My wife Joannne and I went to switch from android to Apple phone and had a pleasant experience with representative Mohamad. He took his time to make sure we were happy with our service. It was a pleasure dealing with him, our experience was a no pressure one. We told him what we wanted and he answered all the questions we had. He made sure we walked out happy.
I had a great experience at this store. I was assisted by Eugene. I purchased my first cell phone. And I am not the best at computers, technical things. He had alot of patience with me, was very kind and also informative, which I needed. I was referred here by a friend and couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Eugene.
I always have a great experience at this Verizon !! Not only is all the staff friendly they are super helpful and efficient. Ive been there for my past few phones and always have a wonderful experience and Im never there for more than a half hr !!! They know what they are doing :-)
Liam, is awesome. Great customer service, and he helped me with everything I needed! I upgraded form my iPhone 11 Pro Max to the iPhone 12 Pro Max. He set it up for me, and really helped me out with the phone, and told me of all the cool new stuff. If you go to this Verizon, ask for Liam. He is the best!

I came into the Verizon store with a water damaged phone. From the second I walked in Eugene was helpful and informative taking his time to go through all of my options. He quickly was able to get me into a new phone, and restore my phone with all of me pictures, contacts and important information. I highly recommend Eugene and this store as they were amazing, accommodating and extremely helpful! I definitely will be back to purchase another phone, iPad and accessories when needed.
My family and I have been getting our phones here since they first opened this location. Today I went in for an upgrade and as always had a great experience. All associates were extremely helpful. They tried all troubleshoots for my phone which was defective and were able to provide me with a loaner phone while I waited for my new phone to come. They were able to get me my new phone in less than 24 hours. They helped me to set up my new phone and answered any and all questions I had. I would highly recommend this Verizon wireless.

Went because I was having trouble with my iPhone, turns out that this store is now Apple Certified - which means that they take AppleCare and have a technician there in the store! Makes it much easier! In addition, Eugene and Kurt were extremely nice, very personable, and very helpful during my visit to the store. Definitely going to go back to this store any time I have a problem and will recommend to everybody.

Went here the other day an hour before closing and the manager and another guy were so great and helpful and took care of me so good I definitely recommend this store for your phone shopping. Poor service!!!! Stay away!! Eugene was rude, condescending and combative while Adam was assisting with a positive and helpful attitude. Adam was wonderful, truly going out his way to assist with my phone not working at all. Eugene was yelling and sarcastic. I will be escalating this issue to corporate because people that like this should not deal with the public.

Alex and Alex were extremely helpful in ordering my new cell phone and in setting it up for me when it arrived at their store. They even took the time to hook me up with a significantly better calling plan that costs less per month than the plan I had when I first walked in! They are very patient and very good listeners, and are happy to answer whatever questions you might have for them. I highly recommend visiting their store.

Roxy and Alex are two super people who made it very easy for me to understand phones. Alex told me how to send my phone through insurance after I spilled coffee on it. Roxy helped me transfer all my information onto my new phone. She was very helpful and patient with someone who is not familiar with phones. She helped me understand all the features on my phone that I didn’t understand before. Roxy and Alex are assets because they are knowledgeable in what they do. We desperately needed a store like this in our neighborhood. The corporate stores have a long wait, but this one was very easily accessible and they helped me understand how to use my phone. I recommend this store to anyone! They told me to come back any time I wanted to, and I feel very welcome here.

Kurt is amazing! Lost my phone, went to one verizon store and they wouldnot help me at all - they gave me a post it note with a phone number and told me to call it to file a claim. Came to this location and Kurt helped me file the claim, he printed out the forms and submitted them for me - also set up my old phone for me to use until the new one arrives! Excellent service!

Honestly, I was going to get my son’s new phone at Costco, but once we walked into this store, the personal attention and assistance, not to mention the valuable deals we got, kept us closer to home and shopping locally at this great Verizon store. The owner did not try to upsell us on anything and was honest about the latest sales. We are saving $2 a month, instead of taking on more monthly payments. Great experience!

Had a wonderful experience at this Verizon store today. I usually do not enjoy getting a new phone, I feel overwhelmed and nervous about getting into a contract that I really cant afford. Jonathan made sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed. He didnt try to talk me into anything else. He set up my new phone and told me I could come in anytime if I needed his help with it. My experience today at Verizon Oakwood was hands down, the best shopping experience I have had in years. I used to think that the Staten Island Mall was the place to go but thats because I had no idea there was a better option. I live across the island but this store will be my new location of choice. I had went in initially to see if my phone would be fixed lol...but sadly it could not, so I got a new phone with the help of the most wonderful sales rep this name is Alex Cherner. Alex helped me choose a new phone he transferred everything he even got my apps transferred. he also let me leave my phone there while it was transferring all my info over, so I could take my kids pumpkin picking. I came back ,my phone was done I didnt have to do anything ,even my ring tones were the same..great place , great experiences, friendly, not intimidating ,knowledgeable, Alex is wonderful

I was having trouble setting up some email on my phone. I noticed that Verizon opened a new store on Amboy Road in the mini mall . This was much needed in this neighborhood as the store that was located on Hylan Boulevard has basically been of no use to anybody only pushing sales. I met Jonathan in the store who took his time to address the problem in detail. He went beyond and beyond to fix the problem I’ve been having with the phone that several other Verizon stores have failed. I was most impressed with the professionalism and expertise displayed in this particular Verizon store. I am very happy that the store has come to our neighborhood. 2021-05-23For the last few years we have dealt with this Verizon store and have been nothing but happy. The service is outstanding. Yesterday dealt with Moe and he was amazing. My son and I had some issues with our phones and he took a great deal of time addressing each one. We were not rushed and had superior service the entire time. Moe is an asset to this store and a true pleasure to deal with! Bonus I bought the new Iphone and didnt even think that I was going to get one for another 7 months. Kudos to Moe for being a great salesman as well.
