Today was my first visit to Vibrant Rejuvenation. I found the facility clean and organized. The front desk receptionists were friendly and welcomed me. I was seen as soon as I completed my new patient paperwork. Ms. Ashley performed the laser hair removal and seemed to genuinely care about how I was doing during the procedure. I will definitely be going back and recommending to others.
The business establishment is super clean, the staff are very nice, professional, very helpful. They explain everything ahead of time. There is just a really relaxing atmosphere there. The beautician, Zamaria made our visit terrific---she knows her science inside and out and is very patient and kind---a real professional. We will be going back for more skin services. We highly recommend Vibrant Rejuvenation for all your skin and body needs!!! As you can see, I gave Vibrant Rejuvenation Five Stars!
I always have a great experience at Vibrant rejuvenation. Natasha and her staff are the best! Its like hanging out with your girlfriends. They always make you feel so comfortable.The variety of services are outstanding and it’s hard to go there and just purchase one service.I highly recommend VR, you will not be disappointed. This will become your go-to place for all your self care needs.
I have been coming to Vibrant Rejuvenation for the past two or three years now. The office is clean the girls at the front desk are wonderful. Natasha is the only person I will let do my Botox/Dysport. She knows what she is doing and is such a kind soul. Nothing but good things to say about her and her staff. Thanks Natasha for being there for me, I highly recommend this office!
I got my first laser hair removal treatment today! Lori was great!! She made me feel so comfortable. The office was also very clean. Great prices!! I cant wait to come back!
Soon as walking in into the office it was very inviting and the staff was very pleasant I also noticed there was a candle that smells very good you can tell that this office is being cleaned and is very taken care of. also my appointment was at 3o’clock and I was seen at 3:05 it was very fast and nurse practitioner Natasha Coplien did a great job on my chemical peel she told me directions and aftercare. While I was getting the a chemical peel, she stated all of the steps that she was doing which made me Feel more secure as my face is very important overall, I had a very good experience and I will be going back to the office. Five stars and highly recommended to others.
Came in for Dysport injections 40 minutes before my appointment. I was seen right away and did not have to wait. Natasha was very professional, nice and friendly. She also gave great advice. The office is very nice, beautifully decorated for the fall season. Staff was super friendly. I would definitely recommend Vibrant Rejuvenation.
Natasha the NP is well experience. I wanted more fuller lip and I was well satisfied. I been doing lip fillers for awhile, and they never came out what I wanted. I went to VIBRANT REJUVENATION , and wow I am super happy with my new lips. Definitely going back. Highly recommended! The staff also sweet and well customer service skills!
After all of my great experiences with Natasha and her amazing, honest and friendly service, I will never trust another place with my face again! I have had a few bad experiences with botox and Dysport treatment at other facilities where they water down their product to make more money or use poor quality fillers that don’t last. My treatments with Natasha transform my face 10 years back, and last twice as long as other place I have went to! Thank you Natasha!! You are awesome!!
Highly recommended!!!! Employees are amazing, attentive and on top of everything. Deals and sales are honored for an extended period of time if called in or scheduled in person. Prices are fair, if that even cheap in my opinion. Absolutely love all the different services they have there. I learn something new every time I go!
WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE.The people that work here are clearly not licensed or qualified. I came in for laser hair removal and was severely burned by the laser. When I brought this up to them they were not apologetic and did not seem remotely surprised as if this is a normal occurrence. They asked me to wait a full week and then send pictures. A week later I was still blistered, swollen and scarred. When I followed up with them at this time with the requested images they IGNORED my calls and emails. The woman doing my laser went over part of my tattoo which is well known to NEVER be done. It felt like I was being electrocuted and she scattered the ink in my tattoo from the laser. I am left with permanent skin damage, my tattoo is ruined, and I have been in pain for weeks. This place should be shut down but if by chance you end up here avoid getting laser by the girl with blonde/purple streaked hair. I highly advise you to go literally ANYWHERE ELSE if you dont want to be in pain and left permanently scarred (and not to mention still have hair on your body).
I was completely disappointed with this place. I called on Saturday because I was looking for an urgent dehydration IV (I’m waiting for surgery and my usual infusion place was closed for a family function ) so found this place online. When I called I asked if they had an RN to do an IV infusion and they said yes. My husband drove a half hour to get me there and when I arrived I was brought into another area and was shown a menu of infusions and was told the prices are more than what was listed online. They could just update their website or informed me on the phone rather than tell me on the spot. At the point I was already there after driving 30 mins and needed it. A nurse which I really don’t believe was a nurse stuck me 3x and failed each time and even kept digging. I allowed it because I really needed fluids and hoped she would get it. However, after one last chance and telling her not to go in a particular vein because I know my body she did so anyway and caused so much pain. At that point I said enough and walked out! Also, she struggled to get the vein of another woman also waiting. It was an absolute nightmare and I would never go back there. If you are in need of an IV infusion look elsewhere. There are far better places with much more qualified IV nurses. I was so sick to begin with and this awful experience made me feel worse.
Natasha is a miracle worker! Just from the first consultation, I knew she was different. She did not try to sell me procedures I didnt need. She discussed what I came for and gave me honest feedback. She worked with me and I didnt feel like she was pushing me into anything. That was years ago and I am still a loyal customer. She is a real person who knows exactly what shes doing. She personal, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Vibrant Rejuvenations.
Natasha is the MOST amazing. She makes you feel comfortable. She is 10/10. She knows exactly what she’s doing. Not only is the office immaculate but stunning as well. My 4th time getting dysport from here and going to start using more of their services. A lot of fun memberships for all areas. They are always having specials. Friendly staff and always love the weekly texts what they are offering
I loved that I received an appointment fast! Also the service was excellent . We felt very confident in our NP. The office is very clean and offers many more services than I expected, which is great.I feel IV THERAPY is a must, and especially when feeling run down or sick. My daughter was feeling ill and had to be to work the next day. The THRIVE IV. Had her feeling better fast!Highly recommend this practice.
Natasha is a sweetheart. I liked her a lot!! She definitely does not try to up sell you as others have written. I will report more once my dysport starts working. This was my first time to her office and I definitely recommend her. I look forward to trying micro-needling with her as well.
My sister and I went for the first time to Natashas salon in Commack and was happy to see how clean and professional the office looked. Natasha is a registered nurse who provided us with dysport injections on forehead and eleven lines. We were happy to meet her since her office is local for us to return again and again. My wife and I went down a bit skeptical today to try the IV treatment and we was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who happened to be the owner. She was very informative and explained the different options in a way that a first timer like my self would be able to understand it. She took her time asking our needs and even brought in pillows to make our stay there more comfortable. I was very impressed with the results and almost immediately felt a difference in my body after behind dehydrated for so long.I will definitely be recommending this service to my friends and anyone that needs a little boost. I will be returning very soon.
I’m sad to say I didn’t have the best experience. I was very hopeful based on all the reviews of how nice and friendly the staff was which was the case for most of them. Let me start by saying the facial itself was great, very relaxing! However when I first arrived it was not as relaxing of an experience. When I gave my name I was told I didn’t have an appointment in the system which was extremely odd because I scheduled an appointment the week prior. The girl who was “helping me” did very little to help. Instead she just kind of blankly starred at me offering no solutions or apologies that my appointment was never put into the system. Instead she made it as if I had made some mistake. She finally said maybe I booked it at the Huntington location. I didn’t even know there was a Huntington location and when I googled to try and call over there I couldn’t even find a number for that location. Finally I asked if she had a number and that was the most help she offered. I called over there and low and behold, no appointment over there either. I spoke to the manager Jen who was very sweet and helpful and told me they would be able to take me at the Commack location. At this point I was already about 20 mins into my hour break from work so that was even more stressful. When I told the girl at the desk this she looked at me funny as if she thought I was making this up. Finally the other girl at the front desk jumped in and said we can definitely take you. I understand mistakes happen and I would never fault someone or a place for that but my main issue was the treatment of the girl at the front desk. She made me feel as if I was crazy or in the wrong and there was absolutely no willingness to help me or consideration of my time. I was the only person waiting and she was not answering the phone at the time so her total lack of help to me is completely unjustified and to be honest really turned me off from the place and the relaxing experience I was aiming for.
One side of my lip is bigger than the other. This is the second time Natasha has made this mistake. The first time she fixed it and the second time she told me and I quote “your lips were uneven when you first came in” if that was the case isn’t it her job to make them look even. She’s terrible! So worried about opening another syringe she sent me home like this. Don’t bother spending your hard earned money here. If Natasha makes a mistake she will blame you and not fix it. Very disappointed.
Beautiful office , neat , clean , professional, prompt service , fair pricing . I have been coming for the last 2 years and I always leave happy , Natasha is awesome very professional she knows what she’s doing I go to her for injections and she always does them perfectly today I tried the keratin lash lift once again everything went perfect , staff is awesome and very friendly. I highly recommend them

Where do I begin. Everything about my experience at Vibrant Rejuvination was wonderful. As I walked in, I was greeted with friendliness and professionalism. I immediately felt comfortable. One of the first things I also noticed was how clean the office is. They also have hand sanitizer, provide their WiFi information for us to use, and phone chargers!Natasha is genuine and caring. I asked her many questions and she was very patient answering every single one of them with honesty and care. I’ve seen Natasha multiple times and she is professional, knowledgeable and personable. The facility is calm and relaxing, and the rooms (the ones I’ve been in) had the perfect amount of lighting, a comfortable recliner, and Natasha opened all products in front of me. Never once did she leave to grab any forgotten bottles (I’ve had that happen elsewhere). Everytime I go, we talk like we’re old friends! She’s super easy to get along with, beautiful, smart and an RN. You are in phenomenal hands. I can’t wait to go back! 🙂
Natasha is amazing. Takes her time with you. Makes you feel comfortable and at ease. The office is beautiful and so is Jen at the front desk. Easy to talk to which is a huge plus. Some places have nasty people answering the phone but Jen is a pleasure as well as Natasha.
From the moment I walked in to vibrant Rejuvenation, I felt very welcome and super comfortable! They exceeded my expectations , Natasha made me gain my confidence back with all the procedures Ive done ! Looking forward to going back soon ! I purchased a groupon for an enzymatic peel. I was very happy with my service. My esthetician was very thorough and you could tell she really likes what she does. My skin looks and feels great today. The place was very clean and modern. The service all seemed reasonably priced and they offer a lot of different services. I would refer them to my friends. I plan on returning for other services.
I was disappointed with the treatment I received and I’ve called the owner Natasha multiple times and she never calls me back.
I had a great experience with Natasha. She thoroughly explained what the procedure would be like and made me feel comfortable. She was also very pleasant to speak with overall. We spoke for a bit before the procedure and I really felt at ease going in.
Front desk ladies were friendly, and the overall vibe was welcoming. Great Groupons available, as well as daily in-house deals for a variety of treatments. Natasha is very knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable. Im 44, and was gifted 120units of Dysport for my forehead area and frown lines. I saw immediate results the next day and a noticeable natural lift the following day. Im very happy with the results.

The above descriptions though wonderful falls short of the experience I had yesterday at Vibrant Rejunvenation with Natasha Copelin, NP and staff!My experience far exceeded my expectations. Upon entering I felt very welcomed in a safe and secure environment and completed documents in regards to my visit and what I hoped to accomplish. I met and discussed my life experience and current areas of concern thoroughly with Natasha who was very personable and easily calmed any nerves.As a result, she created a custom IV Drip to help me address my areas of concern and I could feel an improvement just hours later and more so the next morning. I was able to relax in a private room with Netflix, Hulu, etc. options to pass the time.I am so happy to have found this hidden gem right in Commack, Long Island! It truly is a wonderful and fulfilling experience whenever I visit Vibrant Rejuvenation! Natasha is very knowledgeable and has a very pleasant personality. Ive tried so many dermatologists and used natural remedies to cure my skin issues of acne and discoloration. Meeting Natasha almost seems like a divine connection. She has been able to answer all of my questions and provide solutions for my concerns. She is flexible and accommodating to my hectic schedule. Been here twice now. Had a young blonde woman do my first peel which wasnt great because it seemed like she was still training and didnt have much knowledge of how to tailor the peel and products to specific needs. However, the second time I went I was seen by a nurse (dark hair) who was very knowledgeable and very pleasant! Would certainly recommend. The peel wasnt too harsh but it definitely felt clean after
Just had my consultation with Natasha, I’m feeling very confident about getting a Brazilian laser treatment. I was skeptical about my darker skin tone, but she assured me that I would have great results with the high tech lasers that are going to be used. Can’t wait for my first session.
Very disappointed! I went to this place based on the reviews, but I had a horrible experience. Natasha injected fillers on a spot where I had skin disscoloration. It ended up looking like a big blister/cold sore on the left side on my mouth. When confronted, she denied everything and was extremely rude and confrontational instead of providing me with a way to fix it. I ended up going somewhere else and got it fixed. It’s called Hyaluronidase Natasha!!!Also, the place looks dirty with used syringes all over here place and the sheets where she seats customers for the procedures are very dirty.The only good part about this place was the front desk personnel, they where very nice and professional.Finally, I realized that the reason they have the good reviews is because of the point system they have for customers with the promess of discounts. They keep emailing you until you provide a review!Very disappointed!Update 04/11/2019: Natasha your response below surprises me very much but Im not going to engage in back and forth messages after this response. I Just want you to know that my experience was horrible and i hope you wont keep treating customers the way you treat me. Also, yes I did go there for a second time because I thought you were gonna fix what you did on my face after paying you more than a $1,000!Very disappointed!

Great customer service, my time felt valued. the esthetician got caught up and was unable to make the original appt time. i understand things happen, it wasnt a big deal. but they rescheduled me for later in the day and comped the facial. also, the super facial is AWESOME. I noticed a difference immediately once the redness subsided in an hr or so after the facial. ill definitely be back for more in hopes to reverse some of the sun damage i have gotten from spending too much time in my early 20s in the sun lol. thank you

I didnt have the opportunity to meet you or your staff but I was incredibly disappointed to know that you charge a consultation fee. A cancellation fee I understand - a consultation fee seems unprofessional.

2022-04-22I recently started going here for dysport on my forehead, and just today got kybella under my chin. I have had fillers done in the past at other places, but this is definitely my new go-to! The girls behind the desk are always so personable and funny, but professional! Natasha is amazing as well. I always get nervous before any fillers/injectables, but she makes me feel so comfortable. The dysport results on my forehead are AMAZING! I’ve been recommending this place to so many people lately, because I have been so impressed by them. I can’t wait to go back and try their other services!

2022-04-22I spent a lot of money to get botox and juvederm with this practice. I shouldve known something was wrong when I saw the practioner enter her facility through a back window (?!?). Be very careful going here for any med-spa type procedures (i highly doubt they anyone can mess up laser hair removal) that are face altering. I always felt off about my visit but a recent visit to a new professional confirmed my doubts.Natasha put more filler than I was comfortable with, even after I mentioned it was more than Im used to - I was left with duck lips for many months. In addition, she placed botox only on my forehead and not the 11 lines, which results in droopy looking eyebrows. During the quick visit, she attended to me with a know-it-all type demeanor.Oh - another red flag - this legitimate business takes venmo for payment. Weird.Again, would not recommend for dermal fillers or procedures!EDITED TO RESPOND TO THE OWNERMy name is clearly listed. For all customers: take note, her response clearly shows what kind of practice is being run if she is in fear of her former employees. You can look up my name dear - I unfortunately had to pay for my services with you.

2021-07-21This was the first spa that I’ve ever been to for laser treatment, right from the very start of booking was an amazing experience they were so friendly helpful explained everything to me in detail, the spa is clean and my appointments are always on time! I’ve gone for five laser treatment so far and every experience is better than the last I would absolutely recommend 10 out of 10! 5 stars!! I’ve already sent a few friends and family there!!! Book your laser here!!! They also always offer great deals on other services, oh and the services they offer are ENDLESS!! You will not be disappointed !!

2021-11-10Today was my first time coming here and as soon as I walked in it was such a beautiful office so clean. All the girls are so sweet and nice. Natasha is an absolute sweetheart. I would highly recommend coming here. I will be definitely be comong back. My results are amazing. Used to get botox or dysport and never had results like this! And natasha is absolutely amazing!
