Victor is great to work with! This was our second time purchasing furniture from him . We have furnished most of our 2 bedroom apartment with his pieces and have received so many compliments from guests on the quality and look of all our stuff. Despite challenges with shipments during the pandemic, he was very was accommodating and helped address all our needs making for a very pleasant experience overall!
Working with Victor was easy and effortless. Right away he came across as trustworthy and reliable. We purchased a couch, and last minute ended up needing a box spring delivered. Good communication, on-time delivery, and he helped us out in a big way. I would definitely recommend to check his store out!

Bought a couch from Victor. Long story short, there were delays in the shipping, then when it finally arrived it wasnt the couch we were expecting. Victor was a professional through the whole experience: he pestered the rep for the furniture company to call us directly and explain the delays, he let us switch out the couch we had ordered for another one that had been delivered to the store (and even delivered the new couch same day), and he even gave us a free throw blanket to apologize for the delays. Nothing in life is perfect, but I can tell when the person Im doing business with genuinely wants me to walk away happy, and it makes all the difference. Above and beyond!
Im very thankful I came upon Victors Villa Furniture. They were very patient and helpful as I chose the pieces I wanted. They have quite a large variety of styles and sets available. I went with a modern style that was amazing. The delivery and assembly were included and went perfectly. The furniture and rug pleasantly exceeded my high expectations - the furniture is absolutely top of the line.
Ive made several purchases from Victors over the years (bed frame, mattress, TV stand, rug, multiple couches) and have a great experience every time. Victor has great prices, great furniture, free delivery and set up, and does not pressure you like many other furniture stores. A side chair I bought recently broke and he had someone at our apartment within a day to fix it. I highly recommend this store.

Matt is an incredibly knowledgeable sales manager willing to spend the extra time looking for the exact specifications on certain items that I was looking for. If you live in Astoria and need furniture, please do yourself a favor and stop by Victors. Ive bought multiple items from them over a span of 6 years. Multiple mattresses, a coffee table, couch, recliner, drawer, night stand and other pieces. I keep coming back whenever I need new items because their selection is large, the quality is great, and price is always the best! They deliver for free and even bring it up to your apartment (which is so helpful if you live in a walk-up). Ive recommend to all my friends and theyve all had the same great experience. So put the online shopping aside for a bit, go for a walk to Victors, support small business, and buy yourself some comfy furniture.
I just discovered Victors Villa Furniture store and I love it ! Not only is the customer service absolutely superb , but I look for integrity, and Victor , the owner definitely has integrity and this is so important to me !The furniture quality is good and there are so many things to choose from . I have used Victor on and off for the last 6 years when it comes to moving to a new apartment. Whenever I need furniture, he is the first person I think of using and the only person that gets the job done right. Not only are his prices outstanding and cheaper than you would get the item anywhere else, but he also is so flexible and friendly to work with. I live in New York in a fifth floor apartment walkup, and his guys always deliver the furniture up those mounds of stairs and assemble for absolutely free. The best part is, if the item doesnt fit, you can return it free of charge. I highly recommend using him to anyone who needs furniture for their apartment.
I WAS LOOKING FOR A GEM FURNIRURE STORE.. after looking for a long time finally found it on yelp .. ... now I have peace of mind... knowing that I got what I wanted... and thanks to Mr Victor (owner) for the exellent customer service experience... weve made a good deal...I love my furniture the sofa and the matress are 100% confotable, my rug is so soft... my daughter loves her new rug n desk... the prices were so affordable .. if u want to get your new furniture go here for sure..Ive compare.. bobs for my sofa n rug and sleepys for my matress but i found better prices here... at victors store...The only suggestion for you Victor is to talk to your delivery guys at first they were kind of rude.. and didnt like that much their attitude in my 2nd delivery..Thanks

I just purchased from Victor and Matt for the second time in 3 years and I could not be happier. What a great experience!3 years ago, I bought a complete bedroom set - including a queen-sized storage bed, a dresser with mirror, and a night table. The quality was superb, the delivery was timely, and both Victor and Matt are genuinely a pleasure to work with. They patiently guided me through the differences in quality and helped me understand what would make sense in my space. Finally, its important to understand that the product youre getting is superbly crafted (especially if you get Coaster), and is frequently superior to brand name stores in Manhattan, but at a FRACTION of the price. They can sell at better prices because of the smaller storefront and lower rent out in Queens. I would note its a very quick and easy train ride and the store is right by the N,R trains.I can not recommend Victors Villa highly enough. Go there - you will be pleasantly surprised!
I recently puchased a queen-size bed from Victors Villa Furniture. The price was excellent; the service, even better. Victor was extremely flexible with the delivery. In fact, he had the bed delivered when it was most convenient for me! Super fast, and no delivery charge. The new matress is the most comfortable Ive ever had. But more importantly, I received such friendliness from Victor and the others who work at this neighborhood furniture store. The service is great and the people are nice.

Great experience. After having a nightmarish experience with another furniture store and having no couch for weeks we came here bought a couch for more than half the price of the other one and had it delivered the following day!

Victor Villa Furniture store an amazing furniture store the salesman Victor is very great with people treat his customers very special I love the store.
Super helpful and a goodn selection. They showed me examples, and I felt different fabrics. Just be aware that there are only some couches on site, and the rest are in books or online.

2022-05-18Victor is great! Honest, direct, and does not try to upsell you.The original sofa I wanted was delayed due to supply chain issues. So he called me to come in and see what was in stock that day, and offered me a nicer, more expensive piece for the same price so I would not have to keep waiting.The delivery was very smooth and efficient. Brought in and assembled in under 10 minutes.Very happy with the whole experience!

2021-04-12Victor and his delivery staff are great bought a leather sofa set and then a storage cabinet a month later. I showed him pictures of what I wanted and the color and he came through with what he had. I will recommend and do more business in the future for sure.
