs a new phone. We will never go anywhere else. She is the best and the rest of the staff are just as nice. I have never been happier! I will be back to have her help me with my phone in he future. Thanks so much Sharalie!!
Today i came in to get a screen protector for my husbands new IPhone X. Trevor was nice and showed me all my options on proection. he showed us the difference beween a traditional screen protector and the liquid glass we purchased. it nice to go into a store and be offered a seat and some water even though i was just purchasing a screen protector. He went above and beyond to help us install it because i didnt have my husband phone with me he gave me his business card an told us to call so he could help us install it over the phone.
Fyi - Lucy Peralta at the Pelham store provided outstanding customer service resolving a very complex issue regarding blacklisted device. She was patient and had a sense of humor which made me less frustrated. You need to value her skills and overall manner and acknowledge her excellent service. A little bonus would be a great way to let her know how much her performance is valued by this customer and...hopefully her employer.
I came in to this location today to have my brother switch on to my account. we were assisted by Trevor. Trevor took the time with my brother to ensure he would be able to use his sprint phone on my plan. He also took the time to check over my whole plan and my fios and was able to get us $150 for switching in to Verizon. Stop here and See Trevor He works wonders.
I had a great time at your location even though I dont like going to the phone store much. With that being said one of the employees named Monce helped me out with every question and more. Today my faith in phones has been restored. I was very hesitant on upgrading because evertime i would go in a store i was offered a bigger phone than my iphone 5. Went to the verizon store in Pelham NY with my mother, sister and nephew and were instantly greeted by Barry at the door and made us feel comfortable right away. He was super patient with our endless questions even the ones we repeated over and over again, Barry was fast with installing three iPhones and adding screen protectors effortlessly!

2022-02-22Korey worked very hard to address all my needs And he got the job done. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I needed a new phone. I’d lost mine. And the Apple replacement system was too slow. Korey also helped me handle a billing issue i had with Verizon which i had been unable to resolve on my own. That was above and beyond his responsibility at the store. It was an act of kindness, a rare finding in customer service. Korey’s commitment to setting my phone up so i could walk out of the store with a completely working phone and able to use it for work as i needed made me decide the Pelham Verizon store would be my “go to place” for my phone needs.
