Nathaniel was a great help in getting me my new iPhone 13. I went in to the store to return some FIOS equipment and he told me about a great promotion they were having on the new iPhones. He helped to move all my old data to my new device. Thank you- much appreciated.
Nathaniel was FABULOUS!!! I went to the Haverstraw store to turn in some equipment I am no longer using. Initially I was was underwhelmed by how I was treated by another gentleman working there. Without getting up, he asked me if I was returning equipment. When I said yes, he told me to put it on a black table located in the corner. When I set my bag down to remove the equipment from it, he barked at me to not use that table. Fortunately for Verizon, Nathaniel politely asked if he could help me with anything else. He was very personable & professional. We’re it not for him, I would’ve left immediately after turning in my equipment.
Nathaniel is highly skilled and knowledgeable, as well as dedicated to customer satisfaction. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is aware of the products and deals available. He is unbelievably patient, and has a personality that expresses customer satisfaction is his primary goal. Thank you Nathaniel for your dedication.

My Uncle and I had the great pleasure of working with Nathaniel. He went above and beyond, helping us with a few problems. Very helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, and never gave up. He found a solution to a few things we had requested, and even called the next day. Top notch employee, they should have more like him …Lafonda was not too pleasant.
Very bad experience, I wanted to buy an iPhone and activate with them, but the person who attended me, asked him for information about the promotion they have, and he was not friendly, he was very curt and the truth is that I do not want to go back there . Cristians name is the person who treated me badly.
Chris is AMAZING! So knowledgeable, personable and accommodating. He set me up with the best products and plan over the phone. I went to pick up equipment at store where I saw him multi-tasking ALONE with both speed and always a smile. We agreed he is now my “go to” guy to resolve any issues. I had the worst experience with fedex and was already extremely frustrated when I opened my package and realized that the bumper for my Apple Watch I ordered was not included. The last thing I wanted to do was have another package shipped through fedex because the service was really atrocious. So I called Verizon and spoke with Edwin. He was absolutely one of the most professional friendliest people that I have ever had the experience of dealing with. He was courteous and understanding and he refunded my purchase so I could just go buy it from a store and not have to deal with fedex. Thank you Edwin for turning my day all the way around. Your professionalism and friendly service will not soon be forgotten and I hope you get it back ten fold. I can’t thank you enough.

My experience at Verizon on 9W in West Haverstraw was excellent. The assistant manager Christian was professional, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. It was a pleasure visiting this store. I highly recommend it. Got my new iPhone and all set up in a timely fashion and store follows safe guidelines. 5 stars!
Chris was very professional as well as polite and personable. He was able to satisfy all my inquiries, address issues with this phone, and I am so happy to be picking up my brand new S20 in a couple of days. Of course hell be going over all the details with me at the time of pick up. Chris is certainly an asset to your organization!
I went to upgrade my phone and was greeted as soon as I walked in. The staff was extremely helpful and very patient. Lidia assisted me in my upgrade, taking the time to explain my options, the associated costs, and how I could benefit most from the current promotions. She also showed me some great accessories that went along with my phone, and sat next to me to help setup/customize my new phone. I felt like a valued customer and my business was appreciated. She even walked me to the door! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone, being that the staff is knowledgeable, patient, and are there to look out for whats best for you.
I went in to exchange my boxes. Spoke to Anthony who looked up my account to help me get the best package that fit what i was looking for. He was informative, attentive and most importantly not pushy. I look forward to dealing with him should i have to in the future. I am also confident to refer anyone to him because of my experience.
Cristian was wonderful. I went in assistance and he completed the nuts and bolts for me. I didn’t have to do anything. He sang and joked while we worked together. I felt he went above and beyond. As we spoke we realized that he helped my mom in the past. The same gentleman that she come hone and spoke so highly of. I won’t go to any other Verizon. Another employee was there, Victor, he jumped in the help as well, rather than sitting around and watching. Wonderful customer service at this location
Mr. Victor Ingram was very helpful in helping me with getting a new phone. He was very patient with me, even when he had to transfer my pictures twice (because of my mistake). He also answered all of my questions and he made sure that I understood what he was telling me. I will most definitely refer my friend who is looking for a new phone to this store. I am very pleased with his service. We need more people like him in the Verizon stores.
The service was really great. I walked in a was greeted immediately. The sales representatives Jonathan, Kendall and Lidia were nothing but amazing. Our sales rep Cristian C. at the West Haverstraw, NY location was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He made switching from At&t to Verizon a breeze. He was so kind and patient with us while we learned the new phone contract process. I would reccomend him to anyone interested in a phone through Verizon. Lidia was very helpful in getting me my new phone. I didnt have to wait long at all she was very attentive. She took the time to explain my bill and any changes that were being made. She also took the time to find the lowest possibly monthly payment. Overall a great experience at Verizon Wireless West Haverstraw!
I just had a wonderful experience buying a new Galaxy phone at this Verizon store. I worked with Chris he was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He even came to my car to show me how to hook up the Bluetooth. I definitely recommend this Verizon store to everyone.
Victoria was extremely helpful and patient helping my parents get new iphones. They are first time owners of smart phones and had a lot questions and we were there a very long time. Cristian Contreras always deliver the best customer service experience. He explain everything by detail like this you dont expect any surprises on your monthly bill... I lost hope in this store but he made me believe again on it! Let me give you a suggestion... Dont visit no one else in that store. GO DIRECTLY TO HIM, ASK FOR HIM, he works Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays all day... You wont regret...
I have recently upgraded my phone as I was having some mechanical issues with my old Iphone 4s. The sales person in the store,Ken, was absolutely the most knowledgeable wireless sales rep I have even seen! He not only knew the phones and plans upside down, but he knew the technical aspects of them as well and helped me understand the full capabilities of my new phone and taught me how to use it! nobody does that at other carriers or corporate locations. His sales manager, Lidia, was also extremely customer service oriented and helpful with other questions I had. She runs a great store. I have referred my family and friends to here.
After dropping my iPhone 6s in the toilet 4 times, it died. It would not turn on and I could not access iCloud to make sure all my pictures and videos were backed up - the verification code kept being sent to my dead phone. I was getting really stressed about it, but after going to the Verizon store in West Haverstraw, I meant my angel Heldy. She was calming and so reassuring! She helped me pick out a new phone (iPhone 11 in purple) and was able to pull ALL my stuff from iCloud! I couldn’t be more happy and excited now with my new phone!!Highly recommended!!!
I recently came to this Verizon location with a few questions about my new iPhone 7. The employee names victor helped me answer all of my questions and was very professional. I purchased glass protection and I will be a returning customer to this location. Amazing service and very professional. I Highly recommend this store.
Refusal of service!I purchased a new phone in another store that in fact wasnt in store in any Verizon store. So it had to be ordered and sent to my house. Prior to this I did ask the employee if the haverstraw store had it in stock which he showed me they didnt. The Verizon employee told me that I could bring it to any Verizon store to put the screen protector on and to get it started.So I went to the store in haverstraw. I was met by a rude employee who when asked why I was there rolled his eyes at me. After me telling him what happened he said Im not doing that for you, I work on commissionI was quite taken back because regardless of where the purchase was made Im still a Verizon customer and no store had it in stock. After I said that was rude of him he said well you should of bought it hereIm quite shocked by the nastiness. Ive been q Verizon customer for over 20 yrs.Ill never go to that store again .
One of the guys who works there is completely rude and very unhelpful, speaks way too fast to understand what hes saying just rushes you out of there. Does not care to help at all. He ended up totally messing up my phone I havent been able to use it for a week now bc of what he did. ! Found out when called up verizon customer service that what he did was unnecessary and wrong!
I bought screen protector on advice of manager, had them put it on. In cold weaather it popped off, and, woyldnt bring down notification screen. I went back for help - too bad, no refunds - call manufacturer.If you recommended something, and helped install it - back it up with customer service.Never go there again.
Let me start by saying that I used to work for a verizon wirelesszone for years so I know how the system works do not go here... I usually go there just to pay my bill I been going there for months.... the last 2 times my experience there was horrible I go and try to pay my bill twice this week on friday they Hispanic gentleman that works there ask me what can I help u with and I say pay a bill he advises me that his payment system is down and to come back around 2 I said ok... I couldnt make it at 2 so I come back again on saturday and was approached by a female that works same scenario I ask her I want to pay a bill she than proceeds to tell me that her cash system is down and will be down all week... like I explained before I worked for Verizon wireless zone I know that they use the datascape payment website to process cash payments. I also know they use rq4 in my yrs of working there that system does not go down the only way u cant process that payment is if your rq4 or there point of sale system goes down... horrible experience... they are liars that excuse is used when when they know the customers are just there to pay a bill and nothing more.... they do not do there job right even when the system was up the the sales rep just take my payment they dont even log in to my account to check if I have upgrades or if they can lower my bill. Which I have an upgrade . I only say this because working with verizon i know that any time a customer comes in regardless of what it is its an opportunity to promote specials or do customer service.... so the fact that they use just take my payment and dont ask me nothing more is just lack of a better word lazy... do not go here u will waste your time... these reps are not doing their jobs and they are liars I only have them a star simply to write this reviews but that store does not deserve a star what so ever do not go here they dont do any justice to any customers unless they are selling.... they have no.integrity. knowing what I know because of working with verizon for over 8 yrs it is a shame that the store operates the way it does... the sales reps are lazy do not go here
Staff was not knowledgeable about their phone, just interested in making a sale.I went in to purchase a sim card for my grandfathers replacement phone (Droid Turbo 2). I was told that the phone was considered obsolete by Verizon and that it needed an old sim card and it cant be activated.Then proceeded to ask if i wanted to purchase one of their lower end smart phones for just $10 a month.I own a Galaxy S8+ and pulled my sim card to see if it would work because I was told they only sell new sim cards for newer phones. iphone, Samsung , LG ...ect. And it worked with no issues.I went back to the store and told them I used my sim card and it worked. I was told that their sim cards are not compatible with it BUT when i asked if they sold sim cards for my phone (Galaxy S8+ they said yes. ) So obviously they had what I needed.I then went to ANOTHER Verizon retail store in Paramus and they knew exactly what I asked and i was in and out in 5 mins.I think this particular Verizon retail store in Haverstraw needs MUCH MORE training on the products they sell. They could have had an easy sale but decided to push phone that wasnt what I asked or needed.This overall situation was handled VERY POORLY.
I went into verizon to get a i phone xs max for my best friend from a salesperson name victor he analyzed my account told me of all current promotions and deals that were going on. The order came back with a $800 req deposit but i still put down the deposit and left with acceesories and phone insurance all because victor was so professional and answered all my questions and took his time with me made me feel like i known him for years what a great saleman you have here in west haverstraw i will refer my fam and friends to victor always
Today I came to the West Haverstraw verizon wireless and ported my number over from boost mobile to Verizon wireless with my own phone victor answered all my questions about vow wireless and also sold me on a I pad in which I didn’t have to pay all up front at one time I love my I pad thank you victor you are the best I will send all my friends to you for sure you know your stuff very well
We got the moto z3 new line deal free phone from victor and he sold us on the advantages of Hum just as I was about to renew my AAA service go see victor the manager at west haverstraw about how the hum unit from Verizon can save you tons of money with repairs and breakdowns on your car i really like the hum so far victor rocks......
Has most of major smartphones brands that the sheep want but cant afford it right now. Staff is decent, but mostly there to sell you the phones that are on their Network (go in there with an unlocked phone and theyll say what theyve been told what to say to those with unlocked smartphones brands...proceed with caution). Other than that, if youre on the Verizon network, youre ok here. If not, theres other stores to buy your next big budget smartphones.
This place is horrible I just came from walking out because I was having issues with the pain machine and the worker attended to the person that walked in after me instead of helping me first horrible horrible horrible I will never going to that store again this is not the first time having an issue with that machine in their customer service sucks re-train your employees

2022-01-14Nathaniel and his co worker Edwin were very helpful and kind. They are both very patient and even stayed 20 minutes after the store closed to help me get what I needed. Nathaniel helped me with my purchase and he knows what he’s talking about and told me everything I needed to know before making a decision. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. I write this review from my new iPhone and I’m very happy. I’ll definitely be back for any other phone related needs.

2022-06-17If your looking to upgrade your Verizon phone or just need help/have questions about anything to do with your phone, pop into THIS store and ask for Christian (Chris). Knowledgeable, honest, courteous and just an all around good guy. They are an authorized VZW location so he can (& will) help you with any and all wireless purchases/account changes. They will also even take back your returned Fios equipment if you need to do so. Although I dont know whyd you ever switch from Fios. Trust me on this. Just pay the higher cost even after the initial 2 year contract price is up. Fios blows every other TV provider out of the water. Anyway, come here for all your VZW needs. Chris will hook you up!

He provided me the best customers I ever received at any other store. I was a sprint customer and since they merged with T-mobile I had a lot of problems with the service. I went to the Verizon retailer store and met with Nathaniel and he explained me a lot about the benefits of getting Verizon service and I was convinced. Now my whole family got Verizon .Daniel R.
