I have been going to this location for several years for all of my phone needs even though I live 1/2 an hour away and there are Verizon stores much closer to me. Eddie and his staff are excellent. They take the time to make sure you are getting the product that best suits you and always make sure you understand your device before you leave the store. I have referred several people to them and will continue to do so in the future.
The salesman was very knowledgeable and NOT pushy in buying a phone or accessories. He actually tried to help me with my phone first before I decide to just upgrade from my 10 year old phone. I would definitely recommend this store.
The clerks are very helpful to my daughter. Very polite and helpful to her. They told her how to use the products and she had no problems putting it together.

Eddie, Lisa and the other workers always go above and beyond for their customers. They are always willing to help a customer even when it is for help with a phone previously bought. Eddie is extremely patient and is always courteous to his customers. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars
I went in today to upgrade my IPhone. I had a very pleasant experience working with the employees there. They were very understanding and answered all of my questions. They both provided me with excellent Customer Service. I will not be going to any other Verizon Wireless store, I strongly recommend going here instead of the location in the Cross County Mall.
Went there to purchase a new phone and the next day found out all the shipping information was wrong and had to cancel order and now have to go back today to order again 1 big wast of time

2022-04-28Avoid this store and their lack of customer service. I needed to drop off Verizon equipment and they are an authorized store to receive said equipment. The gentleman tells me the system is down and the process is he needs to give me a manual receipt. He tells me to call later and after I call Verizon they indicated the same thing the store needs to give you a receipt when the system is down. He refused and went off saying he cannot, I called two other authorized centers in the area and they said they can absolutely take the equipment and give a manual receipt as Verizon stated. Avoid this store and go to Riverdale avenue. Also I believe the language barrier with the gentlemen I spoke to was another issue I dont think he understood what a manual receipt is when he still thinks it needs to printed and it needs to be written. Overall laziness, I called him back to inform him that all the other stores in the area take the equipment and provide a manual receipt he stayed shut and didnt know what to say

2021-11-13Had a great experience upgrading my iPhone at this retailer. They were friendly, informative, and prompt with the order (13 pro max is typically back ordered). I purchased a couple accessories from them because they were so friendly and honest. Support your local retailers and stay off Amazon, I promise you Jeff Bezos doesn’t need your business.
