Any Veterans Memorial is an awesome tribute to those that fought for our Freedom. This one is small and is wheel chair accessible. There are those honored who have passed away and there is also those honored who still remain with us today. Its very nice and I encourage all who pass through this City to check it out!

A very nice green space with benches to sit and relax or reflect on the monuments that are all over the park, historic and worth a visit. Parking isnt free unless you want to walk a little, which isnt too far. Its in a safe area and. Could bring young children to play. Its a nice green area in a downtown of buildings. Place to spend quality down time. Come visit.and enjoy.

I love this place because its a small park that honors the fallen ones that have fought for our country.... This is a great place that has and does represent everything the war is about and the friends and family we have lost........

Veterans listed are from WWs 1& 2, Korea on front memorial stones. Individual veterans may be found on Paver blocks throughout the Park. There are memorial Plaques mounted on stones along the walkway representing each of Americas Wars.If you are looking for Memorials, there is a memorial stone with bronze plaque just down the street at Court & Genesee Sts. by the Cayuga County Court House. In addition you might want to check out the Memorial Park next to Auburn Memorial City Hall @ 24 South Street 3 or 4 blocks from the Vetrans Memorial Park on Genesee St.Taken together you will find a wealth of information if you are visiting the Auburn, NY area. Please make the time and come.UPDATE: RE: Viet Nam Vetrans.A Bronze Plaque with Viet Nam Vets will be found on the corner of Genesee & Court Sts. on the left hand side of the WW 2 plaque with Korea plaque on the right side of large stone if you are interested for those who visit Auburn. This is a half block away from the main park and is short walking distance.

Sadly as a Vietnam veteran there is nothing for me or my brother Vietnam vets there. There is only a stone with wrong dates missing major battles. Broke my heart first time I walk through there.
