Came here just to look and test drive a car i was interested in. I didn’t plan on buying it for another week. After looking at the car, I had already made up my mind to buy it, but I was still planning on waiting . However Peter , a salesman there, was literally a god when it came to answering questions and helping me find a way to finance the car that i was able to managed . He was patient and I could tell he really cared about me getting a great car that i wanted . The car was a 2011 dodge charger r/t Awd ,which already is a pretty rare and good car, but Peter made sure it was what I wanted before i left . I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to buy a car . Great cars, great prices and amazing workers. Once again I cannot make this more clear that without Peter talking and walking me through the process of buying my first car , I would’ve been lost and probably would’ve made a bad financial mistake that other salesmen would of jumped at just to make a deal.

Bought a 40k corvette. Wanted 2 keys. Was going to cancel sale, but decided to go ahead with purchase because second key was promised. It cant cost more than $200 but they wont even respond back to me. They have not kept their word.
I was in contact with this business about purchasing a car I had seen on Facebook. I lived 3+ hours away and they wanted me to put $2000 down to hold it for 5 days. I refused to put down that much, let alone buy it sight unseen which they were pushing for. The day before I was supposed to drive down to buy it, I was told the old owner had to take the car back and I might be able to buy it Monday. I told them to refund my deposit and not to contact me again. I suggest being very careful dealing with this business.
Absolutely great experience! John was very very helpful. This was my first time purchasing a car alone and he answered any questions thoroughly and honestly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great deal and great service!
Peter was great to deal with very straightforward didnt try to upsell me on anything. I definitely recommend this dealership to my friends. Mind you I drove all the way there From New Bedford Massachusetts and got exactly what was discussed over the phone.
From the minute I walked into Unique they make you feel special. I was greeted by a big smile and welcoming voice. My manager John really know his stuff about the cars he sells. He helped me through the process. He even gave me his own umbrella so I wouldn’t get wet and I could walk out to view the car I wanted. Big Thank you to Unique Motors and John in finance for all your help. You both gave me great customer service. All my questions were answered and I walked out with the car I wanted. If you want to be treated like family go to Unique because they care about customer service. Big shout out to John
If you want to have a positive car-buying experience, then THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! Do NOT do business with them. Jimmy, the finance manager, and John, the salesperson, are unprofessional, at best, and are only interested in getting your money. They promised us a sensor and molding when we purchased the vehicle, never followed up, and when we tried to follow-up several times by phone, they continued to avoid us. They then told us that they had to reorder the parts because of a shipping mishap, but once again, still never followed up when we were initially told 7-10 days. It has now been 7 WEEKS. Then they got our address wrong for the registration and when we tried to confirm the address, instead of trying to recitify the situation, they suggested that it was the mailman’s responsibility to deliver the registration. Jimmy has a DISGUSTING, ignorant attitude and argued with me when I went back to the dealership to try to get these very simple issues addressed. I’m actually sitting in the dealership while writing this. Terrible business. I regret ever purchasing from these guys and will never recommend them to anyone.
I am giving this review one star because when I mentioned some of the issues that I thought were happening with the car I was persuaded that there was nothing going on. I should have had a mechanic check it out but as with some people I was there because my car was dying. So I will 100% take part ownership for being a bit desperate.1. The car was in good physical condition when I got there2. (minor, I know) They didnt wash it before I left3. I mentioned that the rotors were warped they only changed the front brakes and not the rotors. I had to have the back rotors changed as they were horribly warped. The front rotors are up next...4. Tire had a bubble and they promised up, down, left, and right that they would take care of it. If youre wondering about that one star review...they lied. I called at least 30 times to get that tire replace and would constantly hear that they are calling their guy. Eventually I just bit the bullet and replaced it myself.These guys will promise you the world and make none of it appear. The car price was decent but the hassle of having to deal with them to get the car to 100% was unpleasant. I wont be shopping here again and the next time I purchase a used car I will be sure to have an independent mechanic look it up.OH...Update I forgot to add this. They registered the car in the WRONG PERSONS NAME. Somehow they managed to register the car in my wifes name EVEN THOUGH she was not there and had nothing to do with the car. Good news, my wife and I are still together but WTF man?
I have purchased a total of 3 automobiles from Unique and each time I drove off the lot a satisfied man. From my E350 Mercedes to my Nissan Pathfinder to my Audi A6 I have never had a problem with the cars, the payment options or the pick-up dates and times. The staff is truly knowledgeable about their vehicles and does their very best to make you comfortable that the car youre looking at is the right choice for you.Truly a UNIQUE experience!

I purchased my vehicle here a few months ago and I have to say I am very impressed with the level of service I have received. My vehicle had no issues when I purchased it, but a few weeks later my check engine light came on. These guys asked me to bring it back, had it checked out, made the appropriate repairs, and didnt charge me a dime. Low pressure sales environment and they keep their word, I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle.
Bought an 04 BMW M3 from Unique Motorsports. Within a week of owning it, the transmission light came up. It needed a new smg pump, which in these cars are notoriously known to have go unexpectedly. I was a bit upset but as soon as I let John and his staff know of the issue, they didnt hesitate to offer the repair under warranty. Car is now fixed, it was sent to Eagles Nest in Syosset, which is a very good shop. Theyre very knowledgeable and have great work ethic. Unique Motorsports consist of a very friendly staff and provide a respectable service. I wouldnt mind doing business with them again. Hope you find your perfect fit here, just as I did.
Experience was best Ive ever had, ten stars for sure. My friend got a really great car, she is very happy with! The team at Unique Motor Sports was NOT your typical car dealer lets make a deal fast talkers!!! I was so appreciative of this! Everyone is laid back, easy to talk to. EXTREMELY accommodating and efficient to the max. We picked the car up same day as promised and they had us in and out fast. With a ton of options to choose from, fantastic customer service. This will be a very detailed and fair representation of Unique Motor Sports in Long Island, NY.Unique Motor Sports was not outright dishonest. Youll be able to have your chances to NOT BUY from them. They have their asking price, which they dont like to move from. What dealer does right. Thats fine but there was no room for negotiation. I guess they saw me coming. I came from a few states away and hopped the LIRR for about 45 minutes to come and see those guys for a specific car. They knew I wouldnt come 5 hours to NOT buy a car.My BMW had a bunch of codes that were thrown in the electrical system. This was OK since they told me a guy would come to clear the codes. (first flag I ignored because I wanted the car)They assured me over the phone after they faxed me the electrical codes report that the guy from a neighboring garage would be there to clear the codes. They all seemed pretty simple it was something with the electrical system. (2nd flag I ignored)Then Unique got upset with me when I saw the rear-view mirror plasma particles had burst and were beginning to disperse through the mirror. They said theyd knock $60 off the price of the car but I said the mirror is $450 at least. They tell me to just get a knock off from eBay and they show me the web page and say no way they are taking $450 off. (3rd flag)The car did not have any floor mats, but thats OK it was a mid-2000 car. Ill find them I figured, thats not Uniques fault right.My mechanic here in MD goes over it ans says the belts are extremely worn I see the cracks. Had I taken my first 3 flags I would have walked away and kept searching. (But noooo, i wanted the car and my emotions led me to a shady dealership.) he tells me the bumper is OK but its not as connected as it should be. and the washer fluid pump is hanging on by a thread, his words.....Unique tells me that they would take $500 off the price of the car if I go with their financing. My credit is great. So I do. I didnt read the paperwork thoroughly because I was distraught and frustrated at them for not budging on the price. Im showing you how not to buy a car emotionally and put up with dishonest dealerships like Unique. You guessed it. The $500 was not removed from the price of the car. I figured Id already signed for the car and there was no turning back.They do call me every couple of weeks to ask about how the car is. I always have bad news to report, between the non existent pump in the trunk, missing lug wrench in the tool case, and NON FUNCTIONING STEERING CONTROLS, no cruise no volume no nothing.I just didnt press those buttons, I checked every seat, it worked, every light, worked, head lights tail light turn signals but I didnt turn on the dang radio and check that. They stood behind the car while I pressed every button and I thought those looks they were give were, Wonder if he wants it enough But they were hoping I didnt find out about that massive problem. Please just take a trip to EAG in Ohio to get your performance BIMMER youve always wanted. Unique will have what you are looking for but the many flags they gave me that I chose to ignore do not have to be your reality.**Update**So finally 3 weeks after they told me they would have the car inspected and the tags are in the mail they email me and say that I have to get the car MD inspected. Then send the inspection certificate to the in home tag and title place they deal with. Yes the Elite operation that would have me my tags shortly.Upside the tag and title place seems like any other. But after the problems with inspection and inspection fees, stay in your state and buy your car. IF Unique is in your state SHOP ELSEWHERE. You cannot trust them financially, or with the mechanics of the car. You are better off leaving them alone. I would have been.
Great place to get your car, my dad got his F250! Completely fair with the price and 100% honest. Definitely recommending my friends to shop here!
Purchased a Porsche Carerra for over $50,000 including tax and when it was delivered a problem with the Tiptronic transmission (supposedly fixed) re-occured. I immediately called Jimmy (salesman) who said John (owner ) would call me back. They never called back.Great and attentive guys before you hand over the money but after they have it they act like the typical shyster used car lot.I was prepared to give them 5 stars but I gave them 1 star because ZERO stars would not post
They sell junk cars garbage they don’t service them they overcharge your bank loan carrier. They charge you more for the car than what they advertise for. I’ve been waiting two months for my registration. Over all John and Jim are crooks.
Went there yesterday to buy a harley Davidson VRod. I traveled all the way from New Jersey with public transport to get there. When I got there the bike was full of rust, the chrome was pitted and it didnt start. Now he has the seat off and the tank cover off tampering with the bike. I tell him I am no long interested in buying the bike. As I am walking away he saidsGet the f_ _ _ out of here. I spent my whole morning and early after noon and just under $60 to get there and this was his response! Stay away from these rude, disrespectful, dishonest con-artists.

Really bad serviceI bought a toyota rav4 2006, it has a ac problem.They said they were going to fix it, I took the car to their mechanic, they kept me waiting for a month, they were supposed to fix some other problems too but the ac problem was the most important so they call me to pick it up, I got to the mechanic place I checked the car and the car was with the same problems.Than I spoke to the owner, and we make a deal he was supposed to paid for the parts and I was going to paid for the labor but at the end this m*****f** refused to buy the parts for my toyotaHijo de su pinche madre
I live in Utah and put a fairly big disposit down over phone was told it was 100% refundable because I am so far away well this was 6+ months ago and still have not seen a dime. high end cars with low end customer service/policy.
Horrible! I found the truck i wanted in their lot, but i couldnt take it for a test drive that weekend because the steering was out, I gave $1000.00 dollars (that i was told by the employee who was helping me was refundable) so they would hold the truck while they fixed the issues on the truck that also included all four tires. Next weekend i test drive the truck and find a major radiator problem as well as both side mirrors broken,one was cracked the other was held together by black electrical tape, radio is out, and they put used tires on the front and put the fronts on the rears(you do not put front tires in the rear). besides the bogus bank fee that he quickly split with me when i started walking he wanted me to purchase the truck while the radiator sat in his office. When i figured out that after i buy this truck that i would have to put money into this truck i decided not to purchase it and asked for my money back. they will not give me my money back!!!! like most people i am struggling with kids that he met. avoid him like the plague. i asked the owner john while he held my credit card if this was refundable and my sales person jimmy said yes and the john swiped my card and stole my money

Horrible dealer, traded in my car for a purchase, which they never did the buy out with the bank. I lost over 15 points on my credit score and I am now forced to pay for a car I no longer own. Stay away ,,,,, poor response from their sudo-finance department. Check is in the mail thats all they keep saying,,,,
I flew from Denver to NY, to buy a CORVETTE , it needed a ac pulley they did get someone to fix it I left NY. driving back home got to Kentucky raining like crazy wipers dont work, made it home safe,said they would fix never did, seats were actually worse than they looked, ok enough bought the car around 13th September just received title January 11th and found out I was charged $2000.00 too much now the games begin.Jimmy I dont know man THANKS JOHN

Refuse to release my title because they dont want to refund the $1000 they overcharged my credit lender on my behalf. The ringleader John can never be reached by phone and is never in the office. Unless you show up in person of course.

2020-12-31BMW X5 I bought was prepared in excellent way and fairly priced. The purchased went smooth and very transparent with no hidden fees. Amex/TrueCar eliminated the haggling and I even got a good discount. Car was happily delivered by Peter to my workplace. I will recommend this dealer to friends.

2021-10-04Just purchased a 2013 BMW X5 from there. I have to say they exceeded my expectations when it came to the car buying experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, they got the vehicle ready for me in a timely fashion and it looked amazing when I got it! I have already mentioned them to a few people who have said they are looking for a pre-owned car and I will definitely keep recommending them!

2020-09-15They have cars for fair prices but YOU 100% SHOULD have a mechanic and have him/her inspect the car. I can understand why a lot of people are unhappy about this dealership. I bought a Corvette C6 2007 from them a year ago. I can say that Im happy with my purchase. The price I got it for was fair, not a good deal but a fair deal, it was a very highmilage car and you cant find a C6 as cheap as I got it there. Im sure this dealership got the C6 corvette for way cheap and sold it to me with a fair market value. The people there were nice and helpful, they also have a really nice and cool collection of euro cars. After the purchase, I took my car home and within days the powersteering fluid was leaking heavily and the wheels were repaired with cheap welding. I attempted to text john and he didnt pick up. I got a quote from the mechanic that it would cost 1k to find the power steering line. I decided to learn on my car and I fixed it for 100 bucks( Thank God corvettes are simple to work on). I cant think of how the dealership would not be aware of these problems, I think they did and kept it hidden. At the end of the day they are business people, so be aware and make sure you can a mechanic that knows about the car you want to buy cuz if there is a problem with the car they will not tell you.

2021-11-02Looked through their great selection of cars while I was there picking up my Tesla Model Y. Financing through Victory and the whole buying process was quick and easy. The staff was very easy to work with very helpful. I was under a tight timeframe and they were able to work with me to help expedite the whole process while making sure everything is covered and taken care of!

He made me feel welcome and truly helped me every step of the way. He provided information that i needed whenever i ask. He was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very patient with me. They had a great selection of cars, the finance manager worked with me the whole time answering all the questions I had.I’ve been shopping for a car for some time, most dealers charge fees and lie about their pricing. Victory East was upfront on pricing and to my surprise had no dealer fees.I am very satisfied with my purchase and will recommend my friends to buy from them. Thank you Victory!

2021-10-26My credit isn’t that good, I went to a few dealerships that promised me a good deal and at the end same thing we can’t help you sorry. I went to Victor Cars East spoke with their friendly staff when I got their Niko showed me the vehicle I saw online their finance guy came through and got me approved with little down and with a low interest rate. Trust me next time you find yourself in a credit jam and need a car visit these guys.

2021-04-14I highly recommend this dealership. Sales person and the managers were great. They got the right attitude and great customer service. I bought my vehicle from here 6 months ago and the car has yet to give me any issues. Definitely worth 5 stars.
