Nice clean and good price
The cashier at Victorias Secret friendly and very helpful she was effective at my information and willing to update it there were no lines at the time of my check out Im fortunately Victorias Secret was disappointing and limited. But pink complimented with their selection
Typical Victorias Secret store and layout.They had some really great deals going on when I went. I just feel like with every retail store theres no one in the store that works there except the cashiers. Its really hard to find a sales associate on the floor to help.
Nice store but staff in the outlet store not that great. Not very nice and not the brights bulb. Went one weekend with my 89 year old grandmother who i was pushing in a wheelchair. It started to pour. We were going in to shop & people were standing in there open doorway blocking ppl from getting in. When i finally get in i tell the staff about the ppl blocking there doir way they look at me like i have 6 heads & do nothing.
Awful service. I was surprised upon walking in not a single person greeted us. we came to spend money but no one attended to us. meanwhile it looked like management was doing floor set in the front and not even they helped us even after I circled the table many many times looking for a size. i’ve worked in retail and this is definitely not the way to run a store. hire friendlier staff and staff that actually wants to help the consumer.

I like Victorias secret and have shopped there many times but I really think they are way over priced. You can get really nice bras at Kohls for much cheaper prices. The staff there are not much of a help. They themselves look like sad and lifeless. And the Sales rack are always messy, can never find an item and sizes.If Victorias Secret lowered the price a little bit they would have gained much more customers.
Im not too fond of girly stores like this, but Brianna made my experience enjoyable. I was ready to walk out and leave my girl to shop alone, because these stores are so intimidating to me, but Brianna made me comfortable. I hope Im spelling her name right. I was there on 11/02 at about 7pm to 8 pm. Usually, when I walk into these stores its just a greeting and no help being offered.Please give this young lady a raise or something. Shes naturally a peoples person. I noticed how she interacted with other guests that entered the store. I left with things that I NEED. She wasnt pressuring me like a sales person. She encouraged me to get things I KNOW I NEED.Thank you Brianna.
Clean.prices on sales need to be a. Little better
Over the years the service has decreased, I asked for help when I went and was told to wait and later not helped even if the store was not busy at that time.
Dont get me wrong because I am a huge fan of VS but not this staff in this location. These people look so miserable and not very friendly. When I asked one of the ladies to get me a dressing room, she looked annoyed and I caught her rolling her eyes at another worker. Poor service. Might as well hire robots to replace this crew
I like the place and the collection but I think is overpriced. You can find beautiful and comfortable bras in Kohls at discounted price. I guess we are paying for the brand not for the product itself.

Terribly terrible customer service I have always been a fan of Victorias Secret and Pink but after the treatment of the employees of this place I will never return, I told the girl that I had in my email an email that I could get 75% accessories the only thing I wanted to give it to meFair price that said in the mail but she laughed and told me you still want more discount if this garment (caps) are already at 70% and yelled at the Other co-worker and said hey look still she wants 75% when the price is already lowered and they started laughing at me ... the manager of this store needs to train their lousy customer service employees I never return to that store
Beautiful angels so memerizing to see,lovely eyes they have blue,grey,light green,its like a paradise full with beautiful women,..All items are so well made that every woman find here on whatever their needs,beautiful teddies, thongs,e ct etc ect,... helpful a plus no doubt about it.so ladies or gents dont5shy away from here let your imagination do the planning and buy a teddy or other for your honey...
Bras are only good for the small chested. Even a c-cup is pushing how much support youll get. Lines are always slow. The stuff over in pink are good tho.
I always spend $250-$300 every time I go. I was disappointed this last visit I sent $280 and didnt get a freebie like normal

This is inside Deer Park Tanger outlets,but its a trick..i went all the way there, and its not an outlet so figured since sun came all the way there to buy victorias Secret I may as well buy something that I want,hence they had nothing current that I wanted besides 1 thing thats been out of stock for a long timr,and 1 of the 2 giveaways they didnt even know about.
Nice clean store with good options, did notice selection for larger bra sizes tend to be a bit slim.

Not the best VS outlet store but I still managed to find a couple of good things. The one at Tanger in Riverhead definitely has a larger selection and better prices.

2022-01-24I had the worst experience today I came with my Auntand cousins to shop when I entered the store I sawthese perfume samples that were 60%off as I washolding it to look for my aunt the so called managerBrianaa that was trained how to approach customersstopped me and said u look suspicious what are udoing u look like ur stealing I said why would I bestealing Im looking for my aunt. Then as I go tell myaunt she tells the higher up manager so me and myaunt walk over to see why she accused me of this shewas very disrespectful and rude her apology was saidvery sarcastically. She was very disgusting to me andneeds to be trained again as an employeenot amanager because she doesnt have manners orknows how to talk to someone.

2019-08-15I am obsessed with this store Im in it at least 5 days a week and I dont work there I must have 50 pairs of vs and vs pink undies 10 bras 4 sports bras and 2 pair of leggings along with sweats it makes me so happy

2021-09-22The stores are NOT outlet stores, even though they are in an outlet mall, Tanger Outlet, in Deer Park. They are well stocked, clean and bright, in the Pink store section. The Victoria Secrets side is always semi-bright. The associates were helpful, but not too plentiful, but then again, it was the middle of the afternoon during a weekday when most people are at work.

2021-07-11While waiting for Millers to open at the Tanger outlets in Deer Park, I went ham in Vikkis.... Man I didnt know that they had a 60-70% off rack always !!! What! I cant wait to go back staff was very helpful as always, Victorias secret must do excellent training bc these girls are always great at what they do. Never had a complaint!
