This place is a gem! The owner is a gem! A man of his word - When the delivery driver was running late, he literally put my furniture in the trunk of his car and brought it to my house. I cant wait to go back and furnish the rest of my apartment using the quality inventory available!
The only person that made my service enjoyable was that 1:30 a.m. delivery guy that brought my couch. I mean the deal and the couches itself were worth it but waiting for 3 nights in a row and about 5 hours each night foe your delivery was not that much fun.....all in all, horrible service, if you want to wake up your neighbors or children with overnight delivery, then go for it....they promised guarantee between 6-7 p.m., got it almost in the morning.......
Bought a dinning table with chairs made my apartment complete . We finally get to eat like a family Versailles furniture had great deals and great service. Hopefully get my new bedroom set soon with great discounts.
Order a dresser mirror and chest the beginning of May I asked the sales guy wood I be guaranteed delivery by the last weekend of May he assured me that it would be 2 weeks later I get a call stating that the merchandise was being shipped from California and it wouldnt be in until 3 weeks after the May supposable delivery finally my furniture was delivered upon delivery I realize that the furniture ordered was not the furniture that was delivered I called the store and they told me that the items that I ordered were discontinued and this was a upgrade model upon inspection one of the pieces were damaged I sent that pay that piece back and kept the dresser although it wasnt what I ordered or wanted but I have waited over 2 months for my bedroom set today another 2 weeks later so its almost 3 months later Im waiting for the delivery guy and its 11:23 p.m. and he still hasnt arrived this is the worst experience that Ive ever had buying furniture needless to say Im a very dissatisfied customer

He offered up an array of choices, advice, and prices that matched anything you will find online. On top of that, he provided same day delivery! I came here after my purchase from AptDeco was cancelled since the seller hadnt been forthcoming about the condition. I came to Sal and he not only matched, but beat the online prices I was looking at on Ashley Furniture and got me the sectional I wanted! Sal has many of the pieces you will see online but provides you the opportunity to actually sit on them and see what they are really like. Finally, he and Marco are personable, willing to walk you through their selection and extremely nice. Needless to say, I will be going to him without hesitation for my future purchases.Do not hesitate going to him to get your furniture!
Horrible stay away. You will pay for furniture that will be delivered late, unprofessional, and backwards assembled. But best part when assembled you realize this is NOT the furniture that you purchased. You will not get it refunded, returned, or discounted. Worst experience ever.
Jury still out. Furniture promised, didnt arrive, no call back or follow up. Slept on floor on air mattress. Will see what happens in AM when manager calls back if he follows up. Contacted several large organizations. They are awaiting my follow up.

Couldnt be happier with my purchase and I hope this place gets a lot more business because they take care of their customers!

2016-11-271000% Excellent customer service and best prices and quality. Large selection on all types of furniture. I will definitely be recommending everyone i know or encounter looking for furniture to Versailles!!The owner Sal, was so helpful when I went to his store. He was very patient and showed me everything I was interested in; as well as helping me find the right furniture according to our living room color palette. We ordered an Ashley couch- 100% authentic. When i called Ashley to verify they informed us they do work with Versailles Corp. and that their furniture is in fact authentic. On the date of delivery, Sal the owner called an hour before to notify us our furniture was in route with an ETA anywhere between 1pm and 3pm. The furniture arrived at 1:30pm and was wrapped in layers of a protective foam and multiple layers of plastic protection. The drivers where so nice and helpful and set everything up for free with free delivery. They even helped us arrange the furniture to find the perfect place. About 2 hrs after the delivery Sal called to see how everything went. If youre looking for furniture with excellent quality and prices this is the place to go.Thank you so much Versailles for everything. We are so grateful for all of your assistance and time. We will definitely be back for much more !!!

2020-11-02Where can i begin ? Sal is awesome !!!! He is the bestest person ever he doesnt feel like a sales man but a friend you have known for ever. He looks after your best interest and works with you budget. He also has great taste :) Sal came to my home to measure my wall to made sure a vanity fit in my room. I dont think no furniture store would do that. He is awesome and has everything. I will definitely be coming back to sal. I got a whole living room set from couches lamps stools tables and even a vanity mirror i wanted for my room. I love this store and this man has a heart of gold. ITS A MUST !!! you wont regret it

2021-08-02We were in heavy traffic when we saw the discount sign on the store front n decided to go since we were moving n needed furniture. Sales person Sal was very nice n patient. He explained n showed almost everything n I was pleased with the service. I made a purchase which was delivered next day n I Loved the sofa set. I ordered a Mobista turquoise sofa set. Its beautiful!! The delivery guys were nice, set up was good too. Sal followed up with me n Ill be going back in a few days to make another purchase. Im really happy. Thank you Sal!

2019-03-29Excellent customer service!!! I felt welcomed right away when I got in the store. Ive been to many furniture stores but customer service has always disappointed me. Every salesperson wants you to buy when you go to any furniture store and are most likely pushy and shows their attitude when you dont buy. But Versailles furniture located in queens blvd Long Island is the best ! Mr.Sal and the guys working in the store were all very genuine and helpful. The furnitures are priced very reasonably and on top of that, Mr.Sal is ready to negotiate with the price you want . Im telling you this again from my experience that every furniture store will not negotiate on the marked price but Mr.Sal will. Even the delivery charge is free and amazingly fast and Im pretty sure there are no other furniture stores with free delivery.I see some bad reviews up here but they all seem like a personal problem. I recommend everybody to go visit and take a look for what they have to offer you. Promise, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Mr.Sal and the guys again for the great experience. This has been the fifth year since the first time I stepped into this company, each time the experience I have is unbelievable. From customer service to furniture picking and their quotes, everything is unbeatable. Meanwhile, the president of this company will personally double check each details of the furniture before shipping, and he will keep you well informed through the process. I really hope that more and more people can patronise here, you will see how wonderful their products and services are.

2018-09-03I normally dont write reviews, but I was impressed with Sals customer service. I walked in the store not knowing they had a pretty good sale and took advantage of it. I bought a nice quality mattress at a bargain. Though the delivery was delayed for about an hour, Sal himself came to delivery it on Labor Day to be able to keep his word that it would be on my hands today. Thanks! I would buy at this store again.

2018-03-13I loved my new bedroom set from Versailles Furniture! What I loved more was how pleasant the manager was to me. He was helpful, patient, and enthusiastic about helping me find the right piece of furniture to get. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
