Nick was phenomenal. From when I entered into the door to his hello welcome to Verizon tell him walk me through the process of upgrading my phone and watch. When you look at a picture of Customer Service and Nick photo is right there.

This Verizon store is awesome! Nathan the manager goes above and beyond for his clients. The new trainee Desmoi is very attentive and thorough. We changed over carriers and Nathan did everything he could to get me as many promotions and discounts as possible. One of the phones we were buying was giving him a hard time because of the Verizon system and he went so far above and beyond that he came in on his day off to make it work and then offered to deliver it to my house! Which is not in Baldwin by the way where the store is! My father is a regular client of Nathans and being an elderly man he has lots of questions and Nathan has the patience of a saint!They are doing an amazing job being careful and cautious with their clients and covid-19.

EVERYONE who works at this store is kind, patient, and deeply knowledgeable! I need to single out one employee, Steph—-he went WAY above and beyond to help me! He was so thorough and answered the millions of questions I had, accommodated my needs and was SO patient in showing me how to use my new phone, and he was SO incredibly kind and understanding. He made me feel at ease, when I was so anxious and confused about how to transfer all my data to my new phone, and I am so bad with technology and was so scared changing from an iPhone 8 to an iphone 13, but he showed me EVERYTHING I could possibly need to know about using the new phone, patiently checked during the transfer, to make sure all my albums and the quantities of photos in each album, matched, and told me everything he was doing while he was doing it. He let me practice using all the new features on the phone, until I felt comfortable and confident, and he was so understanding and, again, patient. He is a remarkable employee, far exceeded my expectations and truly went way above the call of duty to make me feel comfortable and confident with my new phone! The store and all their staff are WONDERFUL, but Steph is a shining star and I had SUCH a positive experience working with him. Thank you all so much!!

Called this store late today from work . Have very old iPhone and nervous about all my info . Nathan helped me on the phone and than greeted me when I got there like 7:15 . Knowing they close at 8 he still took the time to answer all my questions and help me decide what I wanted to do . I got a newer phone ( but he didn’t try to make me buy the most expensive one , which is rare for someone in sales ) and he began to transfer all my information , even though it would keep him way past closing since I had so Much stuff . He kept me company and was very pleasant and professional when he could have easily made me come back the next day instead he stayed way after closing to help me . Nathan and Addy were so helpful to me and my son who has Special Needs. I am elderly and had so many questions. They were extremely patient with both of us. They also spent a lot of time explaing the products we were interested in. I also liked the way they went over pricing for each product being sold. I didnt feel like I was being sold products we did not want. We had so many questions and they answered them all. Nathan and Addy will not rush you out of the store like other stores do. If you want good old fashion customer service you will want to go to the Baldwin Verizon store and ask for Nathan or Addy. My son said they really care about their customers.

I was helped by Nathan.He presented himself to be attentive, professional, skilled, knowledgeable and patient.I was at this store for 3hours which actually flew by. My old school way of thinking was skeptical about many things as you could imagine. Giving up my old phone, succumbing to higher rates and seeing no reason why.Both Nathans knowledge and patience helped me to relax and accept what would inevitably be best for me as a Verizon customerThis had NOTHING to do with a sales pitch but GENUINE concern that I the customer would NOT LEAVE the Verizon premise without what was BEST for me and I did...I now have a Samsung S10 which will suit all my concerns, speed upgrades, infinity storage for me, and quality pictures beyond anything I was experiencing with my note 5 that I did happen to also Love.Nathan is a true credit to the level of EXCELLENCE that Verizon promotes.Need great service...go to Verizon in Baldwin and request NATHAN !!!

I have always dreaded going to Verizon to upgrade my phone, however I truly had an incredible experience at this location in Baldwin. The store is neat & the customer service was incredible. 2022-07-21So I was forced to get a new phone because my fully functioning Galaxy S9+ is no longer being supported for security patches. Went to the Verizon store nearby and Manni did an efficient job of getting me into a new phone. A bit of good natured Verizon sales then she got to solving for what I needed.

2020-06-30My boyfriend just got a new iPhone from this store, after years of desperately needing a new one, and the employees here were so helpful and got him all set up so quickly! They also ended up saving his family a bunch of money on their plan, without my boyfriend even asking. Would highly recommend, great staff and excellent service!
