Vertex is a great guy. Helped us install 3 camera systems in our 2 locations and warehouse. 3 years later, when we moved out of one of the locations, he came back and removed it on very short notice. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again if we have any other camera needs.
Vertex was very flexible with all of the requests we had. They installed our security cameras, installed door security system, and installed all the electronic locks. Definitely a one stop shop for all security needs! Their prices were way better than all other vendors we considered. I recommend them to any company in NYC!
Vertex initially installed secured access points on the doors, as well as a CCTV system in our HQ 3 years ago. They did an excellent job and we havent had any issues with either systems since.Recently we expanded our office to another floor of the building and Vertex added more secured entry points and cameras to our existing system. This time we also required a video intercom system with remote door control. All installation and configuration was done very fast to prevent any downtime for our employees.I highly recommend Vertex for security/CCTV solutions to anyone who wants a fast and professional job.
I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service I received, recently my company expanded to a new floor and we needed to install CCTV throughout. Not only were they quick and efficient but the account manager Albert was extremely detailed and made everything flow effortlessly, I was so impressed with Vertex that I am now in the process of having them install an updated intercom system within my new apartment building. I moved into a new apartment on the Lower West Side and needed to replace some of the security measures in my apartment. There was an older CCTV system in place that I wanted to upgrade and also needed to replace my front door locking mechanism with a professional keypad lock. I called a few companies and decided to go with Vertex Security - they were very professional and courteous. Installation was done on the agreed upon date and took several hours. Once completed the installer explained to me in detail how to use the new CCTV system and the new Keypad Lock. Overall I am very happy with the service I received and the products I purchased with Vertex Security.
Magaschoni, the company I work for, needed to update its fingerprint entry system and it was suggested by the company that manufactured the keypad entry system to use Vertex Security to install it. We were very happy with the service. Manny the installer was professional and did a very clean and fast job. He explained things clearly and answered all of my questions. He made it a painless experience. I would recommend using Vertex Security for your installation needs.
We hired Vertex to change few locks on our properties in NYC and they have done it all very quickly and professionally. their office service was extremely fast and organized in scheduling and sending us everything by E mail.
Vertex was amazing at setting up the cameras and very professional. He truly knows what hes doing. I needed him to come for a service call and he was kind enough to wave the fee even though it was user error. He values his clients and takes excellent care of them. The cameras provided footage to the police with a trespassing case with excellent resolution. Would recommend 100%.
Great experience with Vertex Security! They came in the day after we first requested information to make sure they would give us exactly the service we needed. I had a great experience with Vetex Security from start to finish. Tal and his team were extremely responsive and were thoughtful and proactive about figuring out the best solution to fit the needs of our building.(Which resulted in getting a new electronic magnet lock system/intercom system/motion sensors etc). We used Vertex for our SoHo real estate offices, to install 3 security cameras overseeing a team of 30 people. Not only was the price very competitive, but also the job quality was superb. Installers were very nice and professional, and were very knowledgeable on any questions I had. They did not rush me through the process, and stayed after the job was done to show me how to view footage from both my cell phone and PC.The job itself was done quicker than I expected- they were done running wires and connecting everything within 3 hours, and even vacuumed after themselves. Noise and dirt were kept to a minimum. I was very pleased and surprised to get a follow up call the next day from my account manager, calling personally to make sure I was satisfied and asking if I had any other questions. This type of service is very hard to find in todays market, when everyone just want to get paid and then dont bother checking on the client. I warmly recommend Vertex- five stars on product, value, and most importantly- professionalism!!!
Vertex installed an audio intercom system in our psychotherapy office. They were prompt in responding to our initial outreach and very professional throughout the process. The installation went well and she we had a minor issue with one of the components - they came over right away to help out. Plus, their pricing system is fair and reasonable. Overall, a great experience.

They Intstalled for us a Comelit Intercom system at our building in down town Manhattan, great service and the low voltage tech was very professional.Very recommended
We tried installing DIY systems in our pre-1899 building, and without the proper electrical requirements or working off an existing system, that was a fail. Reached out to a couple of security firms, but all just seemed to blindly quote the job without taking into account all the factors. Ziv was on time, attentive, and took the effort to inspect our building to find a solution that is seamless, hidden, and secure. Our new intercom system has worked flawlessly since day one, and the mobile app gives us piece of mind when were not present to accept packages. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about Vertex Security. It is increasingly difficult to find businesses that do everything they say they will do- and do so quickly, efficiently, professionally and within budget. Every team member from sales to the installation is expert in the security industry. We came to them with a need to have a security and keyless entry system installed within one week. I was skeptical it could be done, but they assured me it was doable. And they did it! The sales team will honestly assess your needs and tell you exactly what you need (and don’t need). The installation / training team does an exceedingly professional job and gets the system up and running extraordinarily quickly. I can’t recommend them enough.

2018-09-27I had Vertex Security Systems install cameras on my home in Huntington Beach last year and I couldnt ask for a better system. These guys gave me an awesome deal. The service they provide is excellent. They did a great job on the install I dont know how They got the wires through the walls without tearing everything out, but they did. The cameras look great! Anytime I need to add a camera or need help with my system Vertex was a phone call away. Honestly I cant recommend these guys enough. These guys went far beyond the service I expected. I got top quality equipment at a great price! If your in the market for security cameras then I highly recommend Vertex Security Systems!

2018-09-12These guys are consummate professionals. When Vertex came to bid on my home security project (6 cameras), he explained the options clearly and did not try to sell me stuff that I did not want or need. Their pricing was reasonable and clearly broken out by item. They showed up on time and as scheduled, and their installation was clean and precise. They cleaned-up after their work was complete and then give me a detailed explanation on how to operate the system, including helping me to download the appropriate software for all my devices. This is a first-class, trustworthy company. I highly recommend them!

The installers were helpful and friendly, and that makes a huge difference when you are dealing with home and business upgrades. We decided on the Airphone and it has been great. Vertex provides assistance from conception to installation and if there are any questions they are immediately there to answer them. They are a great company and will be sure to fit all the needs you want.
