Outstanding! VTS is excellent to work with and weve purchased at least ten cargo trailers from them over the years. Their customer service and product knowledge is second to none. Unfortunately, they have totally discontinued all of their in house parts support. There is a sense of comfort that comes with having both purchase and support at the same location.

My wife and I just bought a Firewood shed from these folks and the deal was tremendous. About fifteen minutes prior wed gone to another seller and the prices were, quite literally, almost twice as much for a shed that was smaller than the one we ended up buying from Versatile.The display lot is down the street from the sales office, so we were able to take our time and look without anyone hassling us.When we had made the decision on which one to purchase, we went down the street to complete the sales process. In less than fifteen minutes, we had our bill paid and delivery scheduled.Great customer service and prices!!!

Versatile is the absolute best trailer place around. They helped me out of a serious Jam a few years ago and I owe them dearly! When U-Haul down the street really screwed me good Versatile came to the rescue! The woman working there was an absolute charm, very friendly, helpful, and nice person. She helped me get the trailer I needed right on the spot! PERFECT I WOULD RECOMMEND VERSATILE TO EVERYONE!!!

WOW !!!I bought a new Featherlite trailer from Versatile that had been on their lot for a few years, but the trailer was sold to me with all new trailer warranties.By the I got the trailer home from Versatile I literally had 3 flat tires.Versatile was totally unhelpful and refused to come to my home and replace the tires.I took them to SMALL CLAIMS COURT in Saratoga Springs City Court and I WON the judgement. This was back in 2017. I have asked several times for them to pay the court judgement and they will no longer communicate with me.I reviewed Versatile for prior judgements against them and it seems there is at least one other unpaid judgement against them as well. They seem to have a history of not following court judgements. Anyone know of a third?Just so you know - BEWARE - sometimes even when you buy a top of the line trailer like a Featherlite, the customer service from the dealer can be really really BAD.Keep checking back for more details of what I was told on the phone by the owner. You will be shocked. Glad to keep sharing.Also glad to follow up and acknowledge if I ever receive my check from Versatile as ORDERED by the courts.Thanks for great customer service and backing the products you sell, NOT.

We bought a brand new Haulmark trailer on Tuesday, hooked it up to our RV and left on Wednesday late in the day. Turned the lights on when it got dark and the trailer kept blowing fuses on our RV and trailer so we had no lights. Had to stop for the night. Have been in contact with Versatile and Haulmake and nobody wants to help us. We are driving across the country and now have a trailer with no lights. Lisa at Versatile has been very helpful in making phone calls for us but the owner does not want to help us get a new trailer from someone else along the way. Haulmark says they are too busy to look at this. We have a timetable and places to get to by certain dates and yet Versatile is making this our problem on a trailer we have not even had for 3 days!!! No customer service at all from the owner.

Stopped in to look at inventory. Difficult sometimes shopping for something like that in the winter. Good all in all
