Verizon in other cities:
Tried multiple times to up-sell me when I continued to repeat multiple times no thank you and I know what I want. Paid for the upgrade in store and then Verizon tried to pull a fast one and added the upgrade charge to my bill AFTER I had already checked my original bill. Literally tried to steal my money.Felt like I needed a bath after dealing with slimy salesmen.Only good thing about the store was they had the phone I was looking for.
So unimpressed as we watched one sales person try to sell an older veteran a new IPhone 13 and 128 version. Gentleman asked why he should buy this phone and salesperson said takes better pictures. She continued to try to up sale.We waited for a salesperson for 30 mins or better with hardly anyone there. Noted two representatives just having a general conversation for 5-10 mins. As the sales person walked by, said waiting for one of the other sales persons to finish before meeting with us.Honestly find the service very poor and strongly encourage everyone to not use Jefferson Road, Henrietta Version store.
Dres customer service skills were top notch. His attentiveness, Awareness to my needs, and efficiency were breath of fresh air from an otherwise lackluster company.I will be leaving Verizon regardless but if they continue to hire people like Dre, and change their shady practices I may or may not come back one day.
Setting for over an hour when told 30 mis after they change my first what time cause I chose to wait to upgrade my phone cause of the first 45mins I waited for the upgrade. While I watched the brig in New line customers in while I waited for any help. And watched staff do nothing but pace the floor. All cause I have questions about billing
Was told I was 4th in line and after an hour I was still 4th in line and 5 other people had walked in. And within 5 minutes where taken care of. When ever the employees would finish taking care of someone they would go in the back and would not come out for another 15 minutes. Ended up leaving the store after standing around for 1 hour.
UNBELIEVABLE POOR SERVICESPENT $2000 ON 2 PHONES ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY DO NOT ACTIVATE PHONES IN THE STORE. You can do it yourself. When I bought them I was told by the Salesman I was not very good with setups & I was told bring them in & Ill do it for you.I GUESS ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THATS THE END OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Put getting a phone off for years because I didnt want to deal with going in and getting a new one. However, I had a very pleasant experience! I didnt have to wait for service and the staff were friendly. The associate who helped me was honest about what accessories I really did and didnt need. I appreciated the honesty. Id say I spent no more than 20 minutes inside and out the door with my new phone.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STOREOrdered new phones today for same day in store pickup several hours later my wife went to go pick up the phones at 5 PM. Mind you the store is supposed to be open until 8 PM.Not only was there no one at the store but it was also a complete waste of time and gas.My wife then called Verizon support only to receive no real answer after spending over 30 minutes on the phone.I have now been on the phone for 30 minutes myself.I DO NOT recommend going to this location. Obviously they dont stick to their hours of operation which is staggering consideration they are VERIZON
I went to another location and they were really much help on the matter of my new phone having issues and i come to this location and within 10 minutes (including the few minutes to wait for him to finish helping someone else) he had a replacement phone already ordered for me to have it by tomorrow!! Super happy! Thanks guys!!
Note: My review is during coronavirus.Due to the pandemic, the lines are long/busy so expect to stand for a while before being seen. Appointments are definitely the way to go, but they are booked pretty heavily. However, the staff are very helpful and get whatever you need done. They are definitely trying their best in the current circumstances and dealing with the ire of customers with little patience.
TL:DR Verizon broke my phone by inserting the SIM the wrong way, wont claim responsibility for it, and Im SOL.Just had one of those experiences where I wish I could give Zero stars. I brought my Google Pixel 3XL in to get a replacement SIM card as it had occasional issues with No SIM card inserted and my mobile data would drop out. I had previously used the correct tool to insert into the SIM card tray ejector hole at the bottom of the phone to check the condition of the SIM card. I found it had some corrosion/scraping of the copper contacts, mostly due to the fact Ive had the same SIM card for four phones now and which I thought merited replacement. The Solutions Manager greeted me immediately and asked me what the issue was and began the process of replacing my SIM. He left and came back to the front with a new SIM card and started to find my SIM card location to replace it. I understand theres dozens of models of phones Verizon carries, but for a person who claims theyve been in the business for 11 years, maybe they shouldve known its on the bottom. He used his tool to remove the SIM card holder, added the new card, and tried inserting the holder 3-4 times before finishing. He handed the phone right back to me and said it should be fixed at this point. I didnt see the 4G or telephone reception bars on at that point, but figured I needed to restart it for them to appear. After shutting down and restarting numerous times on the way home with no success getting mobile data again, I decided to remove the SIM card again and check things out. I pulled the card holder out and noticed a small copper piece and another small plastic piece fall out of the holder hole and noticed the card was inserted the wrong way! My SIM card holder has a 45 degree notch that dictates the way the card should be sitting and it was put in backwards with the wrong corner of the card sitting on the notch.Im sure this is what caused the damage because the brand new SIM card now had fresh gouges in the copper that a normal insertion would not cause. The corrosion may be due to my phone getting wet previously which the Solutions Manager noted when he saw my water indicators. This had no bearing on the situation as my phone previously worked with the aforementioned pieces still intact. After a second conversation with the Solutions Manager and online via text chat, Verizon wont accept fault or offer good faith help on a phone replacement, so now Im SOL.
Absolutely the worst experience when I was faced with unexpected purchase if new phoneThe sales woman couldnt sell me the phone and accessories and hustle me out if store fast enough! Would not help me transfer data, insisting I could easily do it online myself, which I could not! Didnt put screen protector on after saying she would. Upon return visit next day and informing her of my disappointment, she put screen protector on, realized I did need a little assist in data transfer, somewhat apologetic, but still hurriedly. Will never shop here again. Been a Verizon customer for 20 years!
Thank you Alex for youre help today even though it was a process getting me a new Sims card. Everyone hes a great sales guy I recommend customers to go with him. Hes very patient keeps a good conversation going while working and waiting phone your phone to be fixed and working again...Thanks again Alex sales associate in Henrietta.
Horrible emotional and disappointing experience. My mother passed away last week and I shut her phone line off. We still owed money on it which I understand. I took the phone in to get the balance wiped off the account. They said they couldn’t do anything for me until the following month. My mom is deceased, the last thing I want to worry about is trying to remember to come back the following month over a phone. The one guy said they “could” do a reversal and give me credit, but it’s “a lot of work” meaning he really didn’t want to help me. I was so upset I just left the phone knowing full well they will get money for it and I still have to pay for it. Thanks Verizon for compassion and that great customer service. I will be switching to another service provider within the next week. This was the straw that broke the camels back. I’ve been trying to deal with them online, via web support and in store and it’s kind of funny how not one person could help me. So disappointed and hurt.
I went in right as they opened at 10am. I wasnt in any rush so I let the other people waiting in their cars go ahead of me. Everyone had their masks on properly so that is a big plus.I wanted to get a new phone. Jason was the one who helped me. I had already looked online and knew what I wanted. He didnt try to upsell me or anything and had good recommendations for accessories. I told him I really liked colorful things and my Popsocket, so when he went into the back to get my phone the cases and Popsockets he brought back were perfect and made of so much glitter!Im very happy with my service and will definitely go there again for any of my phone needs. Thanks Jason!
So clearly people tend to leave reviews when theyre unhappy. and this so be the case because when youre prepared to walk into a store and shell out thousands of dollars and the representative that is knowledgeable and supposed to be friendly and smiling turns out to be the actual gargoyle who seems miserable kind of makes the whole shopping experience a little less appetizing. . were probably going to never go into the store again just so you know and were going to go ahead and submit to the e commerce in-between.He didnt even offer us any single accessory.. Bummed
Bought a hotspot a week before, and they never activate it. Was not particularly happy about having to go back and wait in line again for them to do what they should have done the first time. We live out in the country and is a 20 min drive to get there (twice). Overall, they did a good job of rectifying the problem.
My last experience... Rude greeter. Both greeters talking to cashed out customers about nothing to do with Verizon basically personal conversations mean while the line waits to be helped. Todays experience i didnt even make it in the store do to the greeter and his attitude. No body behind me in line the wind going away from store smoking a cigarette 3 6 foot lines behind the only other person who was first in line. He spent a couple mins talking to them telling them they need appointment. He then looked at me and asked if I could smoke outside the line so I stepped in to the parking lot and said maybe you move the smoking can and sign that says smoking area away from the line. He proceeded with attitude do you want to argue about it all day really lucky I am not a hot head. Will be back after work to cancel my plan. We pay to much there to get treated with such disrespect. Eff Jefferson road store and its rude non care about customers.
We came to Henrietta Verizon because Greece wouldnt acknowledge us, we wanted to take advantage of the Mothers Day sale and Henrietta was very professional, courteous and helpful. Alex was our sales guy and answered all our questions, we bought 2 phones and added a line. Thanks Verizon Henrietta!
In and out quick as could be. I only needed a new sim card for a phone I purchased online. Took about 3 minutes to wait to be called then 2 minutes to get the sim. During the time I got to listen to several agents very calmly and politely explain to people things like your service was turned off because you havent paid in several months and no, as we explained since you didnt get the warranty, we cant replace the phone for free because you dropped it. We really suggest you get the warranty or at least a case. The fact that they probably have to deal with the same dumb questions repetitively probably makes it easier.
Was more than happy to kindly tell me to go kick rocks when my phone broke claiming there’s nothing they can do for me because I’m not “authorized” when I know I am one of the only 2 people on my account and both of us are authorized holders. my phone is paid for and under warranty but they love to end it at, “Oh your not “X”? Yeah there’s nothing we can do unless they come with you”Two years back i had a similar issue with a phone under warranty and they were able to remedy the problem, no questions asked. Guess it depends on what day it is as to how much they will help or not.Only giving two stars because it solidified my desire to kick verizon.
On this visit the clerk only helped by sending us to Best Buy where we got the S10. He literally was uninformative and apparently had zero knowledge of the phones, either that or he was more concerned with leaving as we arrived 30 minutes before closing time. The place was clean but I dont think the equipment was properly displayed as on first glance, the store seemed empty.
Very disappointed in this location and Verizon as a whole. We had been a Verizon customer for 15 years until today. Tired of every time we need to change our plan, we get no deals or good pricing because we arent a new customer. How about being a loyal customer and wanting to keep my business? Well Verizon lost us today and AT&T gained a new customer. The associates (Manager included) were of zero help today and didnt seem to care that I was ready to walk away. Their loss.
Not a fan. I went to this store looking to buy a new case, wireless charging stand, and Google Home hub. All told I was looking to spend just shy of $300 on accessories. I walked out with all my money because every thing I was looking to buy was there, on display to see and touch, but they had none of any item to sell. For a such a large location Id expect better stocking process.Ordered from Amazon
My girlfriend had an issue with her Samsung S8 and the store manager, with the help of one of her sales consultants, was very helpful with fixing the issues she had with her phone.I just would like to send a very special thank you to Anna (Store Manager) and Devin (Sales Consultant) for helping with her phone issues.
Incredibly helpful service from one of their reps, David Pitcher. We purchased a new phone upgrade then went home expecting to have a smooth transition to the transfer of all of our apps and services. Email bombed out and nothing we could do would fix it. A couple of hours on the phone with our internet provider could not fix it either. In frustration we returned to Verizon and were fortunate enough to connect with David Pitcher. David spent two hours on the phone with Frontier, all the while multi-tasking with other customers to get things done for them while he was on hold with our provider. Totally an incredible display of customer-focused effort that truly impressed both myself and my wife. What an amazing display of customer focus as well as the ability to juggle balls in the air. I would highly recommend that you ask for David Pitcher when you sign into this Verizon location. He is absolutely the best!
Worst customer service Ive seen in a LONG time. Ryan acted as though he was doing us a favor by waiting on us. Down right rude. Should not be working with customers in any capacity. We went to Cellular Sales at Marketplace Mall. VERY different atmosphere and experience. Great staff there. Corporate Verizon should be ashamed. They need to overhaul! Lots of good people looking for jobs. Hire them and get rid of those that are sending your customers away!
I came in today wanting to buy a new phone even though I was unsure about how much I was willing to spend. The women who was helping me was extremely rude and from the minute she began to help me she had a nasty attitude. Although I was unsure about how much I was willing to spend, she made me not want to purchase a phone at all. There was a point when she went and gave me options of promos and when she explained it to me she seemed friendly, but as soon as I ask her any questions regarding it she went back to having an attitude. At the end of it I decided to leave and come back and give my sale to someone whos friendly and more patient then getting annoyed and probably wishing she wasnt there.
Proud of our corporate store... David was fine!!! Very adamant and direct attention given to my husband and I. We had serious cell phone problems.he took care of it. VERY PATIENT!! I want to give recommendations for David to higher position. Hes genius. Very nice clean store, highly appreciated.
Went to Verizon in Henrietta for a new phone. Was helped right away and Devin was awesome! Didnt feel like we were pushed in to something we didnt want. He went over everything in detail. He even changed everything over for us. Ask for Devin, you wont be disappointed.
When we entered the store, we asked the associate if they could help us with a prong issue on our phone. She said she could not help us because we had to wait for another associate. We waited twenty minutes and the same associate came and asked us our problem. We said the same thing and she said they cannot do anything about it. She did not even give us any number to call, just saying to Google it. I understand there is a waiting system, but for someone that was just standing at the door the twenty minutes, I feel like she could have answered us when we asked the first time.
Extremely slow service. Came in to have a bill printed and had to wait 45 minutes. 3 of the stores staff were waiting around to check people in while they could have help customer who were waiting. Once it was my turn in line the sales representative was very help and quickly address what I had come in for.
I know Verizon isnt the cheapest cell phone company but its definitely top notch. Ill pay more for the quality they provide. Been with them for well over 15 years and dont see us changing anytime soon. Our last in store visit was amazing! Rod, the agent who helped us, couldnt have been more knowledgeable! He absolutely rocked! Made the whole process easy!
Very busy location. Too many staff standing around greeting customers and not enough staff serving the multitude of customers. It doesnt take 3 staff personnel to great at the door. Long wait times. Didnt care for staff preparing bags filled with expensive accessories pushing the up sell to an extreme. Try suggesting and showing instead of trying to slide the products in as part of the sale. Sneaky tactic is how I saw it.
Problem fixed immediately, which of course should earn 5 stars and it would except a young male employee, named Adam, thought the male behind me was a more important client than myself and my wife. Then while explaining part of my concern he interrupted me to mock and laugh at me. Not a very pleasant experience. Will not bother with Verizon store again.
Im surprised at all the negative reviews here. I had a great experience. I came in at a peak time, and had a 5 or 10 minute wait to speak with an agent. Im okay with that - the couch was comfy and I was in no rush. The agent I spoke with, Sue, was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. I came to the location because I didnt know my billing password (not the same as your account password!) and needed assistance changing it. Sue was awesome, and even pointed out a small account change that would save my wife and I $15/mth each!
So frustrated with this non-service!!! My phone does not work, Making an in-store appointment is a futile catch-22. Ive been disconnected from three tech support people who have not fixed anything. What to do? Meanwhile I pay for a phone that doesnt give me the service Im paying for!!!!!
Never again will I go in that store. They give you an 800 number to use if you have lost your cell phone. When you call that number, it is impossible to talk to a real human being. It is all automated with no option if you have lost your phone. I called the Verizon store directly and was told they get the same response when they call that number. Because my phone is a pre-paid phone and not a Smart phonethey cannot help me even though I have more than $100. on my account! I would have to agree to upgrade to a more expensive model in order for them to put a suspend on my current lost phone.Their so-called service is in the toilet. I will not be a customer of theirs in the future.
Not sure what the point of a Verizon store is anymore unless you need to buy a phone/tablet/watch or accessories. They do not do any technical work anymore which is very disappointing. You are told to call tech support or they send you to best buy. Pretty much becomes a run around.
The staff was friendly. The guy that helped me pock out a new phone was great with helping me set it up and switch over all my old stuff from my Sprint phone to my Verizon phone. He took no for an answer easily when I didnt want to be upsold on a ton of accessories like car charger and wire free charging station. I did buy an expensive lifeproof phone case though. And he helped me to put it on after my phone was all set up. Good experience and id suggest anyone who is looking to switch to Verizon or needs some phone accessories go there. We have a tablet and 2 new phones from there right now and wvery time was a pleasant experience.
Went in to discuss changing a phone with which I was extremely dissatisfied. Asked about Verizon Edge plan to change phone. Service rep suggested I delete all my texts to make phone faster and blamed wireless service for texts not going through - ignoring my issues with the phone. When I asked about Verizon Edge she said I did not qualify and it was likely due to my poor credit or lack of payments. My credit score is >750 and I have never missed a payment over 9 years. She responded with she could not tell me why I did not qualify, even though I said her reasoning could not be correct and there must be an error. Left the store EXTREMELY dissatisfied. Called Verizon to follow up and they answered my questions within minutes. The service rep at this store was not helpful, sometimes rude, insulting, and did not know answers to basic questions. I would NEVER recommend this store to someone. Terrible experience. Expected more from Verizon.
Very slow to even ask what I needed help with, no place for me or my kids to sit, and ultimately did not solve my issue. Had a much better experience in Penfield at the store near Home Depot. I think the rep even said they were a different entity, but extremely impressed.
I went into this store in the evening shortly before closing and the service rep I dealt with was good. He was patient with me and did try to help me. He gave me some pointers on how to trouble shoot my phone. But at 8PM the window gates came down and business for that day was done. I retuned on a Saturday to find a congested store that I had to ask a man with a Verizon name tag if he could help me. He said he could, took my name and gave me a wait time. I eventually left that store and went to the Marketplace Mall store, where I was dealt with promptly and professionally.
The Verizon store is new and you will find many active people willing to help. If you go in with a problem you will be probably dropped from the iPad list like I was. A wonderful customer informed me that you need to say that you are here to buy a new phone with all the bells and whistles. When the service sales person calls your name hand them the broken and ask them to fix it. They will reluctantly. See they get no money to fix phones only when they sell phones. I hope this tip helps you it did in my situation.
Horrible experience. All I wanted to do was switch my number to a new phone after having my old phone (and wallet) stolen. However, since Im not an account manager on my family plan, they refused to help me. This was after I had already driven home to find my passport, since, unlike most stores, they required a photo ID. I ended up going to the store on University instead, and they took care of it for me, no problem. I would not recommend going to the Henrietta location. They turned a fifteen minute errand into a three hour headache.
Complete frauds. Went there because the store at the mall was being rude and uncooperative about upgrading 1mo. Early. Went to the cooperate store. We were helped right away by Shauna who was so nice and helpful. She told us worn our trade ins we would get $ off our monthly bill and a bunch of free equipment. Free $50 phone cases, free $30 car chargers, free $40 screen protectors. We were so happy! Then our second bill comes and its way higher than normal, so we go back and check our records and guess what? We were Charged full price for every single freebie we were offered. I paid $400 up front to cover activation fees and a deposit on the phones. Now it seems I actually paid for all of the equipment. This is the second time we were fed a bunch of bs from this company and their affiliates. They are deceitful, fraudulent, crooks. The phones arent even that great and the service is actually worse! Im so upset. I feel like I was completely taken advantage of. Im going to contact the better business bureau and a lawyer to see if I have a case. This isnt the only time Verizon has pulled one over on a customer. Theyve already been sued for fraud before! No wonder they are losing business! Never again! Just go to sprint or att or even net 10. Waste of time, complete robbery and lies. No shame either. Disgusting!!!!
Told me I needed a new phone after working on a glitch. Went online and good deals at Greece Verizon store so I went there to purchase one. I entered, was greeted by receptionist who looked at my phone and in 3 minutes fixed it. I would avoid the Henrietta /Jefferson Rd store as they are focused on crooked sales.John Tesch
Verizon doesnt care about their customers, they just want to make a buck. Left there with a $1500 receipt and a phone that wasnt activated properly. No way to call and speak with a representative because their customer service closes at 8. But 3 miles down the road, they have an entire call center dedicated to work west coast times as well as eastern times but yet, still cant take my call. Auto mated system is the most frustrating thing to deal with. Im calling because I need help, connect me to a representative!
This place is full of people who dont care about customers or about the brand they represent - even if the brand doesnt seem to care sometimes either. The employees are very lazy and treat everyone as if they dont need the business. Since I dont have to do retail business with them I wont even though it should be more convenient.
Devin was very patient and thorough in showing me the basics, as well as backing up all my contacts, photos and everything else that could be transferred from my old android to one of the newest iphones. He proves to be a true Verizon professional. Ill be sure to tell anyone I know to request Devins assistance at the Henrietta location for all their cell phone needs. Thank you.
Completely took advantage of my teenage daughter when she went in for help after breaking her phone. She went to purchase a new phone. She left with a phone, a tablet and 4 accessories, believing that she got it all for $250 without extending our contract. I had to explain that she was locked in for 2 years, owed another $450 on the phone plus access line fees and activation fees. She went with 2 questions: 1) Will the contract be extended beyond December? and 2) will I owe more every month? The answer she recieved to both questions was No. Lies & deceit. Not the first time the place has ripped me off. I tried to warn her, but sometimes kids just have to see for themselves how dishonest salespeople can be.Now neither of us will ever return.
Verizon, Henrietta, NYUnenjoyable experience as the employees were loud and boisterous. One female continually cackled, acting entirely foolish. It was very difficult to concentrate shopping for a new phone. Eventually I walked out without purchasing one, as I had seen 2 couples and one single guy do. I was very disappointed as I need a new phone and was expecting to come home with one that night, Monday, November 6th.
OK so the service I received at this store is simply beyond awful. Its one thing to be rude to a loyal and paying customer but when that customer points out that they are not being treated or spoken to professionally and then it just gets even worse, you really know horribly bad things truly are. Its sad that some reps seem to have such low self esteem and self worth that they apparently find their only enjoyment in power tripping over a cel phone. Um yea real winners here. I have no idea how a manager could put up with such lousy workers with poor manners and zero respect. Its pretty obvious the managers are as talented and skilled as the hack employees since they seem never to have received a day of training in politeness or professionalism and are allowed to conduct themselves so embarrassingly. In this day and age where consumers have some real influence such as the ability to post a review of their experience, you would think that customer service would be a focus for a store or company. I guess that would take some foresight though huh? Next time I will take my business somewhere where they are actually not trying to argue with the customer at every turn and be helpful and knowledgeable and do their jobs.
This message is specifically for zach... i was having trouble with my phone plan and going over data. He jumped right to me like a kangaroo would do if its young was in danger.. he was awesome.. took care of me as fast as a lion catches its prey he even back dated my plan so i didn’t have to pay overages... he was kind and i do believe he should be given recognition like simba was recognized as the new prince of the wild please let him know he did very well and he will be forever my representative..
Great customer service I bought a galaxy s9 + today and I was in and out within the hour but only because of the app and file transfer from old phone to new phone but thats expected and no upselling from what I could tell from the associate I dealt with which is great and she new what she was doing
After 2 weeks of hell trying to get someone with verizon customer service to help with a crazy glitch in my phone, and an incredibly short and disappointing visit to the Pittsford location, I finally ended up here; the place I apparently should have started with. Jon was extremely pleasant and had my problem solved in less than 15 minutes.
I had a horrible experience at this store. I upgraded 3 phones, two of which were 20 months into the 24 month contract. I also financed an IPad upgrade. They said we can give you the 3 IPhone Cs for $99 each, we will just have to open 4 new lines, 3 for the phones and 1 for the IPad. When I finally got the bill I discover I am paying ~$43 per line on the original lines as well as the new 4 lines I dont have phones for. So ~$43 x 7 = $301 for lines, with the bill coming to $406 per month for 2 years. I worked with a manager and she said I can at least cancel the one line for the IPad since I use Wi-Fi. I just got the new bill for $1063 which included a $160 early line termination fee. I have paid Verizon over $3800 since last October. I am still waiting for that call back 2 weeks later.
I called here to get a couple of questions answered, as I had intended on becoming a Verizon customer tonight. However, after being put on eternal hold and them never returning to the phone to help me, I will look to go elsewhere. No wonder so many mixed reviews here... what a shame!
I will NEVER step foot in there again. I wish I had seen these reviews before I went in.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.I was lied to, fast talked and felt scammed and I never thought someone could fast talk me into something I didnt understand. From the moment I walked in it was how to get me to buy anything wether I knew it, agreed to it or not.DONT LET YOU MOTHER GO IN THERE ALONE.
Ordered my phone online and all I wanted to do was go to the store and pick it up. Got the notice the phone was ready and drove out to pick up phone. Was told I had to wait 45 minutes. Left store and cancelled order. Ill wait a few days for delivery rather than stand around a store waiting for someone to hand me a phone.

2022-05-08I was able to walk away with the phone I wanted to purchase but my experience with the sales associate was very uncomfortable. She spent almost the entire time aggressively trying to upsell products to me despite the fact that I said no many times. She was particularly rude while trying to sell me a charging block, telling me I definitely didn’t have one and trying to make me tell her where I got it in an accusatory tone. Very strange experience. If they have what you want at this location it’ll get the job done, but I wouldn’t come here first.

2022-04-03Place is run very inefficiently. This is the 2nd week in a row Ive made a appointment, come in, and still waited. The first time I gave up after waiting an hour. Appointment times need to be spaced out more. I sympathize with everyone being short staffed, but it needs to be properly accounted for in that case.

2022-04-25Horrible wait times, on a scale of 1-10 I rate it a 1 too many staff members just hanging out chatting while youre waiting for your appointment. dont seem lije they are actually doing anything.

2022-02-12I have been to this Verizon location 4 times in the past 3 weeks, and have been turned away every time. The staff has yet to be polite to me and I leave the location feeling disappointed and frustrated every time. I would like to purchase a new phone but it doesn’t seem possible with them being so short staffed. I would give zero stars if I could, but I unfortunately have to give at least 1.

2022-02-12I went into the Verizon store on Jefferson Road and they were very rude and unhelpful. The sales rep Julian said I was going to get a free smartphone (S20 FE) on a new line switching from Tracfone, but failed to review any of the new expenses. He charged me setup but just handed me the phone and refused to help me transfer my stuff to the new phone because he said he was too busy. He had me leave and the port hadnt completed, so he said just wait a day without a phone. But it didnt work the next day, so I visited the Verizon store in Geneseo and they were very helpful. I was very dissatisfied with my experience at the Jefferson store, and will be telling all my friends to avoid shopping there in the future.

2022-02-21I visited Verizon store in Henrietta, NY, yesterday. The salesman was not only not helpful but incredibly rude. On previous occasions, they were not particularly helpful but reasonably polite.

2022-02-09Made a 2pm appointment. Sat in the the store for 45 minutes and no one helped. No one apologized for the wait. No one made an effort. Received a text at 3:15 that they were ready for me. What a joke.

2022-02-28Same as previous responses from others. Totally appoled by how unhelpful the greater was. We have a group plan. May move to ATT as a result. He wasnt even forthcoming about how to save on a new phone. Wouldnt even sign me in as plan is in my wifes name

2022-02-12Came in to drop off old phone and activate new ones. Two employees walked up to me to tell me I did not have an appointment . Seemed like in the time they ignored my questions and told me I didn’t have an appointment they could have got my phone and game me direction and the number to call to activate my new phone.

2022-03-14Vincent and Damion went above and beyond to help me today - they were knowledgable, patient, attentive, and kind. I would recommend them to anyone!
