I bought 2 20$ codes for my ps5 and I bought nba2k21 for the codes but the problem is that the codes go to the Xbox not the ps5 I either need my money back or change the codes to PlayStation.
The staff there is very rude and not knowledgeable, he was very rude and made me wait in line then when it was my turn he took me and the customer behind me at the same time. Then made me wait while he took care of the customer that was behind me. He was very unprofessional and I will not go back to this store again.

Customer Service could have been a tad bit better but when you only have one person manning the store, delays are to be expected.
Incredibly rude, misleading and disrespectful, specifically the Manager Alex. I will be going to the one outside the mall In the plaza from now on. At least there they are friendly and helpful.

2022-03-19I am so upset with the experience my little brother and I had at this Game Stop. He was buying some games with his own money from his birthday and the lady with the purple hair kept asking if we wanted the protection plan. We kept saying no thank you and she obnoxiously kept asking if we wanted the plan but in the end, he would have to spend more money to get something that was not completely necessary. I said “no thank you, we are in a rush” and she goes on to say that my little brother isn’t responsible with money because he doesn’t know how to save money. On top of that, she very rudely gave an attitude when my brother was counting the money, so we left without the games. I brought him to Best Buy afterwords and I 100% recommend going there instead, they are much more welcoming and gave us a wonderful experience.

2022-03-19I was absolutely furious with my visit here. My brother went in yesterday to buy a game and a elder purple hair women kept on repeating herself saying you should buy the membership and trying to force it on him ands saying you don’t know what your doing. Then saying that he doesn’t have any good life skills. I’m disgusted. Game stop aught to be ashamed of itself. I will be purchasing me gaming needs somewhere else now.

2022-03-19I was immediately disgusted by the “customer service” of the purple haired lady the store itself is great but the clientele is rude and made my daughter cry with the obscene language. She obnoxiously pushed the Warrantee which was completely unnecessary for what I was purchasing. Everyone I’ve talked to that has shopped here has had a negative experience with this woman. She has made my experience shopping here terrible not once, not twice, but three times. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future and I will advise others to do so as well.

2022-04-11Came in with my boyfriend to browse, we ended up buying funko pops. The old lady with purple hair was the one ringing us out and she seriously needs an attitude check. After giving her my phone number for rewards she let me know that my membership was expired and if I wanted to reopen it again for $15 I let her continue talking about the membership until I finally said no im okay thanks as my boyfriend was the one paying and I dont go to gamestop enough for it to be worth it. To which she then mumbled So you dont want to save money? In a snarky rude tone. Looking at the other reviews I can tell Im not the first person who has experienced attitude with her. I also work in retail and that is not how you talk to customers! Fix yourself!!

2020-10-17The woman that was there was very helpful and explained alot to me and tried to get me the most for my money. She even offered to order a game system for me and have it sent to the store for pick up. All in all she spent about half hour to 45min helping me
