We had a baby shower party and everything was perfect. Every staff member was warm and welcoming. The food was excellent. Communication for the party was fast and clear. We will be using this hotel again for more parties. We have also used the spa in the past and that too was excellent.
Great experience from beginning to end! My husband and I booked a room block for our wedding back in 2019 and finally just had our celebration on 1/15/2022. Throughout postponing, planning, and tons of questions, Erin + the rest of the hotel staff were amazing to work with. When our wedding day finally came, everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our guests were impressed with their stay, the shuttle to and from our venue, and the breakfast spread the next morning. We will definitely be returning customers!
We Stayed here for a few days back in July 2020…I’ve been dying to go back there!!…Marco Polo’s restaurant (located inside the hotel) was delicious, I highly recommend their egg roll appetizer (3 different types offered & as someone like myself who is an annoyingly picky eater I was ecstatic with how delicious each one was) Also, as a bonus 😅 thankfully its a filling appetizer so I didnt need to order an entree since my cocktail(s) 😬 were pricey! My boyfriend loved the food as well, he ordered a bunch of different menu items like usual and also had a few cocktails too so we were not surprised when our bill turned out to be a small fortune anyway 🤦🏼♀️Unfortunately, their spa facilities were closed at the time of our stay due to covid. However, their heated exercise pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room totally made up for it 💆🏼♀️🧖♀️🏊♀️🏆The front desk staff were great! Always friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Nothing but positive feedback from us❣️Hands down 5️⃣⭐️‘s! 🙌🏼 Looking forward to returning soon!!
I got married to the love of my life at Crescent Beach Club June 5th 2022. We stayed at Viana Hotel and Spa that weekend. Everything was perfect from booking to check out. Everybody was very helpful and accommodating. Room service was above and beyond. Since we stayed at Viana, getting ready there was very convenient and Erika made it even better. From the very beginning, Erika was amazing. Very easy to work with, always available whenever I needed her, very flexible and understanding even when I changed my mind last minute about the make up. My self and the bridal party /family looked absolutely stunning thanks to her and Eva (the hair stylist). I love Erika. She was very energetic and funny even though we had to start at 5am. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much. Cant recommend you guys enough. ❤
Excellent stay and service. Kasey is very helpful and welcoming. Every night when I came back from work, she had a huge smile on her shift, even when working the overnight shift. She deserves recognition.Bathroom and rooms were clean and fully stocked. Please consider upgrading your clocks and alarms to Bluetooth.Breakfast was great too! Thank you.
Everything was amazing! From the service to the food. Priscilla and Alex were so friendly and attentive during dinner. The variety of egg rolls were so delicious and I would definitely order them again. I can’t wait to stay here again! Alex made the best drinks at the bar, he’s so creative and can whip up anything!
We can’t possibly begin to thank Erin and Kasey and everyone at the Viana enough for being so gracious and helpful during the weekend of our Wedding events 1/28/22- 1/31/22. Every single person we encountered was so incredibly accommodating and the staff truly saved us a lot of stress as we had a lot of out of town guests coming in for the event, more than we had expected due to the snowstorm, and for a longer period of time. Viana was a safe haven for all of them, and a place where everyone gathered to relax, stay warm and safe from the storm, eat and have a great time together before the Wedding. Everything was wonderful and all of our guests were raving about how nice Viana was. It was truly a pleasure working alongside the staff at this property. We postponed our Wedding 3 times! Twice due to COVID and once due to a nor’easter that forced us to move our Wedding from Saturday night to Sunday afternoon. This final move occurred the Friday before the Wedding. We had multiple additional guests coming in early to wait out the storm, Viana was there every step of the way helping with these arrangements and accommodations. Erin was available immediately by phone to help iron out all of the details, calling to check in multiple times, and truly going above and beyond in every possible way to help us during a very stressful time. The staff at Viana were also incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the pandemic as well, moved all of our guests rooms twice, called each and every guest and transferred room dates. Erin was always there, responsive and helpful by phone and via email. Viana also provided us with a shuttle bus which was extremely helpful in helping our guests get to our Wedding venue! They even shuttled our Wedding party around the block to the limo that couldn’t reach the front door due to the snow! Words cannot fully express our gratitude to all the staff here for everything! We are eternally grateful. Thank you for everything throughout this entire situation from the beginning!! You are the best!
What an absolute pleasure and our night just started. From the front desk greeting check in and presentation. I am beyond happy. The restaurant was clean and intimate. The food was so delicious with a variety of choices on the menu. We are very happy guests and we will come back again . Thank you !!!!
The customer service is usually impeccable. I’ve recommended this hotel and stayed numerous times in the past. This will be the last time I visit this hotel. The front secretary was very rude and simply refused to do her job. Nasty attitude and unprofessional. Please do not work in the service industry if you cannot commit to being kind to a paying customer. She made an excuse about the system shutting down which is a complete lie. I’ve stayed here on multiple occasions and this will be my very last. After working a 16 hour shift plus shift. There was no accommodation.
My Son & Daughter n law used the Viana as their hotel for the wedding. The front desk staff when our guests checked in were helpful and attentive. Erin the Social Sales Director added additional rooms and helped us set up a breakfast/brunch the day after the food was delicious and the room looked beautiful. Thank you to everyone who made the day special.
Overall a nice place. It was great to be able to open a window for fresh air but crank handle inoperative. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful.Had to take off 2 stars for bad chemistry on all levels in pool and hot tub. Water cloudy on hot tub and no sanitizers present, very bad!
We used the Viana for our hotel block and it was great! Erin was a huge help every step of the way and helped us coordinate snacks to have at the bar after the wedding and a morning after breakfast. The hotel was clean and beautiful and check in seemed to go smoothly for all of our guests. They’re even dog friendly!
I spent 2 nites with my granddaughters for the Spa/PJ party. It was absolutely Fabulous from beginning to end. They treated us like Royalty, always asking & offering everything & anything. The Spa Therapist were amazing! Also so accommodating. The hotel rooms were spotless & the maids were so readily available if you needed anything. The bar & restaurant staff were so attentive. Our package included a great breakfast, tasty omelettes plus more. We were all very pleased & I would Hugely & Highly recommend the Hotel. Their not far from Roosevelt Mall & many more other places.I will come again❤️❤️❤️
Im still here and I cant sleep....so Im gonna share a little something...checked in at 315pm..called before and said we could come early. Got to our floor...which was beyond clean and fresh...and we are greeted by staff..very friendly...who opened our room for us.BEAUTIFUL ROOM...went for a couples massage at 4pm......both therapists were wonderful. Took a 30 minute dip in the hottub/pool....went back to the room to rest...and then went to Marco Polo to eat.I am 54 years old...dined out many times..and all over for years....but NEVER had 5 star meal like I experienced tonight. The chef was UNBELIEVABLE...!!!!From Long Island...just did a night to get away...but would come back here again...AND recommend this place to everyone....5 Star all around
The whole set up for Mother’s Day Brunch was just exceptional, the variety of the food spread was great and the food delicious. The hospitality of the workers was exceptional.Olga was our host.. she was delightful and assisting in whatever way she was needed.. the reception area warm and welcoming.. our special Cheff found time to interact with the guests ..management stayed interacting making sure everyone was at home and enjoying their experience. I highly recommend Viana Hotel and Spa to anyone who wants a over the top experience.. the event hosted by this hotel throughout the year is usually exceptional..I enjoy breakfast here every Sunday morning after church with my son. The accessibility is on point. Food is prepared fresh to order if needed in addition to continental breakfast. Never a wait to eat they will always find somewhere to accommodate you. I also love the massages perfect setting for a spa day wether solo or with friends. I like this private upscale setting that keeps me and whomever I recommend coming back..even though I live in the area this is a spot for me to escape and relax. This is a complete experience anyone will appreciate as I do.
Was a little disappointed in the amount of kids allowed to walk around without mask on. Was also disappointed with the pool and hot tub in the spa as it was really not Spa quality. As for the team that gave the massages they were pleasant and did a great job. The rest of the staff needs to work on customer service.
We stayed here the last two nights and relatively enjoyed ourselves. The staff is phenomenal and just about the only 3-star aspect of Viana. They were very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful at every level. Most other aspects were not 3-star level.Room: We only rented a standard room. While I found no traces of bugs or body fluid stains, there was dust everywhere. There was a 1/2 line of it around each wall and the furniture where the vacuum couldnt reach. Dust was on top of most every other item in the room. The top of the kitchenette appeared to have last been dusted in 2016. This isnt too say the room was filthy as most surfaces were clean, but the hidden areas could pose a problem for those who have issues with dust. I was disappointed in the dated furnishings. The TV appeared to be a first generation flat screen from 2004. The desk had mismatched chairs on either side of it. The showerhead was worn out, offering only two settings that each leaked. The beds werent terrible, but I wouldve replaced them as a person who sleeps on his side. My wife complained about the blanket being insufficient. Shes a freeze baby and Im a blast furnace, so were not the best barometers of temperature comfort. The hotel: The interior was flawless, albeit dated. I never saw anyone cleaning, yet the hotel was spotless. Janitorial ninjas! The grounds: The exterior was a little less clean. A few errant cigarette butts and wrappers. However, the grass along the front sidewalk was littered with a dirty sponge, used latex glove, balled up napkins, and various restaurant litter. Its a narrow strip two feet wide on either side of the wall, but it looked like an LA freeway shoulder. I assume it isnt paid much mind in winter, but its the only grass on the property where my dog could relieve herself. I gave up and walked her down the road to do her business.Attached restaurant: I assume business is drastically cut due to the pandemic, but there was only one chef and one person to seat, wait, and tend bar. Thats a ridiculous staff shortage. My only real complaint was the $39 filet mignon was cooked well instead of medium, as confirmed by the waiter. The bar is sparsely stocked, but the selection is nice. Scotch fans should have no issue finding a drink they like. The menu is also light with some odd fusions. There are other, better options within a mile of Viana. The restaurant is fine if youre not picky and not looking for higher end fare.Spa: I didnt use the spa, but my wife enjoyed her Swedish massage. All in all, its not a bad place. Its just not as fancy as we were led to believe. Its not a bad overnight, but it really doesnt offer anything worthy of 3 stars. Well, except for the staff. I cant speak highly enough about them. I certainly hope theyre paid well.
We were very surprised due to all of the incredible comments. We paid extra for this hotel for the spa tub room and we’re very disappointed in the room. The staff was very friendly but the doors that separate the tub and the bedroom were broken and didn’t close. The other regular bathroom door didn’t close and the room overall was not worth how much we paid. Wish we could have really enjoyed it.
I did the Spa Getaway Package at Viana on May 24th to May 25th. It was the most relaxing, much needed quiet time I needed to recharge as this momma of 3 is almost always overwhelmed. I checked in and my room was actually already ready despite being early for my reservation. I happily went upstairs to put my belongings in my room.I took the elevator down to the spa where I was greeted by the extremely kind receptionist. I received such a wonderful massage from Shannon who targeted all the areas that were extremely tight. It was clean and I was so comfortable. Shannon was extremely friendly. Next, I was taken to the next room where I received an amazing facial and a body scrub with Taylor. She was professional and such a pleasure to be with. When I return, I will request to have my services done with them again. That evening, I decided to venture out for dinner although I did have the option to dine at their restaurant Marco Polos. There is plenty of variety nearby. In the morning, I did have breakfast at Marco Polos and the service was wonderful. The server was attentive and had a smile on her face.I absolutely recommend staying here. There was plenty of parking, the staff was kind and professional and the services were incredible. Mommas who need a break, ditch the flowers and candy, ask for the Spa Getaway overnight stay Package. Worth every penny!
We had a block of rooms at the Viana for our wedding and the team was so accommodating! We had to move our wedding date and add additional rooms and they worked with us through it all! They worked with us to set up a tab for our guests at the bar after the wedding as well as organize a private breakfast for the following morning! The rooms were beautiful and the location is convenient and I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Recommended this hotel by my wedding venue and tried to communicate with them for the last two weeks, 1 year in advance to the wedding, just to be told theres no blocks available but theyre willing to accomodate at the price of 329 plus tax (I know others that booked with them for a wedding in the same month but of this year paid 200$ a night). Wish they told me all this the first call, and hadnt wasted my time. Two stars for even gracing me with a response I guess.
Check out my Marco Polo review. They are connected. Nasty old hotel. Decor is eclectic and confusing. The colors match but the textures dont or the art work. The rooms are out dated . Ok this seems like a Motel instead of a hotel. OK. Hopefully that says it all. Yuck! I only stead 1 night and got out there and went to my happy place. They had a two night sudden opening. Cancelations can be wonderful.
We were here for a day wedding the CS wasnt that great but the bar tender helps us out on that. Room were nice but the AC unit kept messing up in room #111. Over all ok to stay for a night but not longer. Prices were pretty high but it was only for a nite. Not sure if we were to return in the future, probably plan better for better CS.The Tyrell
The wife and I was only here for a night, due Delta flight delays on Memorial Day Weeknd. But, our opinions if this hotel is mutual. The people were nice, they offered bottled water at check-in. It has a very nice ancient look, but in many areas, including our room, if you get close, youll see dust, dirt and small bugs through the hotel. There were also a few noticeable mystery marks on the beds cover sheet, towels and rags. And I was not feeling the ancient aroma in the air, the excessive dust and spiderwebs on the AC vent, nor the Chemical Plant view in the back of the hotel. Thanks. But, No thanks. The shoe may fit for some, but we definitely wont be coming back to this place.
This place is horrible, I suggest never going there. After telling them I has Ants in my room they offered me 20% off of my stay It was credited to my card right away which I was fine with. But they wanted me to sign an NDA telling me I can never say anything negative about the hotel. I told them I will not sign and they instantly charged my card. LOL they would have been better off just apologizing and I would have been happy.
Took my girlfriend for an amazing Valentines Day treatment...5 course dinner...was superb....the setting was amazing as we sat in the Valentines Day dining area....Chef Deven gets two thumbs up ....as for our room 327...nice rose pedals all over bed and floor..champagne and chocolate cover strawberries (3) ....issues with shower drain not working ....water collection up to our ankles....and the Keurig coffee maker...didnt work...and I love my coffee!!!! The staff was very friendly and our sever at dinner was very sweet and helpful. One more thing...dont stay on the 3rd floor..take the Penthouse floor...we had a very loud obnoxious heavy footwalker above our room...back and forth for hours and then 630am....
I had my rehersal dinner along with block booking and post brunch here this past weekend the workers are absolutely phenomenal i couldnt have been happier with the staff. The cooridator Erin was a godsent always availible by email to answwr any questions or accomdate any changes we needed. Highly recommend for and couple looking for a place for a group function
Was supposed to be a complimentary hotel stay from delta airlines because of cancelled flight. I had to put my card on file only for incidentals so $50 hold placed on my card was all that I authorized. In addition to the $50 my card was charged $138.65. Called to address but no managers available for 2 days. Overdrafted my bank account.
We stayed at The Viana Hotel and Spa for our son’s wedding. The Wedding Rehearsal Dinner was held there on Friday evening and Erin went above and beyond to make it a very special evening. The decor was beautiful, the buffet dinner was very good and the atmosphere was so welcoming. We also hosted two Open Bars for our guests and Ron, the bartender, took great care of all of our guests. This is definitely a great place to host family and friends during a wedding weekend. They communicate, they listen and they go out of their way to be sure everyone is happy! 5 stars from me!
Erin and the entire team were simply wonderful for our whole experience! My husband and I chose Viana as our hotel of choice for our wedding back in 2019. Erin answered all of our questions with great patience, and was super responsive when we needed her. However, with Covid, we had to post pone our event a full year. Worried that we would be caught up in dates and financial concerns, we reached out to Erin for help, and were blown away with how understanding and accommodating the team was.Thank you everyone for making us, and our guests, feel welcomed and cared for during our event!!
The overall experience was sub par. The bar was way over priced 20$ for a margarita in a 6 oz class not even filled to the rim. The hotel lobby, bar and pool table room was rather dirty and needed a major clean. The spa was not clean while I was laying down for a facial the ceiling tile had a huge black stain on it and the steam machine looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The facial was very good however, I’ve never received a facial where it was done and the tech does not go over what she did and show you your face. When we arrived down stairs the staff was eating food that had a very strong odor. Not something you want to smell in the spa. Also, the place needs an overall cleaning. For example, the little table in the corner you can write your name in the dust. Not acceptable for the price you pay! Kick up your game! The room was very nice and updated.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The staff was so kind and accommodating when it came to anything we needed. We stayed there from 12/03-12/05 for our wedding weekend and the hospitality was fabulous. We worked with Erin who made sure our stay was nothing but wonderful. If we needed extra tables or chairs to use while getting ready, they made sure to get it right away. When we got back from our wedding on Saturday, the hotel was covered in beautiful flower petals with champagne and chocolate strawberries. It was such a wonderful surprise and we gratefully appreciated it. The next morning as I am lugging all my things out and trying to roll other things on a cart, Erin came running to congratulate us with her team. It was such a wonderful feeling to get that kind of love after a long night. Her team helped me with my stuff and even brought my car around for me. I highly recommend the viana hotel and spa to everyone!
We had a stay at Viana about 3 weeks ago and were disappointed with our stay. Mainy for 2 reasons. Our carpet had many stains and we couldnt get access to hot water on the night we stayed before we went to bed. Even on the following morning we had to wait more than 15 minutes for hot water to take a shower.Subsequently, The Hotel Administrator contacted us to apologize and refunded half our stay. This is a good sign that at least they are aware of the issue and are willing to rectify it by remuneration fairly.
If you’re gonna go, go big…the staycation package was all its cracked up to be and then some. Food was plenty & delicious, the management & staff were friendly and willing to serve, and the massage therapists understood the assignment 💥I didn’t give them 5-Stars b/c there was no valet service available (I think it was due to COVID 😩), and the rose petals could have been in a heart-shaped pattern (instead of randomly scattered on the bed). The image below is what I made with the petals that were given. That’s just my OCD kicking in. But, you’ll definitely enjoy your stay.
Me, my husband and our guests stayed at the viana the night of our wedding. Erin was great to work with, the food as well as the bartenders for our after party were amazing and everyone had so much fun! The Viana definitely helped make our special day that much more special! Could not recommend this place enough!
The Viana was so accommodating to my husband and I and our guests. We booked a wedding block with them back in 2019 for our 2020 wedding. When we had to postpone to 2021, Erin was so helpful with getting everything squared away. She was so responsive in the months and days leading up to the wedding too! The room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay at the Viana again and would recommend to anyone having a wedding close by!
We spent the day at the spa for my daughters upcoming wedding. Fabulous! Perfect way to relax with the girls. Kasey provided such excellent service in making all the arrangements. So responsive and accommodating. Super sweet as well. Hotel and spa are beautiful! Staff is very friendly We all had facials and massages. Massages were unbelievable. But the facials were to die for! Ally is AMAZING. She has such a firm but gentle touch. My skin still feels wonderful a whole week later. Thank you everyone!
Even though there wasnt many people there we had to wait for our room to be ready. We decided to have dinner at the restaurant there. The food presentation was great. Staff was curious. I ask for coffee with my desert the coffee was Luke warm when I got it so when I add creamer the coffee got cold. I ask for the coffee to be heated up and they forgot the coffee in the microwave. It was so hot i couldnt drink. But other wise ok stay. The room we got was also very noisy. You could hear the heating system all night. Hard to sleep. It eventually got better in the wee hours of the morning.
My experience at the Viana was overall very good! Erin was super helpful at organizing wedding room blocks, postnuptial breakfast, etc and the actual hotel is beautiful. The wedding weekend went off without a hitch other than a annoying lighting issue in our suite. Comfortable large hotel rooms and a nice staff - would definitely stay again!
Cute hotel, well located. We came for a wedding and to see family. Our room was nice, but the bed skirt was torn. The vanity had a large crack in it and the cold water barely flowed. We received no room service. To be fair, we didnt request it, because we got back to our room late from the wedding. The staff here are very helpful and accomodating. The food at the restaurant is good. Parking was easy and free. I guess I expected more for the amount we paid.
We used the Viana Hotel for our wedding block and rehearsal dinner 7/31 and the staff was amazing !!! Erin made the process of planning our rehearsal dinner so easy and the room was beautiful !!! Everyone felt so comfortable, enjoyed the delicious food and complimented me on how wonderful the staff was from the front desk to the bartenders. The staff was so warm and welcoming! The chef also made sure to accommodate a few gluten free meals for our guests which I really appreciated ! The rooms are spacious, clean & the bride and groom suites were awesome to get ready in! Huge thank you to Erin & staff for making our wedding weekend so smooth and special!! With love, the Argens
I would advise anyone that is looking to do a wedding block to NOT do it at the Viana. The booking process for my friends and family using our booking code was a nightmare. Our block was for Friday night, but we had many guests that wanted to stay Thursday and some friends from out of town that wanted to stay the full weekend. The Viana would only allow our code to be used for a Friday night reservation and a separate booking had to be made for additional nights. We had friends that had to switch rooms the morning of our wedding because they couldn’t make the two separate bookings be for the same room (Thurs-Sat).Erin is the social sales manager and the only person that deals with wedding room blocks. She would take weeks to respond to an email and was never available when I called to hotel. When I called the hotel weeks leading up to our wedding asking for how many rooms were booked in the block it was absolute chaos. I would be put on hold just for the same person to come back and start listing names of guests that I never heard of, not realizing she wasn’t looking at the correct block. I’m all for mistakes, but this happened 3 different times, the 3 different weeks I called. The 4th time I called for the final count of rooms and guests, the woman on the phone said she would email me a list of the block information, not sure why that couldn’t happen previously. The final straw was the night of my wedding. Because our venue was Westbury Manor, we were able to get a shuttle for our guests both to and from our venue (free if at least 8 rooms are booked in your block.) While I wasn’t there for the shuttle going to Westbury Manor, I didn’t hear of any issues, then again I’m not sure how many guests in our 25 room block used the shuttle. The shuttles at the end of the night were supposed to be running continuously to get all of my guests back to the hotel to continue the party in the hotel lobby bar. Our wedding ended at 12am and at the end of the night my husband and I said goodbye to guests, tipped our vendors, and got our bridal suite stuff together and then went out to catch a shuttle. By that time is was around 12:30pm. I walked outside of Westbury Manor and the first shuttle was only leaving to go back to the hotel with over 35 guests waiting outside (the shuttle was booked from 11:30pm to 1:30am). After waiting an additional 20 minutes (the hotel is 6 mins down the block….) my brother, brother-in-law, and 2 bridesmaids called separate Ubers to bring us back with all of our stuff to the hotel.Once at the hotel bar, the bartenders were extremely rude. They made last call at 1:30am (when the bar is supposed to close at 2am) and refused to serve any more drinks. The bar was PACKED at that time with not only my guests, but guests from another wedding block as well. Not only that but the few drinks that my friends did get they asked for Tito’s, but got well vodka and then charged for Tito’s until one of our groomsmen called them out on it.The next morning while check out was at 11am, my parents, a bridesmaid, and two groomsmen said they got a knock on their door from housekeeping at 10am asking if they were ready to check out.I can’t say it enough, stay far away from the Viana, it is a TRAINWRECK.
Was in town for my little brothers wedding. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile and in our room quickly. Clean spacious room was comfortable and had plenty of space to put our belongings away. The entire staff was gracious and attentive. Will definitely return if in the area again.
The Viana was clean, spacious and recently renovated and perfect for our guests after our wedding on May 21!!! Erin and Alicia were great to work with! We had some changes to our room block in the last few weeks leading up to our wedding, and they were very accommodating with our changes. They were able to lessen our room block from 15 to 10 with no issues. Our honeymoon suite had a beautiful tub with jets in it. The staff decorated the room with rose petals and left us a bottle of chilled champagne and chocolate covered strawberries upon arrival. The bed was comfortable and clean. Nice, easy ride from the Inn at New Hyde Park (our venue) – only about 10-15 minutes away. They offer spa packages as well, which we did not take advantage of, but thought that was a nice bonus. Would definitely go back!
We booked a room block at the Viana for our wedding reception which happened earlier this month. They were very helpful when we needed to add more rooms to the block as more guests planned to attend our event. They even upgraded us to a junior suite and decorated the room with rose petals and champagne on the night of our wedding reception. The Junior suite was really nice, it included a large jacuzzi bath, which was perfect to relax in pre-reception. Also, our family booked a private breakfast with them for the morning after our reception, which was nice, we had our own private room with a buffet. The game room and bar were really nice, we quite enjoyed the room with the pool table, we were there pretty late both nights of our stay (although, there were so many other weddings staying there on our big day so the bar was really packed on Saturday night which made it difficult to get drinks).A small issue I had was that there were times when the email responses were slow. It could have been due to the off-season, or COVID-related, but I live across the country so email was the easiest way to communicate for me. But I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the area, or if they needed a room block for a wedding.
My stay to the Viana Hotel while in attendance to a social extravagant event was excellent in that the hospitality services of the staff was exemplary, polite, warm and friendly. The staff was astute in communications as to anticipation of guest needs, provision of extra blanket overnight as the air conditioning was cold. The food at the hotel restaurant was scrumptious. The luxurious decor and architecture of the hotel also was aesthetically pleasant and comforting.I appreciated the manager adjusting the accomodation of my room after an online mixup.
First off, the staff at the front desk couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. They are pure gems. Secondly, the food was outstanding! We had a Friday evening wedding rehearsal dinner and a Sunday morning breakfast for guests. Both meals were delightful from the tastiness of the food to the friendliness and service from the waitstaff. Our rooms were clean, and the location of the rooms for our guests were distributed beautifully. I personally worked with Alicia leading up to the weekend, and she was helpful at every step-I felt so comfortable going into our stay with everything in place. I would not hesitate to book an event or a guest room at the Viana Hotel and Spa.
I booked a romantic stay at Viana Hotel & Spa to celebrate my husbands birthday. It was awesome!!! When we arrived, the room was decorated with rose petals, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The room I booked also had a deep soaking for two. The food was great, the spa services were great. The staff always checked in with us to ensure we were having the best time. I would definitely come back for sure!!
I dont even know where to begin. Our family and guests stayed here this past weekend to celebrate my sons wedding. From the start our guests felt like we were being treated as if our group were the only guests in the hotel - and that was far from the truth. They worked closely with my daughter-in-law to plan everything from room block to transportation to our guests needs - including adding a bed into one of our rooms when one of our wedding guests asked to stay the last minute - after we got back from the reception. Every conversation with them was courteous, helpful, and professional. And now to the rehearsal dinner. We had booked a restaurant in Bayville because of its proximity to the venue. What a disaster - one week before the manager made it clear he did not want to accommodate the menu and requested items in the contract and the chef was upset that he had to cook for a large party on Memorial Day weekend.I called the Viana and asked if they could accommodate a dinner for 30 people. When they heard the full story they bent over backwards to help us out and did an amazing job. The room was beautifully done and food and service was excellent. What a blessing in disguise my guests were happy and had a great time.I would recommend Viana Hotel and Spa 100% for a stay or an event. You cant go wrong.
We used the Viana for our wedding room block and they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish! They had some of the best rates in comparison to others and our guests got a discount at the spa if they chose to have a service! Erin was great to communicate with and the rooms were spacious and clean. Definitely recommend!
My wife and I used the Viana for rooms as part of our wedding block a few weeks ago. We had been connected with Alicia who helped us throughout the entire process. The Viana was extremely accomodating and all of our guests had a great experience. Alicia was very helpful from start to finish. She helped organize room blocks, shuttle times, gifts bags, breakfast, etc. She was very timely with all emails and phone calls and made the process very easy for us. She was professional and handled all of our needs along with the rest of the staff. We would definitely love to stay here again and recommend to anyone who might be interested to use for their wedding block or just stay for a night!
Less than ThrilledFor the money, we expected more. Not a 5-star experience. Basically a party/wedding hotel with maintenance issues. Chipped lamp, big bathtub with only lukewarm water, lights that didnt work, sagging mattress, and messy game room. Not a great location, in that there are no coffee shops or restaurants nearby. If you are looking for a quiet restful spa-like hotel this should not be your first choice. In addition, the $13.95 breakfast was overpriced and mediocre at best. On a final note, the staff was very good and very helpful.Read more
We had my daughters Sweet 16th Birthday at the Viana. Erin and Prisilla coordinated the event with professionalism. We have had family parties at the Viana in the past , but this was the best. Considering all of the changes and craziness due to Covid, the experience at the Viana was superb!!! Thank you for a very special and amazing party!!!!Mrs. Allen
From check in to check out Kassie and everyone was so pleasant. We stayed for a package so that we could see if we were going to use this hotel as our go to for our wedding night. We booked a block of rooms for our guests, it was so nice. The restaurant is small but the food is excellent! The massages were also excellent. We are now working with Erin for our wedding night and she is on point. She knows her job and proves she does it well. One less thing for us to worry about because they will have our back. Great place and they will see us more often since we found this little gem!
Viana Hotel and Spa is everything you would expect from a higher end hotel, at a budget friendly price. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well stocked, with all the amenities. Breakfast buffet is one of the best Ive seen, and room service is extremely affordable. The staff will ensure that your stay is perfect, and the check in and check out process couldnt be easier. If youre looking to refresh and recharge, Viana Hotel and Spa is the placeto go! Cant wait to come back and check out the spa!
I recently stayed at the Viana Hotel and Spa during my wedding weekend and it was a dream come true! Booking my hotel block with Erin was a breeze and all of the staff at the Viana were so accommodating and welcoming. Our room was beautiful and they took extra care to make sure that we felt special on our wedding night!
My Wife and I stayed at Viana Spa and Hotel this past weekend to celebrate a birthday. We had a couples massage booked early afternoon and we treated to a relaxing and much needed Swedish massage. our room was very clean and with comfortable and updated furnishings. The chocolate covered strawberries were out of this world. We also reserved dinner at Marco Polos - lets just say the food was delicious and drinks were generous. Every staff member was more than happy to go out of their way to greet us and assist with any questions we had. we plan on staying there again.
Hotel Block and Rehearsal Dinner: Erin, the coordinator is a sweetheart, we had a super complicated block with lots of foreigners and she made it HAPPEN. We chose the Viana because they had a shuttle and a spa with a salon for our out of town guests. We got married at Sea Cliff manor. Our rehearsal dinner was wonderful and the food was REALLY good (like way better than I was expecting). They also provided chargers and centerpieces, which I really appreciated. My husband and I got the bridal suite for free and they lined our floor with flower petals and gave us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries which we devoured the next morning because we were FAMISHED. All in all, I highly recommend.
I highly recommend the Viana Hotel and Spa! The event was my daughters wedding, many of our family and friends stayed overnight. Your staff was warm and welcoming, Erin the event planner was helpful and patient with a nervous mother of the bride, who wanted everything perfect for her daughters day. You gave us some normalcy, even with Covid restrictions. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel reminded me of European boutique hotel we stayed at in Italy. The bunch the next morning was the perfect finishing touch. I cant thank you enough, well be back!
This hotel is good. Got a great couples massage the food is great. The arrival was also great because valley parked the car for us.I was just upset because our food was being delivered to the room late and would be cold wen it arrived, good thing we had a microwave in our room. And the fact that they did not have Corona beer when its on the Menue. The cleaning room service employees were complaining about their jobs infront of us, I did not appreciate that. Lastly we got the wrong room because it was not what I wanted, the hotel was good at handling the problem and provided us a different room right away.Still its a great hotel& spa regardless of the small annoying incidences. We were celebrating our anniversary.
Positive: We liked that it is a very quiet hotel, no parties, excessively loud people or hanging out. It has 4 star qualities but needs updates before promoting this as a 4star hotel. Negative: The mattress is no good, made creaking sounds everytime we got in and out of the bed. It¿s time for new mattresses. We experienced this twice in different rooms at this hotel. The sheets appeared to not be clean, they gave new ones quickly.
My husband and I were visiting NY for baby shower. I found this hotel on Booking.com, well let me tell you about this hidden gem, tucked away in Westbury. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by their staff, very friendly and hospitable. We got our temperatures taken, then we were able to check in.The hotel is well maintained and clean. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My husband left his wedding ring on the counter in the bathroom when checking out, didnt realize it until the next day. I called the hotel described the ring to them and yes they had it. They mailed it to our home in Texas. Great customer service!I recommend the Viana and will book there again.
This is our absolute favorite hotel to stay on Long Island. Aside from the amazingly clean amenities, gorgeous rooms and delicious food ... we can not be happy enough at the WONDERFUL service - absolutely amazing people work here. My husband and I travel up and down the east coast often and this is one of the only hotels that we can honestly say has the loveliest, most accommodating, nicest staff ever.Manager Kasey is a GEM!!! She was so amazingly acclimating, so nice, so knowledgeable about the property, the restaurant menu, etc. she truly stands out in our never - ending steam of hotel managers that never seem to care. Kasey made it a POINT to care. She is absolutely phenomenal!I regret that I don’t have other staff members names but over the last few years they have all treated us better than any other hotel. Viana is truly a treat !Thank you Viana for being our home away from home. Your staff makes us feel so welcome and they truly are gems. Thank you !
Happy and no complaints! We came here for a couple’s massage for my fiancé’s birthday. The massage itself was very nice, the ladies knew what they were doing and were very good. The staff was very polite and accommodating, and we strongly appreciated the toast for my fiancé’s birthday post-massage! The hotel is not a luxury spa, so its the not the kind of place to expect luxury spa amenities, but it’s lovely for spoiling a loved one to a nice calming massage, just as we did. Happy with our experience and only have nice things to say. Thank you Viana! If you liked our review, check out our travel couple Instagram @andiamoadventure for other similar reviews related to the tri-state area!
Upon my arrival. My day was going very badly. Thanks to Kasey at the front desk. She saw my tears flowing. And made everything good again for me.She went over and beyond the call of duty for me.She was professional. And a very kind person! Proceeded to let me know if I needed anything. To let her know.Came in contact with her several times over my 2 night stay. She always had a smile and was willing and able to help me and answer my questions. The food was very good.Drinks way overpriced.Staff in restaurant very curtious.Alex was very good at what he does.Made me feel comfortable.Trip was going great until I went to pool and spa.Needs total gut in my opinion. No one was there.Tiny pool.No towels.2 chairs.Everything looked old and dirty.Im glad I hadnt ordered services before arriving.I would try the hotel again.Only because of the wonderful staff!!! Thank you Kasey! Found 495 just like you said I would!!!👍🤗
Mrs. Erin DeNicolaThe Viana HotelWestbury, NYDear Erin,It was a delight working with you and your team on the wedding room block and the Sunday morning brunch. Samara is a stickler for details and you did not disappoint. More importantly, you responded to every inquiry and question promptly and professionally. I will recommend without any reservation the hotel, its facilities and your wonderful teamThanks again for helping us cap off what was a wonderful weekend.Very truly yoursMark Sommer, DDSFather of the bride (for the last time)
Hotel was nice and the room was clean. We had ordered an extra romance package as it was my husband and Is first night as newlyweds. They did not have the room setup as asked/paid for. I called the front desk and they were very apologetic. They immediately brought up the items we asked requested (chocolate covered strawberries and champagne) and completed the turndown service the next day (rose petals on the bed and floor) while we were at breakfast. We were surprised to see another tray of strawberries and champagne on ice! It really made our stay so much nicer knowing they wanted to ensure the mistake was made up for and thats good customer service! Would stay here again!
I love this hotel ! Amazing stay and amazing service ! Kasey was very accommodating helping us book our room just to our liking. Very spacious rooms with comfy beds. I love how they have a chic restaurant / bar and good room service and jacuzzi and gym . Every morning they have a nice complimentary spread. Definitely highly recommended.
Very nice place, the staff were very professional and welcoming. Really enjoyed my stay with my 5 years old son. Will definitely come back again. I did feel safe and nothing to worry about during this pandemic time. The gentleman staff was super nice to my son during checking. Everything was fast and easy.
From the start, viana hotel has been amazing!! We booked a hotel block for our wedding. Supposed to be oct 2020 but moved to may 2021 and they were able to accommodate us! I worked directly with Erin, and she was amazing! Answered my emails immediately and kept sending me an updated list of guests who booked their rooms! I dropped hotel bags off the week of the wedding, and everyone who helps me was amazing. My husband got ready at the hotel for the wedding morning, and had nothing but great things to say. And we stayed there together the night of our wedding in the kitchen suite, and it was great! Highly recommend Viana Hotel!!!!
We have been going here for years using their packages to celebrate our anniversary. This past time we went things were a little different and there were some disappointments but the hotel was beyond responsive. They contacted us and invited us to come back on them to make it right. This is the kind of place you want to do business with. Theyre usually fantastic but if there is any issue they make it right. Couldnt ask for more. Will be a continued customer.
The hotel was decent but certainly not 4 star. One member of the staff kept approaching guests telling them to remove their masks which was so awkward and intimidating. The rooms were dusty and the bathrooms not very clean even though I had to wait 40 min to check in. There is no roomservice during the day which was also frustrating
Where do I start My siblings and I buy gave my mother a surprise 70th birthday at this hotel ! The space was amazing the staff and was service was great the food was amazing they met my every need ! Erin was very hands-on with the whole planning and very patient!Katena
I was there yesterday for a wedding and the room was lovely! I had such a great rest that I had to ask where they got their mattresses from! The front staff was very friendly! Even with masks on, I could still see smiling faces which was very pleasant to see after a 7 hour drive! Bar staff was awesome, charming, and attentive!
The Spajama package was everything we needed for a quick girls getaway. Service was great from the front desk, spa and Marco Polo. Alex took care of us each night for dinner. Only thing that was missing was a nice heated roof top pool. They do have a smaller one in the spa for a more private setting. Felt safe, everything was clean and the spot is pretty chic. The bed was heavenly.
It was good and did not have a great experience as the reviews suggested, perhaps because I have been to better hotels. Beddings were good, I like the Keurig coffee pot a lot, the food from the restaurant was delicious and the magnifying mirror in the bathroom was a nice addition. However, the curtains in the room was UGLY and drab looking with old fashioned decorations in the room, didn’t feel luxurious like a hotel at all. There were stains on the carpet and headboard, I complained and was promptly moved. I believe this spoiled the whole experience for me from the start and those curtains. The guy that moved me to a different room was very nice and professional.
We had a block of rooms reserved for a family wedding, a private party at the bar, and a brunch the morning after the wedding and absolutely everything went perfectly. I have to give most of the credit to Erin DiNicola who patiently and pleasantly helped us through all 3 things. The private party and the brunch were fabulous - delicious food, great drinks, and helpful and courteous staff - and all of it was arranged by Erin and she ran it flawlessly. Id also like to acknowledge Kasey who was so patient with the welcome bag distribution and so helpful getting everyone checked in early enough to catch the shuttle to the church. Every problem we worried about - such as the time limit between check-in and shuttle departure - never materialized because Kasey and Erin were so helpful. The Viana was a perfect location for all the out of town guests because the after party and brunch could be held right there which simplified everything. The Vianas proximity to the church and venue were a big plus too. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel or venue for a special event. Make sure you ask for Erin and Kasey because they will treat your event as if it is their own and make sure everything is a success. Well done!
4 star hotel?? This place is far from 4 stars! I left early because of the horrible conditions! The rooms & hallways smell moldy. The shower leaks. The toilet runs. The walls are incredibly paper thin and No one came to clean the room despite me leaving the notification. There are no views of anything other than the highway and the parking lot of a factory, which the workers are up at 5:00 am making all kinds of noise so sleeping in is out.The spa is a joke! When someone actually is there the don’t do anything other than natural nails. The bathtub of a jacuzzi and lap “pool” were ridiculous. No one was available to do a massage. The restaurant was ok . I had breakfast.. the chef was professional and the server was friendly. As a matter of fact that was the only thing nice about this place was the friendliest of the staff. This is not a destination nor a R&R type place at all. If you have family that’s in town and needs a place to stay perfect other than that don’t expect much.
The staff was awesome especially the ladies at the front desk.Very professional. The atmosphere was pleasant and clear. The massage was a 10!,Dinner was satisfying and very tasty. Especially the lobster ravioli, The lamb chops were...yaaaas! The room was the best! Thank you Kasey for all you did...because of you and your positive vibes ill be back...If anyone decides to come here you will not be disappointed
We had a family wedding nearby and I had my entire family stay at the Hotel for the weekend. We also held the wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner at the Hotel along with breakfast and lunch. None of my family members had any complaints, only praises for their stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent as well. I thought the cost was of good value and I wouldnt hesitate returning.
I live in New York and have never heard of this hotel. My fiancé and I were looking to get away for just one night and this place we just what we needed. We checked in with Erin at the front desk and she was so helpful. We told her we were taking a break from planning our wedding and she gave us a nice quite room for us to relax. She was very helpful. The food was great at the hotel is great as well. This is a perfect get away and not too expensive. Loved my experience here and cant wait to go back.
We chose to use Viana for ourselves and guests for our wedding, and let me tell you It was the best decision ! From start to finish Erin took care of us with booking our event, blocking off rooms, accommodating us through the pandemic etc. her communication was excellent and if she wasn’t available there was always someone so kind to help answer our questions !! On top of it all the rooms were gorgeous and I felt so safe the whole time! We were even able to bring our dog which made it so easy on us! I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of the Viana ! We can’t wait to stay with you on our 1 year anniversary!! Thank you guys so much !
Very beautiful. But for the price I was expecting more. Like better decor not so cheap. Bigger television, bigger jacuzzi, soap and conditioner bottles in room were broken, hardly any good channels on tv, breakfast and dinner was not even the slightest taste of good. Only good was the bath towels actually smelled clean and the shower was big for two people. The rose petals and the cheap champagne tasted alright. The bed was squeaky. Just not worth the money very disappointed. But decent enough for a short little get away. Will not be coming back though.
We came to celebrate my son’s 2nd birthday. From check in to check out, everything was wonderful. Destiny went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and made us feel welcome. The food from the Marco Polo lounge was also delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return.
Being able to sit down inside a restaurant is very rare nowadays. Sitting down to eat at a decent one is even more rare. The restaurant inside the hotel is a hidden gem. The food is amazing and so is the wait staff. Everything we had was delicious and Id drive an hour just to eat there again. The hotel was pleasant and welcoming. Nice interior and the room we stayed in was bright , spacious and very clean. The lovely lady at the front desk was very informative in a kind way on the health regulations while in common areas.Great getaway spot and looking forward to a return stay and scheduling time at the spa.
This was my first time coming here and it was beyond perfect, they have such great staff everyone is so friendly and they made my stay feel great and comfortable. I went here and Alicia who’s the manager was a major sweetheart she helped me set up a special evening where I proposed to my girlfriend who’s how my fiancé I totally recommend anyone else to stay here it will be your best decision it makes any other hotel look like nothing.. the beds are so comfortable the hot tubs are relaxing I am most definitely coming back again soon !
Very lovely place. The spa was awesome. Having my first massage here, had made me believed, this is the only place I can get a very high quality professional massage. Hotel was great. Great customer service. The food is delicate and delicious. If you are looking for a couple relaxation or an individual, try this place Im sure you wont be disappointed. FYI. It was a surprise visit planned by my wife. She did not regret it, and she was glad I loved (not like) it.
Well yet again I had a flawless stay! I stayed two days last week and was extremely happy and figured I’d give it another try. Again, the staff was extremely nice and the food was incredible. Alicia checked me in and again I felt really welcome by how personable she was....she had even remembered me from my last stay! The room was very clean and spacious, and I loved the the hair/body wash products. I can’t wait to try their salon when it opens and am definitely making this hotel my first choice from now on! Thanks Viana for another great experience- I will definitely be recommending you :)
I had a birthday getaway for myself and it was great. The spa treatments was amazing. I had a facial and a body scrub. I stayed in two different rooms. My favorite room is the one with the hydro jacuzzi in it. The staff there is friendly and helpful. I only wish breakfast was included for the prices I pay for these rooms but hey. Uber eats worked.
I stayed here for a couple months during the pandemic and LOVED it. The staff are one of a kind and made me feel incredibly welcome. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Rooms were always clean, the breakfast is great, and the pool/hot tub/sauna/steam room & gym are nice. I absolutely loved my stay here and next time I come to NYC I will definitely be staying here! :)
Lovely hotel, felt very clean and safe even during Covid times. Ali and Kasey at the front desk were super helpful, they made it such a special evening, their service was exceptional, and nothing felt like too much trouble for them. Overall a really great stay, and wouldnt hesitate to book again!
We decided to stay there to have a night away from all this pandemic craziness, and just relax. It was fantastic. Parking was easy and quick. The staff at front desk were fabulous, attentive and so nice. We were greeted in our room w rose petals and chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. ( My girlfriend and I were blown away with the detail and thoughtfulness of the staff ) The Hotel is so clean ,and beautiful. Anything we needed was available for room service and brought right away. There is also a gym and a full spa, and a little store as well on site if you forgot anything.. There were robes available in closet, as we lounged eating our strawberries and drinking our champagne. As we made dinner reservations at Marco Polo, a nice employee greeted us and offered us 2 complimentary drinks at bar. Thankyou Takir! We felt like royalty. We went for a bathe in the pool before having a delicious dinner at the restaurant. The beds were very comfortable and room was clean and really big. (Also many available channels on tv w cable) After a good nights sleep there was a complimentary continental breakfast in lobby waiting. We asked for a late checkout and were obliged with a smile and an ofcourse! We did not want to come home. Everything you need or want is right there on site. We will be staying there again, it is the most peace we have gotten in the last year, and the price is unbeatable with the service and accommodations. Lastly thankyou Kasey for asking about our experience upon checkout, and making sure we were happy with the service, food and hotel. She was so very professional and all smiles. I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant to everyone, no matter the length of your stay. We cant wait to come back! Next time we will get a spa service as well.
We needed a dog friendly hotel on long island. The Via a hotel was close and available. We had a great experience. Hotel staff on arrival was so friendly and nice, and very happy to greet their furry guests. They out us in the PH. The room was nice. I wouldnt quite say this was a luxury hotel, but room was nice and clean, and perfect for out overnight stay!!! This hotel has everything nearby. Room service ends at 10pm, but Dominos delivers to the room. Bed wasnt really great, but I eventually fell asleep. We had a blast.
Visited for our 5 year anniversary. And boy are we happy we chose this place! The staff is beyond amazing! The massages were wonderful. The rooms where clean and quite. The Resturant was delicious and wait staff was so helpful. Can’t say enough good things! This will definitely be our mini vaca spot from now on! If your thinking of booking, Don’t think and just do it!
I wanted to kickoff my birthday with relaxation and reset; booked an overnight stay and it was everything and more. Firstly, the staff is exceptional and Kasey (manager) is elite with her customer service/care. She took care of my requests and made certain that my experience was exceptional. Im booking another stay soon. Thank you!
Weve stayed here a few times now, but never during the Covid-19 era. The hotel has a very good pandemic protocol, including measuring your body temp before you can check in. Our room was very nice (as usual) with great linens. Complimentary grab and go breakfast is as good as it needs to be while keeping safe. Front desk staff are excellent! Always complimentary bottled water is VERY much appreciated.
The Viana was perfect for our wedding at Crest Hollow Country Club. Service excellent, intimate/cozy hotel, and our room - the kitchenette suite - was great. The best part was the Makeup Artist, Erica Jansen, who is located downstairs in the Spa. Here is my review for her:If you’re looking for the BEST of the BEST for wedding/event makeup, look no further than Erika. I was planning my wedding remotely, living in Florida with my venue on Long Island. Covid mixed with the difficulties of not knowing the area made planning extra difficult. After hours upon hours of searching online (Google, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) for a makeup artist for my wedding, I decided to reach out to the hotel we booked in Woodbury, New York (The Viana Hotel and Spa) for a referral. They put me in touch with Ericka and for this I’m so lucky. The second I spoke to her and looked at her work online, I had a strong feeling that she was my girl. I could tell that she immediately got me and my vision. Little did I know at this early point that not only would Erica turn out to be the #1 most helpful person planning my wedding, make me look more beautiful than ever before, but that she would turn into a lifelong friend.Hiring Erica was EVERYTHING and more than I could ever have imagined. I couldn’t believe when she told me that she coincidentally worked out of both Long Island and Delray Beach, Florida - so close to where I live - and offered to fly here to do my makeup trial since I wasn’t going to be in New York prior to my wedding. It was truly meant to be. When we met, we hit it off, and as expected, she captured my vision to the T. I was so excited that I found such a talented artist for my big day. Even more incredible was that for the next 8 months she held my hand with my wedding planning…suggesting local vendors, making phone calls to her local contacts when I was in need of certain wedding planning things (rehearsal dinner venues, limo companies, etc.) and was always 150% right there when I had a question about the area, logistics, etc. She was so incredibly thoughtful and always went above, beyond and seriously out of her way to help me, purely out of the graciousness of her heart. She truly was my lifeline in planning my out of state wedding and I will be forever grateful. On my wedding weekend, she made everything perfect. She made me look so beautiful for my rehearsal dinner and just like in our trial, on my wedding day, she captured my vision perfectly. It wasn’t an easy feat as I was looking for a done up yet natural, soft, classy look - but Erica handles everything with ease and there’s nothing too difficult for such a talented artist. My husband loves me without makeup so he was worried that I’d look too done up and over the top but he loved my makeup just as much as I did! My makeup stayed on ALL night and I received compliments from EVERYONE! (I’ve even received private messages asking me for my makeup artist’s phone number after they’ve seen photos from my wedding!) She made my bridesmaids look so beautiful as well.Erica is a true rare gem and by far the most talented makeup artist in the New York City/Long Island/South Florida area. On top this, she’s an incredible listener, planner, implementer and such an amazing person. If you’re able to book her as your makeup artist for your wedding or event, consider yourself extremely lucky. You will absolutely be blown away.Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything, Erica. You deserve 1 Trillion Stars!!!
It was 2:00AM. Both me and my wife were tired. We ordered a room and get a card as the key of room. But that card did not work when we tried to open the door, which makes me and my wife stressful.Compare to other 4-star hotel, its infrastructure and service are not good enough. It looks like a 3-star hotel with 4-star hotels expense.
This was an amazing experience! The room, food, accommodations and overall environment was excellent. Thank you to Kasey who followed up with me throughout my stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend! Will definitely be booking another staycation!
My husband sent me on an overnight spa getaway at Viana. The spa services were absolutely amazing. The room was incredible & so was the food. I had the best night ever! I highly recommend this place for a wonderful escape from our crazy lives. Mom’s this place is worth every penny!!!
We were welcomed by Kasey and that was the start of the excellent time we had last weekend. We loved it so much that we took a block of rooms for us and the guests at our wedding. We had dinner there and it was EXCELLENT. The staff was so friendly! Cannot wait for our guests to stay there with us.
My girlfriend’s surprised me on my birthday which was May5th. She planned a huge birthday party and she told me she has been planning it for a while now. I couldn’t imagine what she did and I can’t believe how it came out. It was so nice it was unbelievable I really appreciated the help of the manager Alicia for helping my girlfriend she told me that she has been stressing and without Alicia she wouldn’t have been able to make it all happen. So I truly want to suggest this hotel to everyone and I want to thank all the staff and Alicia for everything. This party was incredible I won’t ever forget it.
Went to celebrate my anniversary with the misses for a quick getaway and some relaxation. Enjoyed the couples massage with the addition of hot rocks and aromatherapy for an additional 30 bucks was well worth it though when we initially booked it was not presented with the full compliment of options offered. The included breakfast buffet was decent but there is an additional charge for omelettes if thats your thing. We only ate dinner one night at Marco Polo and the food again was decent. The staff overall was very accommodating and friendly. We did not have the opportunity to enjoy the sauna but for a quick local retreat we a return visit is likely. 3.5 to 4 ⭐ as our first trip was good not exceptional however worth the money spent.
I had came to this hotel twice and both visits were so pleasant. I am so so satisfied with everything. I do visit a lot of hotels and to be honest I have never returned to one twice. Only at VIANA hotel and spa did I want to come back. I surprised my boyfriend twice once for Valentine’s Day and it was so magical. The room was so romantic and was decorated with rose pedals, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. The tub was stunning. We changed into our robes and headed down stairs to the spa where we got relaxing couple massages. Later that night we got dressed up after enjoying the tub in the room and went to dinner, it was again downstairs and to be honest the food was so different but soo good. It was a mixture of Italian and Asian which was a plus for the both of us. If anyone wants to see any pictures you can visit my Instagram @harkkaa . Trust me the first time was so magical but the second time was just a few days ago on May 5th where the beautiful Alicia which is the manager at the hotel had helped me plan the biggest and the most craziest 25th surprise birthday party for my boyfriend and tbh after the pandemic and everything it was just amazing that she made it happen. She truly made us all feel so safe and just so happy in one spot and it was everything I had ever imagined. The staff are the MOST RESPECTFUL and the most positive people ever. Alicia went out of her way to make this party so perfect for my boyfriend and she even made him cute menus with his name and she took a picture of me walking him outside while he was blindfolded. ugh everything was just amazing. Alicia not only made this birthday party so special but she makes every visit to the VIANA hotel and spa so pleasant. She then surprised me to be honest haha with the biggest suit after my boyfriend’s birthday party was over and she ALSO DECORATED IT!!! I can’t thank her enough!! If anyone is planning a surprise romantic getaway where you can have a relaxing time in a beautiful room and get massages and then dinner I TOTALLY SUGGEST this hotel and I totally SUGGEST ThiS hotel for parties. Just ask for Alicia and she will take care of you....I know it.
Just returned from an overnight stay at the Viana Hotel and Spa. We stayed in one of the hydrotherapy rooms. Room was clean and comfortable. The 2 person jacuzzi really made the stay special. Ali and the rest of the staff were professional and accommodating from check in to check out. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
The staff were friendly and efficient from the very beginning. I had messed up my dates when making an online reservation and they quickly cleared it up when I called. When I arrived, check in went smoothly and quickly. The room was very clean. I ordered room service for one of my meals and the person taking my order was great and able to answer my questions regarding my allergies. The food arrived in good time and was hot and delicious. Checkout was very very easy. I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel it’s self was clean and sanitized and beautiful. It was very comfortable to sleep. The staff outdid themselves Casey and Ally were phenomenal customer service professionals and I’ve worked in customer service for most of my life. It is not an easy thing to find a place where everyone you deal with from restaurant to front desk is professional and over the top accommodating. The rooms are beautiful the hallways are gorgeous with their Crystal chandeliers my daughter and I came for a much-needed staycation and the massage and reiki was phenomenal and just what we needed. The only negative I found personally which is just my personal food taste I wasn’t in love with the food for lunch or dinner the breakfast buffet was amazing. If you need some time away in this horrible Covid life Viana spa and Hotel is the place to go without actually going somewhere with this mandatory quarantine if you leave the state. Everyone is going through stressful periods and this is the exact place to go to relax rejuvenate and start over. We are still at the hotel and my daughter just booked a valentine package with her fiancé. That’s how amazing this family owned hotels. Can’t wait to come back in a few months when I need some Zen again in this day and age.
The Vienna Spa & Hotel is by far the best hotel I’ve ever been in. It was absolutely perfect. The staff was so friendly professional & very accommodating. The jacuzzi in the Spa was out of order the weekend I went but when I expressed my disappointment, they were kind enough to offer an upgrade from the room we had to a suite with a private jacuzzi inside. This place is pricey but I promise you’ll get your moneys worth. I will definitely be coming back!!! Beyond satisfied!
One of the best hotels Ive been to. Cozy and clean room, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff are very accommodating. Best weekend stay for business, a nice get away from your regular routine or if you want to spend a nice romantic evening with your loved one. You wont regret booking at this hotel.
Beautiful hotel with access to a lot of great places. Its clear this was designed for weddings (there are many banquet halls in the surrounding area) but this place has the benefit of having a spa. There is also what appears to be a nice restaurant that was able to offer makeshift outdoor dining(is it possible to get a full-time outdoor patio or sunroom? I think it would be amazing). The hallways are beautiful with very tasteful modern art. The colors are rich and make you feel elegant. I would definitely return!
I had a 2 day staycation at this hotel and everything was amazing! Alicia at the front desk is everything. You can literally feel her smile through her mask. She was so helpful and kind. Had a great massage with Sherri as well. The entire staff awesome. Thanks for making my stay special.
I can not say enough great things about the viana. When covid came this year I had to figure out where to do my friends 30th birthday. It had to be extra special since we were supposed to go away but couldn’t. A friend recommended the Viana Hotel. I called them and everyone was super helpful in planning it. There staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfect. My friend loved the food and the room decor. Priscilla was there helping before and during the party we couldn’t have done it without her. We decided to stay the night with our friends as well. Each of the rooms were near each other which was great. All of my guests raved how nice and clean the hotel felt. The next morning we had breakfast with you and the food was top notch again. One of my friends texted me to rave how nice the hotel was and that they felt safe even during these times. I will definitely be recommending the Viana to my friends and family! Thank you to your staff for making it an amazing weekend.
So it’s clear by looking at other reviews that if you add on the bells and whistles (spa/champagne packages etc), you’re taken care of at Viviana. The rest of us, however, not so much lol my friends and I booked what we thought were two rooms, for 4 people, conjoined, to celebrate a friends birthday for the night. We checked in and realized that wasn’t the case. So read room descriptions carefully. The room we had was okay. Our bathroom door didn’t lock but considering we were only staying a night we didn’t bother speaking to staff. Our window didn’t seem to open and the phone in the room also didn’t seem to work. We also learned that the only available ice machine was on the top floor despite there being a designated Ice room on our floor - I’ll chalk that up to COVID as well. It was decent for the night but unfortunately the room mix up left us with smaller space than we hoped for but we did our best and enjoyed our stay. The Viviana requires temperature checks as part of check in and requires face masks as well.
Couples Massage on my husband’s birthday at the “spa” was the worst EVER! First of all… there was NO Air conditioning on a 90 degree humid New York day. We asked for air conditioning and one of the masseuses went to speak with the manager, but nothing happened. No robes or amenities (like water) were provided. Sticky floors and dirty linens. His bed squeaked the whole time, and the masseuses kept talking to each other about these terrible conditions
I reached out to Viana Hotel and Spa about 2 months ago and worked with Kasey and Christina on our reservations for 6 for the Spajama Package. The day of our reservations we were told that there was a mixup with the room but that we would have 1 king bed and a rollaway bed instead of 2 queen beds. As soon as I sat on the rollaway bed, it dropped to the floor even though Im only 140 lbs. Luckily, David was passing by at the same time and he not only secured the bed back for us but he got us chocolate covered strawberries to make up for the mishap. Long story short, if they messed up - they made up for it and consistently took care of us - from check- in to check-out, this hotel was perfect for a Bachelorette getaway ❤
I had a great experience reserving a block of rooms at the Viana for my April 2019 wedding at a nearby venue. I worked closely with Erin and she handled all of my questions and concerns with ease. She helped me plan the morning after brunch at the hotel, managed my room block when I needed to increase its size, and arranged transportation for my guests to the wedding. I got ready for my wedding in a suite and stayed there the night of the wedding with my husband. Its definitely the best hotel in the area and I recommend it to other couples who are looking for a place to recommend to their wedding guests.
My wife and I did our wedding block and rehearsal dinner at the Viana a year ago, so we decided to come back for our 1 year anniversary. The service at this boutique hotel is all around stellar. Erin, the Social Sales Manager, treats you like family, if family were also royalty. The personalization of every aspect- from the front desk, to the restaurant wait staff, to the spa, is just exceptional. We will be back every year for our anniversary because they truly make us feel special there. Two must-dos at this hotel: 1) order the egg roll sampler at the restaurant, 2) book an appointment at the spa- our couples massage was the perfect icing on the cake for our anniversary. Thank you, Viana staff, for making our 1 year anniversary just as special as our wedding weekend!
Great hotel, and great customer service. Kaci reached out to me personally regarding an issue we had and was able to resolve, which I appreciate greatly! The cook who makes the breakfast omelets is Amazing, along with all the staff in the restaurant! Great for a nice couples getaway! Thank you!
This is a cozy and beautiful hotel. It is probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. The room was clean and inviting. the lobby was so elegant and comfortable. The breakfast bar was organized and delicious. I didnt use the recreation room, but it was definitely nice. I did use the fitness room. It was well stocked with amenities. The employees are all friendly and accommodating. One of the front desk agent helped me, when I was having trouble printing my boarding pass. I will definitely recommend this hotel, and when I am in N.Y. again, this will be the hotel of my choice. You deserve excellent!!!!
My stay was so amazing. Erin helped me every way possible. I had to book the hotel 2 weeks before my wedding with so many changes, I looked 5 rooms and a suite as well as an after party. I needed a handicapped room close to another double room. Erin made it all happen. My husband and I had a suite, we came back to the room after our after party with rose pedals everywhere, and a bottle of champagne waiting. He actually said lets do a staycation here every few months (its 15 minutes from our house LOL)!!! Thank you everyone at Hotel Viana!!!
A very nice place!Very friendly staff and helpful people. There was a little problem with our reservation and they fixed it soon.Very nice and clean rooms. The breakfast was wonderful with a nice chef making delicious omelettes from fresh ingredients. We had a great time over there!
We booked a room at Viana Hotel & Spa last minute. We were tired and a bit grouchy from a grueling day of dealing with car issues. Ashley and Jared made the checkin process quick and painless. Jared was gracious enough to upgrade us to a beautiful penthouse suite. The hotel lobby is lavishly decorated and inviting. If you are Covid conscious, havd no fear, they are equipped with the state of the art medical equipment to check each guests temperature. The penthouse was absoutely stunning and spacious. We slept comfortably and awoke to great continental breskfast. We will definitely book a longer stay in the near future, so we may enjoy all the amenities that Viana Hotel & Spa has to offer. The entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They made a terrible day have a awesome ending!
Hotel is very clean with nice modern decor. Staff is very nice and helpful. My only comment would be its location. We had room on the top floor and room was facing warehouses ect. So view was not that great. Otherwise I would definetly recommend this place for your stay.
4.5 is a lie! I have stayed at a plethora of hotels rated a 4.5 and this is not THAT. the lobby and restaurant are the best things I can mention about this hotel. The room was so dated that I didnt even feel comfortable with taking my items out of the suitcase so I basically lived out if it for 2 days. I swear that was mold on the ceiling, the carpet was filthy, the headboard was nasty, the bathroom tub leaked the entire stay. The only positive I have is that I didnt get bit by bed bugs!!! Do not fall for this fake 4.5. Its maybe a 2.5 and thats just because the staff were super welcoming and friendly.
I stayed here while on assignment for the hospital and I can’t speak highly enough for this hotel!!The rooms are clean and comfortable. They leave plenty of towels and toiletries, if you need more, they’re quick to bring you anything you ask for! The staff are exceptional!! Everyone is very thoughtful and accommodating! I, honestly, wanted to stay longer! I would definitely recommend staying here!
The Viana Hotel and Spa is a hidden gem. The hotel is gorgeous with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, lots of pillows and beautiful decor. The staff members are professional and very attentive. They will go above and beyond to assure your stay is most comfortable. The spa is second to none from the quiet room to the treatment room. The Marco Polo restaurant sets the ambiance for an elegant dining experience. The food is delicious and the servers are gracious and attentive. I look forward to returning in the near future.
My husband and I love Viana Hotel it’s a mini getaway for us. We have stayed here twice definitely is our a mini getaway spot. The staff is very nice and professional. Due to covid 19 everything is very clean and the staff takes extra precautions to make sure everything is up to date. The only thing that was different this time is right now I guess due to covid no room service next time hope there will be room service! Overall, our stay was wonderful and definitely coming back this year!!
The hotel was nice. The room was upscale and very nice all around. My problems were with the fitness center, which was very cramped and had a large treadmill that didnt work, but didnt have a sign saying it was broken. There were also no towels.I also had trouble with a party across the hall on a Wednesday night around midnight. I had to call the desk twice for them to break it up, and then deal with a ton of noise in the hallway, including the hotel worker loudly apologizing for the inconvenience - to them.A nice room isnt worth much if you cant sleep.
My stay at the Viana was an incredible experience. Having to stay there for long term on an assignment, the staff truly made it feel like home. Everybody was so lovely, caring and professional. The rooms were super clean and absolutely comfortable. Thank you for making Viana a home away from home for all of us healthcare workers during such a trying time.
I stayed at The Viana for 8 weeks and I would not ever stay anywhere else if I am in the area. They worked hard to meet every need and did so with a smile every time! The rooms were clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. I highly recommend staying here if you ever visit the area!
This used to be a very nice hotel. I don’t know what happened! My husband and me used to come here and get couple massages. That was nice🙂But something has changed they must be running a special or something!! It’s like the GETTOup in here! I thought this was UPSCALE HOTEL? I checked in to get some rest due to no rest because no electricity, no a/c. This place is not peaceful!! Hopefully my electricity is working soon if not I may even change. This place rated 4.5?. I’m pretty sure there are multiple people to 1 room trash on the floors. It’s definitely not like a SPA HOTEL. Like it used to be.
Huge wedding party was staying at the hotel. We partied at the hotel bar and game room until 5am. We were so well taken care of. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Room was nice and clean. Got a trim and blowout before the wedding at the spa. 2 birds one stone! Complimentary coffee, flavored water and hot apple cider at checkout. Would definitely go again
Our stay was great. The massage at the spa was very relaxing, but the locker room is a bit small and uncomfortable. The waiting room was also small. There were multiple people waiting and with just 4 people, there was no where to sit. The rooms are nice, HBO was the only channel I wanted to watch and also the only channel that didnt work. Lol. But with all that said, the staff was so pleasant and accommodating that none of the negative stuff mattered. My wife and I had a great stay regardless.
I would really like Viana if I was going for a romantic get away with a significant other. I came to the hotel as a single mom with two kids, not my best decision. The hotel was lively with three weddings and a full spa, whose customers thought the small pool, hot tub area is their personal recreational facility, ( a couple was distraught by the presence of my two kids in the pool. She couldnt go topless, he was wearing boxers 😁😁😁😁).None the less the kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.We all found the hotel to be pretty.I must mention the very friendly staff and the wonderful Joe, who was all smiles while he unloaded the car with me. Thanks Joe for being so nice to the kids and I.The house keeping staff is super!!! I was impressed with the fact that they folded my kids pajamas and washed a couple of things that were in the sink. Its the little things that count in hospitality.AlsoHaving a refrigerator and a microwave is a major plus. The room is spacious with comfortable mattresses. I would investment in a comforter cause that would make the the stay extra cozy. The blanket inside the two sheets kept getting tangled all night long.I was surprised how quiet the room was considering the amount of guests and parties.Over all I would recommend Viana to couples, for a family weekend I would choose a different location.PS the Valet parking rocks!!!!
Wow!!!!!!! By far the best hotel on Long Island!!!!! The clenliness is top level!! I was there last week and just stayed another few days this week!!!!! I had such an incredible experience!! The amenties are so amazing and sets them apart from the rest!!!The employees are so nice! The managers care so much and go above and beyond to offer the best experience. Alicia at the front desk was so nice and you can tell how much she cares about the guests. Her personality is so vibrant and exciting. She is such a Rock Star!!! Also Erin at the front desk was so nice and always Made sure we were having a great experience!!!! The rooms were clean and during these crazy times you can see how they are taking every saftey precaution to really ensure the guests have an awesome time!!! Thank you so much!!! Definitely coming back soon!!! I am a regular now haha!! I highly recommend this hotel!! They have it all!!!
Beautiful hotel with comfy beds and nice bathroom. The bed we had was very soft and gave us a refreshing sleep. The bathroom was also very nice and roomy. The walk-in shower had good water pressure and hot water. The included breakfast was not very good (runny eggs, soft bacon). The gym is pretty small in size as well. I passed by the jacuzzi and spa but did not enter so I cant really speak for that. I would recommend this place solely for the nice room especially for a couple.
My fiancé and I came to the Viana to get away for the night. Yes i know during Covid but we needed to get out of the apartment.Once we arrived one of the workers greeted us and checked us in right away. Check in was very quick and easy. The workers were very pleasant and made sure if we needed anything we just need to ask. Any worker or guest I saw wore a mask and they had hand sanitizer stations everywhere which is great. I walked back down cause I forgot a wine cork. They had one of the plastic ones that we got to keep.(great for during Covid)Honestly if you are looking for a great hotel for a staycation I would recommend this place for sure.

2022-06-15For our daughters wedding, our guests stayed at the Viana. We held our daughters wedding-after-party at the Viana and had a fabulously, fresh breakfast the following morning. We worked with Erin to help plan the many details that were needed. She was extremely responsive to our emails and able to add her experience to the many questions we had to make the evening run smoothly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bartenders were great-friendly and accommodating. All of our guests were very happy!

2022-01-24I just had my room block here for my wedding last weekend and everything was perfect from beginning to end. Erin was so sweet and made the process so easy. I had to add on additional rooms after my first block was filled and there was no problem at all. The night of the wedding, the shuttle transported people back and forth in a timely and safe manner. We even had a little after party at the bar and everyone was so kind and friendly. All our guests said the rooms were nice and clean and we enjoyed our honeymoon suite--they decorated with rose petals and had a bottle of champagne on ice with us and chocolate covered strawberries! I wouldnt have changed a single thing :) thank you Erin and team!

2022-02-26The front desk staff was amazing and hospitality was on point. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We needed more blankets and they accommodated our request without hesitation. Hotel in need of minor aesthetic improvements however only noticeable if you are a designer. The location is great close to the mall and eateries. Overall good experience and will return.

2022-05-16Erin and her team were amazing!!! I dealt with Erin for the entire time leading up to the wedding, and she made the experience so easy! I treated some of my family to massages the day before and everyone felt SO relaxed and energized after them! They even took me in for a last-minute appointment to get my eyebrows waxed because I forgot to do it prior! We had our rehearsal dinner there the night before, and all of the food was SPECTACULAR!! We had 40-50 guests from out of state stay at the hotel in our room block and they made sure to accommodate everybody. We had personalized guest bags that we asked them to hand out to each guest and Tiffani at the front desk made sure that we had every single thing that we needed. We even came back to the hotel bar after the wedding and had a spread of food for our guests that was amazing!

2022-01-13The hotel is located in a great location in Long Island. There arent many restaurants or stores nearby but it is close to the highway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-organized. The staff was responsive and friendly. They also were vigilant about requesting that guests wear masks in all public places. Plenty of parking and safe area. I would stay here again!

2022-04-11My wedding was this past weekend and the Viana was one of the best parts of it. We had a room block at the hotel for our guests and I stayed in a suite the night before the wedding with my bridesmaids. We had our ceremony in the ballroom before going to our reception venue for the party, then brunch the morning after our wedding. Choosing the Viana for these aspects of the wedding was the best decision. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we had so much fun having a slumber party then getting ready in the suite. The set up for the ceremony was beautiful. Everything at brunch was delicious and it was the perfect end to our wedding weekend. But the best thing about the Viana is the people. Working with Erin was the highlight of my wedding planning process and once we arrived, Erin, Casey, Priscilla, and all the staff went above and beyond for us in every respect. I would recommend the Viana to anyone.

2022-04-12Our daughter was married on a Friday night and we had 64 room Reservations at the Viana Hotel and Spa for our family and friends. From the beginning with dealing with Erin and all of the way to Destiny, Chelsea and everyone else at the hotel we could not be happier with the care and attention to detail that was afforded to all of us. We also had a brunch the morning after our wedding and the servers were beyond helpful. Every single one of our family and friends told us they would recommend this hotel without hesitation!! That you for making our special occasion even that much more special!!!

2022-01-15Ive spent the last few months working in Nassau County. I found Viana Hotel and Spa on Booking.com and am extremely grateful. It is a great location, easy access, and the staff is simply amazing. Working there for so long was hard to be away from home and they certainly made me feel like I was one of their family. They helped me set up a corporate rate, helped with work materials and storage, made sure we had bottled water and always smiled and was extremely gracious and friendly. I cant wait to go back!

2021-12-23Everything was perfect! We celebrated my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary at the Viana Hotel. Family and friends from all over the country stayed in the very comfortable and clean rooms. Erin made sure to have all of us stay on the same floor. It made partying after the party much easier and fun! Everyone had a wonderful time. Erin orchestrated everything to a tee! The reception was held in the Ballroom, which was decorated so very nicely for both the holidays and for the anniversary celebration. Priscilla and team were amazing and detailed with the dinner service. Following all of the special requests and details. The Viana Hotel looked beautiful for the holiday season. The next day we continued the celebration with breakfast and Erin didnt forget to provide my parents with their own special plate of French Toast...My parents’ French toast platters looked amazing and my mom was so happy to have a special plate straight from the chef and kitchen. Service was excellent during our entire stay.

2022-06-16We stayed there on our wedding night and had our rehearsal dinner there. Erin was wonderful beginning to end, made things so seamless. Our honeymoon suite had rose petals and champagne, and was beautiful. Amazing venue for events and place to stay! Highly recommend!
