Major scam at this store - they add changes to your account when you don’t agree to change it - verzion states that this location was one of there stores and not a private own store and that’s why I was in there. If it was so they will not do what they did . BE MINDFUL OF THIS PLACE. Verizon was informed of there scam and am sure not just by me if they continue to do there unethical way of businesses Verizon wireless will be held accountable !!
I found the staff here to be helpful and easy to work with. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in. I signed up for wireless home phone service, and was with them for a few years. I had no problems with the service, in fact it was quite good.I see that some reviewers complain about being sold services that they didnt want. I find that its important to do your research upfront and have a good idea of what you want before walking into a place like this. Any of these companies - AT & T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc. I going to try to sell you extra services you might not want. If youre not well-versed, or just not good at saying no, take someone with you to help so that you dont get taken advantage of.
Be careful with this guys they will lie and scam you. my father got into a big debts because of this guys. but i have under investigation.my father its almost 80 years old and lie to him just to get him into a wfie spot plan. in 2 months he owns almost $500 dollars but i will make sure they paid him back and perhaps close th e store. otherwise millions suit.

2022-06-14Do not shop at this location, the sales reps are disingenuous, do not care about the customer and all they want to do is sell product. What ever happened to the customer service experience? My interaction with manager on duty Omar was not a pleasant one. His careless demeanor of what i had to say and black and white approach to my problem. You decided to shop here that is on you It takes years to win a customer and only seconds to lose one. Employee behaviors are a reflection of the management team and I found that out the hard way. If you are having an issue with a Verizon service dont go to this store, call Verizon customer service. At least they will pretend to care.

2022-06-13Horrible experience. Please do not waste your time going here. I had made a payment in cash with a sales associate. And there’s no record of my payment being shown, however after calling customer service I was informed that they did in fact access my account .. so basically the sales associate pocketed my money. I should’ve known not to even go here considering people were taking their breaks on the sales floor and eating on the sales floor. I’ve been a store manager for 4 years none of which explained above is acceptable.

2022-03-07Just like many others, i had a terrible experience here. The staff here was really NOT interested to help you at all. I came here when the store was empty, one girl just looked at me and not even answering my question and looked she was stoned. I walked to another person, and he was clueless about the product i was asking . After trying to clarify it for a good 5 minutes and getting nowhere the person who I assumed is the manager stepped in and basically just told me that they know nothing about Fios at all. Great job Verizon.

2022-03-21I was switching my 4 lines from t-mobile to verizon. It was really fast and all staff was really helpful and great until I saw my first bill online. I specifically told that I DO NOT NEED insurance for my phones, but they included a protection for 3 lines??? for 45 $ a month???? I was able to cancel it, but still fighting verizon to get my 45$ this month. So, be very careful, double, better triple check what they are doing. They are SCAMMERS!!!Update on March, 21: Apparently, this store is LYING to the clients about the promotional sales. I was supposed to get a new 12 iPhone for 3.33 $ a month for 30 billing cycles. But, Verizon company declined the sale Due to ineligible purchase method. I think this store is FAKE. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. SCAM ALERT.

2020-11-03Lets not kid. It was quick and they gave me what I wanted. Some times you do not need anything fancy. Just solve my f-ing problem quickly. Thats what they did.
