This is one of the best places I have ever been to I use them for anything that has to do with physical therapy and getting my mental and physical state back to normal I recommend Belle and Vito to my family friends and colleagues they have helped me personally and many people that I know they have the upmost respect for everybody they come in contact with and literally makes you feel like family best of luckEric
Extremely unprofessional place I know this place just opened Its doors, but the guy at the front desk is very rude and has no patience to hear what you have to say. Do not deal with these people they will make you wait for hours in the waiting room and tell you to come back another day because their PT cant see you that day, the place is not even fully staffed or equipped, there are way better alternatives to this place.
I have been going to another place and they could not accomplish what vertex did in only one session..im happy that i go to vertex now.thanks to all there
Had a great experience. Had knee pain and was refused by 60%. Clean facilities and very friendly staff.
Dont like to pay their bills, but g-d forbid a patient doesnt pay...watch out!! be weary of practices like this.
Avoid at all costs! they lack empathy and manners. Extremely disrespectful and ONLY care about money.
Very clean, and very good deal, which is hard to find near places like that. 😉

2020-09-22In regards to the last comment about the trailer. The main building is under renovation that’s why the sessions are being conducted there it’s temporary. The main office is beautiful and clean and will be even bigger and better once the renovations are done. The therapy is excellent and always friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended to everyone!

2017-01-11I love coming to therapy at this facility. The physical therapist here is very thorough and super friendly. The PT has answered all my questions, and has assisted with my pains. The front desk is very friendly and helpful with any administrative questions. I would recommend this place to anyone. They do most insurances, car accidents and work related injuries for what I understand. Im not sure what Joe Doe is talking about because there is no guy at the front desk. He probably has the wrong facility.

2016-11-22Vertex Physical Therapy is a great place. I never have to wait for service. The girls at the front desk are sweethearts. The best thing is the physical therapy is thorough and efficient. I have 3 herniated disks in my spine and I look forward to get the pain relief from Belles physical therapy. She has hands of magic. I recommend Vertex to everyone . The facility has a full gym with Cybex gym equipment, multiple pt beds that have hospital curtains for privacy, and a comfortable waiting room that has plenty of comfortable seating. I dont think I can say anymore lol but the place is 5 stars. Thank you Vertex for helping me get back to my normal daily activities again.

2016-10-27I walked in to the office & I was in Severe neck pain & Belle the physical therapist convinced me that I needed to see her at least 6-8 visits & I couldnt be happier because I feel so much better now after all my visits & I will continue to come as necessary. I recommend this office to Anybody who is in pain & seeks relief.. Courteous & Friendly staff & flexible appointment scheduling.. Thank you Vertex Physical Therapy..

2017-06-12I wanted to go to Vertex PT because its on my way home from work so it would have been so convinient for me plus the hours they posted on google seem great but theyre inaccurate. I had to decide to go back to another PT office Ive used in the past that is out of my way because I found this practice to be very unprofessional. I went to Vertex after work one day, dropped off my PT prescription and Honey Belle (therapist) said they would call me back the next day with an appointment cus they were in the middle of closing but they never called me. I left with her my work number and my cell number but I never heard back. How can they disregard my needs. Im in pain, I cant be waiting! Plus when you walk in, first of all it was really hot like they dont have AC, it didnt look very clean and they have their hours posted but theyre way different than the hours on google (not as many evening hours). Also, the phone number doesnt work. Honey Belle said they were in the process of switching companies but meanwhile I couldnt even call them back. I know its a fairly new practice but they should really get their act together if they plan on making it for years to come. Wish them well even if they could obviously care less about me...

2018-04-03The facility is great There is never a wait and we make sure you get the best treatment. In the summer we have CENTRAL AC and in the winter we have Central Heating with a gas unit. Everyone speaks fluent Spanish and English. I noticed MARIA D S REVIEW on here!!!! SHE is a former employee that is going by a fake name with a fake profile trying to ruin the Reputation of an Excellent Facility. She obviously has some serious emotional and mental issues to make up a fake profile and do that . The only mistake was she didnt know that there was a PIC attached to the email address she used to put up the FAKE REVIEW. LOL... Vertex Physical Therapy is all about Caring and Helping others get better. If you need a home away from home to help heal, then you found the right place.

2020-03-12I love this place and the staff are awesome. This is my first time going through a no fault accident case and they guided me through everything. They deserve more then the 5stars. Thank you Belle and Vito. I’ll be having your business in my daily prayers.

2017-09-29Very clean and well-kept office knowledgeable and friendly staff. She was my therapist. 5 years ago. Thats why shes my therapist now. Remove any doubt and make an appointment.
