Today was the most awesome experience I have had in a long time. Chris was truly amazing. He took his time explaining everything and he made sure me and my family clearly understood each detail about the new car we were interested in. He walk us step by step and in the end. We got a new car and but most of all it was the respectful way that each person at Victory treated us. I am grateful for the team who worked with Chris to make it happen. Chris is # 1 in my book and I am truly grateful for his service and guidance today.
Highly recommend Victory Mitsubishi. Professional staff very very friendly. Always willing to help have the greatest Prices and are always willing to work with you. Give your top dollar for your trade-in. And if you have any issues with any of your cars That you have purchased they always make sure that they take care of it in a professional manner highly recommend them five stars actually 10 stars. I lived around the corner for years and never visited here. Came in today after seeing a car online and was pleasantly surprised. Its bustling and a little hectic inside but everyone was so nice. Alex took care is me from the moment I walked in, kept me informed along the entire process and moved my purchase quickly. I also appreciated the honest and very helpful advice/ recommendations given by Joe during the financing piece. Love that they work directly with my credit union, MCU. Everything went smooth.

Khan was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. From the moment my wife and I walked in the door, we expressed to him what we wanted and he met our expectations. I went to Victory Mitsubishi today with an unsure spirit. I met Alex M at the entrance. He was very nice from the jump. He worked tirelessly to get me the car that I needed, for one I wasn’t the ideal candidate, nor did I made a lot of money. My credit score wasn’t perfect either, but Alex M made me feel comfortable. He went out of his way to set up my car so I could start it from my phone. He was very patient with me. I’m not that tech savvy but he took his time to orientated me on my new car.We need more of Alex in this world.
My Experience in this place of business was amazing!! I advise if anyone buys from this place please go to Dwayne he was my sales man, he approached with respect and made sure we were good before we even sat down, he even got to know us before he even pitched the car! definitely was worth the wait!! and he let us ride out same day!!! Weve gone to so many different dealerships looking for a new vehicle where we almost gave up due to the improper customer care were myself and my fiance where willing to give up especially not having the greatest of credit and me not being in the best of health needing a heart transplant and needing something reliable I felt so discouraged But as soon as i tried victory Mitsubishi the sales team made me feel so at ease. The process from start to finish was good! It started off on the phone where I was able to make an appointment over the phone with Samantha. Over the phone she told me the necessary documents to bring prior to going into the dealership. Once I got to the dealership I was greeted by Ayah who helped me with the rest of the process. I just want to say the process for the vehicle was kind of bit of a wait, due to it being a Sunday and that right there kind of had me a bit frustrated. However outside of the representatives for the documentations, my sales rep Chris P, was phenomenal. He understood the assignment for sure and made sure to show me all of the cars he’d figured I’d like and for that i appreciate him. Came in for a preowned car. The guy was asking me stuff like it’s normal procedure, then I noticed he was filling a form for credit application. I haven’t even seen the car yet. I was lucky to have noticed what he was doing before I got a hit on my credit score for no reason.And you know what, the car wasn’t even there at the time although I called and they said that it was.Salespeople do not have computers on their desks. Really interesting.Never coming back here.

Worst buying experience ever. BTW, obviously so many fake reviews on here by users with only 1 review. Be careful when you go into the office to sign the paperwork.. LOOK AT EVERYTHING they will try to add thousands onto the price of the car. The best part is that they will then lie about what the extra charges are for.. 5.9 on a loan and I have an 815 credit score??.. while Mitsubishi is advertising a way lower rate. Extra $2000 added into the price of the car for acquisition fee .. $695 dealer fee. They are hoping you just care about the payment so they can play with the numbers and rip you off. READ EACH LINE CAREFULLY AND CALL THEM OUT ON THE B.S. Dont get so caught up in the feeling of buying the new car that you just sign the papers. I caught an extra $2900 plus a higher interest rate that they removed when I threatened to walk out.

Dont buy from them! Its a scam! Youll regret it!I went there with my wife yesterday after I saw on their website 5 different cars that I was interested in.The prices and the cars condition were amazing on the website.I called the sales and asked them if the cars were available and told them I live 3 hours away and they promised that the vehicles were available and said that the attractive prices were for the memorial day.I asked to receive more pictures of the vehicles to my email but they said they are not allowed to use their personal phones and the manager is busy, but I have nothing to be worried about!I decided to give it a shot and took transportation to the place.10 minutes before I arrived, I called again to make sure the vehicles were still available and I got a positive answer.When I got there, one of their agents welcomed me and started to ask for my details like my SSN, payment method, address, name etc, and all of that before I even saw the car!It felt something is sketchy so I refused to provide my details and asked to see the car first, and then he went for 10 minutes and when he came back he said that all the vehicles were in the selling process and suggested the same car with 30,000 more mileage and 10k more expensive. Ridicules!I asked him to show me the cars that I came for but obviously, he didnt show any cars because they do not exist!!!Bottom line- its a fraud, dont buy there, you will regret it!!!!

Decided to wait a full year before giving a review and this is my first review Im giving to any business but thought it was necessary only because I could be helping car buyers save time and money. I inquired for a used 2019 Nissan Altima which they couldnt show me because it was being polished assured me the car was in pristine condition. Salesman Jose was super unprofessional with terrible body language, ugly tone, had his head resting on his hand with a bored look. Jason the sales manager has very poor managerial skills as he described the car to be in perfect condition with no mechanical issues. fast forward to signing the contracts unfortunately I cannot remember his name but he was very pleasant and understanding but things went downhill after that. I know what youre thinking why would you sign for a car you didnt even look at. Well I gave Jason the benefit of the doubt and took his word for it. Upon seeing my new car I was in disbelief to see that bumper was coming out of place and had a broken front sensor. Its difficult to see in the picture but I do have a malfunction code on my dashboard as well. I also realized why the car was being polished because car mustve been in a accident and had the paint removed because the car had by far the cheapest paint job money could get you (or didnt). I was disappointed and frustrated going through all the paper work and about 15 hard credit checks just to find out the car was shot to hell. They saw my reaction and didnt seem to have a care in the world. After I brought it to their attention and asked if all this could be repaired for their incompetence to give a correct description of the car, Jose was clueless repeating I dont know Jason the most irritating of all said well wed need about 3-4 weeks and $450 to fix it. As another manager Guzman agreed and had no interest in my disappointment. I drove from NJ so itd be annoying to come back to do the process to get it fixed so in anger I just left with the vehicle and never came back. Also forgot to mention they lost one of my 2 keys so till this day I have NOT received it after calling about it 20 times in the past 12 months. So in summary I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with them. Got 2 stars because the finance manager appeared very genuine. Victory Mitsubishi is extremely unprofessional and give misleading information.
January 26th 2022I normally dont write reviews let alone bad ones.When I purchased my 2019 BMW X5 I was helped by Brianna, which I can say was the only good experience I had. Besides that Ive been having the worst experience ever!!!!!If I could give negative stars to this business I would! Ive purchased many vehicles in the past and Ive never been tricked into buying at one price and after all documents were signed seeing another. I was promised new tires and its been 25 days since my purchase and I still dont have them. I was promised a new headrest on my new car and no one has even mentioned when or how I would be getting this. Im so disappointed in the experience Ive been having with this company, I would never buy anything from this dealership again. And to anyone ever trying to buy here be careful and read everything BEFORE SIGNING, the sales guy would try to summarize everything and lie until youre stuck in a contract. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!! To communicate with anyone after you purchase is like walking through a maze and they are very unprofessional!!! The only reason Im also taking the time to write this horrible review is because is the only way I can maybe get their attention since no one answers or contacts when you need help!

I had the pleasure of working with Brandon today. I was very impressed with how much he went above and beyond to cater to my specific request. even though I took him all over the lot he was still patient with me. What did it for me is when he took me to the location I wanted to drop off my other car so I could drive the new one home. Thats what you call above and beyond.

Bait and switch done street gutter style!Highly unprofessional staff. Spoke with a representative on the phone to set up an appointment. The representative assured me that the vehicle I was looking for and the price we settled on was available.When I went to the dealership to see the representative and close the deal, the representative wasnt there, I was then greeted by another sales rep. that had an unprofessional attitude.The sales rep was rude and pushy, he was acting as if I owed him money and wanted my financials without even showing me any vehicles. He was barking orders and saying he had legal rights to do what he was doing.He never showed me any vehicles and refuse to share any info with me, furthermore the vehicle that I went to checkout when I spoke with the first rep wasnt there according to sales rep C.R. This was a bait and switch move, but with a street gutter attitude. Dont go to this dealership!!!
We received great service from beginning to end at Victory Mitsubishi. Manny approached us as soon as we arrived. We already knew what we were looking for. Manny took us straight to the vehicle that met our requirements. We visually inspected the vehicle (inside, outside, trunk, undrr the hood) and took it for a test drive. Happy with everything so far, we decided to check on financing. Guzman thouroghly checked our financing and trade-in options and presented us with the best one. We were able to drive off in our new to us 2018 Ford Explorer Sport in the same day. I highly recommend Victory Mitsubishi!

Worked with Ajah and Chris to get a second car. They did such a good job in getting me in a car today that was within my budget. The process took a little long but it was worth it in the end. Ajah was very nice, friendly, helpful, and kept coming back to inform on what was going on. They made the impossible, possible. Overcharged me 10k and told me it was due to market inflation. Had excellent credit score and good trade in. After a lot of research and consulting other dealerships, I am now 10k in negative equity. Also was charged an additional 5k for a warranty contract that wasn’t discussed. Rushed me through the signing process. Ever since I bought the car they have not answered the phone/email. Save yourself, don’t go here.

Buyer BEWARES!!This is place is ashamed and a scam. They’ll treat you like a, “King” but once you bought the car they’ll treated you like a 3rd world person. I bought an $80K Tesla from them. Yes, they treated me and greeted me well; but the things they promised me were NEVER delivered. To make the story short, no one was able to help? From the beginning said they’ll do this and do that. They even promised me a brand new set of tires. At the end they GAVE me back the original USED tires. They gave the run around calling the manager, sales person, service center. When I got to the service center they said call the showroom/sales/manger. At the end I ended up buying new tires myself. What a shame so sad screwing people. Buyers, save your $ and go elsewhere.UPDATE: You called this misunderstanding? what youve been drinking? Wheres my tires that you guys promised? It was written on the paper.

I only rated this high because I know you can pay google to hide bad reviews and the fact that google reviews rates this place at 4.5 tells me they’re doing that because this is the worst car dealership I’ve ever been to. Check Yelp reviews. Please go else where. Customer service is terrible over the phone. And when I dealt with them in person, what the price tag was is completely different. I had an entire loan from a 3rd party fully prepared and in order to get that loan you have to get info about the car. It was not only a struggle to get that info, they’re almost secretive about what they will charge you. Also if you are promised anything, get it in writing from them. They’re shady af
WORST PLACE EVER. For anyone who rated this place more then 1star. Was clearly bribed. Minute I got there. I was rudely greeted. I knew I was going to be played. Went for one specific car, that my finance company approved me for in advance. Being that it’s the car I’ve been looking at. All I needed to do, was to feel the car out, take a look and test drive it. The finance company already had ALL my documents. Jean was holding a car key in his hand the entire time from submitting the application. Hesitant to come back to us 5 times. Finally came back and told us that they would allow a different car but the finance company isn’t accepting us for the car we wanted because we had a lean on our prior car. Which was untrue. Showed him multiple documents stating that. He walked away to go “call” our financing company again to get proof of that. Prior to arriving we called the finance company and let them know we were going to look at the car and they told us perfect they will let them know that our previous car is completely paid off. Jean came back with the same story and told us about a car that was 6000 dollars more then we wanted. When I mentioned that he was already approved for the vehicle through the finance company he asked what kind of vehicle was it and pretended like he thought we were talking about a different vehicle. He said he was going to go check the status of that car walked away for a minute and came back saying it was sold. WE CALLED IN ADVANCE ABOUT THE VEHICLE AND SAID THEY HAD IT. We then went outside to look at other options and he took us to the car we already said NO too. On our way back up. We jumped in our car. He walked away. He then came back and told us about a different car. We went there for one car. You denied us a vehicle being that the market is so low and lost a sale for stupidity. Right after went to a different car lot. BROUGHT A CAR IN SECONDS. He thought he could play me as if I’m not experienced in finances. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.*JUST CALLED NOW* about the same vehicle that I was looking for, that I was told was no longer available. And they told me it was still available.. LYING. LYING. LYING.
I came to Victory Mitsubishi with a friend and helped he shop for a car. The sales men Christian was very honest and helped and made it work anyway possible. The finance manger was great. They even helped me look around even coming with my friend that was buying the car.

Be very very careful if going to this dealership. We had an appointment today to look at a car. We called 30 minutes prior to showing up to confirm the car was still available. The rep Anastasia put me on hold and then reconfirmed the car will be ready for our test drive when we arrived. Unfortunately when we arrived one sales rep told me the car was on a test drive and another sales rep told me the car was sold. Bait and switch and then the manager Chris was unprofessional. Be careful, buyer beware before driving to this dealership.

First time financing a car and let me tell you I been to a couple dealerships with a bunch of problems with them but here Kevin and Chris made sure I was walking out with a new car. They didn’t take long and didn’t give me a hard time with any of the cars. Explained everything that needed to be explained. And all there cars here are nice endless options and excellent customer service 10/10 recommended.
If I could I would file a claim against this dealership. Worst experience I had so far. I work at a dealership too and I was looking to get a car I saw online I made sure to call 4 times to do a video call on the car and nobody answered me I had to go and made sure that the car was still there (I called 4 times) I get there and super loud music, people smoking outside, no computers, didn’t greet. They took my information and didn’t even asked me anything when I asked to take a look at the car before they put any information gave me a hard time and took 30 minutes and said it was sold. Made me wait all over the parking lot crossing streets and not having an inventory to show but to make me walk all over around and insisted to buy a newer car.Sales person was nice but this people need a lot of training and professionalism. Talked with the manager who was rude and did not care when I gave my advice and explained my bad experience.Don’t come to this dealership even if they have what you’re looking for. They will try to get you into what they want.HORRIBLE!!

Ayah and Mark and the lady who did our paperwork for the loan were exceptional. I have no complaints on anything at all. Lots to choose from and was pretty fast.Thank you! 2022-04-02Khan is the best sales guy in the building 10 stars just for him, he was super helpful and really worked with me to find the vehicle that hat best fit me budget and needs, he always answered my call even after the purchase. The finance guys are second to none they will get you approved. I won’t give 5 stars cuz the customer service on the phone is awful you get reception then transferred to lines that ring until voicemail, also my first interaction with one of the ladies at the front desk was awful she straight up ignored me while on her phone. Overall great dealership one of very few left in the New York area I highly recommend.

2021-10-27I enjoyed my purchase of the used fully loaded Dodge Durango Hellcat 2021. Jean helped with wonderful customer service and easy trade in towards the hellcat. Joseph closed the deal as finance manager getting me a great rate and affordable monthly payment for the vehicle I purchased. Very busy on the weekends, so the earlier the better.

Felix and Brandon helped me out getting a newer car worked with me on a fair and affordable price … showed me a huge difference in insurance prices and really blessed Me with more knowledge on my vehicle and on how financially they can work with me , if you need a place to get a car definitely definitely come here , but ask for Felix or Brandon … trust me. 2022-05-24We had an excellent buying experience working with Dwayne. There were many steps before we walked out the door. When dealing with the first financial advisor his attitude almost made us walk out the door. We were comforted and reassured with Dwayne kind tone and patience. Working with him and Jason made the process so effortless. I would definitely recommend coming here and to Dwayne for any of your car buying needs. Follow up, So now it’s been 5 weeks no plate for my car, transit tag expired a front tire blew from being bald and I had to replace both. Can’t get a call back or any customer service this place is terrible I’d never recommend anyone to buy a car from these shady people.

2022-05-31BUYER BEWARE BAIT AND SWITCH!Victory Mitsubishi used vehicle website misrepresents vehicles. Described a used vehicle that was not for purchase. Even worse three separate times sales personnel described the vehicle I was looking to purchase as ready to be driven off the lot.Drove hours to purchase the vehicle only to be told , the car couldnt be purchased because it needed a catalytic converter that was on backorder. Sales manager Andrew offered no solutions other than they had plenty of other autos for sale and couldnt make any promises.The dealership has no integrity and think long and hard about buying a car at Victory Mitsubishi.
