Top notch! Victor called me and gave me a heads up on what to expect and what process I should begin before the plumbers arrived. Plumbers were quick and friendly. They also explained to me what the situation was and what to do to prevent any future drainage issues. Knowledgeable and quick service. Highly recommend.

Victor (who runs the place) is a plumbing genius: he can envision problems and their solutions even before he sees them himself. This extends from designing systems to fixing large messes to addressing the smallest of repairs. Hes enormously professional and honest -- and also kind, which you dont always see in this line of work. His team is very qualified and courteous. They arrive on time, evaluate the situation, do only the work thats required, clean the place up, complete the invoice and paperwork describing what theyve done, and leave promptly so as not to run up the bill unnecessarily. The cost (hourly rate + materials) is clear from the beginning. Nothing hidden. And the work is top-notch. I couldnt be happier as a Victory customer.

Met one of the employees, he was extremely rude, and disrespectful and started swearing. If this is a good business then they must have some low standards with their belligerent attitudes. Call the next place to have them unclog your toilets, Im sure theyll do just as good!

I cant say enough about Victor and his company! I used plumbing services from Victory several times, but I recently had to call them from Los Angeles to check on a toilet leak reported by a tenant in Manhattan apartment.Within two days they were there to quickly resolve the problem with professionalism and fairness in cost.Thank you again ... highly recommend !!

Victor worked on my elderly disabled mothers property and took advantage of her. Work was left unfinished but due to her disability and age she did not notice until after payment. We called several times to have them come back however never heard back from them. In addition to that, the work completed was careless and unsightly. Part of the work was raising radiators onto blocks and they used jagged, ugly, scraps of wood, part of it was a kitchen counter top (peeling laminate still attached) parts of it were particle board. He has a great way of talking and appears professional so I initially thought that he was fine but be forewarned. Sloppy, careless work is one thing, but taking advantage of a 70-year old disabled woman is absolutely disgusting. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Be aware of the con artist John Warner. He ripped me off of $225.00 for almost 1 hour and 15 minutes that he spent talking on the phone and texting. I didnt know he was charging me even before he arrived. He was supposed to give a quote for the return line in the boiler. I showed him where the leak was. I still feel like if somebody came to my home to rob me. He detached the LWCO, without reason, and left it like that, and then he included it as part of the work that had to be done. A rip-off for real. I reported him to the company.

Id give them 6 stars if I could. They showed up on time, did the job professionally, were pleasant to talk to, and they came in a little under the estimate they provided. I will be calling them whenever I have a plumbing or heating issue. Great outfit.OK Now they get SEVEN stars. The above review was written after they installed water heaters. They recently serviced my boiler and its working better than it has in years. Really, years.

Had a problem with my boiler of course on the coldest day of the year. I never used this service before but I looked up Plumbing and heating service and Victory came up and is a local company. They came within 3 hrs and had it fixed in no time. Very professional services from the phone call to the actual service itself. Would recommend this company to anyone and I usually dont recommend too many people. Thank you for a job well done and your my plumbing service for as long as I own my home.Thanks

Victor has the most professional staff around. I had some issues with the kitchen sink and well Victor came over right away and took care of it. If you need a plumber, definitely must call Victory Plumbing! 🙌🏽🙌🏽
