My wifes cel phone was acting up . We took a ride to the Verizon store . On Utopia Boulevard.The guys in the store spent about 45 minutes with her phone . Fixed the problem. And showed her what to do .If it happens again .She was Very Happy !!And Very Happy with the guys in the store 🤗🤗🤗 .
The best help ever! Brian simplified what seemed to be the impossible in using my samsung 7.He spent the time i need to understand even the basic features of the phone.I was really impressed with the way in which he helped. Pleasant, and sure of what he was doing.A very pleasant experience

I am so happy I went to this verizon store! The associates (Bryan, Rob, Lenny) are soo nice and helpful!!! They not only assisted me with replacing a broken phone, but they analyzed our bill and helped us save money on monthly payments. The associates at this location are the reason I am still with Verizon and did not switch to another carrier. I will be coming here from now on!!! I HIGHLY recommend this store location.

This Verizon store is the best store that I have ever been to. My past experiences with Verizon were never too good, being that most of the stores customer service sucked and they were never straight up with their answers to you. So one day on google, I saw this store, saw the ratings and decided to give this a shot. The moment I walked into the store, we are welcomed with a very warm greeting. It turned out that his name was Brian too. (ayeee). Anyways, Brian walked us through everything: The price of the phones, how the billing worked etc. I am very happy with going to this particular store that day. I dont think Im going to be switching anytime soon
We happened to go to other Verizon stores around the area and we were not satisfied with the service. However this Verizon on Utopia and 19th Avenue was great. The service engineer Robert helped us retrieve all of our photos and contacts. 5 Stars!!!

Very poor customer service. I bought a screen protector for $30 and 2 weeks later it fell off. I was told to come back in a week and he would put on a better one. I did this and after it was on he asked for another $20. He said he could not give me any credit because it was used. Considering this is a new local store, I would think he would want local business. He lost me as a customer. I hope it was worth $20 to you!!!!

Customer service is okay. However they charge more than other Verizon locations. They add $40 to the MSRP and lowball you on trade in. They also buy Amazon Spigen cases online for roughly $8 and resell it for $50. This place is a rip off. Go to the corporate location in Bay terrace they charge regular prices and wont over charge you. Worst authorized retailer ever

The workers Joeseph and Lenny were extremely patient their customers. They spent hours with my problems dealing with Sprint employees which were halfass guessing their side; one of them even asked me to delete all of my contact info w/o backing it up. Thankfully these guys know they were BSing and caught it in time. Again, forget that low score troll feedback, that person obviously works for some other rival company, because anyone who had any experience with these guys knows theyre at the top of their field.
This store is awesome, best customer service I have ever had with Verizon. Switched from sprint at this store and even signed up for fios there, they saved me 100 a month by switching. The employees are great and I suggest the not store to go to is theirs

2022-08-04Had an incident at work where my phone screen was badly cracked. This store was nearby and had great reviews and when I called in to ask about their services were super kind and compassionate and confident they could fix my issue in a timely manner. Once I showed up to the store a few hours later, I was quickly assisted and the phone was fixed in under 20 minutes and their work was impeccable! Cant recommend this store and their employees enough!

2019-08-28I am very impressed by the kindness and professionalism of both Brian and Tommy. I was having issues with my phone after I had some water damage and since I did not have insurance on the phone, they took the time to explain all my options to me and then helped me to set up my new phone. This Verizon store is my go - to and it will continue to be as long as they are there and the service I was provided stays excellent !! Thank you so much!

2020-07-01This place is the best for Verizon wireless not because of the location but for the helpful staff they have. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful but Robert went out of his way to help us and answered every question we had. Last but not least, how good he is as a multitasker, he handled many things at the same time smoothly. Will always come back to the same store over and over again.

2018-06-02Great customer service! I came in to buy a phone for my 11 year old and wanted many parental controls and limitations on it. Hansel was so patient and worked with me to ensure the phone was set up exactly the way I wanted it, using workarounds with a free and a very inexpensive app. I’ve been here before, and both Brian and Carl have been extremely helpful. They also found a way to restructure my account to save money. I highly recommend this business.
