Wonderful group of guys! I stopped in on a recommendation of The Garage in Hampton Bays for a quick cosmetic fix. While I was there I asked about bigger cosmetic problem which Ill need to make an appointment for.Instead of just pushing me to make the appointment the manager suggested a detailing at the car wash first to see if the more expensive process at the body shop would be needed! Honesty once again!! I highly recommend 👍
I have no doubts when I send my car to Village. They always do an amazing job and I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of unlike many other auto body shops. They schedule quickly, Joe helped me out with insurance claims and we got our truck back super quick! Good as new!

Village Auto Body already has a five star rating online in several places, and rightfully so. Here they really do care about your vehicle and they cheerfully do go the extra mile - whatever it takes. The staff is very polite, honest, and nice to deal with. I especially recommend Joe, the Manager, who will do everything he can to assist. So far, I have had two positive jobs done, and I am going back for an ever bigger job in February. I strongly urge you to check this place out. They are extremely popular for a good reason.
Had a great experience. The manager Joe is great so is the front desk staff, she helps you a lot also. I contacted them, he told me to come by the next day, no wait, did the estimate & gave me my options on the spot. After I filed the claim, they took care of the rest, dealt w/ the adjuster & car rental. They are very flexible with you also. My car looks great, good as new. It was also detailed & even though it was raining At pickup, the car was still shining! Definitely recommend
I received the best customer service and care from Joe & Haydee. Their smiling faces and caring attitude made this difficult experience almost enjoyable. No one expects to be in an accident, I was frustrated and angry dealing with insurance on my own. Once I finally gave up to fix car myself, Haydee & Joe contacted and dealt with insurance for me. I wish I would have contacted them initially. I cannot say thank you enough. My car looks beautiful. If you are in need for auto work for any reason, don’t go anywhere else!!
Hands down the best auto body/repair shop on the east end of Long Island. Very personable, reliable and upfront. They did an amazing job all around from paint matching to making my car look as if nothing ever happened! Amazing turn around time I had my car back within a week!!! I have used this Auto Body shop for the last 20 years. Most recently it was for an accident. Joe handled everything for me such as getting the rental car, and dealing with my insurance. He took that burden from me, which was a giant relief! He has a lovely young assistant in his office who helps. I love how they communicate with me and actually listen when you talk to them. They are honest, respectful and do excellent work. They treat you like family. On a side note!!! I met my future husband in their office! Thank you for everything Joe & Staff!
Incredibly pleasant experience considering the reason why the car was in there. Joe was ever ready in his immediate responses and used texts which I love. Handled dealing effectively and efficiently with my insurance company. Very little input or follow-up required by me. The rental car was also handled by Joe and Village Auto-easy pick-up and transfer back. Minimum effort needed on my part. The car was delivered in beautiful fashion on the day I was told it would be ready. Clean, shiny and delivered by Joe who adds a lovely complement to the already exemplary service and repair done here. I am not new to Village Auto Body but truthfully I have to say, the service and the performance and the promises kept remain constant and continuously getting even better. I endorse this business fully and whole heartedly because it never ceases to make the reason why your car is. In the shop go away amd you be are grateful for the service they did on your car! Big thanks to Joe and the team at Village Auto Body. The only thing worse than an accident is dealing with it, especially when it wasnt even your fault. Joe was responsive, polite, professional and put my mind at ease instantly. The insurance company came in with a low ball estimate for repairs which was about half of the actual costs. Joe told me he would take care of it, and he did. Worked directly with the insurance company to get the appropriate reimbursement for repairs. They did a great job, looks good as new and I was so happy to get my car back!!!!
I always have the best experience with Village Auto Body. They just fixed my car for the third time now (Im a magnet unfortunately) and it looks brand new. Joe and his staff make the whole process of getting your car fixed so easy and stress free. They set up your rental and will deal with insurance/adjuster when needed. Joe and the rest of the staff here are incredible. I chose this shop because of all the positive reviews on google maps, and I’m glad I did. I dropped off my Chevy Volt for a new front bumper. The attention to detail here is amazing. On top of the perfect paint match, they resurfaced the headlights, replaced the signal lamps and removed a couple of other small dings I had. The car looks better than before I cracked the bumper cover. I hope I won’t need the services again, but if I do, I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks So Much!

Jim and Joe are extremely knowledgeable, accurate and thorough.I have used their services on many occasions on two different cars. Twice for minor accidents and twice for voluntary cosmetic repairs.On all occasions they were knowledgeable in what the repairs would take accurate in their estimate costs and when the car would be ready.Lastly the job was thoroughly completed right up to the detailing of the car.

A friend of mine recommended me Village Auto Body, because of their quality. So i took my truck to get it fixed after an accident. It was true, their professionalism, and quality was excellent, their assistant Dayanis (who also speak spanish) walked me through the whole process making it easier.They used brand new chevy parts, my car looks like just out of the dealer, best of all they got it done in no time. If you live on the East End of Long Island this is the best Auto Body repair shop to use. They are fair priced, punctual with with when they say they will be done, deliver the proper repairs that they are doing, and have a very friendly staff willing to explain or discuss any estimates, insurance questions, and or any other issues related to your car repairs. There is no reason to use any other shop out here for body work they are the best around. I’ve had various work done on different cars I’ve owned over the years and I always have used them and will continue to use them as long as they are here.
Had an awesome experience with Joe! I have had a terrible noise coming from left tire/side of my car. I had taken my car to a mechanic, AND Honda in Riverhead, and they werent able to figure out. I brought it to Joe at Village Auto Body, and he was immediately able to figure out it was an issue with my hubcap! Great experience!!!

Theyve arranged rentals for us that were available immediately, dealt with infuriating, purposely obtuse insurance companies, and stayed in touch with us regularly about repairing our vehicles. Came up from Florida with my trusted sidekick (Saturn outlook) for the late half of summer and I got into a fender bender☹️With insurance handling it, I was scared cause she’s old and has a ton of miles. I got the car towed to village auto thanks to my neighbor and the car inspector who had nothing but nice things to say about them.Joe and Kaitlyn were amazing! Joe explained the process, I told him of my situation ie needing my car back for the trek down to Florida and he assured me they would do their best not to leave me stranded.True to their word, I got the call she was done and ready to be picked up!She looked brand new and worked like a charm! They even went a step further to try to fix some other things in the car!Hands down, the best experience ever! Village Auto repaired the front end of my 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan. I hit a deer and caused a lot of damage to my hood, grille, headlights and a bunch of internal components. When I picked up my car this weekend, it looked just as good, if not better than when I bought the car. All of the damage was repaired beautifully and they did a spectacular paint job on the car.These guys are great. Joe M kept in contact with me about the repairs, what was damaged (which wound up being more than we initially thought) and what he was doing to fix the damage. Joe dealt with my insurance company and the Claims Adjuster directly and what could have been a huge headache for me wound up being no work for me at all. The whole process was smooth and swift and I had my car back quickly. This was my first time dealing with Village Auto and they did not disappoint. I hope I dont have any more accidents but if i ever need more body work or a paint job, I will certainly be going back to Joe at Village Auto.
Nobody ever wants to visit the auto body shop. The owner Jim and manager Joe make this experience as painless as possible. The estimate was honest, service was timely and work was impeccable. I hope to never return but know who to call if I ever need this type of work again.

Village Auto Body in Hampton Bays is the best Body Shop I have ever used. Joe and Jim are fantastic to deal with and make the best of when your car needs to be repaired. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the shop is nicely kept. I dont live or work nearby anymore but if I am in need of Auto Body repair I make the trip to Village, it is well worth it when you have a business you can trust.
I brought in a Chevy volt with a broken mirror, broken grill, scuffed rims, bumper damage. It took a week which is fine. We ran into some issues after the handoff with a broken tire sensor and a part under the bumper that may have fallen off before I brought it in. They put the part on for free out if good faith and replaced the sensor for free. I felt there was a little surprise as the estimate didnt include the rims though we discussed it over the phone. But overall it was a good experience and Id recommend them.
I’ve had several experiences with this shop and would give them five stars every time. I always felt as though the prices for work being performed were fair and have never felt pressured into having additional work done. The staff is highly professional and I have, and will contribute, to recommend this shop to anybody who is looking for honest and reliable service to their vehicle.
My cousin took her SUV here last month after a little fender bender. The guy was really nice (I forgot his name) and they guided us through the insurance paperwork. They did a really nice job on her fender (and the side a little bit) and youd never know the car was in an accident at all!!

I went to Village Auto Body because I had a minor accident but there was a lot of damage. I have a BMW X6. There are sensors and cameras all over the place. I meet Caitlin Ruiz first who was very professional and nice. She was the first person I spoke to. I was very nervous. I had never had an accident before. And then I meet Joe Milazzo. He is very friendly, easygoing, laid back, really nice. He knew what was going to happen with everything and when, the cost, timing, parts, labor. Everything he said was spot on. In less than a week my car was ready looking like brand new! They are honest people. You do not feel like you arebeing lied to and ripped off. I will only go to them for work done on my car.

This was my first visit to Village Auto Body, which came highly recommended by my neighbor. I can honestly say what happened was a first: as I picked up my car an hour later as promised, the young man told me no charge. Wow. 2022-01-20Village Auto Body is top notch! Everyone was friendly and Haydee was very helpful with the rental car that was waiting for me when I dropped off my car. Not only was my car ready sooner than expected, but it was cleaned and washed too. They did a beautiful job and I would highly recommend Village Auto Body!

2021-12-21Village Auto Body totally saved the day!!! My car was hit by a deer and the front was totally destroyed...when Allstate Insurance failed to do the inspection until 25 days after the car being dropped off, Village went above and beyond to contact the insurance company and get things moving since I was having no luck myself! They even got the job completed ahead of schedule to save me thousands on car rental fees since my rental insurance expired while we were still waiting for Allstate!! Now my car is shiny and new again and back in my driveway :) All thanks to the wonderful people at Village Auto Body!

2019-10-02I have dealt with both Jim, the owner and Joe, the manager and both are very knowledgable about auto repair, honest and clear in what needs to be done and how they need to make your car look new again. Joe in particular helped work with the insurance company to get this solved and couldnt have been nicer every step of the way. This is a first class operation, where it is clear that you, the customer, are treated with care and concern every step of the way. I would never take my car anyplace else for body work. Even in this time of product shortages, they helped me with my last repair by ordering the parts and doing the painting in advance, so my downtime in the shop was minimal. (And Haydee is great as well!) I hate to have to see them but thank them for their great service and quality.

2021-08-16I have had a number of cars fixed post crash at Village Auto Body in Hampton Bays. Their work is always excellent. After my most recent car accident (this one wasnt my fault!) I insisted the car be brought to Village Auto. Ive dealt with Jim the Owner and Joe his Manager many times. The shops work is really excellent. Unfortunately in my most recent crash, my car was totaled. Joe did me a favor and took the car in, laying out for the tow, knowing it prob was a total because of the age/mileage. I was hoping it was repairable. True pros and gentlemen!

2021-09-19Joe was extremely helpful and professional. I walked in unannounced and he was able to give me an estimate right away. He made sure I understood every minute detail in terms of the repairs that had to be done to my car. I will definitely be returning to him in the future!!
